The construction industry is a critical lifeline for China’s national economy’s development. The growth of thebuilding business has piqued the interest of a variety of industries. To ensure the quality of construction engineering, it is necessary to improve the technical level of construction engineering management by strengthening construction engineering management through various effective methods, following the development of The Times, and strengthening the introduction of intelligent technology. The author investigates and analyses the importance of incorporating intelligent technology into construction project management, and proposes effective strategies for incorporating intelligent technology into construction project management in the hopes of improving the quality of construction project management.

The article continues the series of the author publications, which considers the main provisions of the “Clutch-to-Clutch Shifts” (CTC) technology — technology for automatic controlling the switching of automatic transmission (AT) stages, used in the global mass production of vehicles, hybrid and battery electric vehicles. It provides high-quality shifts, brought to the level of continuously variable transmissions. Development of power units in recent years has led to a rapid increase in the number of AT stages, which is accompanied by a complication of kinematic schemes, designs, control algorithms and, in general, an increase in the role of mechatronic control systems (MCS) in ensuring their high technical level. Effectiveness of the CTC technology depends on the perfection of the algorithms used. But their composition is not specified, which, with a large amount of information, makes it difficult for potential users to navigate in this set. In this paper, we propose (for the first time in the Russian language) the generalized structure of a set of standard algorithms necessary for the implementation of this technology in the AT MCS, which is developed on the basis of their selection from a pre-formed database of patents and publications on the theory and technology of AT control, following classification and grouping by functional purpose. For each item of the structure, there are links to patents with matching names. Detailed descriptions of several typical CTC algorithms in the AT MCS of General Motors patents are given.

We make purchases almost every day. We buy some products very often (e.g. food), others less often (e.g. furniture, car). Shops, selling products to customers, are not their producers, but rather provide them with services (commercial service). It is important that the customer, after making the purchase, is satisfied not only with the product, but also with the purchasing process itself. In order to determine what are the reasons for customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction, it is necessary to assess the quality of services, i.e. the process of making purchases by customers. In the available literature, there are many methods that are used to assess the service quality. However, their use is associated with the need to identify attributes that could well describe the service provision process, but also be a source of knowledge about customer satisfaction. The Retail Service Quality Scale (RSQS) developed by Dabholkar and his colleagues is applicable to assess the quality of services provided by shops, so it can be a ready-made tool that does not require the researchers to define attributes, as would be the case when using traditional methods. The aim of the paper was to assess the quality of operation of a traditional shop using the RSQS methodology. This study was carried out using a paper questionnaire that contained the attributes proposed in the RSQS. The survey was conducted among customers of a selected shop. The analyzed results made it possible to determine the quality level of commercial services provided by the research shop and to indicate its strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, the possibility of using the ready-made RSQS scale to assess the quality of commercial services provided in Polish economic realities was confirmed.

Chile is one of the leading domestic commodities that almost spread across Indonesia and is required by almost every individual from a variety of social backgrounds. Indonesia's chili production has not met domestic requirements. The district of Magelang is one of the key places in chili that significantly contribute to the supply of central Java chili, a factor that continues to lack the capacity for farmers to grow. This paper aims to identify the need for chili farming technology, in this case the research was conducted in Magelang District, which is the largest chili center in Central Java. The method used in this research was a case study through a focus group discussion (FGD) approach involving 20 resource persons consisting of farmers, field extension officers, and the agricultural office of Magelang District. The productivity of the crop ranges from 1.6 to 4.6 tons per ha, while the production capacity varies from 12 to 17 tons per ha. Chili farming research was undertaken in 2020 on the technology requirements. Focus groups of 20 primary participants said chili production needs to be improved optimally, including information of pest control species (OPT) and farmers' broad awareness of the right culture. As a farmer companion in the field related to industry sub-systems management after culture/downstream, it must improve extension worker skills.

