Internships prepare students to enter the industry, business world, and world of work (IDUKA). Internships encourage improved job prospects, higher wages, and reduced skill mismatches. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internship quality on students' career adaptability and students' job search success also to formulate strategic recommendations for improving the quality of apprenticeship programs. The population of this study is all alumni of Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan, Politeknik APP Jakarta and Politeknik STMI Jakarta who are recorded as already working. A total of 99 respondents were selected by purposive sampling then analyzed using SEM-PLS and the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP). The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between internship quality on career adaptability, career adaptability on job search success, internship quality on job search success and internship quality on job search success through career adaptability. The most important alternative strategy for improving internship quality is setting up an internship mentoring program. Universities and companies must develop an internship curriculum for each internship position before setting up an internship mentoring programme.

The green industry is a national priority target, with one of the indicators being the application of a circular economy. The application of a circular economy to the entire supply chain process is an effort to extend the service life of materials so that sustainability arises. The application of circular supply chains needs to be supported by digital technology to improve processes. This study aims to analyze the effect of circular supply chain practices on corporate sustainability performance and the moderating effect of Big Data. The hypothesis testing using SEM analysis tools. The number of samples used was 140, who are currently working or have worked in companies that have implemented a circular economy. [KM1] The results of the study show that Circular Supply Chain Practices do not influence on Corporate Sustainability Performance, so the moderating effect of Big Data is not supported. Therefore, managerial parties need to implement a circular supply chain in the company's business processes. Managers need to provide technical training related to designing environmentally friendly products and educational strategies to customers regarding the application of a circular economy. Nonetheless, this study also has limitations, in that it consists of only one variable, Circular Supply Chain practices, which affect Corporate Sustainability Performance. Thus, the next researcher should add other variables that can affect Corporate Sustainability Performance, such as the purchasing realized absorptive capacity variable. This study analyzes the direct and indirect effects of leadership capability, motivation, and learning orientation through strategic changes as the mediating variable on performance. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 275 directors or chairs, lecturers, and educational staff at the private maritime higher education institutions (Perguruan Tinggi Maritim Swasta – PTMS) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) employing AMOS 23. Findings confirm that leadership capability has a direct negative effect on performance due to policy dualism on the recruitment of lecturers and education staff; however, leadership capability has an indirect positive effect on performance through strategic changes. This is different from motivation and learning orientation, which have a direct positive effect on organizational performance. Strategic changes have been able to mediate the effect of leadership capability, motivation, and learning orientation to affect performance positively. Findings also show that motivation must be academically increased, and lecturing must be well presented because motivation can affect and has the most significant role in organizational performance through strategic changes.

The millennial generation is known as the sandwich generation, whe­re they sometimes experience various problems in making decisions, including purchasing goods or services. These problems are essential to study re­garding decision-making, especially in the digital era. There are various con­ve­niences in conducting transactions, such as e-money. The millennial gene­ra­tion tends to compulsive buying for goods or services with various factors, both due to individual internal and external factors. This study aims to examine the effect of self-control and e-money on compulsive buying, which a referen­ce group moderates. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 249 respondents, where the sample criteria are the younger generati­on with e-money applications. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS to test the hypothesis. The results showed that self-control weakened compulsive buy­ing due to the individual's ability to control himself in shopping. E-money usa­ge has a positive effect on compulsive buying because of easier tran­sac­ti­ons. The novelty of this study used the reference group as a moderating varia­ble, where the results of the reference group strengthen the influence of self-con­trol on compulsive buying because individuals get positive information and suggestion from the group. Finally, the reference group can weaken the in­flu­ence of e-money on compulsive buying. Although there is convenience in tran­sacting, the presence of information from the group can prevent them from compulsive buying.

Ellak Daya Village is one of the villages in Lenteng sub-district, Sumenep Regency with dry land/fields 63.3% of the total land with commodity crops of Corn, Beans, Soybeans, Rice and herbal chilies, which are only capable of maximum production in rainy season during the dry season the fields/dry land in Ellak Daya are less productive. Indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) selama 2017-2020 mengalami peningkatan disebabkan oleh jumlah investor yang meningkat dan dicerminkan juga oleh tingginya harga saham perbankan. Peningkatan harga saham perbankan terbentuk akibat pembelian investor yang dipengaruhi oleh permintaan dan penawaran. Penelitian dilakukan pada data perusahaan perbankan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Terdapat sembilan saham perbankan pada indeks Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 80 yang digunakan sebagai sampel pada penelitian, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Book Value Per Share (BVPS) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan perbakan di BEI2017-2020. Data analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PBV, dan BVPS berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Secara parsial hanya ROE yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham,sedangkan secara parsial PBV dan BVPS berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham. Implikasi pada penelitian adalah PBV dan BVPS dapat diperhatikan sebagai salah satu faktor penentu harga saham, namun sebaliknya untuk ROE menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan di BEI periode 2017- 2020. We present a new generalization and metaheuristics for the distributed parallel machine and assembly scheduling problem (DPMASP), namely MDPMASP with eligibility constraints. There is a set of unrelated factories or production lines. Each has a series of non-identical parallel machines with varying processing speeds. Then, it was disposed of as a single assembly machine in a series. Each product is assembled from a set of components (jobs). Each item necessitates multiple unidentical jobs. The objectives are to minimize mean flow time and the number of tardy jobs. We suggest four basic heuristics and three metaheuristics to tackle the problem. The Taguchi approach is used to discuss and calibrate various metaheuristic parameters. Algorithms are compared using the four performance measures. The computational results show that the proposed algorithms can solve moderate-sized problems efficiently and near-optimal solutions in most cases. Moreover, based on the four performance measures, MGA is the best method, followed by MSA, MPSO, SH2, SH4, SH1 and SH3.

