Batik is an Indonesian intangible cultural heritage that needs to be preserved. Indonesia has a variety of batik patterns such as Sasambo (Sasak, Samawa, and Mbojo) batik patterns from West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to develop Sasambo batik patterns by using the Lindenmayer System (L-System). The Sasambo batik patterns developed in this study are of two types: Lumbung (rice barn) and Kangkung (water spinach) patterns. By applying the L-System, there are three different ways that can be done, namely (1) making the Sasambo batik patterns as axioms, (2) making the batik patterns as generators, and (3) combining the Sasambo patterns with fractals. Based on the new patterns produced using the L-System, the selection of generators should have the initial and final segments which are both in a single line position, so that the original patterns unchanged.

Objective Patient safety is an important issue of in-hospital services. Appropriateness in health services, speed (timeliness), and freedom from danger and error (free from harm and error) are the three main elements of patient safety. Method This research took place at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul with a sample of clinical practitioners, namely doctors and nurses. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM to analyze patient safety behavior models as well as the influence of patient safety culture and patient safety attitudes. Results The patient safety behavior model had a good level of goodness of fit. The culture of patient safety had a positive influence on patient safety behavior. Patient safety attitudes also had a positive influence on patient safety behavior. Conclusion These results confirmed that enhancing patient safety culture and the attitude of patient safety from nurses and doctors in providing health services in hospitals could improve patient safety behavior.

In 2018-2019 there was an increase in patient visits at Kumala Siwi Kudus General Hospital, recorded to reach 4253 patients and an increase in BOR reaching 85.88%. This phenomenon resulted in an increased workload. Along with the increase in workload and the limited number of nurses providing services, it causes stress, which causes the nurse's condition to become unstable. In January 2019, a 2nd-year verification survey was carried out by KARS, which obtained recommendations to be followed up, especially reports of patient safety incidents. There was an increase in incidents from year to year, starting from 2016-2018. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the incidence of near injury and its impact on inpatient nurses' performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional survey in this study amounted to 68 nurses in the Inpatient Installation of Kumala Siwi Kudus Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research; it is proven that stress affects nurses' perceptions of near misses and inpatient nurses' performance.

Lactose intolerance has been proposed to cause poor bone health. This study found the prevalence of lactose intolerance was high among Malaysian young adults, but not associated with bone health status, unlike calcium intake. This is the first study that investigated the association of lactose intolerance and bone health status in Malaysia. The aims of this study were to determine the prevalence of lactose intolerance, calcium intake and physical activity level and to investigate the association between these variables with bone health status among young adults. This cross-sectional study consisted of 300 Malay, Chinese and Indian students from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with mean age of 22.5 ± 3.2 years. Determination of lactose tolerance status was performed using hydrogen breath test, lactose tolerance test and visual analogue scales. Calcium intake and physical activity level were evaluated using Food Frequency Questionnaire and International Physical Activity Questionnaire, respectively. Bone health status was assessed on calcaneal bone, using quantitative ultrasound. Lactose intolerance was highly reported among the Malay subjects (72%) followed by Chinese (59%) and Indians (42%). The mean calcium intake was 542.9 ± 365.2 mg/day whilst the mean physical activity was 2757.6 ± 2007.2 MET-min/week. The bone assessment showed that 91% of the subjects had a low risk of developing osteoporosis. Only calcium intake showed a significant association with bone health status (β = 0.006; p = 0.033), whilst no association was shown for lactose intolerance and physical activity level. Malaysian young adults showed a high prevalence of lactose intolerance. Calcium intake is associated with increased bone health status. In contrast, lactose intolerance and physical activity level did not directly influence bone health status. Nutrition education promoting adequate calcium intake should be implemented among young adults due to high lactose intolerance prevalence and low calcium intake among subjects.

Hospital is a public facility that must continue on full operation when a disaster occurs. In any disaster situation that results in a surge in patients, hospitals are expected to provide health services for the victims. This study uses mixed research methods. We combine qualitative methods using in-depth interviews and quantitative methods using questionnaires and hospital safety index scoring. The sample was taken by purposive sampling on hospitals’ management incorporated in the disaster management organization structure. The hospital safety index score result is 62.5%. The knowledge questionnaire results showed 77% percentage, meaning that the staff’s knowledge of disasters was excellent. RSUD Kota Yogyakarta’s Hospital Safety Index result means that it is still in category B. This category means that the hospital still has some risks affecting their maximum function in facing disaster.

