Artificial intelligence provides unique opportunities to improve the performance of various industries, including the automotive industry. The present study seeks to identify the applications and requirements of using artificial intelligence in new automotive products such as self-driving cars by obtaining opinions from managers and employees of domestic automotive companies through semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis. The interviewees included 11 managers and 17 employees, of which 15 had a bachelor's degree, 11 had a master's degree, and 2 had a doctorate degree. 21 codes were identified in the applications section and 26 codes were identified in the requirements section. After conducting 28 interviews, theoretical saturation was achieved. From the codes identified in the applications section, self-driving cars and voice assistants, shared transportation, and resource allocation, expert staff, and team formation can be mentioned in the requirements section. Considering the variety of artificial intelligence applications in new car products and according to the specified requirements according to the opinions of experts, the development of a suitable platform for hard and soft technologies in an integrated manner; And government support regarding the creation of legal infrastructure can improve the development path of the current technology. Of course, in order to create a context for the successful operation of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry, all the effects of its application from different cultural and social aspects should be considered with a systematic perspective.

The present study offers a comprehensive content analysis of the Forward-Looking on Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) research, providing insights into significant findings, determinants, challenges, and future trends of GHRM. The role of GHRM in developing green behaviour and improving environmental performance is becoming increasingly important, with evidence of positive effects on competitive advantage, company sustainability, and employee engagement. In addition, the study underscores the relevance of GHRM for organisational sustainability, focusing on different HRM practices such as recruitment, the Rewards System, and employee involvement. Furthermore, it identifies vital determinants of GHRM, such as integration of technology, effective green HRM policies, employee environmental awareness, top management support, and the promotion of a sustainable organisational culture. In parallel, challenges such as lack of awareness, need for practice change, insufficient training, absence of standard metrics, and cultural boundaries, are recognised. The study delineates promising trends for the future of GHRM, such as technological integration, a stronger focus on training and development, strategic integration of GHRM, broader application across different sectors, increased regulatory compliance, and an emphasis on green employee behaviour. Importantly, the study concludes by acknowledging the critical role of GHRM in promoting environmental sustainability within organisations while advancing employee engagement and performance, underlining the need for further research to solidify the business case for GHRM and contribute to a more sustainable future.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of organizational learning on organizational affective commitment, two constructs that has been extensively studied in literature but rarely linked to each other, especially in the Algerian organizational research context. Using data from a hundred (100) employees and a model of discriminant functions we tried to determine the dimensions of organizational learning that has most influence on organizational affective commitment. Our results indicated that both embedded systems and empowerment are good predictors of organizational affective commitment. Managers are required to reinforce the aspects of organizational learning that predicted best employees’ affective commitment.