This study examines the effect of related party transactions (RPTs) on pretax profit margin (PPM). It analyzes the moderating effect of audit quality and firm size based on a large panel of Indonesian-listed firms. The sample of three representative business groups from 2010–2021 and analysis uses the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimator to control PPM as a proxy of taxable income. We document that this study finds that PPM(t-1) and RPT Sales negatively impact and are significant on firms’ PPM, consistent with the incentive alignment hypothesis. However, RPTs, RPT Loan, and RPT Receivables affect positively. We also find that audit quality strengthens the impact of RPT Loan and RPT Receivables on the PPM negatively and positively significantly; however weakens RPTs, RPT Sales, and RPT Expenses. Moreover, firm size weakens the effect RPTs on PPM. RPTs and tax avoidance are complex and multifaceted phenomena of corporate finance. Additional business groups and variables may have moderating and mediating effects on the impact of taxable income on the business group. Stakeholders, especially the government, should supervise and control RPTs activities comprehensively, especially on the types of RPT Sales and RPT Expenses transactions. The paper offers two contributions. First, it gathers the first evidence on the taxable income and RPTs practices and offers insights into Indonesia’s business group behavior. Second, the analysis examines eleven years considering the sensitivity of audit quality and firm size to RPTs and pretax profit margin.

Islamic banking is an essential element in the development and establishment of Indonesia’s economy, for that it is crucial for management to have a good marketing strategy to be sustainable. Thus, this research aims to explore the route of consumer loyalty by emphasizing religiosity, intimacy, and service quality as the factors of consumer satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic banking. This study applies a structural equation model (SEM) to analyze data collected from 308 Islamic bank consumers in Indonesian Islamic communities and Islamic institutions. The empirical results show that the service quality dimensions (PAKSERV scale); tangibility, reliability, assurance, sincerity, personalization, and formality play an essential role in increasing consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. There is no direct relationship between consumer religiosity and consumer loyalty, whereas consumer intimacy and service quality have a direct positive impact on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction act as fully mediating role between service quality and consumer loyalty. Practically, the findings of this study can be used by Islamic banking management to focus on modifying service quality by emphasizing the dimensions of sincerity, personalization, and formality. This paper aims to offer new evidence as to how sub-related party transactions (RPTs) can be related to corporate governance for Indonesia's business group. We address an ongoing theoretical tension and some recent research in the RPTs literature by focusing on revenue, expenses, loans, and receivables. Business groups are classified by size or market capitalization. This paper examines whether RPTs in the business group relate with domestic/foreign shareholders, independent board/commissioner, and firm size as controlling factors. The business groups were selected through purposive sampling that met the analysis criteria with their typology in the population of business groups listed on IDX. We used panel data analysis for four models. This relationship is more pronounced than some recent research for business group firms and firms with more highly concentrated foreign ownership regarding the effect RPTs on revenue, expenses, loans, and receivables. Related to the controlling variable, firm size shows a significant effect on every sub RPTs. The results may imply that foreign ownership exploits Indonesia with expenses such as cross-border transactions of capital goods, intangible property (royalty), intra-firm services, and the cost of debt. Therefore, there is a need for a balanced interest for government and business in Indonesia via foreign direct investment with corporate governance implementation and adaptive regulation.

This study aims to understand well the effect of majority ownership and firm size on financial fundamentals as controlling the debt policy of the property sector in Indonesia. The data panel model was built using data from firms listed in the property sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data is extracted from audited quarterly financial reports from 2014-2019. The results show that majority ownership negatively influences debt policy. In general, majority ownership negatively affects the capital structure in the short and long term because management is more prudent. However, sales growth and firm size insignificantly affect debt policy. Moreover, the moderate effect of firm size on the relationship between majority ownership and debt policy was strengthened. The controlling fundamentals, namely liquidity and profitability, negatively affect leverage. However, price to book value positively affects leverage. Our main implication is that majority ownership and firm size with firm-specific rather than country facts explain the differences in debt policy in the property sector.

