The material of the article reflects the results of the next stage of the systematic study of a very important problem in finding effective methods for processing chemical (T) oils into alternative functionally high quality and high biodegradability bioproducts of the fuel and lubricants (PM) materials. The main object of experimental research is the method of acetolysis of oils as one of the practically unexplored methods in comparison with well-developed methods of alcoholysis and esterolysis of T-oils. Based on the considered mechanism of catalytic and reversible reaction of acetolysis of oils as specific preacylation of their triacetylglycerol molecules, chemical-technological bases of processes of acetolysis of oils of two types are developed, namely: basic – rapeseed (g) and composition on its basis with 20 %, castor oil the so-called "ripritsol-20" (years). The optimal technological parameters for achieving high efficiency of acetolysis processes to obtain high-quality intermediates - mixtures of the corresponding FFAs of the general formulas RрC(O)–OH or RррC(O)–OH have been established. The necessity of combining the process of acetolysis of oils (p) or (pp) as the basis of the first stage of processing technology with the next stage, namely the conversion of VJ acids into more active in the reactions of the next stage derivatives - acid chlorides, and by a known, simple and fast method almost quantitative yield of intermediate products - mixtures of HlAn-VZhK (r) or (rr). The conceptual idea of the complex technology indicates the directions of rational processing of mixtures of VZ acids and their anhydrides (mixtures of HlAn-VZhK) into biocomponents of a wide range of purposes. In the second stage of the complex process, it is proposed to process Hlan-IJK mixtures into main bioproducts - biofuels or basic bio-oils by the well-known technologically and perfect Schotten-Bauman method, which is based on the acylation reaction of alcohols of the appropriate structure with chlorides of a certain type. or HlAn-VZhK (pp). Emphasis is placed on the rather favorable course of the acylation reaction of alcohols by the chosen method, in particular on its irreversibility, high speed under standard conditions, under such conditions high technical and economic efficiency of the second stage technology of the complex process is provided. It is shown that the technological operations of the complex process can be modified, directing them to the production of certain bioproducts, such as biofuels or biooils on the basis of adapted selection of the necessary combinations of raw materials. Thus, new biofuels of ester structure are proposed to be obtained by acylation of methanol or ethanol with mixtures of VOR acid chlorides derived from ripol. While new basic biooils of diester structure are recommended to be obtained by acylation of glycolysis of industrial production (in particular ethylene glycol) with a mixture of HlAn-VZhK, derived from the composite oil ripritsol-20. The presented tables of the calculated material balances of each of the stages of the complex process characterize their technical and economic efficiency and environmental safety. The main functional properties and some operational indicators of the experimental samples of products obtained during the research are determined: both biofuels and basic biooils, and composite ones based on the best mineral and bioproducts, in particular biodiesel and motor min-biooils. The analysis of their characteristics convinces that they do not concede on the functional indicators of quality to the best traditional materials of branch of PM-materials. Bibl. 12, Tab. 5.

The article aims to identify effective ways to combat bank fraud in Ukraine. Using the method of systematic analysis of theoretical experience, practical measures and international legislation in the field of combating banking fraud, the main factors influencing the bank fraud level are identified: financial instability of the banking institution, lack of information about the client's credit history, poor internal control, low level of corporate governance, lack of a standard procedure for customers verification, lack of a unified register of bank employees, imperfect legal regulators and a banking control system. The study allowed to identify the characteristics of an effective banking fraud combating system: a clear definition of the legal framework, regulation subjects and objects, strict and guaranteed liability for violations of laws, cooperation of structural units and regulatory authorities at the domestic and international level, state control of financial monitoring. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the successful experience of developed countries, comprehensive implementation of measures to combat bank fraud (at the legislative, bank management and technological level) will not only reduce the level of bank fraud, but also corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing rate.

