Algorithm is a step of problem-solving, and algorithm can be defined as any special method for solving a certain type of problem. In computer science, algorithms are described in computer algorithm language and represent accurate and effective methods for solving a class of problems with computers. In order to verify the role of the OTO teaching mode from the perspective of cultivating learning interest and to provide a practical basis for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, 107 second-year physical education majors in a common university were selected as experimental subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group, and the two groups were intervened through a 16-week experiment. Multivariate covariance was used to analyze the influence of two teaching modes on college students' interest in sports learning. After excluding factors such as student gender, physical exercise behavior stage, football learning experience, and physical health, the groups have statistical significance in the four dimensions of positivity, skill learning, extracurricular activities, and negativity in sports learning interest. However, there is no significant difference in the influence of sports attention on sports learning interest. The research proves that the application of OTO teaching mode is conducive to promoting students' learning positivity, technical learning, and extracurricular activities and alleviating students' negative learning emotions. The degree of attention to sports in the interest of sports learning is not very significant. It is suggested that colleges and universities adopt the OTO teaching mode in the teaching of general football courses.

Autonomous learning is what college students need to learn. For some students who have difficulties in self-study, this paper develops a cloud computing intelligent optimization algorithm in the multimedia teaching mode of college students’ English autonomous learning system. This platform can help self-learners learn translation, listening, speaking, and other skills. At the same time, the platform also includes a self-assessment system including diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation, and summative evaluation. The final test shows that the recognition rate of the system can reach more than 95%, which can meet the needs of use.

The existing LBL (lecture-based learning) and CBL (case-based learning) teaching modes of English majors in colleges and universities do not contribute to cultivating students’ inquisitive thinking and independent learning ability, whereas the problem-centered PBL (problem-based learning) teaching mode can precisely make up for these shortcomings. This study firstly constructed a PBL “four-step” teaching mode and then realized the innovative application of PBL teaching model in the teaching of English majors in new universities. Then, we designed a method of English classroom resource optimization based on IMOCS-BP neural network, and then, the classroom resource optimization reconstructs the teaching process with unique connotation essence. The experiments show that the BL “four-step” teaching model is designed to achieve the four key elements of “flexible English learning environment, transformed learning the culture, customized content and professional educators”; the designed neural network has optimized the English classroom resources.

With the rapid development and progress of science and technology, computer information technology is widely used by all walks of life and it involves all aspects in life. In recent years, with the advent of the information age, it has brought certain development opportunities to the teaching of interior design in China. Digital technology has been introduced into the teaching of interior design, thus changing the original teaching mode and content, in order to improve the teaching quality and efficiency of the interior design specialty. This article mainly analyzes the application and advantages of digital technology in the teaching of interior design, and suggests application strategies in this context, hoping to provide reference to relevant personnel.

The article is devoted to education of future green engineers for achieving sustainable development in green manufacturing industry. It outlines that green engineering is an important industry which aim is to reduce consumption, to save resources, and to achieve sustainable development in manufacturing. Green manufacturing puts forward new requirements for the training future green engineers. The article reveals the concepts of educating future green engineers. Specifical attention is paid to the improvement of the teaching system training of future green engineers, strengthening the teaching staff, changing the teaching mode, strengthening teaching practice and practical training for achieving teaching goals. The authors conclude that it is necessary to clarify the goals of training of future green engineers, and to establish reform the teaching content of green engineering course.

Sports psychology is a branch of psychology and is a sports course that takes both theory and practice into account. It is not only an integral part of the talent training curriculum system of sports colleges and universities, but also a basic compulsory course for social sports majors in comprehensive universities. Sports psychology has currently become one of the significant theories in PE teaching, which not only guides PE teaching, but also helps solve existing problems in PE teaching and drives the development of PE teaching. Subject to the impact of traditional education mode and educational concept, etc., however, there are some problems in the existing the teaching of sports psychology, such as students’ low interest, poor initiative and poor educational effect. To raise students’ learning interest, this paper selected a problem-oriented modular teaching mode, and applied it to the sports psychology classroom, to improve the learning effect. In this study, we first used data mining technology to build an anxiety prediction model and then identified a problem to be solved. After that, the problem was designed and analyzed, the known problem was confirmed, new information was collected, old and new knowledge was integrated, until the problem was finally solved. On this basis, based on virtual simulation technology, an experimental simulation teaching system for sports psychology was presented. It was found through research that the problems-oriented teaching mode can significantly enhance the effect of sports psychology and PE teaching and increase students’ learning initiative. The learning effect was significantly better than that of traditional teaching methods.