The purpose of this study to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of audit for the welfare of the people. Qualitative tradition becomes a paradigm of study by using literature study as its methodology. The results of the analysis and discussion, the discourse is more strategically valuable if it is implemented in efforts to handle and minimize corruption. The argument that states that as a form of audit expectation gap, people's welfare is difficult to realize when corruption is still a serious problem that has not been resolved. The practical contribution of this research is to offer two strategic steps that BPK can take to reduce the existing expectation gap, firstly by improving the quality of financial audits, and secondly by focusing on performance audits with a higher priority on improving the quality of internal auditors' performance (APIP). In the theoretical realm, it can open up opportunities for the development of the concept of auditing in the public sector, not only serving scientific needs but also responding to public expectations.

The responsiveness of the Trading Business License (SIUP) licensing service provider is very important to create a pleasant and excellent licensing service system. Simplification of the number and types of licensing and nonlicensing has been carried out, from 142 types to 34 types. Through the online system, it is easier for applicants to register and monitor the flow of permits and can speed up the licensing process time, one day service. The Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) has made various efforts to increase the responsiveness of SIUP services, but based on preliminary research conducted by researchers, it shows that the level of responsiveness of the East Luwu Regency DPMPTSP is still not optimal, being in the "sufficient" category. This research aims to analyze the level of responsiveness and factors that hinder the responsiveness of SIUP services in DPMPTSP East Luwu Regency. The research used a descriptive quantitative approach, with a questionnaire instrument to collect data from 100 respondents from a population of 1,342 people. The sample taker used a simple random sampling technique. Data processing using SPSS version 22, was then analyzed using Weight Means Score (WMS). The level of responsiveness of DPMDPTSP East Luwu Regency in SIUP services, an average of 3.41 (fair) indicates that responsiveness is not optimal, especially in terms of speed of service, timeliness of service, and response to every applicant's complaint as stated by Zeithaml et al (1990) that Responsiveness is the willingness and readiness to help provide immediate service, such as punctuality of service, responding to every applicant, service quickly, precisely and carefully. A company needs to measure its financial and non-financial aspects to prove its proper performance. Balanced Scorecard is one of the tools to measure performance both in financial and non-financial. This study aims to implement Balanced Scorecard design that is in line with the vision and strategy of PDAM Hulu Sungai Utara to achieve the desired performance targets. This is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used were interview, documentation, and observation methods. The type of data used is both primary data in the form of interviews, and secondary data in the form of financial reports and other data attachments. The data analysis method in this study begins by presenting an overview of the next PDAM HSU, classifying the strategic plans that are applied, explaining the causal relationship between strategic plans, determining indicators and targets in each perspective, and describing the Balanced Scorecard design. The results of this study are the measurements in accordance with strategic objectives in each perspective according to the Balanced Scorecard concept. It is expected to make PDAM HSU easier for achieving its strategic goals.

Penelitian terkait pengaruh Social Media Engagement (SME) dan CRM Engagement (CRME) dan Relationship Quality terhadap Customer Behavior di Indonesia masih jarang ditemukan. Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris pengaruh SME dan CRME dan Relationship Quality terhadap Customer Behavior yang diwakili oleh Purchase Intention (PI), Loyalti Intention (LI), dan Participation Intention (PI). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna sosial media di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Sebanyak 205 online kuesioner yang memenuhi kriteria diukur dan di analisa mengunakan AMOS 21. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh SME dan CRME terhadap Relationship Quality tidak didukung, sedangkan Relationship Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Behavior. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengguna sosial media di Indonesia lebih mengutamakan kepuasan dan kepercayaan dalam mempengaruhi customer behavior. Implikasi manajerial penelitian dapat menjadi rujukan strategi pemasaran perusahaan atau organisasi untuk meningkatkan Relationship Quality dalam mencapai output customer behavior yang lebih maksimal.