This research study designed a location image collecting technology. It provides the exact location information of an image which is not given in the photo to the user. Deep learning technology analysis and collects the images. The purpose of this service system is to provide the exact place name, location and the various information of the place such as nearby recommended attractions when the user upload the image photo to the service system. Suggested system has a deep learning model that has a size of 25.3MB, and the model repeats the learning process 50 times with a total of 15,266 data, performing 93.75% of the final accuracy. In a performance test, the final accuracy of the model is calculated 93.75%. This system can also be linked with various services potentially for further development.

Presented research shows Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology as a highly promising tool for architectural heritage conservation. Analyses of contemporary publications by BIM topic and HBIM (Historic Building Information Modeling), its specific division, are conducted. The usage of modern technology analysis for digitizing monuments along with the outdated ‘manual’ of accounting and passportization methods are executed, and a lack of automation of the above processes is observed. Additionally, the research reveals that during the operational period of historical objects, there was no method of fixing their architectural transformations. The necessity of automation of the abovementioned processes by the capabilities of the BIM technology is emphasized. Automation methods developed utilizing the BIM model properties as a relational database, are described. An example of the method implementation in architectural and construction software applications is given. The case uses the rules of filling in the state accounting card of Ukraine. Nonetheless, the automatic formation of a document like this by the standards of any country is underscored.

Thanks to rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, the current artificial intelligence technology is contributing to many part of society. Education, environment, medical care, military, tourism, economy, politics, etc. are having a very large impact on society as a whole. For example, in the field of education, there is an artificial intelligence tutoring system that automatically assigns tutors based on student's level. In the field of economics, there are quantitative investment methods that automatically analyze large amounts of data to find investment laws to create investment models or predict changes in financial markets. As such, artificial intelligence technology is being used in various fields. So, it is very important to know exactly what factors have an important influence on each field of artificial intelligence technology and how the relationship between each field is connected. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze artificial intelligence technology in each field. In this paper, we analyze patent documents related to artificial intelligence technology. We propose a method for keyword analysis within factors using artificial intelligence patent data sets for artificial intelligence technology analysis. This is a model that relies on feature engineering based on deep learning model named KeyBERT, and using vector space model. A case study of collecting and analyzing artificial intelligence patent data was conducted to show how the proposed model can be applied to real-world problems.

To perform technology analysis, we usually search patent documents related to target technology. In technology analysis using statistics and machine learning algorithms, we have to transform the patent documents into structured data that is a matrix of patents and keywords. In general, this matrix is very sparse because its most elements are zero values. The data is not satisfied with data normality assumption. However, most statistical methods require the assumption for data analysis. To overcome this problem, we propose a patent analysis method using Bayesian structure learning and visualization. In addition, we apply the proposed method to technology analysis of extended reality (XR). XR technology is integrated technology of virtual and real worlds that includes all of virtual, augmented and mixed realities. This technology is affecting most of our society such as education, healthcare, manufacture, disaster prevention, etc. Therefore, we need to have correct understanding of this technology. Lastly, we carry out XR technology analysis using Bayesian structure learning and visualization.

The telecom sector has gained massive growth in India. It has 1.8 million subscribers and it is the world’s second largest telecom sector. Currently telecom sector has drastically changed their structure and technology. The 4G spectrum has changed the customer’s perception and motivation. The objective of the study is to explore the future opportunities of Indian telecom sector. For this purpose, PEST analysis was used. There was a lack of studies that focused on the Political, Economic, Social and Technological areas of the telecom sector. The study found that there are opportunities in rural telecom sector but they are not utilized in the proper manner. Bin picking is still a challenge in robotics, as patent in recent robot competitions. These competitions are an excellent platform for technology comparisons since some participants may use state-of-the-art technologies, while others may use conventional ones. Nevertheless, even though points are awarded or subtracted based on the performance in the frame of the competition rules, the final score does not directly reflect the suitability of the technology. Therefore, it is difficult to understand which technologies and their combination are optimal for various real-world problems. In this paper, we propose a set of performance metrics selected in terms of actual field use as a solution to clarify the important technologies in bin picking. Moreover, we use the selected metrics to compare our four original robot systems, which achieved the best performance in the Stow task of the Amazon Robotics Challenge 2017. Based on this comparison, we discuss which technologies are ideal for practical use in bin picking robots in the fields of factory and warehouse automation. Published version

