Additional guide vane (GV) to the Savonius rotor is used to overcome the low rotor efficiency. This study is experimentally carried out to know the influence of guide vane in improving two blades Savonius rotor performance. There were four designs of guide vane which are 4, 5, 6 blades and installed at different tilt angles, which were 0°, 20°, 40°, and 60°. The experiment was done under wind speed of 5.9 m/s, 7.0 m/s, 8.1 m/s, 9.3 m/s and 10.4 m/s. The results show that the 6 blades of GV at a 60° tilt angle attained the best Cp, which was 0.0279 at the tip speed ratio of 0.53. The Cp increased up to 40% with six blades of GV. Wind direction identified significantly affected the rotor performance. The rotor performed best on the wind direction of 0° attained Cp of 0.079, but when the wind direction was modified on 30°, the rotor with 6 GV attained Cp of 0.0153 did not perform better than without GV that produced Cp of 0.0166. The guide vanes improve the Savonius rotor performance compared to the rotor without a guide vane. However, the wind direction also needs to be considered no less important factor affecting the Savonius rotor performance.

Introduction: In comparison with Western cultures, the closed management system makes it difficult to implement family-centered nursing in many intensive care unit (ICU) in China. There are differences in cultural cognition and social environment between China and the West. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience and needs of critically ill patients and their relatives from a Chinese cultural perspective. Method: This was a qualitative study using semistructured interviews conducted in a 26-bed integrated ICU at a Tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospital in Nantong, China. The participants included patients admitted in the ICU and their relatives. We used Colaizzi’s seven-step procedure to analyze interview data. Findings: A total of 15 participants were recruited. Main categories within the patient perspective were variety of feelings, staff assistance required, and expectations for relatives. Patient opinions differed about the feelings of hospitalization and whether they needed the help of staff and relatives. The main categories from the relatives’ perspective were life is disrupted, information needs, and emotional needs. Relatives of patients in the ICU experienced a lot of physical and mental pressure. The lack of timely understanding of the patient’s condition and needs made them feel anxious. Conclusion: The closed management system currently used in China limits contact between ICU patients and their relatives, increasing their physical and emotional discomfort. Hospitals in China should consider updating to a more open visiting policy based on current guidelines for family-centered care. Such policies enable staff to continue providing quality care for their patients while addressing patient and family needs.

To evaluate the effect of different endodontic sealers (epoxy resin-based and bioceramic-based) and the time of post-cementation on the bond strength of a fiber post cemented with resin cement.Forty human premolars were instrumented and divided into 4 groups. According to the type of sealer and the time of post-cementation: AH-IM (AH Plus, post-cemented immediately after root canal treatment), SP-IM (iRoot SP, post-cemented immediately after root canal treatment), AH-OW (AH Plus, post-cementation after one week), and SP-OW (iRoot SP, post-cementation after one week). In each group, the samples were submitted to push-out test, and failure mode was assessed. Levene's test, one-way ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis analysis were applied for statistical analysis (α = 5%).The highest mean push-out bond strength was obtained from the SP-IM group in the apical part (10.45 ± 5.15MPa), while the lowest was observed in samples from the AH-OW group in the middle part (2.63 ± 1.54 MPa). One-way ANOVA showed that within the same root region, the time of post-cementation had a negative influence on the bonding strength in the SP groups in the middle and apical portion (P0.05), however, when comparing the effect of type of sealers on bonding strength between the OW groups or IM groups within the same root region, no significant difference was observed regardless of the post cementation time (P0.05).The bond strength of the fiber post was higher when the post was cemented immediately after root canal treatment when the bioceramic sealer was applied.The correct choice of an endodontic sealer and the proper time of post-cementation may help to obtain the best quality of post-and-core restoration.