The National Nuclear Energy Agency of Indonesia (BATAN) taxonomy is a nuclear competence field organized into six categories. The Polytechnic Institute of Nuclear Technology, as an institution of nuclear education, faces a challenge in organizing student publications according to the fields in the BATAN taxonomy, especially in the library. The goal of this research is to determine the most efficient automatic document classification model using text mining to categorize student final project documents in Indonesian and monitor the development of the nuclear field in each category. The kNN algorithm is used to classify documents and identify the best model by comparing Cosine Similarity, Correlation Similarity, and Dice Similarity, along with vector creation binary term occurrence and TF-IDF. A total of 99 documents labeled as reference data were obtained from the BATAN repository, and 536 unlabeled final project documents were prepared for prediction. In this study, several text mining approaches such as stem, stop words filter, n-grams, and filter by length were utilized. The number of k is 4, with Cosine-binary being the best model with an accuracy value of 97 percent, and kNN works optimally when working with binary term occurrence in Indonesian language documents when compared to TF-IDF. This study aims to examine and analyze of the effect of Total Quality Management on SME’s Performance by mediating of Organizational Culture in Muslim clothing sector in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. Data collection methods obtained by distributing questionnaire with a simple random sampling to 125 respondents. The analysis method is Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using application SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study showed that in first hypothesis there was a effect of Total Quality Management on SME’s Performance, then in second hypothesis there was a effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Culture, then in third hypothesis there was a effect of Organizational Culture on SME’s Performance, and next in fourth hypothesis there was a effect of Total Quality Management on SME’s performance by mediating of Organizational Culture. Purpose: Good and coordinated administration is essential for completing a property. This study focuses on aligning individuals' control with their distinct objectives. Homebuilders strive to address problems as effectively as possible to attain the most significant success from multiple perspectives. Design/methodology/approach: SCOPUS.COM is a library of source-neutral abstracts and citations vetted by recognized experts in their respective disciplines. From 1985 to 2022, researchers discovered 835 documents on sustainable housing in the SCOPUS.COM database, according to (1) country or region, (2) source, (3) funding sponsor, (4) subject, and (5) affiliation. Findings: Indonesia ranks below Malaysia, India, and China in Asia and ASEAN but above Singapore and Thailand. Indonesia continues to be competitive in housing research and publication. Sustainability Switzerland has 54 documents, followed by the IOP Conference Series Earth and Environmental Science with 37, International Journal of Housing Science and Its Applications with 24, IOP Conference Series Material Science and Engineering with 19, Habitat International with 13, and Building and Environment with ten documents. Hong Kong, China, Korea, and Malaysia provide the most institutional funding, where the sources include DIKTI, ITS Surabaya, UNDIP Semarang, and U.I. Jakarta in Indonesia. Engineering has 386 documents, Social Science 334, Environmental Science 257, and Energy 161. The Netherlands, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and India account for most affiliations, while three documents from ITS Surabaya represent Indonesia. High competition requires companies to maintain their consumers, so they do not turn to competitors. Besides that, the high acquisition cost to get new customer makes many companies shift their focus to customer retention. It also happens in the financial services industry in Indonesia. Their product is relatively homogeneous with tight regulations, price war from competitors, and the high credit risk to acquire new customers. It makes finance companies concentrate on consumer retention. The research aimed to identify the factors that most influence consumer retention in the financial services company. Cluster random sampling technique was applied to get the sample of the population. Secondary data from one branch of a finance company in a particular geographical cluster (2.858 customers) were used. The selection of branches or geographical clusters was selected randomly. Data analysis was conducted based on several determinant factors that affected consumer retention, such as the amount of loan to value, days past due that consumers had, monthly income, and the mileage from the customer domicile to the company offices. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze these determinant factors. Based on several factors, mileage and loan to value have a highly significant relationship with customer retention. Meanwhile, the other variables do not have a significant effect on customer retention.

Purposes – Indonesian government bond (known as SUN) plays an essential role in financing sustainable development in Indonesia and is a fixed income investment vehicle that attracts foreign investors. This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic factors or macro-risk on the yield curve of the SUN bond. Methodology – The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rate, Foreign Exchange Reserves, Current Account Deficit, and crude oil prices in the 2010–2019 period. This study used the error correction model (ECM) method. The primary sources of data are some government bodies such as the Bank Indonesia website (www.bi.go.id) and the Indonesian site Bond Market Directory (www.idx.co.id). Findings – The results showed that the exchange rate had a positive effect in the long run, while the foreign exchange reserves effect inversely on the yield curve. The BI rate, inflation rate, and oil price have a positive effect on yield significantly. Furthermore, the current account deficit has no significant impact on the yield curve for the long term and short term. Implications – There are some managerial and policy implications to maintain an efficient, fixed income market. The authorities need to promote GDP growth, pursue fiscal efficiency, keep up the credit rating and risk of current account deficit, keep a relatively low BI rate and expected inflation rate. The yield curve fluctuation is influenced by changes in some macro-monetary factors above, which should consider in making SUN investment decisions. Limitations – This study has two limitations. Firstly, the future model could use a re-specification analysis that employs the VECM method that can result in impulse response function with a shock and period study; secondly, this study could be adding some variables including budget policy and political dynamics. Originality – This study contributes to the literature by examining the yield curve using the current account deficit related to government debt and macroeconomic factors that affect the bond yield curve. These findings can arrange a strategy to develop the bond market and obtain funding with a low cost of debt funds.