One of the key issues in the field of technology analysis and innovation management is how new technologies origin and evolve in the presence of environmental threats. We confront this problem focusing on emerging innovative solutions to cope with unexpected and harmful problems posed by crises and needing a rapid, effective response. We specifically analyze the patterns of critical innovations to cope with new coronavirus disease (COVID‐19) that is generating public health and economic issues worldwide. Accordingly, in the context of the theory of technological exaptation, we adopted a narrative approach examining vital innovations that ended up treating COVID‐19 even though they were originated to treat other diseases (more or less distant from the COVID‐19 domain), as the antiviral drug Remdesivir and the antirheumatoid arthritis drug Tocilizumab. Results reveal that technological exaptation, especially if characterized by a longer exaptive distance, is a potential driving force of innovation to cope with COVID‐19 in the short‐term and other similar issues. On this basis, we provide propositions for a more general crisis model of innovation. This study adds a new perspective that may be helpful to explain the evolution of innovation in the presence of crises, considering technological exaptation in a context of environmental threats.

The study examined the research impact of gold open access (OA) journals in engineering and technology. A total of 37 gold route journals that request article processing charges (APC) and 66 other OA journals without APC in the field were found in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and used for the study. The publishers, APC charges and the year each journal was added to DOAJ were identified and included in this study An informetric approach was used to extract research impact indicators (citations, paper productivity, cite/paper, cite/journal and h-index) of journals. Findings revealed that the publishers of the APC journals were dominated by commercial publishing companies producing over 60% of the journals. Article processing charges ranged from 7.6 USD to 3471.5 USD while the average article processing charges for APC journals was 727 USD. Gold route open access (APC) journals performed better than open access non-APC OA journals since they produced 51.2% of the papers, 71.8% of the total citations and 65.1% of the total h-index. However, findings showed a weak positive correlation between articles processing charges (APC) of the gold route journals and their research impact; while there is high significant positive correlation between research impact of gold route (APC journals) and non-APC open access journals.

In the theoretical framework of the technological exaptation, this study analyzes, with a narrative approach, innovative drugs that ended up treating COVID-19 even though they were born to treat other diseases, such as the antiviral drug Remdesivir and the anti-Rheumatoid Arthritis drug Tocilizumab. Results reveal that technological exaptation is one of the sources of innovation to cope with COVID-19 pandemic crisis in the short term and in general of environmental threats. New results here are the departure for creating new models of the origin and evolution of innovation during crises and environmental threats.

This paper introduces fault injection technology. This paper discusses the application of software fault injection technology to the testing of airborne aviation software with high security application requirements. The characteristics, classification and application of software fault injection technology are analyzed. This paper focuses on middle-ware based fault injection technology and its application in high security airborne software testing. System level middle-ware fault injection method and module level middle-ware fault injection method are proposed.

The traditional transportation data had the disadvantage of low acquisition accuracy when performing adaptive acquisition. For this reason, the adaptive data acquisition technology analysis of android system based on big data analysis was proposed. The android system in big data analysis was introduced, the processing framework of the android system for transmitting data was built, and the effective collection of transportation data was achieved; Based on the algorithm of collecting transportation data, the collection of ordinary data, valuable data and invalid data was completed. The test data showed that the proposed adaptive data transmission technology of android system had an analysis accuracy of about 50%, which can effectively collect corresponding transportation data.

In order to effectively protect the ecological environment and maximize the use of limited resources, the energy-saving and water-saving technology of the building, as well as water supply and drainage technology should be actively used. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the application significance of water supply-drainage and energy-water conservation technology in the construction field, analyzes the current situation of water supply and drainage in China, and proposes the application of water supply-drainage and energy-water conservation technology of the building for reference.