Oral English teaching is the weakest link in multimedia English teaching at this stage. English teachers are constantly exploring effective approaches to improve oral English Teaching in their own educational practice. The big data multimedia English teaching mode conforms to embark on the historical stage. Firstly, this paper constructs the big data architecture of English teaching model mining and divides the construction of the teaching model into three parts: data mining, teaching model evaluation, and improvement optimization. Data mining uses the advanced DBN network to send data into the DBN-DELM network, which significantly improves the accuracy of the multimedia assisted English construction model. The simulation results show that teaching mode construction based on big data can effectively improve students’ interest in English learning; attitude; and oral English level including pronunciation, pronunciation and intonation, dialogue and communication, and oral expression and improve students’ group cooperation and communication ability, autonomous learning ability, evaluation consciousness, and ability.

For higher educational institutions, teaching effect evaluation is necessary for improving teaching quality and reforming teaching mode. The evaluation has a long-lasting effect on the growth of students, and a close correlation with the immediate interests of every teacher. This paper evaluates the teaching effect and its influencing factors for the undergraduate education in ordinary colleges. It was found that the teaching effect is mainly affected by factors in four dimensions: teacher, student, teaching method, and teaching environment. Then, the authors reformed the teaching method, and tested its performance. The results show that the reformed teaching method improved the professional English ability of students more significantly than the ordinary teaching method. Therefore, higher educational schools are suggested to establish a set of scientific, reasonable, and practical evaluation methods for teaching effect, reflecting the teaching requirements, policies, faculty, and capital investment. The research findings lay the foundation for the long-term healthy development of higher education.

Online teaching has both opportunities and challenges. The main issues that are emphasized in this study is on how to grasp and adapt to the situation, strengthen training and policy incentives, establish quality assurance supervision and inspection as well as linkage mechanism, and actively explore the reform mode. From the perspective of management, taking Baoshan University in Yunnan Province as an example, this article summarizes the practical experience of online teaching, analyzes the shortcomings of online teaching, explores the online and offline hybrid teaching, and promotes local colleges to reform their teaching mode.

COVID-19 has triggered an upsurge of research on the reform of higher education teaching mode. Based on the analysis of the main problems and experiences of online teaching in colleges and universities during the epidemic period, this article emphasizes on the innovation of higher education teaching reform in the post-epidemic era from five aspects which are the teaching objectives, contents, methods, modes, and priorities in order to provide ideas and become a reference for global education reform.

On the basis of expounding the important position of artificial intelligence in the field of computer, this paper studies the modeling method of college comprehensive teaching mode based on artificial intelligence. This paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the task driven method to the teaching of artificial intelligence course based on the teaching objectives of artificial intelligence course and the characteristics and steps of task driven teaching method. This paper proposes a task driven teaching model of artificial intelligence. Then, this paper explores the specific shift process of instructional design paradigm under the background of artificial intelligence. In the pre intelligence stage, this study uses the paradigm shift analysis framework to verify whether Cai instructional design, multimedia instructional design and information instructional design have migration. For the teaching design in the intelligent stage, this paper first expounds the inevitability of the paradigm shift of teaching design under the background of artificial intelligence from the aspects of the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence to education and teaching, the problems of the original information-based teaching design and the many challenges it faces. At last, the typical application cases under the guidance of intelligent instructional design paradigm are described in detail.

Based on the theory of multimodality and Internet technology, the present paper analyzes the existing problems in legal English teaching, explores the feasibility of constructing a multimodal teaching mode, and presents a case study of moot court by applying the multimodal means of teaching. The tentative study proves that a multimodal teaching mode can satisfy the requirements of legal English teaching, though there still exist problems to be solved.

Through global and local two-level authentication, user information synchronization, and interconnection between homogeneous clouds, the identity management function realized. With the help of the e-schoolbag function, the learning results continuously and accurately evaluated, so that every learner can get a good learning experience.

