With the development of deep learning and the progress of natural language processing technology, as well as the continuous disclosure of judicial data such as judicial documents, legal intelligence has gradually become a research hot spot. The crime classification task is an important branch of text classification, which can help people related to the law to improve their work efficiency. However, in the actual research, the sample data is small and the distribution of crime categories is not balanced. To solve these two problems, BERT was used as the encoder to solve the problem of small data volume, and attribute extraction network was added to solve the problem of unbalanced distribution. Finally, the accuracy of 90.35% on small sample data set could be achieved, and F1 value was 67.62, which was close to the best model performance under sufficient data. Finally, a text enhancement method based on back-translation technology is proposed. Different models are used to conduct experiments. Finally, it is found that LSTM model is improved to some extent, but BERT is not improved to some extent.

In this paper, the spacecraft close-range safe proximity problem is investigated. In the presence of a “chief” spacecraft, a Multi-Equal-Collision-Probability-Curve (MECPC) method is developed. The influence of the chief spacecraft with a convex polygon shape is considered and the chief spacecraft is divided into several small components. Each component generates a corresponding separate repulsive force and the superposition of these forces is regarded as the ultimate avoidance force. As a result, the proposed MECPC method not only improves the system robustness against control and navigation uncertainties but is also analytically validated in collision avoidance. The MECPC method solves the safe proximity problem in the presence of a convex polygon shape. In addition, an Improved Linear Quadratic Regulator (ILQR) is designed to track the expected trajectory. Numerical simulations are performed in a close-range operation environment to verify the effectiveness of the proposed MECPC method.

Objective To study the effect of Shengmai San ( Pulse-activating Powder) in protecting myocardium in the rat of the type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) model. Methods The DCM rat model was established by combination of insulin resistance induced by a high-fat diet with intraperitoneal injection of high dose streptozotocin (50 mg/kg). And these rat models were randomly divided into three groups: a normal group ( n =12, one of them died), a model group ( n =15) and a Shengmai San group (treatment group, n =15). The damage of the myocardium was assessed by electrocardiogram at the twelfth week after modeling, and the blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride levels were determined; the content of the left cardiac ventricle myocardial collagen was quantified by Masson staining test; the level of myocardial cell apoptosis was detected with TUNEL apoptosis detection kit; the damage extent of the myocardial sub-cellular structures was observed by electron microscopy; the expression levels of cardiac TSP-1 (Thrombospondin-1), TGF-β1 (Transforming Growth Ffactor-β) and TRB-3 (Tribbles homolog 3) proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method; the expression levels of cardiac TSP-1, A-TGF-β1 and L-TGF-β1 proteins were detected by Western blotting; and the expression levels of TSP-1 and TRB-3 mRNAs were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results Compared with the control group, the blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides levels in both the model groups and the Shengmai San group were significantly decreased; the myocardial tissue was less damaged and the collagen content was reduced in the Shengmai San group; the myocardial sub-cellular structure was injured to a lesser extent; the expression levels of myocardial TSP-1, TGF-β1, TRB-3, and TSP-1, A-TGF-β1, L-TGF-β1 and chymase were decreased, and the expression levels of TSP-1 mRNA and TRB-3 mRNA were decreased in both the model groups and the Shengmai San group (the latter was better),. Conclusion Shengmai San can inhibit myocardial fibrosis in the rat of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and significantly delay the formation of diabetic cardiomyopathy in hyperglycemia rats through multiple pathways.

A multi-character recognition method based on hidden Markov model (HMM) was presented. The method can reduce the calculation load of correlation and improve recognition accuracy compared with single-character recognition in video. The characteristics used for recognizing include the shape character, the color character, the texture character and so on. Even our human being generally uses these characteristics to recognize objects in practice. A recognition experiment of 17 fishes was carried out in the paper. The experimental results demonstrate the high veracity of the multi-character recognition algorithm. Together with the tracking process, it can handle dynamic objects, so the multi-character recognition is more like the human recognition, and has great application value.

Based on 2501 clinical cases of type 2 diabetes, the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes was studied using the latent structural model, and the symptoms–pathogenesis relationship was established. The results show that the latent structure model, which is nonlinear, may serve as a good tool for investigating the nonlinear and complex traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.

Effective velocities of elastic waves propagating in two-dimensional phononic crystal at low frequencies are analysed theoretically, and exact analytical formulas for effective velocities of elastic waves are derived according to the method presented by Krokhin et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 91 (2003) 264302]. Numerical calculations for phononic crystals consisted of array of Pb cylinders embedded in epoxy show that the composites have distinct anisotropy at low filling fraction. The anisotropy increases as the filling fraction increases, while as the filling fraction closes to the limitation, the anisotropy decreases.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of treatment of integrative Chinese and Western medicine (ICWM) on arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods:The non-randomized, controlled trial was conducted on 447 SARS patients treated synchronously with western conventional treatment (WM group,n = 171) alone and ICWM (ICWM group,n = 276). The changes of the cases with normal level (≥95%) or abnormal level (0.05).Conclusion: ICWM treatment, particularly when it is used for intervention in the early stage, is beneficial for maintaining normal SaO2 in SARS patients.