The output beam quality of high-power laser systems is limited by laser-induced thermal aberration of fused silica reflective optics. A numerical model for the simulation of thermal aberration was proposed and verified by the experimental results. Simulations on the thermal aberration of fused silica optics under 3~10 kW laser irradiation with laser beam diameters of 5 mm ~ 45 mm were carried out with the verified model. The simulation results showed that the peak-valley (PV) value of thermal aberration increases with increasing incident laser power under the same incident laser spot size and reduces with increasing incident laser spot size under the same incident laser power. There are the same PV values of thermal aberration under different incident power or power densities. An analytic formula of thermal aberration PV as a function of incident laser power and beam spot size was proposed. The analytic results are in good agreement with the simulations. With these conclusions, the thermal aberration of fused silica optics under high incident power and power density can be evaluated by that under low incident power and power density. It is helpful for the design of high-power laser systems to obtain reasonable output beam quality.

In order to extend the life of wireless sensor networks and improve the stability of wireless sensor networks, a cluster head election mechanism based on energy center of gravity and regional segmentation is proposed. The sensor network monitoring area was divided into finite subregions, and the common nodes of each subregion competed for cluster heads in their own regions, which made the distribution of cluster heads in the whole network more uniform. Each sub-region node is selected for the cluster head based on two factors: energy center and communication distance. The cluster head is responsible for receiving the data perceived by ordinary nodes in the region, and the received information is fused and compressed and transmitted to the base station, thus solving the problems of uneven cluster head distribution and unbalanced node energy loss in the clustering algorithm. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional LEACH clustering algorithm and the improved LEACH-M algorithm, the new algorithm can achieve the purpose of balancing the energy loss of each node, effectively reduce the overall energy loss of the sensor network, and thus extend the network life cycle.

In recent years, the car-sharing in China have grown rapidly, covering the first-and second-tier cities of the country in just a few years. However, car-sharing still faces many problems under big data, among which the problem of poor siting of shared car parking places is most acute. Taking Chengdu City as an example, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the grid median model to optimize the parking location of the shared cars.

Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is an important biological marker and regulator of cardiac function. BNP resistance is characterized by high concentrations of less functionally effective BNP and common in heart failure (HF) patients. However, the roles and consequences of BNP resistance remain poorly understood. Investigate the effects of cardiac BNP resistance and identify potential metabolic biomarkers for screening and diagnosis. Thirty patients and thirty healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Cardiac functions were evaluated by echocardiography. The plasma levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and BNP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the cGMP/BNP ratio is calculated to determine cardiac natriuretic peptide resistance. Liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based untargeted metabolomics analysis was applied to screen metabolic changes. The cGMP/BNP ratio was markedly lower in HF patients than controls. The cGMP/BNP ratio and ejection fraction (EF) were strongly correlated (R2 = 0.676, P < 0.05 ). Importantly, metabolic profiles were substantially different between HF patients and healthy controls. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis demonstrated that the differentially expressed metabolites are involved in signaling pathways that regulate cardiac functions. In HF patients, BNP resistance develops in association with a reduction in heart function and metabolic remodeling. It suggests possible functional roles of BNP resistance in the regulation of cardiac metabolism.

The dependence of the spectral broadening characteristics on the number of longitudinal modes is studied experimentally in a bi-directional pumping fiber amplifier. It is found that the linewidth of the amplifier decreases with reducing the longitudinal mode number of the seed source. In this letter, we present a 68 pm-linewidth kilowatt-level fiber laser using a simple master oscillator power amplifier structure. Meanwhile, we theoretically analyze the spectral broadening characteristics of the seeds with different longitudinal mode numbers. The conclusions are in agreement with the experimental results. This provides a simple and efficient method for obtaining the high power narrow linewidth fiber laser used in spectral beam combining.

