This paper shows the development of an IoT system for students' stress management. The IoT system is developed in an open architecture and is an integral part of the educational ecosystem. The system is composed of two elements: the one that enables measurement of vital parameters for identifying stress in students, and the other for stress control. The system for stress control consists of a mobile health application featuring relaxation content. Such system should minimize the excitement and have an impact on reducing future stress. The IoT system for stress management was evaluated in a real environment, during students? thesis defense on Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. The results show that time spent using mobile health application with relaxing content can reduce students? physiological arousal and excitement during thesis defense.

Background: Dairy products are consumed by a large portion of the population. The dairy processing plants (DPP) that produce these perishable products may create health hazards (chemical, physical, biological). In order to minimize any health risks from these products, DPP are inspected by regulating authorities. This study examined secondary data derived from the BCCDC dairy program’s semi-quantitative risk ranking tool (RRT) to examine trends over time with DPP inspections, and to assess risk factors within the tool. Methods: RRT based data from individual DPP inspections from 2015 through 2018 were entered into a master spreadsheet. The RRT has two overall risk categories, inherent and measured risk. Inherent risk categories in the tool were sourced from surveys of dairy plants, while measured risks in the tool were sourced from inspection visits (routine and in-depth), environmental and food result submissions from dairy plants and inspectors, and based on compliance and history. In total, 107 items were assessed within the eight categories. Descriptive analyses were conducted, and statistical analyses performed using NCSS 12 software (NCSS, 2018). Results: A total of 128 inspection reports from 30 different DPP were included in this study. From these inspections, 65% were considered low risk, 12% moderate and 23% high risk. DPP that were located on-farm were found to have significantly higher overall inspection risk scores than dairy plants located off-farm (average on-farm inspection risk ranking score = 694; average off-farm inspection risk ranking score = 153; p=0.0003, power=95%). When the microbiological scores category, derived from environmental swabs and food submissions, were compared to the inspection score category, these categories were statistically significantly correlated (p=0.0000, power=100%); when inspection score increases, so too does microbiological score. Higher risk scores were also found in DPP producing more than one category of dairy product (comparing one product versus 6 or 7 products, p=0.009, power=76%). Conclusion: Dairy inspections ensure DPP follow good manufacturing practices and therefore help to protect the population from disease outbreaks or other contaminations. This study demonstrated that there is increased risk of having a dairy processing facility located on-farm, that more complex dairy processing operations that produce more than one type of dairy product have higher risk rating scores and that higher inspection score violations positively correlated to positive microbiological scores. This study further showed that in the absence of microbiological results, a risk score could still be calculated by analyzing the inspection violations alone. The Food Safety Specialists at the BCCDC can use this data to focus their inspection time on higher risk areas and items to maximize time spent out in the field.

In the modern world the use of information and communication technologies, computer networks and systems based on such technologies are the determinants of efficiency and operating performance in healthcare. This paper deals with the concepts of electronic and mobile health and opportunities of their implementation in the healthcare systems. This paper will analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of mobile healthcare services among employees in health institutions. The main goal of this paper was to analyze the possibilities of using mobile healthcare services in health institutions, as well as to analyze the predictors for successful implementation of mobile health services. The research results indicate a high level of knowledge regarding the usefulness and availability of services among healthcare workers in health institutions, which is the prerequisite for a successful implementation of mobile health in the healthcare system.

The main task of Internet of Things in eHealth solutions is to collect data, connect people, things and processes. This provides a wealth of information that can be useful in decision-making, improving health and well-being. The aim of this study is to identify framework of sensors and application health services to detect sources of stress and stressors and make them visible to users. Also, we aim at extracting relationship between event and sensor data in order to improve health behavior. Evaluation of the proposed framework model will be performed. Model is based on Internet of Things in eHealth and is going to aim to improve health behavior. Following the established pattern of behavior realized through wearable system users will be proposed a preventive actions model. Further, it will examine the impact of changing health behavior on habits, condition and attitudes in relation to well-being and prevention.

Objective. People who care about their health pay special attention of food choices, method of food preparation, as well as the amounts of food because such a diet provides a good health. The optimal diet involves intake of precise amounts of all food groups. The recommended ratio of foods in the diet is based on evidence and is available as a nutritional guide. The consequences of malnutrition are abnormal growth and development, as well as the occurrence of the disease. The objective of this paper is to point to quality of nutrition in different regions of Serbia from aspect of food groups ratio in the structure of daily meals, based on comparisons of identified and recommended average daily recommendation of each food group per capita. Methods. Relevant data were collected from The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, analyzed by descriptive and statistical methods, and compared with recommendations given by food pyramid. The study includes years 2011, 2012 and 2013. Results. Diet quality in Serbia is unsatisfactory when it comes to distribution of certain foods in the daily meal, primarily a group of fat, sugar and sweets in significant excess, while fruits and vegetables are in deficit presence on the menu in population of Republic of Serbia. Conclusion. Based on these results, there is a clear need for population education about proper nutrition and changes in eating habits, in order to ensure increased intake of fruit and vegetables, and reducing the use of 'empty calories', solid fat and dried products in the daily menu. That would indirectly influence the reduction of disease induced by improper diet.

Fermentation and ripening specificity of traditional cheeses are predominantly directed by the natural microbial community present in milk selected by the cheese-making environment and technology. Therefore the traditional cheeses are unique products with specific microbiota biodiversity. There are several approaches for the identification of microbial population, however all of them have certain advantages and disadvantages. In this study the eligibility and performance of the Biolog phenotypic identification system (Biolog, Inc.) with GEN III microplates was tested. Parallel to this method, polymerase chain reaction with genus- and species-specific primers was performed. One hundred sixty-five isolates from nine types of artisan cheeses were isolated and analysed. Cheeses were produced from raw ewe’s milk in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia. The Biolog phenotypic identification system identified 90 isolates, but only 55 identifications acquired by the Biolog system were supported by polymerase chain reaction at a genus level and 28 at a species level. The obtained results showed that the reliability of commercial phenotypic identification systems was inadequate when analysing lactic acid bacteria isolates from natural, spontaneous fermentations and needs to be additionally corroborated by genotypic identification methods.

Constrained by difficult economic situation, the health system in Serbia is facing a great challenge, and in order to overcome it and handle the gap between possibilities and expectations, it is necessary to implement economic reform of health care sector in Serbia, i.e. its decentralization, which implies improvements in providing health services while trying to find a model of financial sustainability of health care system in Serbia. One of the most essential impulses of society to its economic and general social development is the health of its population. In fact, in addition to being a social potential, health is to be considered as an economic potential of a country as well. The need to examine health from economic point of view, as well as in the sense of sustainable economic development, is gaining in presence in the newly made circumstances of an advancing economic crisis. There is an evident gap in the social community between the expectations of health care beneficiaries who are used to high-quality services with considerably subsidized health care and the new situation where health care institutions dispose of no funds to ensure the necessary prerequisites for providing health care, with an obvious weakening of social interlinkage and a fading trust in health care institutions. Any change in terms of scope, quality and prices of health care may and does runs into the wall of disapproval, even judgment; therefore, it is necessary to regulate and legally define health care quality standards in the health system of Serbia and thus precisely determine the quality of service provided and, at the same time, manner of payment, i.e. responsibility for the costs incurred. In order to reach a financially sustainable health care system in Serbia, it is necessary to analyze different models of funding, implement rationalization and reorganization of methods of funding and reexamine the health insurance models in Serbia. The priority concerning the health system financing is the selection of the most adequate method of raising sufficient funds.