Signatures are a marker or identity that exists in a document. Signatures have an important role in verifying and legalizing documents. The purpose of this study is to apply image processing techniques to signatures and to identify patterns of signature images based on entropy values. The stages of the research include taking respondents’ data in the form of analog image signatures, then the acquisition of digital signature images by scanning the signatures. The next step is to convert digital hand images from true color to binary. The last step is calculating the entropy value, recording the entropy value calculation time using Matlab software and looking at the distribution of entropy values from each signature image. From this method, the result of 50 data of signatures taken from students of the Islamic University of Madura (UIM) of the FMIPA, there are 11 to 1st type, 1 to 2nd type, 13 to 3th type, 4 to 4th type, 9 to 5th type, 3 to 8th type, 7 to 9th type and 2 to 11th type.

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of BUM Des “BERIUK BERKARYA” business of the stigma of the unit of the village Drinking Water Supply System both in term of Financial Aspects and Non-Financial Aspects as well as knowing how much the role in the Original Village Revenue was analyzed using Percentage Calculations. This research uses the feasibility study theory of BUM Deep business from Ibrahim in Hastowiyono and Suharyanto (2014). The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Date collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation, and form. Date analysis used in this study is a non-financial feasibility analysis and a financial feasibility analysis that is measured from the investment assessment and percentage analysis. The results of the Non-Financial Feasibility analysis and feasibility of the Financial Aspect show that the village drinking water supply system business can be declared feasibility to run. While from the percentage analysis results, this business can play a role in increasing the original income of Lando village.

Sharia Financial Institutions Receiving money Waqf (LKS-PWU) has a very important role for the optimization of money waqf. This is because the money waqf can not be submitted directly to nazhir, but must go through the Sharia Financial Institution Receiver of Money Waqf (LKS-PWU). And to support it, the Sharia Financial Institution Receiving Money Waqf should have professional management in the collection, as well as management mechanisms, and need accountability and integrity in the reporting side of the management of waqf money received.

Lactose intolerance (LI), a risk factor for low bone mineral density (BMD), is the most common type of carbohydrate intolerance, which predominantly affects Southeast Asian populations. However, data on the prevalence of LI and its association with BMD among Malaysian adults are still lacking as not much research has been done on this matter. Thus, the aims of this study are to determine the prevalence of LI and to evaluate its association with BMD among students of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. A total of 100 Malay students (50 males and 50 females) with mean age of 23.9 ± 4.7 years old and body mass index of 24.5 ± 5.8 kg/m2 were selected to involve in this preliminary study. After an overnight fast, subjects were asked to perform hydrogen breath test (HBT) and lactose tolerance test (LTT) after an intake of 300 ml lactose drink (50g lactose). Ratéb Meuseukat is one of the variety of dance in Aceh; its lyrics and songs contain the messages of Islamic education, moral values, as well as direction to take a better life. Ratéb Meusekat dance is interesting to be studied because it is a folk dance that serves not only as an entertainment tool, but also as a media of Islamic Education. The researcher applied the descriptive–qualitative approach in this research that was intended to describe the presentation form and the messages contained in the Ratéb Meusekat dance. As data collecting method, the researcher did the observation, interview and document recording. In this study the researcher directly observed the process of Ratéb Meusekatdance in Lempia studio. The result of this research indicated that the Ratéb Meusekat dance contained of Islamic Educational messages by means the value of faith such as always remember Allah SWT, selawat to our Prophet and remember death. The value of worship is reflected in always being grateful;Then the message of moral valuecan be done by, for example,honoring the guest; The last value is the social relationship that can be applied by obeying the rule and by honoring the hero.

The concept of media framing in conceptual approach adopted is how a selected issue and ultimately determine what facts should be taken. Formation of news framing is important because it became the starting point on the agenda of the media so that the audience will be wondered how any news is treated to give effect to them. Studies conducted on election Permatang Pauh parliamentary see framing approach to selected newspapers in display issues election. The use of framing approach in reviewing the issues important election for framing approach is able to explain how sub-sub categories news way before the formation of framing a major issue categories. Results showed that framing pattern used in the study election issues could explain how a set of key issues based on the sun-sub categories.

One of the crucial health policies in hospitals is about physician payment methods. Indonesia had implemented the National Health Assurance since 2014 to achieve Universal Health Coverage by 2019. Most of hospital revenue is packaging from the National Health Insurance Agent (called BPJS). However, Fee-for-service (FFS) payment method is still dominant in many hospitals. How can hospitals make policy to rearrange the payment method to attain hospital performance? The purpose of this research is to analyze the payment system that can improve employee satisfaction and performances. Mix method was used to collect data and make an interpretation. Data collected from 185 respondents and four key informants. The result showed that the policy in private and public hospitals in Indonesia of the physician payment is diverse. Most of the hospitals use the pure FFS for self-employee physicians (part timer employee). For full time employee, they applied FFS mixed with salary, or remuneration. To improve employee satisfaction and performance, the hospitals should make a policy to link the FFS to pay for performances. The hospital should make the tailoring program by involving the physician in a designing method of the hospital remuneration.