In the bearish, islamic equity market condition of 15.6% due to the depreciation of the IDR-USD exchange rate by 10.8%, during March 2018-March 2019, respectively. The decline in the IDR exchange rate was triggered by the Federal Reserve Bank's policy of a reference interest rate of 25 basis points. The method used uses the overreaction market hypothesis. The sample stock used is a member of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) at Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 55 weeks. This overreaction analysis is divided in two stages: (i) formation of a winner-loser portfolio, (ii) testing the overreaction-momentum hypothesis. Findings: in (i) 10-week test period: overreaction, (ii) 20-week test period: momentum, (iii) 30-week test period: momentum; (iv) 40-week test period: overreaction; (v) 55 week test period: overreaction. It was concluded that overreaction occurred at the beginning of the market experiencing bearish due to the high shock effect, then the market began to be consistent until there was a pattern of momentum in two continued periods, but the momemtum pattern ended again at the 40th week and the overreaction pattern happened again at the end of the bearish period. Penurunan nilai tukar IDR tersebut dipicu oleh kebijakan Federal Reserve Bank yang meanikkan suku bunga acuan sebesar 25 basis poin. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan overreaction market hypothesis. Sampel saham yang digunakan merupakan anggota Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode observasi selama 55 minggu. Analisis overreaksi ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu: (i) pembentukan portofolio winner-loser, (ii) pengujian hipotesis overreaksi-momentum. Temuan: pada (i) uji periode 10 minggu: overreaksi, (ii) uji periode 20 minggu: momentum, (iii) uji periode 30 minggu: momentum; (iv) uji periode 40 minggu: overreaksi; (v) uji periode 55 minggu: overreaksi. Disimpulkan bahwa overreaksi terjadi pada awal pasar mengalami bearish karena efek kejut yang tinggi, kemudian pasar mulai konsisten hingga terjadi pola momentum pada dua periode lanjutan, namun kembali pola momemtum berakhir pada minggu ke-40 dan pola overreaksi terjadi kembali pada akhir periode bearish.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate characteristics on the company's capital structure, which plays a fundamental role in the proportion of debt and equity financing risks. The research method used is purposive sampling. This research's population is non-financial issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with quarterly data for the period of 2010-2017. The analysis is performed using panel data with six independent variables and two control variables. The results of this study indicate that profitability and institutional ownership have a negative effect on capital structure. In contrast, market ratios, firm size, and managerial ownership have a positive effect on capital structure. Debt decision making must consider financial and ownership characteristics, especially if there is institutional or government ownership in the company because company characteristics have a significant effect on the company's capital structure.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimanakah pengelolaan keuangan daerah serta perbandingan antara anggaran dan realisasi terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah di Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Tabanan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi non partisipan dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan pemerintah daerah di Kabupaten Tabanan telah mengacu kepada Permendagri No. 13 Tahun 2006 dan laporan kinerja pemerintah daerahnya dalam lima tahun terakhir jika di rata-ratakan pemda Kabupaten Tabanan telah memperoleh predikat B, walaupun pada tahun 2014 dan 2015 memperoleh nilai SAKIP dengan predikat C. Perbandingan antara anggaran dan realisasi pendapatan daerah terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah di Kabupaten Tabanan menunjukkan bahwa apabila anggarannya lebih besar dibandingkan realisasinya yang disebabkan oleh beberapa komponen pada tahun dan sebaliknya, apabila anggaran lebih kecil dibandingkan realisasinya yang dimana selisih tersebut tersebut dapat menjadi sumber-sumber SiLPA untuk pembiayaan investasi dalam APBD. Belanja daerah dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa realisasinya lebih kecil dibandingkan anggarannya yang dimana menjadi sumber-sumber SiLPA dan sudah melakukan efisiensi. The Efforts to meet area needs for various activities such as trade, services, socio-cultural activities and housing will result in the use of land that was previously used for agriculture into land that has been built. The carrying capacity of agricultural land to achieve food independence and security is threatened. Therefore, the objectives of this research are (1) to examine the productivity of agricultural land to support food self-sufficiency in Sleman Regency; (2) analyzing the carrying capacity of the environment based on land capability for agricultural development in Sleman Regency; (3) formulate an environmental management strategy to increase the productivity of agricultural land to support food self-sufficiency in Sleman Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a focus on regional analysis as the unit of analysis. The method for calculating soil carrying capacity adopts a land productivity level approach. The results showed that there was a decrease in the carrying capacity of agricultural land in most sub-districts in Central Sleman Regency between 2016-2021. In the Central Sleman Region, Depok Regency is an area classified as class III which is unable to be self-sufficient in food where this area is the center of the economy and is traversed by primary arterial roads. The effect of a decrease in the carrying capacity of agricultural land also leads to the surrounding area, Most of the surrounding sub-districts also experienced a decrease in their carrying capacity. Based on the analysis of carrying capacity calculations, it can be seen that almost all sub-districts in each region experienced a decrease in carrying capacity class to class II and only in Depok and Turi sub-districts which were always in class III. Trading, Service, and Investment sectors show an essential role in the national economy, and they have grown significantly during the past years. They have created many job opportunities in both the formal sector and the non-formal sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of net profit, operating cash flow, financing cash flow and investing cash flow and, financing decisions on stock’s return of service industry listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis was done using the data panel regression. It shows that earning information, operating cash flow, financing cash flow positively affect stock returns. However, investing cash flow and financing decisions (proxy leverage) show a negative effect on the stock's return significantly. Simultaneously, the variables above affect stock return significantly. The implication is that management should pay more attention to financial factors, especially net profit, cash flow, and leverage to increase stock return and the company’s value.