Cross-border e-commerce has become an important development mode of international trade, and the gap of cross-border e-commerce talents is very large. However, there are many bottlenecks in cross-border e-commerce teaching in higher vocational colleges. The teaching mode of “integration of competition, certificate and training” refers to improving students’ professional ability by participating in actual combat training and competitions related to their major. The author led her teaching team to apply and research the teaching mode of “integration of competition, certificate and training” in the teaching of cross-border e-commerce courses, and obtained some results for reference. Vehicle Dynamics is a compulsory course of vehicle engineering. At present, the teaching method is still dominated by teachers. Based on the concept of project teaching, this paper discusses the teaching content and teaching mode of Vehicle Dynamics, so as to improve students’ participation in the course and improve the teaching quality of the course.

With the development of the Internet, blended teaching mode comes into being and has become one of the main ways of teaching reform. We introduce the blended teaching mode firstly. And then, we take the undergraduate discrete mathematics course, which is one of the most important courses of computer science, as an example, analyze its characteristics and the shortcomings of the current teaching mode. The application of blended teaching mode is imperative. Finally, we explore the application and design of the blended teaching mode based on flipped class on the undergraduate discrete mathematics course.

The rapid development of Internet technology and information technology is rapidly changing the way people think, recognize, live, work and learn. In the context of Internet + education, the emerging learning form of a cloud classroom has emerged. Cloud classroom refers to the process in which learners use the network as a way to obtain learning objectives and learning resources, communicate with teachers and other learners through the net-work, and build their own knowledge structure. Because it breaks the boundaries of time and space, it has the characteristics of freedom, high effi-ciency and extensiveness, and is quickly accepted by learners of different ag-es and occupations. The traditional cloud classroom teaching mode has no personalized recommendation module and cannot solve an information over-load problem. Therefore, this paper proposes a cloud classroom online teach-ing system under the personalized recommendation system. The system adopts a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, which helps to mine the potential preferences of users and thus complete more accurate recommendations. It not only highlights the core position of personalized curriculum recommendation in the field of online education, but also makes the cloud classroom online teaching mode more intelligent and meets the needs of intelligent teaching.

The development and inheritance of jade carving skills are the foundation of jade culture rooted in China. At present, the jade carving industry has entered a brand new period. With the rise and development of jade carving design in higher-level education, the traditional model of mentoring inheritance is obviously not applicable to the modern higher education system. Through the combing of the jade carving inheritance method, the advantages and disadvantages of each inheritance method can be effectively summarized. We should draw lessons from the advantages of the traditional inheritance mode, combined with the current higher education mode and resources. On the basis of the existing teaching mode, jade carving teaching methods more suitable for the modern higher education system are explored. It is helpful to cultivate high-quality jade carving talents with high design level and practical technical level. The inheritance mode of higher education and the accumulation of talent training will become an important carrier and channel for jade carving art inheritance in the future.

Comprehensive English is one of the fundamental courses for English majors and it aims at cultivating students’ basic English skills, and laying solid foundation for higher grades. This paper tries to explore the blended teaching mode from three stages—pre-class, in-class and post-class based on the Internet+ background to stimulate students’ autonomous learning ability, improve their language competence and comprehensive attainment.

Experiential Teaching Mode has made up for the shortcomings of traditional classroom teaching. This article firstly summarizes the background, discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying Experiential Teaching Mode in college English teaching. Secondly, it reviews the development and study of experiential teaching both at home and abroad. Thirdly, it talks about the significance, strategies of applying Experiential Teaching Mode in college English teaching, meanwhile it also summarizes the existing problems of current experiential teaching practice in college English and gives some possible solutions. Hoping that with the cooperation of teachers and students, the application of Experiential Teaching Mode in college English teaching can achieve good teaching effects and help students improve their English levels.

This study most specifically looks at art education. Or art teachers in further and higher education, the use of electronic media may not only lead to better work, creatively, but al-so more efficient real-time interaction, and the more effective collection of student feedback. Modern students’ lifestyles and the teaching environment they are subject to, have created the basis for convergence media; within such an environment, cultural knowledge can be more quickly and conven-iently accessed. Based on an analysis of innovative art education teaching methods within this era of convergent media, this paper proposes a design framework for the sharing of such high-quality teaching resources and the design of a shared teaching platform; these proposals are informed by the use of the ‘extreme value’ method to optimize the allocation of high-quality teaching resources in the framework design during the sharing process. The identification of an objective function can be effective in this context. The participation of an objective function within resource allocation can better guarantee that the best teachers can arrange the teaching programs that are most effective for particular courses --- so that high-quality teaching pro-grams can be better spread across the media available and so that the stu-dents can better accept and absorb this new teaching mode.