Vestibular stimulations influence the somatic-vegetative functions of the organism, including the muscular system. The prevalence of a sedentary lifestyle among students and, especially foreign students, in combination with a prolonged fixed position of the head, promotes to the development of functional-vestibular disorders. This affects both the academic progress and health state of these students. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of vestibular disorders of the motor and visual analyzers, with the following correction of these disorders by using relax gymnastics with yoga elements. Materials and methods. The study was carried out during 4 months, and included 52 students from India, studying at the 2nd year of Kharkiv National Medical University. A block of anamnestic and diagnostic-instrumental research methods was used. Results and discussion. As a result of the observations, it was found that the initial level of body physical development and the degree of an adequacy of the mode of mental work and rest to the nature of the educational process play a large role in the degree of occurrence of vestibular reactions. Particular attention was paid to the assessment of vestibular stability, which was reduced in 21 out of 52 students, which was noted on the basis of the presence of 2 or more parameters defined during the study. These students were included in the experimental group (12 people) and the control group (9 people). All these students had either a reduced level of physical development or various deviations in the level of body physical development. For the students of experimental group three-months cycle of relax-training gymnastics with yoga elements was proposed. For all students, vestibular irritations reduced the accuracy of the performed movements, but for students with a reduced level of physical development, these indicators were worse and more stable. As a result, the students of the experimental group demonstrated positive dynamics of the correction for vestibular adaptation to the studying process in comparison with the students of the control group that did not demonstrate the same results. Conclusion. The results of the investigation which was carried out allow to formulate the following conclusions: 1) Vestibular reactions depend on the initial level of physical development of students and the nature of the educational process; 2) Regular stimulations of the vestibular apparatus on the background of relaxation and training exercises with yoga elements contribute to an increase in the motor functions of the body; 3) Vestibular irritations cause more frequent and expressed somatic reactions in comparison with vegetative ones

Ischemic stroke remains a pressing problem today. Its pathogenesis consists of a sequential cascade of reactions in the brain, which, in addition to ischemia, are responsible for further damage to brain tissue and slow down the development of compensatory and regenerative mechanisms. Attempts to break the pathological cascade have been going on for decades. The first promising molecule that demonstrated the potential of a scavenger (cleaner, absorber) of excessive aggressive peroxides in preclinical studies was MCI-186, which is used in clinical practice under the name edaravone. The aim of the study the results of which are presented in this paper was to establish the clinical effects of edaravone (Xavron) as a concomitant therapy of acute ischemic stroke (СТІКс) in real clinical practice., Ішемічний інсульт залишається актуальною проблемою сьогодення. Його патогенез складається з послідовного каскаду реакцій у мозку, які, на додаток до ішемії, відповідальні за подальше пошкодження мозкової тканини й уповільнюють розвиток компенсаторних і регенеративних механізмів. Спроби перервати патологічний каскад тривають декілька десятиліть. Першою перспективною молекулою, що продемонструвала в доклінічних дослідженнях потенціал скавенджера (прибиральника, поглинача) надлишкових агресивних перекисів, стала MCI-186, яка застосовується в клінічній практиці під назвою «едаравон». Метою дослідження, результати якого наведені в даній роботі, було встановлення клінічних ефектів застосування едаравону (Ксаврон) як супутньої терапії гострого періоду ішемічного інсульту (СТІКс) у режимі реальної клінічної практики.

Significant prevalence and multifactorial occurrence of psoriasis are the main reasons why this disease has been studied for years by scientists in the field of dermatology. Finding tools to predict the occurrence and severity of this disease is one of the key unrealized areas of modern medicine in the field of skin diseases. The purpose of the study is to build and analyze discriminant models of the possibility and features of psoriasis course in Ukrainian men without and taking into account the somatotype, depending on the structure and size of the body. Anthropometric and somatotypological examination of 82 practically healthy and 100 patients with mild and severe psoriasis was performed. Construction of discriminant models of the possibility of occurrence and features of psoriasis depending on anthropo-somatotypological indicators is performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5”. It was found that men of the general group and representatives of the mesomorphic somatotype can reliably interpret the obtained classification indicators both between healthy and patients with psoriasis of different course, and between men with psoriasis of mild and severe course (correctness 84.1% of cases, statistics Wilks’ Lambda=0.074, р