We present an investigation on the spectrum broadening in continuous-wave, sub-nanometer linewidth high power fiber amplifiers caused by the multiple four-wave mixing (FWM) process. The spectrum broadening employing two different types of narrow linewidth seeds, including the multi-longitudinal-mode seed and the broadened single frequency seed generated by high speed phase modulation, is studied. It is shown both theoretically and experimentally that the multi-longitudinal-mode seed experiences serious spectrum broadening induced by the FWM among various longitudinal modes, while the modulated seed can maintain the spectrum profile during the amplifying process even with some noise fluctuation. The different broadening results are mainly caused by the random phase distribution of the multiple waves. It is further explained by an exact solution of the degenerate FWM with three waves. The theoretical predictions on the spectrum and power dependence of the output laser linewidth are in quantitative agreement with the experimental results up to kilowatt.

The purpose of the present study was to explore aging-associated cardiac dysfunction and the possible mechanism by which swimming exercise modulates cardiac dysfunction in aged mice. Aged mice were divided into two groups: i) Aged mice; and ii) aged mice subjected to swimming exercises. Another cohort of 4-month-old male mice served as the control group. Cardiac structure and function in mice were analyzed using hematoxylin and eosin staining, and echocardiography. The levels of oxidative stress were determined by measuring the levels of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Levels of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-related protein PKR-like ER kinase, glucose-regulated protein 78 and C/EBP homologous protein were determined to evaluate the level of ER stress. The aged group exhibited an abnormal cardiac structure and decreased cardiac function, both of which were ameliorated by swimming exercise. The hearts of the aged mice exhibited pronounced oxidative and ER stress, which were ameliorated by exercise, and was accompanied by the reactivation of myocardial cGMP and suppression of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). The inhibition of PDE5 attenuated age-induced cardiac dysfunction, blocked ROS production and suppressed ER stress. An ER stress inducer abolished the beneficial effects of the swimming exercise on cardiac function and increased ROS production. The present study suggested that exercise restored cardiac function in mice with age-induced cardiac dysfunction by inhibiting oxidative stress and ER stress, and increasing cGMP-protein kinase G signaling.

Background: Fulminant myocarditis has a sudden onset and rapid progress, which can easily cause multiple organ failure. Acute kidney injury is a common complication. ECMO（Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation） and CRRT（Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy） have been used in the treatment of fulminant myocarditis, but the combination of the two has an impact on the prognosis. There is still a big controversy. Therefore, the purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the nursing effect and long-term efficacy and safety of ECMO combined with CRRT in the treatment of fulminant myocarditis. Methods: This is a prospective randomized controlled trial to study the effectiveness and safety of ECMO combined with CRRT in the treatment of fulminant myocarditis. Approved by the clinical research ethics committee of our hospital. Patients were randomly assigned to one of two treatment options: (A) ECMO combined with CRRT group and (B) ECMO group. Observation indicators include: basic vital signs, laboratory indicators, echocardiographic changes, complications, and outcomes. SPSS 25.0 (Chicago, IL) version statistical software package was used to analyze the data. Discussion: This study will evaluate the nursing effect and long-term efficacy and safety of ECMO combined with CRRT in the treatment of fulminant myocarditis. The results of this experiment will provide clinical evidence for the treatment of fulminant myocarditis with ECMO and CRRT.

Ozone pollution control has become the focus of air pollution control at this stage and even during the 14th Five Year Plan period, so it is more and more important to measure ozone concentration precisely. In this paper, based on the measurement principle of ozone concentration by ultraviolet photometry, the ozone has characteristic absorption of ultraviolet light at 254 nm wavelength, according to Lambert-Biel's law, ozone concentration can be obtained by detecting the change of UV intensity. At the same time a new design of double optical cells and dual detectors is proposed, there is no fluctuation with one source, fast response time under alternating sampling, and the built-in ozone generator is used to achieve multi-point calibration, The test was made according the standard “HJ654-2013”, the test results are far better than the requirements in the standard.