Sports anatomy is one of the compulsory courses in college. It is an important course for undergraduate students to complete the teaching link of practicing. This course is extremely practical and operational, and requires active learning. However, due to the limited classroom time, the increase in the number of students and the shortage of anatomical specimens, the traditional teaching of anatomy fails to inspire students' interest in learning and becomes unable to adapt to the requirements of the times. In this study, a three-track teaching mode was designed on the basis of combining the innovative talent training theory with the characteristics of sports anatomy. The teaching mode in this study is composed of eight learning stages: identifying problems, analyzing problems, generating hypotheses, confirming already-known knowledge, establishing required information, confirming resources, collecting new information, combining old and new knowledge. Meanwhile, case teaching method and team teaching method were incorporated into this mode. In addition, before, during and after class, 3D anatomy software both in the mobile version and CP version was used to urge students to take the initiative to learn and complete the learning tasks. Finally, according to the purpose of training innovative talents in this study, a new learning performance evaluation system was constructed in accordance with the characteristics of sports anatomy. It was found in this teaching experiment that this new teaching mode is conducive to improving the teaching effect, lays a foundation for promoting the quality of the teaching link of practicing, and stimulates the innovation ability of college students.

As an important indicator for measuring professional talents, the capacity for scientific research has received more and more attention. The course of Method of Sport Science Research can systematically teach students to learn the theory of scientific research, grasp professional method of scientific research and lay a foundation for cultivating scientific thought and scientific research ability of students of sports specialty. Based on the content characteristics and knowledge foundation of the course, students have not enjoyed this course very much and it has been difficult for them to understand. Besides, it is difficult to achieve good teaching effect because of poor mastery and application of knowledge after learning. On this basis, “12345” online learning mode based on self-direction theory was designed in this study. This process includes 1 thought, 2 mentalities, 3 dimensions, 4 levels and 5 steps. This theory was applied in the smart classroom of Method of Sport Science Research. The online cooperative teaching combined with network interaction technology and integrated with visual exchange technology was conducted. Besides, data analysis advantage of network platform was adopted to record the data of teacher-student interactions. Then, students’ learning was systematically understood through the interaction analysis. Finally, fuzzy C mean was integrated in the above teaching mode to conduct blended group research, implement targeted individual teaching of for Method of Sport Science Research and achieve the target interaction with students according to accuracy of big data analysis. The experimental results show that the teaching mode can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm, stimulate their learning initiative and enhance learning efficiency.

Background: Hybrid teaching mode is a new trend under the Education Informatization environment, which combines the advantages of educators’ supervision offline and learners’ self-regulated learning online. Capturing learners’ learning behavior data becomes easy both from the traditional classroom and online platform. Methods: If machine learning algorithms can be applied to mine valuable information underneath those behavior data, it will provide scientific evidence and contribute to wise decision making as well as effective teaching process designing by educators. Results: This paper proposed a hybrid teaching mode utilizing machine learning algorithms, which uses clustering analysis to analyze the learner’s characteristics and introduces a support vector machine to predict future learning performance. The hybrid mode matches the predicted results to carry out the offline teaching process. Conclusion: Simulation results on about 356 students’ data on one specific course in a certain semester demonstrate that the proposed hybrid teaching mode performs very well by analyzing and predicting the learners’ performance with high accuracies.

With the application of new generation information technology such as big data, Internet of things, mobile Internet and their deep integration with classroom teaching, online teaching has been developing. Online teaching platform is an important teaching medium under the development of information technology. The extensive application of online teaching platform will change the traditional teaching methods and realize a teaching reform combining computer technology and multimedia network technology. In the current situation of information technology, online teaching platform has been applied to all kinds of teaching in universities, primary and secondary schools. Mobile Internet technology will become an important tool for college education and teaching. In this paper, we propose an on-line network teaching platform based on intelligent speech recognition. The recognition tool is applied to validate the speeaker and the sound analysis to guarantee the quality of service.

