This article discusses the evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sri Meranti Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. Since 2007 the PKH program was created and implemented, even distribution of the program remains a problem that needs to be tracked comprehensively. Sri Meranti Village is the largest recipient of aid in all Rumbai District but still not evenly distributed. This study aims to evaluate the PKH program in Sri Meranti Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. With a research question how is the implementation of the Family of Hope Program in Sri Meranti Village. The research methodology is descriptive qualitative with the selection of purposive informants and data obtained by in-depth interview techniques. Data collected in the form of primary and secondary data and analyzed ethically and emically by William Dunn's evaluation theory approach. The findings of this study are the PKH in Sri Meranti Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City and the amount of aid has increased every year. However, the Sri Meranti Kelurahan community still considers aid to be uneven because there are still poor families who do not receive PKH funding.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, policies are needed in order to help economic recovery for society. This service opens public access to the policy of developing Village Seed Gardens (KBD), as an alternative to economic and environmental improvements. By using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with the main pillars of research, action, and participation. Partners involved in this program are seven villages in Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency, Riau. The results achieved were the form of community accessibility to government policies, community involvement in transformative activities to improve the economy and environment, which were obtained through assisting the development of KBD in seven villages that could independently produce thousands of seedlings for the surrounding community. Apart from economic recovery as a short-term benefit, also has long-term benefits for environmental restoration by changing degraded land to be more productive.

Use of Early Warning Scores are very closely related to the role of nurses in carrying out daily observations of vital signs. Nurses carry out nursing care, as care giver provides services by carrying out daily assessments and monitoring the patient's condition, when there is a deterioration in the situation, the first person to know is a nurse and therefore called the Nursing Early Warning Scores. This research is to find out the description of nurses' knowledge about the early warning score in the early assessment of the emergency of critical patients in RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research design with a survey approach. the population in this study were all nurses who worked in Nakul 2 and 3 rooms as many as 39 nurses in the RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang. Sampling using total sampling technique that is as many as 39 people. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes univariate analysis by describing the frequency distribution of each variable. The results of this study indicate that respondents according to the level of knowledge as many as 36 (92.3%) respondents with sufficient knowledge. Respondents with less knowledge of 3 (7.7%) respondents. Conclusion: the knowledge level of most nurses towards the early warning score in the early assessment of the emergency of critical patients is categorized sufficient. This study aims to determine (1) How Ethics in the Customer Service of PT. Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, (2) Any obstacles in implementing Ethics in the Customer Service of PT. Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. This research method is qualitative research, after the data in the field are collected through observation, interviews and documentation, the data is clarified according to the type of data, then the data is analyzed qualitatively to describe or describe the factors that lead to the Customer Service Ethics of PT Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia in Pekanbaru is not running as it should. The results of this study indicate that (1) The overall ethics of customer service serving PT. Avia Jaya Indah is good enough and in accordance with the specified indicators, but there are still some shortcomings, such as still often found CSI employees have not used greeting generously, still often found employees who are dressed in uniform and harmonious and there are still employees who are less professional in responding to work due to lack of information and understanding of Customer Service on going work in the field. (2) Obstacles that occur in implementing service ethics at PT. Avia Jaya indah is that there is still lack of professionalism in communication with customers, no follow-up regarding follow-up of requests to the customer concerned, lack of Customer Service knowledge about work in progress in the field and lack of daily evaluations of supervisior work results of customer service employees

Chronic kidney failure is that the kidneys are not functioning properly for more than three months. the worst condition of the patient undergoing hemodialysis. Hemodialysis patients experience fatigue conditions namely fatigue, fatigue, lethargy and feelings of energy loss. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intradyalysis exercise on fatigue levels in hemodialic patients. Research design with descriptive design and case study method. Sampling uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The number of 5 respondents who were given intradyalysis exercise. The measuring instrument is the Piper Fatigue Scale (PSF) with 21 items. The results of the study showed that the level of fatigue before physical exercise on average in the category of severe weakness level, with a value of 7.57. While the value of the fatigue level after two physical exercises averaged 3, 87 with a moderate level of weakness. the comparison of fatigue levels before and after the intervention on the first day experienced a decrease in fatigue level of 1.77 while on the second day there was a decrease in fatigue level of 1.71. The conclusion of this study is that intradyalysis exercise can reduce fatigue levels in hemodialysis patients.