Abstract Today, financial intelligence is recognized as a powerful tool for achieving strategic goals and managing governments and companies globally. Financial intelligence can be one of the critical characteristics of an individual and by its correct use an individual can bring significant benefits to himself and the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of financial intelligence value on the risk-taking of Zahedan National Bank employees with the mediating role of social capital. This research is descriptive, analytical, and correlative. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees of the National Bank in the branches of Zahedan, numbering 430 people, and the statistical sample consists of 202 employees who were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tools in this research were standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data and perform structural equations. Analyzing the model and carrying out structural equations showed that financial intelligence along with the mediating role of social capital cannot influence employees' risk-taking. Also, the results showed that financial intelligence has a separate effect on the two variables of risk-taking and social capital. Extended Abstract Introduction The financial performance of a company is the most obvious aspect of its performance, and it seems that this importance cannot be achieved unless by having employees with high knowledge in the field of finance. Of course, the financial intelligence of people will be effective in the financial performance of the company; because according to research, people's financial intelligence plays an important role in their financial decisions. Such decisions will not be unaffected by people's risk tolerance. Today, according to the sensitive conditions they experience, organizations need employees with high risk and risk management, and if there are such people in the organization, the organizations can definitely reach their financial goals (Hirani & Safaei, 2018). Financial intelligence can determine the amount of risk in an economic decision. Therefore, financial intelligence can be a good determinant of people's risk power (Parhizi, 2012). Financial intelligence consists of talent and knowledge of basic financial concepts that enables a person to make reasonable financial decisions and take responsibility for financial choices that affect people's financial well-being and personal life (Khani & Hosseinzadeh Yaghbasti, 2022, 57). Other factors that can guarantee the financial life of an organization and financial institution are social support and social capital. Social support and social capital play a key role in the self-confidence of the employees of an organization and can make people's potential talents flourish, and when the talent of the employees of an organization flourishes, it means reaching the goals of that organization. Asian Development Bank (2000) considers social capital to be a combination of trust, mutual behavior, norms, and networks of social engagements that make it easier to coordinate work to achieve goals (Naderi & Divband, 2010, 2). Surveys show that in the past, National Bank branches have been leaders in providing new banking services, and this has made the services provided by this bank very important. But if we pay attention to the general statistics and the history of this bank's capital, we will come to the conclusion that the capital in National Bank has decreased significantly in recent years. It can be said that the quality of service and customer relationship management in this bank can have important effects on the bank's financial performance. But the underlying processes of customer relationship investment and performance have not been clearly determined in most empirical studies. In fact, if the social capital in the bank and its related factors are well identified, it is possible to be sure about the customers and their investment. Therefore, the main question of this research is whether the financial intelligence of the employees' risk-taking is effective in the mediating role of social capital in the employees of Zahedan National Bank. Theoretical Framework One thing that can guarantee the survival of a bank is paying attention to capital; both material capital and social capital. Paying attention to capital and the factors affecting them is one way to advance the goals of banks. This important thing happens if these funds are taken into consideration thoroughly. According to the topic of this research, we will continue to define intelligence in order to provide a background for defining financial intelligence, and after that, some information will be presented about the concepts of risk-taking and social capital. In practical definitions, intelligence is a phenomenon measured through intelligence tests, and perhaps this is the most practical definition for intelligence (Naderi & Divband, 2010). In advanced psychology, human intelligence is divided into several different parts; one of the most important of which is financial intelligence; very useful all over the world (Vakili, 2012). It is given in the context of the definition of financial intelligence: Financial intelligence, which is also called economic intelligence, is a set of decisions and actions that take place in the direction of financial management (Anderson & Fornell, 2010). Financial intelligence means that people can get money in the shortest time or solve their financial problems using this skill. In simpler terms, we can say that monetary intelligence is the ability to solve financial problems. That is: "solving the most complex financial issues" (Tediga & Asongo, 2015). Risk is considered as an integral part of all business activities, and its effective management helps organizations in preventing financial problems and capital budgeting and also improves the decision-making process (Sadati Tileboni & Zabihi & Khalili, 2022. 