Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) plays pivotal roles in the progression of allergic airway inflammation. This study aims to determine whether the blockade of IL-1β can inhibit airway inflammation in guinea pigs with allergic asthma induced by the inhalation of aerosolized ovalbumin (OVA).Healthy guinea pigs treated with saline were used as normal controls (group C). The guinea pigs with allergic asthma induced by the inhalation of aerosolized OVA were randomly divided into three groups: (1) the M group containing negative control animals treated with saline; (2) the Z1 group containing animals treated by the inhalation of atomized 0.1% anti-IL-1β immunoglobulin yolk (IgY); and (3) the Z2 group containing positive control animals that were treated with budesonide. The inflammatory cells in the peripheral blood (PB) and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were evaluated using methylene blue and eosin staining. Cytokine concentrations were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Pulmonary sections were examined using hematoxylin-eosin staining.Allergic inflammation and damage to the pulmonary tissues were decreased in the Z1 group compared to the M group. Eosinophils and neutrophils in the PB and BALF were significantly decreased in the Z1 group compared to the M group (P0.05). Treatment with anti-IL-1β IgY significantly reduced the levels of IL-1β, IL-4, IL-8, IL-13, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and IgE in the BALF (P0.05).The inhalation of aerosolized anti-IL-1β IgY inhibits pathological responses in the pulmonary tissues of guinea pigs with allergic asthma. The inhibitory activity may be due to the decrease in the numbers of eosinophils and neutrophils and the reduced levels of inflammatory cytokines and IgE in the PB and BALF.

The frame of risk management system was established and risk analysis was addressed. First, the inherent risk factors in the CBM project were identified based on work breakdown structure method of project management. Then, the technical risks in implementing the CBM project were assessed with the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and the assessment results were discussed. Finally, risk response measures for risk response were suggested.

The classification principles of the complex equipment health condition were proposed. the basic thought of fuzzy C means clustering algorithm (FCM) was analyzed. Further more, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional FCM were discussed. Then, the improved FCM algorithms based on artificial bee colony algorithm was suggested. Finally, complex equipment health condition classification scheme based on gray scale health index was put forward.

On the basis of functional modules in the overall design of the system, discussion the key technologies of communication in the system.

Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) attracts more and more attention. The PHM behavior of equipment could be classified into two major parts: Automated part and Human-in-Loop part, the challenge is to construct the Multi-Agent model for the Automated part. Firstly, the critical activities of maintenance process are described with several self-governed agents. Then, the mechanism of communication and interaction among the multiple agents is discussed. Thirdly, the Multi-Agent model for equipment PHM system is put forward. Finally, the task of Mission Planned Agent, Maintenance Decision-making Agent, Resources Management Agent and Learning Agent are analyzed.

Maintenance decision-making technology adopted in PHM system greatly affects the effectiveness of the system. The authors began with describing the architecture for OSA-CBM. Then indicated that there were inherent limitations in model-based method and data-driven method adopted in maintenance decision-making and suggested the Multi-Agents method which is widely applied in many domains may be a proper choice. The components of Maintenance Decision-Making Agent (MDA) were presented in detail. On the analysis of Remaining Life Prediction Agent, Opportunistic Maintenance actions was proposed, which will help to turn the reactive maintenance philosophy to scheduled or preventive maintenance philosophy. It was proved that the capability of cooperation, interaction and parallel processing of autonomous agents had been greatly improved. The Multi-Agents model for maintenance decision-making was more effective in achieving the intelligence of the system.

It is one of the important means that can improve its quality and decrease its cost by improving the manufacturing technology for the bearings in the NC positioner. In this paper, the Signal-to-Noise of Taguchi Method was applied to analyze the technologic parameters of the nitridinged bearings surface. The technologic parameter of the key single factor is assured in nitridinging in order to find out the minimum amount of nitridinging deformation by analyzing the result of experiment and optimizing the technologic parameters. The amount of nitridinging deformation is controlled to the minimum. Before the nitridinging, the integrated error of the amount of deformation is computed to assure the cutting amount. The error can be compensated by means of manufacturing. So the bearing didn't need to be manufactured again. It is proved that this simple and stable method can improve efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost.

Overloading is a violation, which is needed to monitor mainly. Monitoring vehicle information accurately and timely is a necessary information mean, which is used to ensure highway safety. Aiming at the actual demand, this paper proposes a hybrid communication technology scheme of vehicle overload monitoring system, which is based on the combination of power line carrier communication and Zigbee wireless communication. Design scheme of this system has some reference value for monitoring system communication research of similar domain.

Based on the properties of transient feeble optical signal, which is the wide dynamic range and the feeble lower limit signal, it is presented a novel detecting scheme compressing signal real-time in logarithmic domain in this paper. After the principle analysis of the scheme, it has been implemented to choose appreciate parts, design the circuitry and test. The results indicated that the approach can make transient optical signal ranged 120dB compress in the range of 0~5V. And together with the circuitry design simplified and the dissipation decreased, the troubles at the back data acquisition module can be lessened greatly. It may be a novel clue for research on the tech of detecting the transient light and provide certain reference values to similar system design.

It is quit difficult to archive perfect effects by applying the traditional modeling and control methods to the urban traffic signal control system because of non-linearity, fuzzyness, self-organization and uncertainty in the system. The artificial intelligence technologies may offer a new way to resolve this problem. In allusion to characteristics of the traffic signal control system, this paper proposes an on-line control algorithm based on Dyna-Q reinforcement learning, and utilizes the experiential knowledge gained by the traffic signal control agent in the trial-error process to estimate the model, and then plans the actions in the estimated model, accordingly it can accelerate the iterative process of the Q-learning. This paper adapts TSIS(a microscopic traffic analysis software) to implement the simulation on two traffic trunk roads which consist of 10 intersections. Comparing with fixed-time control, genetic algorithm and Q-learning control algorithm, simulation results indicate that Dyna-Q reinforcement learning algorithm has an obvious superiority.

This paper studies the influence of poly [2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1, 4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) on solution-processable functionalized graphene oxide (SPFGO) composite film-based organic light emitting Diode (OLED) and organic photovoltaic (OPV) performance for different SPFGO concentrations. There is a strong quenching of photoluminescence when MEH-PPV is doped with SPFGO, which means there is a strong transfer of electron and energy between MEH-PPV and SPFGO. Doping SPFGO in MEH-PPV can improve the performance of OLED at low concentration, and the performance will be the best when the concentration of SPFGO is 0.2%; however, the performance of OPV remains unchanged. The performance of OPV could be improved by high doping concentration of SPFGO, the performance will be the best when the concentration of SPFGO reaches 15%, and there is a quenching in the electroluminescence (EL) of OLED. As shown in the statistics of the experiment, SPFGO can increase the injectivity of carriers, and when the SPFGO is of low concentration, it can increase the luminous intensity of OLED and reduce the threshold voltage. SPFGO can act as an electron acceptor, and when the concentration of SPFGO is high, the exciton dissociation at MEH-PPV/SPFGO interface can be improved, and the performance of OPV can be also improved. Therefore, the concentration of SPFGO should be the main factor in adjusting the performance of OLED and OPV separately.