Blockchain is considered to be a General-Purpose Technology (GPT) by many scholars. However, previous studies offer no proof that Blockchain is a GPT. Thus, approximately 2500 Blockchain-related patent data are investigated by deploying the mixed-method approach, using patentometrics with the support of semi-structured interviews conducted with Blockchain experts. This study investigates six main GPT indicators: pervasiveness, improvement, spawning, prevalence, reallocation of resources and inclusive democratisation. Overall, the results demonstrate that Blockchain has not yet become a GPT, though it already shows some GPT characteristics. There are six specific findings: (1) Blockchain shows pervasive characteristics; (2) Blockchain is capable of further improvement; (3) Blockchain facilitates and encourages the creation of innovations; (4) several countries with strong R&D capabilities, particularly China and the United States (US), are showing the prevalence of Blockchain technology; (5) the Blockchain landscape is witnessing greater participation of “younger” companies; and (6) Blockchain is strongly related to the Information and Communication Technology domain with the potential of inclusivity and democratisation. China and the US have the potential to influence the future development of Blockchain technology. This study is assumed to be of great interest to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, such as scholars and policymakers.

It is a research subject that has attracted a wide concern and study for a long time to find a suitable trading point of stock. From the views of big data and quantization technique, the paper tries to propose an approach, through the form of algorithm, based on big data analysis and linear weighted moving average curve, to find the point of buying stock, so that the trader would like to achieve the expected profit with a higher probability; and makes the digital experiment to further explain the approach and verify its performance. This work can promote the development of big data research and quantization technique, and can also provide a certain reference method for the trader making the technology analysis of the trade.

With the development of 5G, mobile communication, and optical communication technologies, semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) have become an important research topic. However, most SOA-related studies have focused on a technical discussion or market research but have failed to indicate the critical SOA technologies and the SOA technology development trends. Therefore, this study analyzes SOA patents and constructs a technology network for SOA patents. The results indicate that the critical SOA technologies are mainly used in lasers, semiconductor lasers, light guides, electromagnetic wave transmission communication other than radio-wave communication, and devices controlling light sources. Among the five critical SOA technologies, lasers (H01S3) account for the highest percentage at 22.21%. Consequently, the critical technologies do not focus on specific technology fields but have characteristics of multiple technology fields. In addition, considerable development has occurred in semiconductor lasers in recent years. Finally, patentee analysis indicates that for SOA technologies, the public sector and academia play relatively weak roles in early technology development or following technology development. However, with the rapid development of mobile communication and optical communication, the government of each country can consider investing additional R&amp, D funds and resources in the future. This study constructs a network model for patent technologies to explore the development tendencies for SOA technologies. This model can be used as a reference for R&amp, D resource management and the promotion of new technologies.

Recognizing the practical need to control the cutting process, leading firms in the high-tech market began to offer software products that, in the automatic mode, were said to be able to calculate the optimal cutting mode. Currently, the most advanced technology is called iMachining, which means intelligent Machining. The article presents an analysis of the control, automatically designed in the iMachining Solid CAM module, for machining a test part, the contour of which is formed by two straight circular arcs of a circle. It is shown that when designing control, geometric criteria are used that are associated with the path of shaping, so stabilization of the cutting process is not achieved. A control design method is proposed based on the results of simulation the Material Removal Rate (MRR), which allows stabilizing the cutting process., Визнаючи практичну необхідність управління процесом різання, провідні фірми на ринку високих технологій почали пропонувати програмні продукти, які, як повідомлялося, в автоматичному режимі могли розрахувати оптимальний режим різання. Summary With the breakthrough and progress of shale oil and gas exploration, the strong heterogeneity of shale has been highly paid attention. Relying on the traditional geological methods, the classification of shale is difficult to meet the current needs of exploration and development. It is a very important problem that how to complete the genetic classification of shale based on the comprehensive consideration of many parameters including genesis and characteristics. This paper demonstrates that the geostatistic recognition based on big data technology analysis can processing numerous data and identifies genetically distinct shale facies, which improve understanding of changes in a single shale formation. It has functions (1) of assigning genetic affinities and (2) of making it available that a confidence level in the classification for any additional shale samples.