176). Risk-taking plays a very important role in maintaining the competitive advantage of companies and can lead them to higher economic growth. In the competitive environment, companies follow different strategies to increase their share in the market (Sadati Tileboni & Zabihi & Khalili, 2022, 178). Today, in addition to human and economic capital, another capital called social capital is also considered. Social capital, or the spiritual dimension of a community, is a historical legacy that, through encouraging people to "cooperate" and "participate" in social interactions, is able to overcome more of the problems in that community and move towards growth and enable rapid economic, political, cultural, etc. development (Hassas Yeganeh & Afkhami, 2018). Methodology The current research is descriptive, analytical, and correlative. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees and managers of the national bank branches in Zahedan, whose number is 430. The statistical sample of this research is based on Morgan's table of 202 people who were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, the financial intelligence questionnaires of Popovich et al. (2012), the social capital of Onyx and Bolen (2000), and the risk tolerance of Powell (2000) were used. In this research, path analysis, and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. Discussion and Results Before testing the assumptions and estimating the research model, the fit and goodness of the model should be evaluated. Several indices are used to evaluate the suitability of the structural equation model. One of them is the chi-square index (X2), which is considered an absolute index of the model's suitability, and the higher it is; the lower is the suitability of the model. One of the desired indices in the structural equation model is the goodness of fit index (GFI), whose values vary between zero and one, and the closer to one, the better the fit. Also, the adjusted goodness-of-fit index (AGFI) is an overall goodness-of-fit measure and accounts for the number of degrees of freedom. When this index is equal to 0.85 or more, the fit of the model is acceptable, and values close to 0.95 indicate a good fit. The results of this research show that the chi-square value is 0.72 and the goodness of fit index is 0.85 and the comparative fit index is 0.93. These numbers show that the model has a good fit and is acceptable. In the following, the research hypotheses are evaluated using the path coefficients and their significance level as well as the results obtained for the mediating variables. According to the obtained analysis, the effect of financial intelligence on consensus capital can be confirmed at the 99% level and the changes related to social capital can be explained by financial intelligence. But financial intelligence cannot explain changes in risk appetite. In order to investigate the effect of financial intelligence on risk-taking with the mediating role of social capital, the results show that since the t-value is equal to 0.287 (less than 1.64), financial intelligence with the mediating role of social capital on risk Adaptability is not affected. Conclusion It seems that banks in Iran have paid less attention to the personality dimensions of their employees due to external goals, customer orientation, and stability in financial matters; and financial intelligence is no exception to this rule, and when the financial intelligence of employees is not taken into account, factors affecting financial intelligence are not considered. As a result, considering the competitive advantage of banks, managers of these financial institutions should consider all aspects of financial stability and achieving their organizational goals. The main hypothesis of this research was that financial intelligence with the mediating role of social capital has an effect on the risk-taking of Zahedan National Bank employees. According to the results of this research, financial intelligence cannot influence employees' risk-taking with the mediating role of social capital. No matter how high the financial intelligence of employees is, the intervention role of social capital cannot explain the risk-taking of employees. Financial intelligence can be one of the fixed characteristics of bank employees. The reason for the lack of significance of the main hypothesis of this research can be traced in two dimensions. The first one is the organizational structure of the bank, and the other is the individual and personality differences among the bank employees. The organizational structure of banks is such that individuality does not have a high place, yet most of the teamwork is in a high place. Since financial intelligence is an individual characteristic, it cannot be greatly influenced by the organizational process of banks. Also, individual differences are an influential factor in all theories related to intelligence, and this rule also exists in the discussion of financial intelligence, and individuality is an influential factor in financial intelligence. But for the growth of any kind of intelligence, the existence of a suitable background can play a key role in its cultivation. Therefore, managers and planners of banks should put their training and study programs towards identifying the level of intelligence of their employees and ways to improve it in employees.