Though new energy vehicles (NEV) has achieved rapid development in China, the energy efficiency optimization and performance improvement of electric car is still worth discussing. At present, the role of the optimization of control strategy in the drivetrain is escalating. In this study, the driving control strategy of a battery electric bus is presented. Applying a fuzzy logic control (FLC) algorithm, the output torque of electric machine is controlled and vehicle driving dynamics and acceleration performance are improved. The simulation results show that the control strategy would compensate the torque of electric machine so as to reduce the accelerating time of battery electric bus. From 0 to 50km/h accelerating condition, the proposed control strategy enables to reduce the accelerating time by 3.5%. The method proposed in this paper could be used and more practical experiments should be done for improvement in the future.

The demerits of traditional wind power generation system-equipped gearbox transmission and direct-drive transmission are becoming more and more obvious; a new hydraulic-type wind power generation system has aroused the attention of both theoretical and industrial circles. In order to accurately reveal the general characteristics and efficiency of the new system, we built an 8-kW hydraulic wind power generation system, mainly to investigate the generating efficiency of the hydraulic motor in varied frequencies under different input pressures and flow conditions. The results show that under a low-frequency (10 Hz) condition, the generator has a low efficiency, near 0.2, while under a high-frequency (50 Hz) condition, the efficiency dramatically increases to 0.73. Meanwhile, with the increase of the frequency, both the output power and total efficiency of the system rise obviously. The total efficiency can reach up to 0.51 at a high frequency of 50 Hz, which is quite desirable. We find that the accomplishments of this study would provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of the hydraulic-type wind power generation system and offer a valuable research method on current energy, wave energy, and other new energy resources.

With the development of BIM (building information model), based on the existing construction management theory, combined with the idea of intelligent construction, fully integrating BIM and 4D technology, we can realize the optimization of construction schedule and real-time perception and control of the actual progress of construction. In this paper, the design model is built on the basis of 3D digital technology and CATIA software as the carrier. In the Sql Server database management system as the platform, with the use of information management platform data, the 4D BIM model has been formed, and the schedule control system has been applicated in the Chushandian reservoir project, preliminarily implemented schedule monitoring target. Chushandian project application shows that to achieve the progress of data entry, the use of human-computer interaction realized the dynamic simulation of the progress of the interactive query and other data. The comparison of schedule deviation can be achieved by entering the schedule and actual progress into the network database; through the analysis of abnormal records, and the formulation of measures, the realization of schedule can be ensured.

In this study, we obtain overwind buffer distance by using the Lagrange equation to establish the two- degrees-of-freedom mathematical model with vertical shaft lifting system in rolling process. Design of a buffer device which is composed of a hydraulic energy absorption and strip plastic deformation energy absorbing and analyze its working principle with mechanical and hydraulic system. Analysis of the overwind buffer time and buffer distance with loaded full overwind and no-load speed by using ADAMS and AMESim to build mechanical hydraulic combined simulation model of hydraulic steel-belt overwind buffer device. The simulation results show that: buffer time is 0.67 sec and buffer distance is 0.38 m with loaded full overwind; buffer time is 0.523 sec and buffer distance is 0.05 m with no-load speed overwind. The design of Hydraulic steel-belt overwind buffer device conforms with the requirements of safety regulation in coal mine.

On the basis of the Lamberts cosine law, the light intensity of a point on the receiving screen behind the diffuse transmission glass screen was theoretically deduced. Combining the application of the diffuse transmission glass screen in the power monitor, the influence of both single-layer glass and multi-layer glasses on the intensity distribution of the incident laser was summarized through numerical simulation. The numerical results show that when the ratio of the radius of the incident laser to the distance from the diffuse transmission screen to the receiving screen is no more than 0.3, the intensity distribution and the caliber of the incident laser couldnt influence the normalized light intensity distribution on the receiving screen. And the normalized light intensity distribution on the receiving screen mainly depends on the distance, which indicates that the arrangement of the glasses or the number of the layers almost have nothing to do with the distribution. This conclusion was proved by the experiment.

