The safety of the production process of the construction project will directly affect the personal safety of the construction personnel. Therefore, the safety management of the construction project should be strengthened so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development. This paper studies the problems and solutions in building engineering safety management.

There is significant change of climate which is the global warming in the whole world currently. Global warming has become the world's crisis and challenges that the world should faced together. The resources of forest has played an important role in ecological carbon and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions. It is an effective way that reinforces the forest resources reserve to resist the global warming. Moreover, it will resolve the supply shortage of wood gradually. This essay will analysis the importance of forest resources reserve, the status of the forest resources reserve and affirmed the effect of it. Furthermore, it also will discuss the weakness and solutions for relieving the global warming and supply shortage of wood.

In order to improve the dynamic pressure measurement's accuracy with pressure pipelines, the dynamic modeling of equal diameter pressure pipelines and signal reconstruction were studied. Through the theoretic analysis, dynamic calibration with SPG and parameters identification, more accurate dynamic models of the equal diameter pressure pipelines were upbuilded. With the dynamic models and FFT method, measurement output signals of the sinusoidal pressure and step pressure were reconstructed. The uniformity of signals' waveform compared to the actual pressure and the measurement's accuracy were all improved obviously.

An in-wheel outer-rotor switched reluctance motor (SRM) is developed which will be applied in dual-motor independent driven electric vehicles (EV). Firstly, the whole motor driven system including switched reluctance motor, the main circuit of power converter, detection circuit and the controller with DSP TMS320F2812 are designed. Then the electric differential system is analyzed and designed. At last, the coordinated control of two motor is realized by electronic differential system based on Ackerman-Jeantand model.

In this paper, a fuzzy neural network model is presented to evaluate the adaptability of the existing manufacturing mode to the dynamic production environments. The dynamic production environments are generalized firstly and regarded as linguistic variable inputs of the fuzzy neural network model. A modified momentum factor B-P algorithm consists of information feed-forward process and the error back-propagation process is used. The proposed fuzzy neural network model is employed to evaluate the adaptability of a switching production manufacturing mode to the hypothetical production environment schemes consist of five experiments. Experiment results show the proposed model is effective.

The sound radiated from the impact of two cylinders is the basis of the study on noise from many mechanical structures, such as the noise from the engagement of gears. Insofar as the authors know, the sound radiated from the impact of two cylinders side-to-side, has not been reported. In this paper, the Hertzian impact theory and the acoustic theory are used to study the sound radiated from the impact of two cylinders side-to-side, and the theoretical result is confirmed experimentally.