Today, the sports industry is known through modern technology, especially in the field of manufacturing sports tools and equipment. The present study uses correlation and applied methodology, which was done in the field using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). The statistical population included producers of sports products, of which 320 producers from Iran were considered through available sampling. Morris (2002) Standard Entrepreneurial Marketing Questionnaire, Moghimi Market Orientation (2011), Noh and Fitzsimmons Information Technology (1999), and Azizi (2011) Financial Performance Questionnaire were used to collect data. Finally, 292 questionnaires were received physically and electronically. The results showed that entrepreneurial marketing and market orientation had a direct and indirect effect (mediated by technology) on financial performance and they significantly affected the financial performance. Finally, the model had the goodness of fit. In general, manufacturers who adopted a combination of entrepreneurial marketing strategy and information technology had better and more rational financial performance by taking advantage of attractive entrepreneurial opportunities. According to the research results, it is suggested that manufacturers provide the consumers with superior value by paying attention to the market orientation and innovation, to enable the company to achieve a competitive advantage.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to provide a suitable model for the psychological resilience of employees of stock exchange brokerages in Tehran. The current research is applicable in terms of its purpose, and a cross-sectional survey in terms of the research implementation method, and is specifically based on structural equation modeling. The research community is all the employees of Refah Bank, Mellat Bank, San'at-o-Ma'dan Bank, Kar-Afarin Bank, Melli Bank and Aagah Brokerage in Tehran. 209 people were selected according to Cochran's formula as a quantitative sample. The sampling method in this research is stratified. The collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. SPSS software was used to analyze data; and AMOS software was used to design the final research model. The findings of the research showed that in order to confirm the final research model, a confirmatory factor analysis was performed. According to the obtained results, the factor load of all three components "applying individual's creativity and innovation in the work environment", "cognitive tendencies of the individual's socialization in the work environment" and "creating the capacity for greater resilience" were higher than the recommended values, and the model fit indices show acceptable values.Extended AbstractIntroduction One of the factors influencing people's mental health is their job. Regardless of providing financial resources and satisfying some basic human needs such as a sense of self-worth, employment can be a source of psychological stress and affect the mental and physical health of employees. The World Health Organization defines mental health as: balanced and harmonious communication with others, changing and modifying the personal and social environment, and resolving conflicts and personal desires in a reasonable and appropriate manner. Job security within the organization means that the organization is dependent on the work commitment, work system, quality work and courage and expertise of the employees, not that the people and employees of the organization are dependent on the organization through official employment. This issue will lead to improving the level of resilience of employees and make their career path smoother and they will experiment better experiences than in the past (Mughli & Vajdani, 2019). Stock brokerages in the financial markets, due to the wide and daily changes in the tools of exchange and transactions, as well as the large volume of financial circulation in this part of the economy, have the capacity to create many potential crises and impulses. Today, many financial crises have occurred in the world, which often originate from the nature of markets (Felipe & Estrada, 2020). Financial markets undergo significant changes and fluctuations due to changes in other markets and investors' decisions. There are a set of factors called behavioral factors that influence the decisions of investors and affect the stock exchange as the main pillars of the capital market in the country (Ahmadi, 2016). Therefore, the researcher is trying to reach the goal of presenting the model having an effect on the psychological resilience of employees of stock brokerages in Tehran. Theoretical framework Holling was the first to define resilience in ecology: he defined resilience as the ability of systems to absorb changes and withstand them (Holling, 1973). Resilience is also defined as "the ability of a system to absorb disturbance and reorganize while undergoing change so that the system still maintains its same function, structure, characteristics, and feedback (Ghiathund & Abdul Shah, 2015). In the current situation where the country is facing many sanctions and pressures, Iran's capital market can also prevent the turbulence of parallel markets such as currency and gold by attracting stray liquidity that has led to economic growth. For this reason, the discussion of the resilience of employees of stock exchange brokerages has become very important in the current situation (Hassanzadeh et al, 2020). Soltani (2022) investigated the role of psychological empowerment on job resilience and job satisfaction of employees of knowledge-based companies. The research results indicate that psychological empowerment has a direct relationship with job resilience and job satisfaction of employees of knowledge-based companies. Maleki Tabas et al, (2022) investigated the effects of the components of spiritual intelligence on the psychological well-being of students with the mediating role of psychological resilience. The results of the research indicated a positive and significant effect of spiritual intelligence on resilience and psychological well-being, and a positive and significant effect of resilience on psychological well-being. Finally, the effect of spiritual intelligence on psychological well-being was obtained with the mediating role of resilience equal to 0.63, which shows the positive effect. Methodology This research is applicable in terms of its purpose, and a cross-sectional survey in terms of the research implementation method, and the sample selection is purposeful. The statistical population of this research is all the employees of the brokerages (Refah Bank, 81 people; Mellat Bank, 46 people; San'at-o-Ma'dan Bank, 120 people; Kar Afarin Bank, 44 people; Melli Bank, 80 people; and Aagah Brokerage, 90 people), which is a total of 461 employees. These agencies are located in Tehran. According to these agencies and according to Cochran's formula, 209 people were selected as samples. The sampling method in this research is stratified. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data related to the variable. Discussion and Results In order to investigate the hypothesis of the research, the modeling of structural equations, the method of structural equation modeling with the help of spss software was used to test the hypotheses from inferential statistics. Then, amos software was used to test the hypotheses or the conceptual model of the research, and the results showed that the chi-square value equal to 13.29 was obtained in the investigated factor model, which is significant at the 99% confidence level. This value shows the low fit of the model. The fitted chi-square value, which is calculated by dividing the chi-square by the degree of freedom, is equal to 3, which is within the recommended range. The RMSEA value equal to 0.098 was obtained, which is within the recommended range and shows the high fit of the model with the collected data. The Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is equal to 0.94, the Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) is equal to 0.93, and the Normalized Fit Index (NFI) is equal to 0.92; Therefore, the fit indices of the model also show favorable values. According to these cases, it can be said that the desired model has good explanatory power. Also, in the investigated factor model, the chi-square value is equal to 1116.24, which is significant at the 99% confidence level. This value shows the low fit of the model. The fitted chi-square value, which is calculated by dividing the chi-square by the degree of freedom, is equal to 3, which is within the recommended range. The RMSEA value equal to 0.098 was obtained, which is within the recommended range and shows the high fit of the model with the collected data. Conclusion The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a suitable model for the psychological resilience of employees of stock exchange brokerages in Tehran. This finding is in line with the findings of researchers such as Frotan et al, (2018), Afshar et al, (2016), Tracey (2015) and Annarelli & Nonino (2015), Ebrahimi et al, (2017), and (Chit Karan, 2016). Management has a very important role among internal organizational factors, therefore, the current research points out the requirement to pay more attention to improving the level of managerial knowledge and learning new management methods. Demer et al, (2011) have emphasized the role of knowledge-based, entrepreneurial and innovative forces and as a factor influencing resilience. Therefore, the results of the current research, in line with this finding, emphasize the empowerment of employees for personal development and social skills. In this regard, it can be said that resilience is not a characteristic or trait that some people have and others don't have; to be more precise, resilience is a problem that can be taught and people can be empowered with appropriate training. According to the present research, it is suggested that agencies have the necessary provision for the access of specialists from other departments in case of issues that people are not able to solve and deal with. As mentioned, support resources are one of the important components of resilience. Therefore, resilient people ask for help from these sources whenever the need arises. Based on this, it is suggested that agencies provide these resources including (and not limited to) psychologists and expert consultants, to employees.