Objective: To understand the clinical manifestation of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and explore its effective treatment with integrative Chinese and western medicine (ICWM).Methods: The data of patients, whose diagnosis of SARS had been confirmed were summarized and analyzed, and clinical observation was conducted when the patients were treated with ICWM.Results: In the early stage of the 42 patients, the symptoms revealed were fever in 100% of SARS patients, headache in 92. 9%, aversion to cold in 76. 2%, chest stuffiness in 76. 2%, cough in 73. 8% and myalgia in 88. 1%; pulmonary lesion involves ≥3 lobes in 42. 9%, 2 lobes in 47. 6% and 1 lobe in 9. 5%; 61. 9% of them showed liver function abnormality (increase of ALT or AST), 47. 6% showed elevated myocardial enzyme (CK or CK-MB), 0. 48% showed an inclination of renal function (higher of BUN or Cr); in their T lymphocyte subsets, 91. 2% (31/34 patients) had lowered CD3 and 76. 5% (26/34 patients) lowered CD4/CD8 ratio. In the mid-late stage, the symptoms were lassitude and weakness in 85. 7%, scare in 81. 0%, short of breath or chest stuffiness in 71. 4%, loss of appetite in 64. 3%; light dark tongue proper in 52.4%, yellow and white tongue coating in 45. 2%, and yellow thick coating on the middle-root part of the tongue in 21. 4%. Most of them were asymptomatic when discharged from hospital, with 92. 8% of their pulmonary lesion, according to chest film, completely absorbed and liver function, myocardial enzyme and renal function all normalized. However, of the 30 patients who had CD3 reexamination, 70% of the CD3 showed lower than normal range and 36. 7% showed their CD4/CD8 inclined to lower margin, follow-up should be done for these patients. Of the 42 patients, who received western medicine (WM) alone in the early stage and ICWM in the mid-late stage, 10 were severe cases and 3 critical cases, but none of them died. The mean defervescent time was 3. 52±0. 85 days, the time for complete absorption of pulmonary lesion judged by chest X-ray film was 26. 82±5. 98 days, and the mean hospitalization time was 33. 60±4. 37 days.Conclusion: The manifestation of SARS is multifarious, showing that there were damage in multiple organs. The T lymphocyte count percentage and its subsets, CD3 and CD4 /CD8 ratio, are valuable for early diagnosis and follow-up in the rehabilitation stage. Majority of the patients could be clinically cured. Combined treatment of WM and TCM according to syndrome differentiation and psychiatric intervention are beneficial to remit partial symptoms and promote rehabilitation.

To address the issues of the performance in such systems, we introduce semantic caching mechanism in this paper. In addition, the key technology of semantic cache is discussed in details.

In this paper, we studied some new technologies and solutions for remote digital home control system. Although many solutions for remote digital home control system are being developed, few can be applied to real life because of different standard protocol. Each organization emphasizes on different area. Thus, we present a web server based remote control system to connect internet and isolated intelligent home control system, which can be widely used by common families. The web server is more flexible, reliable, and easy maintenance. Field Programming Gate Array (FPGA) is applied in our system as the core controller. This makes the system more efficiency and faster to achieve real-time control. Detailed implementation for client, web server and hardware design is presented in this paper. The experimental result shows users can not only control home appliances such as air conditioner, video camera and lighting ect., but also check their status in real-time from anywhere through our system.

Short Message Service (SMS) has become a widely used communication way for mobile phone users where Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) covered. Although the GSM and SMS technology are successful and mature, there is a lot of limitations existed such as GSM module can not be operated by multi-thread program. In this paper, an optimal SMS is proposed and used in remote controlling and monitoring system on Google Earth (GE). Using optimal SMS and COM API provided by GE, users can control GE to fly to anywhere and the state of the D-Link camera by short messages. Besides that, a voice guiding system(VGS) based on Microsoft speech SDK 5.1 is added to make voice introduction for the place.

Virtual community performs more and more important role for online users. Many tools for virtual community design, implementation and management have been developed, such as Virtual Reality (VR). On the other hand, few popular technologies have received frequent usage because of cost and time consuming. In this study, a platform for building virtual community more easily and quickly is proposed, which is called E-Life Platform (ELP) in our paper. ELP is based on Google Earth (GE) which provides high resolution global geographic information. The architecture of ELP system based on SketchUp is discussed in this paper. The detailed implementation of ELP is presented. Moreover, how to build a virtual community by using ELP is also described in this paper. Experimental results have shown the efficiency and low cost of ELP system.

A new system for constructing virtual community integrated GE and multi-applications is introduced in this paper. Although GE provides a good platform of 3D space for virtual community, only 3D scene is not enough. How to embed the interesting web-applications into GE to construct the large virtual community is studied. A system combines the e-commerce, 3D objects, entertainment and sight-seeing with GE is also implemented. The architecture of virtual community system and detailed design is illustrated. Both ecommerce and entertainment such as online game, blog, chatting and video on demand are implemented based on the COM API provided by GE. The experimental indicates have shown that the system is more flexible and easier to satisfy users' requirement compared with the most of virtual community.

In this paper, we describe the design and experimental results from the rebuild of a 250 GHz gyrotron used for Dynamic Nuclear Polarization enhanced Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy on a 380 MHz spectrometer. Tuning bandwidth of approximately 2 GHz is easily achieved at a fixed magnetic field of 9.24 T and a beam current of 95 mA producing an average output power of >10 W over the entire tuning band. This tube incorporates a double disk output sapphire window in order to maximize the transmission at 250.58 GHz.