At present, artificial intelligence (AI) contributes to most technological fields. AI has also been introduced in the disaster area to replace humans and contribute to the prevention of disasters and the minimization of damages. So, it is necessary to analyze disaster AI in order to effectively make use of it. In this paper, we analyze the patent documents related to disaster AI technology. We propose Bayesian network modeling and factor analysis for the technology analysis of disaster AI. This is based on probability distribution and graph theory. It is also a statistical model that depends on multivariate data analysis. In order to show how the proposed model can be applied to a real problem, we carried out a case study to collect and analyze the patent data related to disaster AI.

One of the most promising technical trends that have taken the world by storm is the blockchain technology which is the underlying mechanism of the bitcoin. It is a distributed, decentralized and innovative technology that is predicted to bring a huge change in the world. This technology is analogous to the Internet with built-in robustness. Although it is currently one of the most researched areas in the domain of information technology, it has a set of its own limitations. This paper discusses the blockchain technology from scratch, starting off with the general introduction followed by presentation of a comprehensive insight into blockchain applications, the current research trends, limitations and potential future directions. The paper concludes that blockchain networks are likely to change the outlook, perspectives and utilization techniques of the information technology industry in the future by decentralizing the World Wide Web and making the traditional business defunct. Moreover, the amalgamation of blockchain technology with IoT and data science is going to open new horizons of research and development in tech world.

The article investigates the sources of sewing and knitting production waste, analysis types and characteristics of knitted waste, the current state of waste treatment technologies and their impact on the environment. It is proved that the technological production processes are accompanied by intense release of harmful substances that contaminate the work area and the environment, causing deterioration of working conditions for people and equipment. On the basis of technology analysis of recycling sewing and knitting production waste was designed and presented a model for the processing of knitting yarn waste.

Data networks are extending their reach into virtually every corner of life. The rapidly emerging Internet of Things (IoT), for instance, promises to bring connectivity to just about everything. Technology analysis firm Gartner predicts that by 2020 there will be over 20 billion connected devices. Signal processing is helping the IoT and other network technologies to operate faster, more efficiently, and very reliably. Advanced research also promises to open new opportunities in key areas, such as highly secure communication and various types of wireless networks.

In this review we summarized literatures about biomechanical researches in kayaking. Biomechanical methods provide data on a number of analytical techniques and kayak moving posture for coaches and athletes. 3-D kinematic analysis, on-water dynamic analysis and surface electromyography measurement are the most common methods through which we can assess and describe effects of paddling techniques and training. The purposes of numerous current studies are to identify the factors which restrict kayak performance, make improvement of techniques, prevent and correct mistakes, and develop new type of practical instrument. As a result, we found that although researchers realized the importance of kayaking balance ability and core stability, but balance ability and core stability haven’t been considered yet in mechanics analysis and instrument design fields, nor have the research of muscle working status under unsteady state. Our findings through this literature review reveal important directions for further study in the biomechanical researches in kayaking.

针对伊春空难，一方面从技术角度对伊春空难事故进行了深入剖析，深层次地挖掘了空难发生的技术因素，另一方面从适航角度对空难进行了分析，得到如下结论：1) 从各向分析中，都表明飞行员应该选择复飞；2) 中国民航适航规章应尽快补充人为因素适航条款。本文的分析有助于飞行员和管理人员对该空难有更深刻的认识，并吸取教训。 On the one hand, Yichun flight accident was deeply analyzed from flight technology, which the technology factors were investigated in detail. On the other hand, Yichun flight accident was stu-died as per airworthiness. Two conclusions were drawn as follows: 1) Go around should be taken from several analyses; 2) Airworthiness rules about human factors should be complemented as soon as possible. Obviously, those analyses will be helpful for pilots and managers to understand the flight accident and draw a lesson.