Purpose: Doing a bibliometric analysis of the papers on Total Quality Management published in Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP). Methodology/Approach: Following Bibliometric analysis approach that reaches the export of scientific papers from ASJP during 2005-2022 and using Bibiloshiny based on the R language (RStudio). Findings: The study highlighted the prominent authors, universities, and journals, identifying both opportunities and research advancements in TQM research and urging scientific collaboration. TQM practices in different sectors remain a current and relevant research topic, however, the analysis outlined some conceptual structure gaps within particular areas. The outputs provide insights and suggestions for scholars and practitioners in the field of TQM. Research Limitation/Implication: The study examines only papers published in ASJP until 2022. Findings could be useful for TQM stakeholders in emerging countries. Practitioners benefit from experiments to deal with the TQM method. Originality/Value of paper: In Algerian context, the study’s substantive contribution denotes that Industrial and Health care Areas constitute knowledge and empirical gaps in the TQM field; for future, researchers should exploit key words used by prominent authors; the TQM performance and higher education are the most explored topics as Motor themes; organisational culture as emerging theme had grown interest need exploration; total quality or continuous improvement themes are important for the TQM research require further works.

Objective One of the most powerful and yet unknown methods of finding new policyholders is customer referral. In the opinion of many experts, insurance referral sales or attracting insurance referral policyholders is the best way to sell insurance and the most powerful customer acquisition tool, so the insurance industry leaders have named it "referral miracle". Methodology The current research was conducted with the purpose of explaining the pattern of influencing factors on customer reference in the insurance industry, using the Delphi technique. The population of this study consists of academic experts and senior managers of insurance companies that using the purposeful sampling method, 8 academic experts and 12 senior managers and expert experts of insurance companies and 3 marketers and sales experts, were selected as Delphi expert panel members. The tools of data collection in this research are library studies and Delphi questionnaire. Findings In this study, collecting data by using the library method, reviewing the texts and viewing done. These data as factors related to the Customer referral, they were considered the basis of the Delphi method. Then, the Delphi questionnaire was sent to them in three stages to get the opinions of the expert panel members, and it was studied and revised. Conclusion The identified items were classified in the form of 5 categories of factors related to customers, factors related to the company, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and customer reference and were presented in the framework of the research model.