While wireless sensors, data transmission devices and medical implant devices tend to miniaturization and low consumption, energy supply modes such as batteries, solar energy and wind energy are limited due to their defects. Instead, vibration energy harvesting can open up new possibilities for self-supplying the low-consumption devices. The narrow-band random vibration with center frequency is a typical vibration in the environment, and its characteristics are closely related to the environment.This paper takes the energy harvesting system with bi-stable piezoelectric cantilever beam as a research object, and the characteristics of system's equivalent linear natural frequency, linear and nonlinear stiffness under different intervals between magnets are analyzed. By using the narrow-band random excitation with a certain bandwidth output of the bandpass filter to simulate environment vibration and using Runge-Kutta method to solve the system equation numerically, the response of system and the characteristics of energy harvesting are studied.It is observed that the variation of the magnet spacings at peak output voltage, which possesses a central frequency, is related to the variation of the equivalent linear natural frequency of the system with the interval between magnets. When the variation of magnet spacing is triggered by the narrow-band random excitation with a certain bandwidth, there is always a constant interval between magnets, making the system produce a peak output, which is like a bi-stable system that produces the peak output at optimal spacing under broad-band excitation. On the other hand, there are also more than one or two different magnet spacings making the system produce peak outputs while excitation's center frequency changes in a certain range, and the peak outputs are formed by bi-stable or single-stable “resonance” of the system, induced at the equivalent linear natural frequency. And the demarcation point spacing of the single-stable and bi-stable vibration of the system are the magnet spacing when linear stiffness is zero.Therefore, for the narrow-band random excitation in the actual environment, the magnet spacing of the energy harvesting system can be reasonably arranged according to the specific working conditions to achieve better electromechanical energy conversion. The findings in this paper can provide some theoretical and technical support for the study of harvesting the vibration energy with characteristics of narrow-band random excitation.

Objective To evaluate the rate and types of human papillomavirus infection in vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.

The effect of the gain fiber parameters for the design of a short wavelength ytterbium doped fiber laser (YDFL) is analyzed theoretically, and based on these analyses, we find viable approaches to improve the laser performances. High power 1018 nm YDFL system was constructed, output characteristics of 1018 nm laser with the core/cladding, doping concentration and gain fiber length are experimentally investigated. It is found that increasing the core/cladding area ratio, reducing the doping concentration and shortening the fiber length is effective way to suppress the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) gain and ensure the laser operation at 1018 nm. A record output power of 154 W at 1018 nm is obtained, with a brightness of 5.7GW/cm 2 -sr, optical-optical conversion efficiency is 71% when the laser operated at maximal power. Meanwhile, ASE and spurious oscillation are suppressed efficiently.

For powers exceeding a threshold the spectral broadening in fiber amplifiers becomes a significant challenge for the development of high power narrow bandwidth fiber lasers. In this letter, we show that the spectral broadening can be partly caused by four-wave mixing(FWM) process in which the power of the central wavelength would transfer to the side ones. A practical FWM induced spectral broadening theory has been derived from the early works. A numerical model of fiber amplifier has been established and FWM process has been added to the model. During the simulation process, we find that when a 10 GHz, several watts narrow bandwidth laser is seeded into a few modes fiber laser amplifier, the FWM induced spectral broadening effect might continually increase the FWHM of the spectra of the continuum laser to 100 GHz within the amplification process to several hundred watts which has been convinced by our experiments. Some other results have also been analyzed in this paper to complete the four-wave mixing induced spectral broadening theory in fiber amplifiers.

Tapering will raise the signal loss in an end-pumped (N+1)×1 type combiner. In this paper, the Thermally Expanded Core (TEC) technique is used in the signal loss optimization experiment with the tapering ratio of the pump combiner is 0.6. The experimental results indicate that the coupling efficiency of the 1.55μm signal light increases from 81.1% to 86.6%, after being heated 10 minutes at the homo-waist region of the tapered signal fiber with an 8mm wide hydroxygen flame. Detail analysis shows that the TEC technique can both reduce the loss of the LP01 mode and the LP11 mode in the signal fiber.