The aim of this study is to understand the effect of company's fundamental factors and BI rate on systematic risk (beta) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In portfolio theory, there are two types of risk, namely systematic risk and non-systematic risk. The focus of this study is on systematic risk which was measured through beta (β), where each stock had a different beta. The analyses used independent variables of sales growth (SG), net profit margin (NPM), debt to equity ratio (DER) and BI rate (benchmark interest rate) on stock beta. The data used were quarterly data of issuers listedin the LQ-45 index in the period of 2009-2016 which were analysed using panel data regression method. The conclusion from panel data analysis of LQ-45 index is that SG, NPM and DER contribute a significant impact on systematic risk, but the macroeconomic proxy, namelyBI rate, does not offer significant influence on stock beta (β).Implication: corporate fundamental factors such as sales growth, net profit margin and solvency has effect significantly on beta (β), however BI rate does not.

This article aims to investigate the determinants of firm’s capital structure (debt ratio) such as asset structure, profitability, agency cost, innovation and technology, and firm size as a moderating variable. This study used quarterly data from the financial statements of food and beverage firms at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a purposive sampling method that met the research criteria with panel data analysis. The findings show that firm size and asset structure affect leverage positively; however, profitability and innovation and technology negatively affect the debt ratio, while agency cost does not affect leverage. All findings are in line with the hypotheses except agency cost. The firm size as a moderating variable shows strengthening of the interaction between agency cost and innovation with leverage. However, interacting with firm size weakens the effect of the relationship between assets structure and profitability with the debt ratio. Managerial implications of the target of debt ratio that creates the value of the firm need to be flexible and controlled by the interaction of the firm size with firm characteristics and innovation to achieve an optimal firm value of F & B sector.

This study aims to understand the moderating role of firm size on financial characteristics and Islamic firm value. Then study how the influence of firm size moderation on the relationship of financial characteristics and corporate governance with firm value. This study uses secondary data from financial statements and analyzed by the panel data method for six years. The sample selection is arranged by the purposive sampling method with Islamic index constituent population. Conclusion: leverage, profitability, and efficiency have a significant positive effect on Islamic firm value, but the liquidity and audit committee do not affect. Firm size moderators provide a reinforcing effect for all independent variables so that liquidity and audit committees have a positive effect on firm value. Implications: Islamic firm investors in the equity market should consider the crucial variable, namely firm size, in addition to firm and corporate governance characteristics. These conclusions provide important implications for managers and relevant authorities to enhance financial market information related to firm value and further attention to corporate governance mechanisms.

The success of a university can be seen from students’ satisfaction with the services provided. Students’ satisfaction is also the key to students’ loyalty to university. This research aims to measure the level of students’ satisfaction on the service quality of Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan (Polteknaker), to identify service quality attributes that need to be improved and maintained at the Polteknaker, to analyze the effect of Polteknaker service quality on student satisfaction, and to analyze the effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of Polteknaker students. There are 100 students of Polteknaker were involved in this research. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equational Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the student satisfaction index (CSI) result, the quality of Polteknaker services as a whole is 64.39% which shows students feel quite satisfied with the provided services. The results of the IPA shows that the most important indicators that should be improved are reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. Based on the results of SEM-PLS, the responsiveness and empathy have a positive and significant impact on students’ satisfaction, consequently resulting in students’ loyalty. This article would analyze the determination of Rupiah exchange rate by using equilibrium and disequilibrium concepts. This analysis became important for policy maker because disequilibrium reflected distortion towards relative price related to domestic policies. The research results showed that Rupiah exchange rate was in disequilibrium condition. The conclusion was based on Indonesia Bank policies that conducted intervention through some regulations by emerging Indonesia Bank regulations and conducting intervention on foreign exchange market, both in demand and supply. The Indonesia Bank policies aimed to stabilize Rupiah exchange rate that led to equilibrium exchange rate. The research results also showed Purchasing Power Parity did not applied in short term. It indicated market inefficiency and led to price rigidity in commodity market. The price rigidity caused price adjustment did not work. As a result, market was in disequilibrium condition.