This paper aims to demonstrate the links between inequality, economic growth and technological change. The latter combined with human capital distinguishes between skilled and unskilled workers which leads to rising inequality. Thus, we analyse the theoretical and empirical links between growth, technological change, school enrolment, openness, unemployment and income inequality. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to show that technological change is one of the key elements of economic growth and inequality dynamics. It is a channel through which human capital influences economic growth and also inequality. We are conducting an econometric study for a set of African countries in order to answer these questions: What is the impact of economic growth and technological change on inequality? What is the impact of income inequality on economic growth? What is the effect of openness and technological change on economic growth?

The current study aims to provide an overview of the research on political risk using the Web of Science（WoS）database as well as summarize research results and put forward some suggestions for research directions of political risk in international construction projects. It is the first time scientometric analysis of political risk research is executed. In this regard, the papers related to political risk in the WoS database have been retrieved and the literature is sorted out by visual and content analysis methods. Visual analysis is used to analyze the research overview, knowledge base, and research hotspots of this field. The content analysis method is adopted to expound the current research focus from three perspectives inducing the influence of political risk, risk assessment, and risk management measures. The results show that in the political risk context, the number of publications has experienced an increasing trend in recent years. Based on the existing literature on political risk for all companies, this overview provides some suggestions to address the political risk in international construction projects in the future. The results contribute to the scholars understanding of the research overview, research hotspots, and future research directions of political risk research in construction projects.

Rapid developments of the internet and the increasing growth of social media have provided new opportunities for today's businesses. Using these media, organizations can build up deep and lasting relationships with their customers. Moreover by engaging customers with their brand, they can create positive outcomes for themselves, customers and society. Accordingly, this study seeks to identify Antecedents, dimensions, and consequences of customers brand engagement in social media in the banking industry. In order to achieve the goal, In-depth interviews were conducted with customers who following one or more banks on social media, and data analysis was performed by using content analysis method. The results of the research were presented in a research model consisting of three divisions of Antecedents (individual, organizational and media), consequences (individual, organizational and social) and dimensions of customers brand engagement. Finally this study provided suggestions to use these media to engage customers.

Objective Inter-organizational intelligence is an effective way for organizations to adapt to the external environment, overcome the possible threats and seize opportunities. And since receiving information from the outside of the business environment affects the competitive position and effectiveness of the organization's marketing policies, it is important to pay attention to the kind of information needed for the organizations and the fact that how much they use intelligence in their strategic decisions. Considering the influence and background of Iran's automotive industry with an eight-decade history in the country and with various ups and downs as well as a special place in terms of cross-sectoral links in the Iran economy, we intended to identify the key factors affecting marketing intelligence based on the experts’ opinions. And then, we aim to present a conceptual model, using ISM technique, to identify the sequences and relevance of these factors. Methodology Based on the nature of the subject and the objectives, the present research is a survey. At first, through reviewing the literature and interviewing experts, marketing intelligence factors were identified and then a questionnaire was designed to determine the importance of each factor. The statistical population of the present study is the Iranian automotive industry including the experts, managers and assistants of strategy, marketing and sales units. Participants were selected based on stratified random sampling proportional to the number of employees in each corporate unit. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to extract the factors (from the first questionnaire) and also to determine the structural validity and suitability of the model. LISREL and SPSS software were used for data analysis. ISM calculations were performed manually to obtain the relationship and sequence of variables from the second questionnaire. Findings The results of the ISM indicated that the ten approved marketing intelligence factors fall into six levels. The last level in the ISM represents a factor that performs as the cornerstone of the model and underlies the factors of previous levels. The first level in the ISM represents the factors highlighting the ultimate outcomes of the model. In other words, these are the factors that are obtained through other contributors. Conclusion Within the obtained model in this study, the monitoring of online communications, governmental information sources and information vendors are at the first level. While, at the bottom of the model is the country's priority factor which is the cornerstone of marketing intelligence in an organization, and the marketing should start emphasizing on this factor. Organization’s directional factors are located at the fourth level which is affected by the intelligent marketing enablers (within the fifth and sixth levels). That is, this factor palys a mediating role in marketing intelligence.