In this paper, an approach based on silhouette index (SI) and improved gravitational search algorithm (IGSA) is presented to deal with T-S model identification problem. Clustering algorithm employing SI and IGSA is introduced for structure identification. The SI considers both the intra-cluster cohesion and the inter-cluster separation which can highly assess the accuracy of clustering. One cluster represents a fuzzy rule. Cluster center is regarded as the gauss membership function center parameter, which is identified by IGSA. The improved algorithm IGSA is also used for parameter identification of T-S model. It introduces the mutation of genes to standard GSA and considers the best solution, which enhances the search space and improves the ability of sharing global information. The simulation results produced by a two order nonlinear system and Box-Jenkins gas stove illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Military transport path selection directly affects the transport speed, efficiency, and safety. To a certain degree, the results of the path selection determine success or failure of the war situation. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model based on DEA (data envelopment analysis) and multiobjective fuzzy decision-making for path selection. The path decision set is established according to a search algorithm based on overlapping section punishment. Considering the influence of various fuzzy factors, the model of optimal path is constructed based on DEA and multitarget fuzzy decision-making theory, where travel time, transport risk, quick response capability, and transport cost constitute the evaluation target set. A reasonable path set can be calculated and sorted according to the comprehensive scores of the paths. The numerical results show that the model and the related algorithms are effective for path selection of military transport.

In this paper, the analysis and design of master-slave intelligent robot telepresence system are discussed. When the operator acts on the master manipulator, the position and attitude information of the master manipulator are gathered by the computer. After calculating and coordinate transforming, the data are send to the computer of the slave manipulator. Then the slave manipulator-PUMA562 robot follows the master manipulator's movement precisely. Six-dimension force/toque sensor(lord cell) is mounted on the slave manipulator. As the master manipulator and the toque on the slave manipulator are different in structure, the force and the slave manipulator should be send to the master manipulator computer and dissociated by the master manipulator computer. Proper ratio of the force on the master manipulator and the force on the slave manipulator is selected, and distribute to the master manipulator joints. So that the operator could feel the force from the master manipulator, which is obtained by the motors of the joints. The proposed control scheme is introduced to a prototype master-slave system and the experimental results show the validity of the proposed scheme.

The “pressure-conflict” analysis framework and method are applied to interpret the mathematic model and empirical behaviors according to transnational OEM pollution transfer conflict cases. Also, this paper analyze the behaviors, roles, standpoints and attitude evolution rules of relevant decision-making subjects and focus on the analysis on transnational OEM welfare effect analysis to form the qualitative judgment of multi-subject behavioral values. Full-process dynamic reference of conflict management countermeasures is provided to avoid relevant decision-making subjects being stuck in the conflict traps.

This paper discusses a implementing scheme of infrared multi-touch system. In this scheme, we first employ a preprocessing which combined mean-median filter with weighted recursive filter. And then the algorithm of mass center is adopted to get the precise position where users touched. Afterwards, we discuss a gesture identification method for multi-touch which is suitable for infrared touch panels. At last, we set up a experiment platform based on C8051F340 to implement and test this algorithm. The result shows that, a infrared multi-touch system is achieved which has the advantage of simple, accurate coordinates, and smooth moving.

The studies and experiments of hydraulic wave exciting mechanics play an important role for the development and application of new hydraulic vibrating machine. A new hydraulic wave exciting pattern using water-hammer is proposed, and the hydraulic water-hammer exciting system is built. The pressure-time change rule of the water-hammer exciting system is obtained by experimental research, and the time-domain analysis shows that the periodity of pressure fluctuation is controlled by wave-exciter. Moreover, the experimental results show that the periodic controllable hydraulic water-hammer wave generated by the system can be used as an exciting force. The excitation mechanics on hydraulic water-hammer has been discussed, and a new path is provided for the application of hydraulic vibrating machine.

This paper carries on the simulation research of the multi-spots bending press's positioning device using the ADAMS software, and obtaines the cam — stop piece's displacement, the speed and the acceleration relations, which provides the important theory basis for the safety in production.