Banking fragility phenomenon in the world as well as in Indonesia whip out some interesting issues to be investigated. The objective of this study is to investigate the dynamic causality relationship between competitionand stability of bank in Indonesia. The relationship between competition and stability of bank has long been a controversy before some crises takes place in the world either in theoretical or in empirical sphere. The crucial question such as will competition increase stability of banking industry or the other way around will competition create instability in banking system in Indonesiaare going to be investigated in this study. Stability will be analyzed by z-score, and competition will be measured by HHI. Testing the relationship between competition and stability will be conducted by Panel Vector Autoregression, a relatively new approach in econometrics. Empirical result indicates that competition decreasedstability of banking industry,whereas stability has aninsignificant effect to competition.

Math learning achievement is one of the subjects that students often complain, because of various difficulties. The V-class students already have completed math problems in story form, which involves basic but complex mathematical operations in the semantics. Cognitive skills are the skills to process information displayed by the existing knowledge. The aim of this study was to test the theoretical model influence of cognitive and metacognitive strategies and the influence of mathematics to experience success in mathematics achievement through self-efficacy fit with the data. Metodology of this research we use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with measurement model and structural model. Population was students in V grade Elementary School East Jakarta with 248 samples students. The results of the hypothetical model and the structural relations hypotheses are fit and significant, meaning the model is received. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan, yang merupakan jumlah sampel yang diambil dari teknik sampling total. Untuk menginterpretasikan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pemimpin diharapkan dapat memperhatikan karyawan sebagai seorang individu bukan member dari sebuah tim dan pemimpin diharapkan untuk dapat mengapresiasi karyawan yang sudah bekerja secara optimal baik pekerjaan indicidu maupun pekerjaan dalam tim.

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan. Data mengenai kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja karyawan diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada responden karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Bandung. Data yang diperoleh tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode path analisys, metode deskriptif, metode verifikatif, uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Hasil pengujian statistik pada variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study aims to test the theoretical model of social support, job satisfaction and interpersonal communication's influence to burnout, with self-esteem as the mediator in junior high school teachers in South Tangerang. The total respondents were 287 teachers in South Tangerang area. The study is using purposive sample, with non-probability sampling. Data analysis is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) Lisrel (Linear Structural Relationship) program 8.72. The hypothesis concludes "theoretical model of social support, job satisfaction and interpersonal communication's influence to burnout with self-esteem as mediator, fit with empirical data. Practical suggestion is, teachers should obtain social support, job satisfaction and interpersonal communication to avoid the burnout. The way consumers think about the products they will buy determines their buying behavior. The decision to buy a particular product is obviously in accordance with the buyer’s attitude. The buyers will also feel more comfortable if their behavior meets with the approval and expectations of the people close to them. While the development of a certain attitude has no effect on subjective judgment, the effect of compromise is likely to make a contribution to its development. Since it is still unclear, this study’s main purposed is to clarify this. In addition, while an attitude is theorized as being a predictor of behavior, through behavioral intention, the study’s secondary purpose is to boost the earlier findings. Likewise, in accordance with the theory of planned behavior, the study will also examine the other predictors of behavioral intention, in relation to the behavioral intention itself. A sample consisting of a 100 respondents was compiled by using the convenience and judgment technique. The data were analyzed using Amos 16.0 and SPSS 16.0. As expected, the compromise effect had a significant influence on whether the customers’ attitude or the subjective norm was the main determinant. Likewise, the customers’ attitude, the subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were confirmed as good predictors of customers’ behavioral intentions.

In this case, two functions that are key to the creation of value-added are marketing and operations functions. Operations and marketing capabilities are important factors to obtain superior performance. Integration of marketing and operations (operation capabilities, marketing capabilities) is believed to be a synergy to achieve the company's competitive advantage.On the other hand, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a key strategic factor to improve the company effectiveness. While an effective supply chain process is based on cross-functional collaboration of the company including operations and marketing capabilities. Thus, the main concern of this study is to focus on the influence of operationand marketing capabilities in supply chain integration and the firm performance, as well as the effect of supply chain integration on the firm performance. The results of this study based on regression analysis show that the regression coefficient of each independent variable on the dependent variable is positive. This means that the marketing and operation capabilities have positive effects on the firm performance, as well as having a positive impact on the supply chain integration. On the other side, the supply chain integration also has a positive effect on the firm performance.

The objective of this research was to obtain information concerning the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life toward employee organizational commitment at the State University of Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It involved 64 employee at the State University of Jakarta as respondent who were selected by simple random sampling. This research findings were as follows (1) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward organizational commitment; (2) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward organizational commitment; (3) there was a direct effect of quality of work life toward organizational commitment; (4) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward quality of work life; (5) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward quality of work life. Therefore, organizational commitment could be improving by rising the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life.