Introduction: Due to the high level of vulnerability, motorcyclists are considered a priority for research and intervention. Therefore, this study aimed to improve the society’s awareness and attitudes toward motorcycle traffic safety. Method: This study involved a randomized clinical trial conducted in 2016 among trauma patients and their caregivers in Shahid Rajaee hospital, Shiraz. Block randomization was used to divided the patients into study and control groups. Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire called “Awareness & Attitude associated with Motorcycle Traffic Safety”; the questionnaire was found reliable with a Cronbach’s alpha of 78%. We made use of a pairwise T-test to make our intergroup comparisons; in cases of non-normal data, a non-parametric alternative was employed. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) wasused to study the inter-variable relationships. Results: Participants included 276 patients, 138 in each group. Generally, 72.7% of the population consisted of males and the rest were females. The participants had a mean age of 31.38±10.46 years. The Distinguishing Coefficient (ξ) is an important parameter of Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), a flagship multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) model of Grey System Theory, an intelligent and multifaceted field developed by Chinese scientists in 1980s. However, the scholars widely assume ξ = 0.5. The current study questions this practice. Also, some scholars have argued that the variation in ξ doesn’t influence the ranking of the factors through GRA. On contrary, the study demonstrates, the variation in ξ can influence the ranking. This has been shown through a case involving primary data concerning the perceived relative importance of Project Management Knowledge Areas (PMKAs). This study is significant for the analysts of uncertain systems, represented by grey or fuzzy systems, who intend to use GRA for intelligent multi-criteria decision making. It encourages ξ – driven sensitivity analysis of GRA model before interpreting the results. The study reveals, by tailoring the value of ξ a point can be achieved where the ranking obtained through GRA can be made most comparable to the other MCDM methods. For comparative analysis of the GRA based results the study deployed three other MCDM techniques; Analytic Hierarchy Process, Best Worst Method and Simple Additive Weighting.

In the area of ​​organizational behavior, leadership is one of the most prominent factors influencing the behavior of the organization's staff toward brand performance. The present study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership style in promoting brand citizenship behavior with regards to the mediating role of employee-based trust to the brand. The present study is descriptive in nature and correlative. The data were evaluated based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population consists of all the sales and marketing staff of tile and ceramic companies linked with Iran Tile and Ceramic Association. Using random stratified sampling method, 210 individuals were selected as the statistical sample for the study. To collect data, three self-made questionnaires were used to evaluate leadership, brand trust and brand citizenship behavior. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The results of structural equation showed that the direct effect of trust on brand citizenship behavior of employees is 0.574. There was a significantly positive direct effect for leadership style on employee trust (p = 0.601) and also there was a significantly positive effect for trust, as the mediator, on the relationship between leadership style and brand citizenship behavior (p = 0.84).

The aim of the present research investigates the relation between organizational structure and effectiveness of communication. The research methodology is survey and correlative. All employees of Marivan education department were chosen as the statistical population that 92 persons of them were chosen through Sampling Morgan Table. The questionnaire was used to collect data. Experts’ view and Cronbach’s alpha was used for the validity and reliability of the inventory. Research data were analyzed by SPSS17 and LISREL 8.50 Software's. Statistical methods of Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The research results showed that organizational structure has a direct and positive relationship with ineffective communication. Also results showed that centralization, complexity and formality had the most influence on ineffective communication in current research sample respectively. In other words with increasing centralization, complexity and formality communication (diagonal ,horizontal, upward and downward) in different levels of organization become ineffective.

Relationship marketing is the art of business today. To maintain key customers (profitable) existing skills to create the proper relationship with the customer is essential. Research has shown that the cost of attracting new customers 5 times the cost of retaining existing customers. In this study, the effect on quality of services provided relationship marketing and loyalty customers are addressed. The populations of the study are consumers of Tehran Shahrvand chain stores. In this study, data analysis, structural equation modeling was used to describe the research. Based on the conceptual model, the relationship between relationship marketing dimensions (trust, commitment, communication, conflict handling) on the quality of services provided and loyalty customers investigated research shows that all hypothesis of research ways and have been approved.