In view the problem that the instantaneous dust content in air is high and pollution is serious at the hydraulic support caving mouth in the mining face, the research of negative pressure dedusting mechanism is put forward. Through the research of the dust subsidence rule in the caving mouth, discovered that the key of the falling dust should be put on the small dust particles below 30um on the breathing level (which is 1.5~2 meters from the ground). According to the dust subsidence rule, the dedusting efficiency simulation research of the negative pressure dedusting device is conducted, which has provided the theory and the design basis to the negative pressure dedusting device's design.

On the basis of grey theory model for medium-long term load forecasting, the paper improves the traditional grey model and brings forth the grey residual forecasting model for less prediction errors. It forecasts with the historical load data of some area, and proofs that combination forecasting method is superior to single forecasting model, Its forecasting error is less than 1%. Finally it forecasts future five year loads of some area, and provides a tech support and theoretical foundation for area Power Company.

The power keys diagran model has been built for the hydraulic controllable gate valve to research the opening,closing performance and dynamical load response characteristic of the hydraulic pressure controllable gate valve under different hydraulic pressure. The paper reveals the influence of the warter pressure change, the variation of load and the viscous-damping on the hydraulic pressure controllable gate valve dynamic characteristic. And the rules for the correct design on the gate valve used in automatic draining water is provided.

The forecasting to a nation's freight and its turnover is an important thing for the development of transportation industry and even national economy. Based on the analysis using Backpropagation Algorithm in artificial neural network and time series forecasting methods in Microsoft Excel to China's transportation volume from 1995 to 2007, the paper try to find the algorithm to effectively predict transportation every year, and then predict the transportation volume of the year 2008.

Knowledge network performance is a very popular topic now, firstly the attribute of the knowledge network is analyzed, and is compared with the finite element system, it is found that some general characters exist between the two systems. Based on this, a knowledge network appraisal model is established with the finite element analysis which is used in engineering problems, this model could quantify the knowledge network assessment problems, which will promote knowledge management. A case study with this model shows that a department or individual with more knowledge couldn't contribute more, because this is related with other factors such as communication frequency and so on.

These based on the analysis of features of mould production in MC enterprise including one shot, single piece, random arrival of order and technology diversity, the paper proposed to schedule mould production plan by using scheduling method in project management field, so that MC enterprise can achieve production target with the lowest cost in limited time. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of classic multi-mode project scheduling problem model, the paper constructed mould production scheduling model in MC enterprise and solved it though ant colony algorithm. Finally, the paper realized the solution progress by programming the algorithm in language C++ and experiments were done through instances in LIBPSP. Above 70% instances can obtained optimal results. Average deviation of various instances ranges from 5% to 9%. The result indicates that parameters selection of ant colony algorithm effects performance greatly, besides, optimal parameters various with the activity number.

The global deformation model of virtual object by force is a key issue for haptic interaction between human and virtual reality. A discrete globe mass -spring model is proposed for flexible object deformation, and its surface is divided radially along the force center. The mass-spring system is composed of the nodes connected with radial distributed springs. Using the theory of virtual work, the relations between virtual force and nodal displacements are analyzed to get global deformations. Object globe deformation is simulated by measuring the nodal deformations based on a force equation at each node. According to the model, the deformation of the flexible object is simulated, and synchronously the real-time virtual contact force is provided with delta haptic device.

Blind source separation problem have recently drawn a lot of attention in unsupervised neural learning. In the current approaches, the additive noise is negligible so that it can be omitted from the consideration. To be applicable in realistic scenarios, blind source separation approaches should deal evenly with the presence of noise. In this paper, a method is proposed of combining wavelet threshold de-noising and independent component analysis to the blind source separation problem for mixing images corrupter with white noise. We first use wavelet threshold to de-noise and then use a new blind separation algorithm of FASTICA to separate the wavelet de-noised images. The result shows that this method may reduce the affect of noise and improve the signal-noise ratio (SNR) of separation images, accordingly renew the original images.