In the Internet age, the proliferation of multimedia computer technology (MCT) brings unprecedented opportunities to English teaching in colleges. This paper firstly carries out a questionnaire survey on the current status of personalized teaching of college English, and summed up the main problems with the current teaching mode. On this basis, the authors developed an MCT-based personalized English teaching design, with the aid of information technology (IT) and online teaching platform. To verify its effect, the proposed design was tested through contrastive experiment. The results show that the MCT-based personalized English teaching design could improve the interests and performance of English learning, and cultivate a good learning habit. In summary, this paper explores the personalized teaching of college English from both theoretical and practical angles, laying a good basis for high-quality English teaching and personalized development of students.

Objective: To explore the teaching effect of Duifene Teaching Platform on analytical chemistry courses in medical colleges and universities. Methods: Students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as study subjects, who were divided into Experimental Class and Control Class respectively. The Experimental Class adopted a teaching mode based on Duifene Platform, while the Control Class adopted a traditional teaching mode, and a questionnaire survey was carried on to research object. Results: Comparing the final grades of the two classes, the result of the Experimental Class was slightly higher than that of the Control Class, and students in the Experimental Class were satisfied with the new teaching mode. Conclusion: Duifene Teaching Platform enriches forms of classroom teaching and makes communications between teachers and students more convenient, which is helpful to the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability and is worthy to be used as a reference in the teaching of medical colleges and universities.

The continuous development of the IOT technology is rapidly penetrating into all walks of life, which promotes the mobile Internet into a new service system, and mobile teaching methods with the characteristics of flexibility and interactivity are also becoming popular. This kind of learning mode enables students to get rid of the limitation of time and space, and can carry out targeted learning, so that different types of students can reasonably arrange their learning objectives according to their own learning quality. For students majoring in economic management, more and more enterprises require them to have practical ability and cooperation ability. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on cultivating students’ cooperation ability and theoretical practice ability in education and teaching. The traditional teaching mode does not meet the needs of the times. It is necessary to study the economic management teaching mode in the new era of Internet of things to promote the reform of education industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the economic management teaching mode based on mobile learning and collaborative learning. This paper first introduces the principle and technical support of the IOT, analyzes the reform of economic management teaching mode under the environment of the IOT and the experimental teaching process using the IOT technology and virtual technology. This paper analyzes the current situation of experimental education and the characteristics of the teaching mode based on mobile learning and collaborative learning through the method of literature research, and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the students in the experimental teaching center of economic management in Colleges and universities. The survey results show that in the IOT environment, the experimental teaching mode based on mobile learning and collaborative learning can effectively mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, and can improve students’ theoretical and practical ability, cooperative ability and autonomous learning ability to a certain extent.

In the era of Internet plus, thanks to the popularity of mobile terminals, it is quick and convenient for people to get information and knowledge. The mobile learning mode of WeChat official account assisted teaching provides students with an independent learning platform, which combines information technology and classroom teaching. As an expansion and extension of the traditional classroom, it can cultivate the independent learning ability of students and promoted students to change from “passive learning” to “active learning”. Taking WeChat official account as an example, we will explore the teaching mode of “Internet plus Education” and discuss the construction of learner-centered, online and offline education ecology based on WeChat official account. In addition, we hope to provide some reference for the teaching reform of “Internet plus Education” mode in our country.

In the teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities, how to realize the integration mode of teaching and training is considered to be a long-term and complex but practical work. By using the integration mode of teaching and training of aerobics, we can effectively improve the effect of teaching and training of aerobics in colleges and universities and realize the innovation of classroom. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses about the problems related to the construction of the integration mode of teaching and training of aerobics in colleges and universities. I hope that it can help to improve the level of teaching and training of aerobics in colleges and universities.

Objective: To construct a WeChat supported PBL teaching mode, apply it in the lecturing on Basic Chemistry forHigher Medical Education, and explore its teaching effect. Methods: We selected the international students enrolled in 2014 and 2015 as teaching objects, who were divided at random into the control group and experimental group, with the students in experimental group taught in the WeChat supported PBL teaching mode, and those in control group in the traditional mode. Upon the completion of teaching, the students’ learning experience in the new teaching mode was investigated, and their final results in Basic Chemistry for HigherMedical Education were compared. Results: The students in experimental group were satisfied with their learning experience in the new teaching mode and learning effect therefrom; their final scores of Basic Chemistry forHigher Medical Education were also higher than those of the students in the control group. Conclusion: WeChat supported PBL teaching mode, with its emphasis on the in-depth integration between information technology and curriculum, helps improve students’ interest and initiatives in independent learning, promote timely communication between teachers and students, and improve the comprehensive ability of international students, which is worthy of optimization and promotion in teaching.

