The ocean covers a much larger area of the earth than the land, in the case of diminishing land resources, the development of seabed resources is imperative. However, compared with the land, the deep-sea environment is more complex, risers and joints are important components in the mining process. In order to ensure the smooth operation process, it is necessary to study its fatigue life. The method is to estimate the fatigue life of the tested component by S-N curve. The device for measuring S-N curve is a resonance fatigue testing machine. According to its structural design, the actual constraints at both ends are not completely hinge constraints, and the mass distribution is mainly concentrated at both ends of the tested part. In order to further analyze its vibration response, the formula is derived again, so as to obtain the response in line with the actual work situation.