All new-born mothers suffer from postpartum fatigue on average, especially in the early period, as a result the mother lacks sleep plus the responsibility that must be given to her baby. The first three days after giving birth are usually difficult for the mother to rest. Attempts to fulfill sleep restriction have created a comfortable atmosphere, reduced environmental distraction and sleep disturbances, limited visitors during client breaks, assessed fatigue, duration and type of labor, examined factors affecting rest, provided information about the need to sleep or rest after returning to home, study the home environment, help at home and other family members. The purpose of this study is to fulfill and maintain sleep rest in postpartum mothers who can provide enough energy to undergo daily activities. The method used by the author is observation, interview, measurement, and documentation. The subjects in this case study were two postpartum patients with normal second-day postpartum criteria, postpartum with preeclampsia, postpartum mothers with healthy infants. The results of the analysis conducted by the authors found problems with sleep patterns. The results of the study show that the nursing problems of sleep pattern disorders have not been resolved because the results of the PSQI questionnaire in the sleep quality of the two respondents were still poor. Recommendations need to continue to provide support and motivation to get enough rest, and encourage to increase the intensity of rest and sleep.

Background and Objective: Syzygium aromaticum is an immunomodulator with the main active compound eugenol which can stimulate the function of lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage production. Lymphocytes play an important role for body protection against infection. This study aims to analyze the effect of S. aromaticum extract to increase proliferation of lymphocytes, lymphoblasts and macrophage production in Balb/c mice infected with Salmonella typhimurium. Methodology: Mice strain Balb/c were divided into 4 groups: treatment group infected with S. typhimurium and control group (without treatment) to tested the activity of peritoneal macrophages. The treatment group was administrated by S. aromaticum leaf extract (15 mg, 75 mg, 150 mg/kgbw) for 12 days. Results: S. aromaticum leaf extract increased the proliferation activity (p < 0.001) at dose of 15, 75, and 150 mg/kgbw, increased lymphocytes at dose 150 mg/kgbw (p < 0.05), increased the activity of macrophage ROI secretion at dose of 150 mg/kgbw (p < 0.05), and increased in lymphoblast (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Administration of S. aromaticum leaf extract increased the proliferation activity of lymphocytes, lymphoblasts and ROI secretion of macrophagesin Balb/c mice infected with S. typhimurium.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of freshwater fish farming as an effort to support the minapolitan area of the Banyumas Regency. The research was carried out in Karang Lewas District. Data collection was carried out proportionally by interviewing the fish farmers of each fish farming group. Data analysis on the feasibility of fish farming was performed using the B/C ratio, PP, and BEP (Break-Even Point) criteria. The analysis method of the business feasibility was an analysis of business costs and income. Results of the analysis of B/C ratio value in fish farming was 1.13 to 1.69, BEP calculation used data according to the respondents, while the Payback Period (PP) of the fish farming ranged between 1.00-1.49 meaning that the capital return in less than 5 years. Those values state that the activities of freshwater fish farming have a capital return of more or less over 1 - 1.5 years. It shows that the business of freshwater fish farming in both hatcheries and fish rearing is feasible to maintain.

The object of this research is the Putra Reban Store in Kendal which markets local art equipment and supplies, especially masks.The system development method used in this research is the Scrum method with stages including product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint and working increment. This method was chosen because it can save system development time and can transform a business that is difficult to measure into one that is easy to develop. The system is designed with 2 actors, namely admin and customer. Admin has access rights to manage product data, customer data, and order data, while customers have the right to access product data and make order transactions.With this developed system, it is easier for Putra Reban Stores to market their products because product descriptions and product availability stocks can be informed more easily and accurately. With complete and accurate product information, it will also be easier for customers to make transactions.

Diabetic ulcer is caused by damage to the skin nerves due to reduced blood flow. Pain and anxiety when wound care begins when dressing and cleaning the wound. Murottal therapy is a distraction technique in the form of al-quran records, decreases stress hormones and provides a feeling of relaxation. The purpose of this study was to reduce the level of pain and anxiety during wound care in patients with DM ulcers after being given murrotal therapy in RSUD K.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang. The research method with quasi experimental pre-posttest control group. a sample of 17 people in the intervention group and 15 in the control group. Sample selection with total sampling. The murrottal listening intervention group played for 3 times for 15 minutes. Respondents were conducted pre and posttest with NRS pain measuring instruments and DASS anxiety. The results of the Wilcoxon test in the intervention group obtained p = 0,000, there were differences in the level of pain between before and after murotal therapy and p = 0.002 there was a difference in the level of anxiety between before and after murotal therapy. In the control group obtained p = 0.02, there were differences in the level of pain between before and after murotal therapy and the value of p = 1.00, there was no difference in the level of anxiety between before and after given murotal therapy. Conclusion: Murrotal therapy can reduce the level of pain and anxiety during wound care for DM ulcer patients.