Textile Mathematical Statistics (TMS) course is a basic course for undergraduate students to learn and practice data analysis and application in textile fields. And it requires a close connection between theory teaching and practice. For this purpose, we proposed the application-oriented teaching practice of TMS course. The core of our teaching was implementation of project-case based teaching mode, which is to take the specific applications in textiles as examples of teaching. The teaching idea of learning-through-using was adopted. And the teaching contents were scientifically arranged according to people’s basic cognitive law. Knowledge base of teaching cases was established. During our teaching practice in past five years, it has been proved that application-oriented teaching method in TMS course provides practical opportunities for students to independently solve the problems of experiment design and data analysis in textile field.

In order to give full play to the value of mental health education courses in colleges and universities and help students understand the relevant knowledge, thus helping to alleviate their own psychological problems, this paper uses the evaluation feedback of mental health courses in colleges and universities to conduct in-depth learning, and further optimize the mental health education courses in colleges and universities. Domestic colleges and universities have gradually opened mental health education courses, aiming at helping students find breakthroughs in the problem, thereby promoting students’ physical and mental development and adapting to the current and developing social environment with the positive and normal psychological state. However, the existing mental health education curriculum in colleges and universities cannot play its role effectively. The general evaluation criteria make the teaching activities less effective, and the students fail to understand the content of the mental health education curriculum well. Therefore, this paper uses the evaluation feedback information of the mental health curriculum in colleges and universities to conduct an in-depth study, optimize the mental health curriculum, and improve the mental health of colleges and universities. The teaching mode of health course enables students to have a deeper understanding of the content of mental health education. It can really help students alleviate psychological pressure and solve psychological problems, which is conducive to the healthy development of universities and society.

With the rapid development of modern information technology, the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education has brought new opportunities and challenges to educators. Iwrite, based on artificial intelligence, is an English writing teaching and evaluation system that includes writing teaching, intelligent correction and automatic grading, which can play a great role in English writing teaching. In order to explore whether AI-based iWrite assisted English writing teaching mode can effectively improve students’ English writing ability, the study adopts two different teaching methods to compare, in order to observe the effect of AI-based iWrite assisted English writing teaching. The results show that AI-based iWrite assisted English writing teaching mode can effectively improve students’ English writing ability, and students are more receptive to it. Therefore, the study suggests that in the future teaching, more and more teachers should follow the trend of educational informatization and integrate AI-based iWrite into their teaching.

With the rapid development of digitalisation, multimedia and network-based communication technology, all walks of life are undergoing change and development driven by the application of the internet to conventional industries. Especially because of the outbreak of coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19), English teaching and learning modes are undergoing revolutionary changes worldwide (Wong et al., 2020). Online courses and materials have become the norm for students, and combined with offline English learning activities, an online and offline blended learning mode has ultimately emerged (Graham, 2006;Whittaker, 2013). Whereas blended learning has been considered in several contexts, it has been less investigated in the field of blended English learning mode for the listening comprehension ability and emotional experiences of young learners of Chinese English as a foreign language (EFL) while doing the tasks. Thus, this study focussed on the achievement and experience of Chinese EFL junior high school students during blended learning using Quizlet software as the online learning tool. This study aimed to explore the following: (1) the effect of the online and offline blended mode on the learning outcomes of students and (2) the experience of students while engaging with blended tasks in terms of their learning interest, attitude, and strategy use in English listening learning. A 4-month teaching intervention involving the online and offline blended mode was conducted in English listening classes. Adopting mixed-methods qualitative and quantitative research, this study examined the engagement process of two classes of students and analysed data from their English listening tests and follow-up in-depth interviews. The results suggested that the blended activity was conducive to enhancing the listening performance of students. Moreover, the attitudes of students toward English listening learning shifted from a relatively negative engagement to a more positive one. Meanwhile, the interest of students grew and their learning strategies became more diversified. These findings have implications for English teaching and learning activity design for young learners.

College English teaching mode is constantly changing. This paper takes college English students' autonomous learning as the breakthrough point, and introduces the concept of cloud computer, deeply explores the existing problems in college English teaching in the past, compares it with the cloud computer-based college English autonomous learning and understands its advantages. At the same time, it analyzes the future road of college English autonomous learning assisted by cloud computing from three different levels: universities, teachers and their students.