This study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between employee empowerment and the development of an entrepreneurial culture Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas. This is a descriptive and correlational research. The sample size was 113 participants (85 females and 28 males) who were selected via simple random sampling method. The research tool was Spritzer Psychological Empowerment Scale and Entrepreneurial Culture Questionnaire. The data obtained from the study were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings showed that there is a relationship between employee empowerment and the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas, there is a significant relationship between sense of competence (self-efficacy) and the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas, there is a significant relationship between the sense of having the right of choice (independence) and the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas, there is a significant relationship between sense of meaning and the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas, and there is a significant relationship between sense of trust in other employees and the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Fatemieh Technical and Vocational University of Bandar Abbas.

Employers are looking for reducing execution time and maintaining the quality of the projects that are the main objective of the projects. In this article, we focus on crashing projects by con-sidering different factors such as cost, time, quality and risk. For the proposed integer linear model, cost of conformance and cost of non-conformance are considered as parts of the costs of quality of deliverables in projects. The cost of conformance consists of the costs of training the project team, inspection and test of deliverables. The cost of non-conformance also includes costs of rework and scrap. Project risk management is one of the important aspects of the pro-jects. The present study also considers the impact of risks, which is highly applicable in projects with a high level of uncertainty. Results are presented using integer programming approach with the aim of minimizing the costs of the project.

Correct management and qualitative strategic planning of relationships between strategy and culture as a strong lever for executable doing of strategies is vital. One of the most important instruments used in managing the relationships between strategy and culture is the culture-strategy matrix. But, the process of delineating a point and lack of strength of organizational culture and importance of strategy on the original culture-strategy matrix, are some deficiencies in terms of methodological that don’t display the ability of human thought, perfectly. Thus, this article attempts to development of culture-strategy matrix with fuzzy approach. In this study, in addition to, library research, interviews with experts and fuzzy screening approach were used. Accordingly, 6 cultural strategies for 16 scenarios of improved Culture-Strategy Matrix specified and confirmed and with fuzzy approach was specified a region on the matrix for a case study. The results of the presented methodology in a defense organization, according to the percentage of the rectangle in each zone, Presaged to extract and prioritize the more significant cultural strategies.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between information technology and organizational structure in governmental banks of Iran. This study was a correlative survey. Data were collected using two questionnaires. The standard questionnaire of information technology belonged to Zegardy and Ismaili (2007) and the standard organizational structure questionnaire belonged to Robbins were used. Reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha method was questionnaire of the information technology was 0.866 and for the organizational structure questionnaire was 0.725. The ideas of a group of experts were looked for in order to determine the validity of the questionnaire. A sample size of 50 subjects was selected in Marivan city's governmental banks. Data were analyzed using SPSS17 and LISREL8.50 softwares. Pearson correlation and linear regression test were used to analyze the data. Results showed that there was a positive and direct correlation between using information technology and organizational structure in governmental banks. In other words, as the using of information technology increases, organizational formality, complexity, and centralization improve.

Business Intelligence (BI) is a concept that today due to the enormous growth of information and complexity in a variety of industries and businesses is considered vital.In this research, the literature in relation to the concept of BI, models and existing techniques for evaluating BI maturity was reviewed. This study is descriptive based on objective and data was collected using a combination of methods including in-depth interviews with experts in the field of business intelligence and literature review. In this study, business intelligence is defined as "the ability of an individual or group of individuals in solving business issues and advancement in business goals". Our review of the results of the latest research in the field showed that none of the existing models for the assessment of business intelligence maturity have all the necessary standards. These standards include comprehensiveness, clarity, and having theoretical foundation. In this study, in addition to the above shortcomings, we have highlighted the lack of definition of weights of BI factors in its growth as the other weaknesses of previous models. In this regard, we have defined the relative importance of BI factors. The results of this study were proposing the concept of BI and a comprehensive model for BI Maturity Assessment and this was achieved by the combination of current models.