Background: Nursing mothers who do not want to get pregnant anymore need safe contraception, do not interfere with the breastfeeding process and do not affect breast milk production. Injection contraception is divided into two, namely combined injection family planning and progestin injection family planning. Combined injection family planning contains the hormone estrogen which can reduce the amount of breast milk production, while injectable progestin family planning contains the hormone prolactin which can stimulate the production of breast milk glands. One of the factors that influence the adequacy of breast milk is the use of contraception. Method: Type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who used injection contraception in the work area of ​​Sambirejo Health Center Sragen in September to November 2018 as many as 62 people. Background: Injection contraception is a "primadonna" contraception in the sense that it is chosen by most family planning acceptors in Indonesia. Hormonal acceptor 73.08%. Characteristics of respondents and all things related to acceptors such as knowledge, role of midwives, support, and others are important points to ensure the welfare of acceptors so that complications from various complications arise. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of acceptors related to injection contraception in Klaten. Method: The method used is survey. Total sample of 139 people. Results: The study results of respondents aged < 35 years were 59.7%, using contraception ≤ 2 years as much as 66.9%. has no contraindications to the use of hormonal contraception which is 94.9%. Keep in mind the factors that cause customers to have loyal and disloyal status, data mining classification techniques can be used to classify loyal and disloyal customers. Many data mining classification algorithms can be used, so it needs to be comparative to know the accuracy of each algorithm, the algorithem used is C4.5 and Naive Bayes. The data used were 28,899MNC Play customer of Semarang City. The results of the classification process were evaluated using cross validation, confusion matrix, ROC Curve to find the more accurate data mining classification algorithm to determine loyal and disloyal customers. The purpose of research is to analyse the effects of investment knowledge, capital market training, minimum investment capital and risk perception on student investment interest in capital market (study at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Branch Office Semarang). The design of this study is a causally applied quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Method of collecting data used questioner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the amount of the sample are 98 respondents. The test of the instruments was analysed by using validity test and realibility test. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of t test showed that investment knowledge and risk perception had no effect toward student investment interest. Capital market training and minimum investment capital had an effect toward student investment interest. Investment knowledge, capital market training, minimum investment capital and risk perception simultaneously effect the student investment interest.

Information system Analysis is very important to do to produce easy, effective, efficient, and proper use system for the user. This research is meant to design and apply information system analysis model with the concept of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Jacob Nielsen’s usability criteria which are learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The model of information system analysis Human Computer Interaction (HCI) with five usability criteria can be used as a standard to analyze how far Human Computer Interaction can be applied into the system so that every weakness will be known and system maintenance can be performed. The application Human Computer Interaction model in analysis of Sistem Administrasi Sekolah (SAS) produce a conclusion that only half of Human Computer Interaction concept applied into SAS Dikmenti DKI Jakarta. SAS is easy to be learned and to remember but SAS is not efficient and not yet have the ability to cope the mistake well. Users are satisfied enough with the result achieved through SAS but the facility provided by SAS is considered not enough to accommodate the need of the users.

Salted fish is a fish product with simple preservation method as a solution to increase value added, extend shelf life and expand the distribution chain, and provide convenience and distinctive taste to be consumed. The groups of small industries and marketer “POKLAHSAR SRIKANDI” and “BOGOWONTO” have produced 10-50 kg salted fish per day. The fish is taken from Congot coastal areas, to increase its value added when it was in low price because it was abundant and to maintain the stability of Pohlaksar’s income when it was scarcity. Both the POKLAHSAR have commitment to produce healthy salted fish (without formaldehyde) but they had problem, especially in the rainy season, in drying process that took a long time and attrack the flies so it can be harmfull. Program of Science and Technology for community has applied dryer as innovation product to improve productivity, hygiene and quality of salted fish. The dryer which was made of affordable material, has affordable operation manner and maintenance, so it can be adopted by fishermen. The design of dryer combine solar heating systems and air heating units using modified furnaces. This dryer is capable to dry 25 kg of fresh fish by reducing their water content from 72.2% to 12.3% within 9 hours. The salted fish processed within this dryer was more white, crunchy and not fishy than the salted fish dried by convensional drying. In addition, the programs also consist of packaging advisory, marketing and business coach to trigger the motivation of both POKLAHSAR for their development and sustainability.