This paper presents a model and an algorithm for an inventory ship routing problem (ISRP). It consists of two main parts: a model development of the ship routing problem in a multi-product inventory with a heterogeneous fleet and an algorithm development to solve the problem. The problem is referred to as ISRP. ISRP considers several parameters including the deadweight tonnage (DWT), product compatibility, port setup, and compartment washing costs. Considering these parameters, the objective function is to minimize the total cost, which consists of traveling, port setup, ship charter, and compartment washing costs. From the resulting model, there are two major steps used to solve the problem. The first is to select the ships in order to satisfy the constraint that restricts the mooring rule. The second is to find the best route, product allocation, and shipped quantity. ISRP is an Non Polynomial-hard problem. Finding the solution of such problem needs a high computation time. A new hybrid metaheuristics, namely the cross entropy-genetic algorithm (CEGA), was proposed to solve ISRP. The results were then compared with those resulted from a hybrid Tabu Search to measure the hybrid CEGA performance. The results showed that CEGA provided better solutions than those produced by the hybrid Tabu Search.

The purpose of this study were (1) To analyze financial health conditions of retail companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2017, (2) To analyze the relationship between financial health conditions with companies’ status based on an integral process of financial distress using Pearson correlation and (3) To analyze what factors (financial ratios and macroeconomics) which affected to financial distress using panel data regression. Fourteen retail companies were selected as samples based on purposive sampling. The results showed that retail companies in telecommunication devices, building materials, convenience store models and minimarkets had more potential to experience financial distress. The results of the Pearson correlation showed that there was a weak and negative correlation between DSCR as a proxy of financial distress with deterioration performance and cash flow problem. The financial ratio variables such as, the current ratio and return on equity, had a positive and significant effect on DSCR. Whereas, the debt to equity ratio had a negative and significant effect on DSCR. Meanwhile, significant macroeconomic variables were gross domestic product and interest rate. Gross domestic product had a positive effect on DSCR, while interest rates had a negative effect on DSCR. Sebanyak 14 perusahaan ritel dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perusahaan ritel yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha perangkat telekomunikasi, bahan bangunan, model conveience store dan minimarket lebih berpotensi mengalami financial distress. Hasil analisis korelasi pearson menunjukan terdapat korelasi negatif yang lemah antara DSCR sebagai proxy financial distress dengan deterioration performance dan cash flow problem. Variabel rasio keuangan seperti current ratio dan return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DSCR, sedangkan debt to equity ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifkan terhadap DSCR. Sementara itu, variabel makroekonomi yang signifikan adalah gross domestic product dan interest rate. Gross domestic product berpengaruh positif terhadap DSCR sedangkan interest rate memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap DSCR. The existing cacao industry in West Sumatera is a small scale cacao industry. One of the risks encountered in this industry is that the production does not meet the target and the specification set, resulting in the difficulties for the industry to develop. The objective of the research is to conduct a supply chain risk management in the small scale cacao industry in West Sumatera. . This research used a survey approach method. While the data collected were primary and secondary data. The supply chain management process used descriptive method and Analytic Network Process (ANP). Study on cacao industry chain supply risk source showed indicates that production risks are in the highest priority with a value of 21.78%. The marketing, financial, institutional and human resource risks have the same priority risk i.e. 19.55%. The highest priority of risk types includes the risk of availability of industrial capital, government policy, skills and personal knowledge, and production process cost, with the priority values of 0.102634; 0.101024; 0.099903; and 0.041294 respectively. An alternative risk control priority is to weaken risk (0.39191), and risk segregation (0.25798). Supply chain risk management needs to be held by weakening and segregating risks through improving product management, supply management and information management prioritized on procurement and production processes, thereby enhancing the quality and quantity of processed cocoa products on an ongoing basis. The results of the study can become an input to stakeholders related to the development of small-scale cocoa industry in West Sumatera.

Pegawai merupakan ujung tombak bagi suatu keberhasilan suatu organisasi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu organisasi. Tingkat kepuasan pegawai mutlak perlu di perhatikan agar lebih tanggap terhadap pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan dilakukan dimana dalam pra survey terdapat masalah terutama pada proses komunikasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terutama di bagian divisi weaving pada perusahaan PT Cemara Agung, Cicalengka. serta sejauh mana pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada PT Cemara Agung, Cicalengka bagian Divisi Weaving. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dimana penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi pegawai pada bagian Divisi Weaving untuk menjadi responden. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah dengan cara kuesioner dan wawancara. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 94 orang responden dan pengolahan data dari penelitian menggunakan path analysis, yang dilakukan dari tanggal 28 februari 2017 sampai dengan 18 juli 2017. Variabel komunikasi dapat dinyatakan dalam kategori baik dan berjalan dengan optimal. Begitu pula dengan variabel lingkungan kerja berada dalam kategori baik pula dan berpengaruh positif bagi karyawan. Dan variabel kepuasan kerja berada dalam kategori baik serta berpengaruh positif bagi pegawai PT Cemara Agung divisi Weaving. Secara simultan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan secara parsial komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Cemara Agung, Cicalengka bagian divisi Weaving.