The use of anthropometric markers to predict the onset or severity of the disease is key to solving the problem of preventive medicine and can be an indispensable tool in preventive examinations in schools, universities and industries. The purpose of the study was to establish total and longitudinal body sizes in men of the first mature age with benign nevi. Anthropometry (determination of total and longitudinal body sizes) was performed according to Bunak’s scheme for men (aged 22-35 years) patients with melanocytic benign simple nevi (n=34), melanocytic benign dysplastic nevi (n=27), melanocytic benign congenital nevi (n=14) and non-melanocytic benign nevi (n=17). As a control from the data bank of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya selected total and longitudinal body sizes of 82 practically healthy men of the same age group. Statistical processing of the obtained results was performed in the license package “Statistica 5.5” using non-parametric evaluation methods. It was found that the mass and surface area of the body in healthy men is lower than in patients (except for dysplastic nevi), and in patients with dysplastic nevi – lower than in patients with non-melanocytic nevi; the height of the suprathoracic, acromial and finger anthropometric points in healthy men is lower than in patients with nevi (except for the acromial point height in patients with dysplastic nevi), and the height of the pubic and acetabular anthropometric points – in healthy men is greater than in patients with simple (only pubic point) and dysplastic nevi; in addition, the height of the pubic and acetabular anthropometric points in patients with simple nevi is lower than in patients with non-melanocytic nevi and congenital nevi (only for the acetabulum height). Given the height of anthropometric points and the fact that body length between healthy and sick men has no significant or tendency differences, in sick men we observe a longer torso and shorter lower extremities (most pronounced in patients with simple and dysplastic nevi), which is a manifestation of “subpathological” constitutional types, which indicate a longer torso and shorter lower extremities.

The article aims to reveal modern state of higher education internationalization (HEI) at global and local levels. Synthesis of conceptual approaches to studying HEI allowed to concretize the meaning of HEI at modern stage in a global and institutional levels. Renovated notion has been proposed as “complete internationalization”. It is interpreted as engagement, devotion and commitment of both all education management levels and teaching stuff to multifaceted process of intentional long-lasting infusion and integration of international dimensions with comparative constituent into all functions and missions of higher education and active designing of policies, plans, programs, strategies and approaches for promotion of internationality in higher education. Due to theoretical method of conceptual and comparative analysis of research and strategic documents and the latest scientific publications on issues of global internationalization of higher education, analysis of foreign and local experience, conceptual approaches to studying HEI were depicted modern internationalization forms at global level. Interviews initiated with heads of international affairs offices enabled us to find out HEI state at local level. Questionnaires with international students, focused on likes and dislikes concerning infrastructure, teaching methods, communication with local students, future plans helped to identify the level of students’ satisfaction and attractiveness of Sumy universities. Main priorities of stakeholders are defined. Recommendations concerning further possible development of higher education internationalization are given.

This research analyzed the PSI political campaign strategy in gaining votes from overseas voters by taking the case of PSI’s victory in the 2019 general election in New Zealand. The main question in this paper is how the PSI political campaign strategy in New Zealand could win votes in the 2019 general election? To tackle this question, we used a communication strategy theory that emphasizes the vision and mission criteria, programs and activities, objectives and results, audience selection, message formulation, identification of message carriers, and communication/media mechanisms. This research utilized a qualitative method with two data collection techniques—primary and secondary. This research aims to examine the political campaign strategy of PSI in the 2019 general election in gaining overseas voters, specifically focusing on the winning of PSI in New Zealand. This study also aims to draw the campaign strategy, message processing and communication media used to attract overseas voters to gain victory.

The article considers the burden in the social insurance system on business entities of Ukraine and EU countries. A comparison of northern European and continental models of social insurance is made. The system of social insurance in terms of payment of contributions by economic entities of Ukraine and EU countries is analyzed and a comparative description is made. An analysis of the reform of insurance rates for business entities for compulsory state social insurance in Ukraine, as well as the dynamics of the single social contribution from businesses. The influence of the load in the social insurance system on economic entities on the level of shadowing of the state economy is substantiated. The article defines the dynamics of the integrated indicator of the level of the shadow economy in Ukraine and the growth / decrease of real GDP. The factors that contribute to the growth of the shadow economy in the EU countries are identified and the shadow sector in these countries is analyzed. An approach to reduce the burden in the social insurance system on business entities of Ukraine is proposed.

The risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) development depends on a hereditary predisposition. According to the current data, bone tissue enhances insulin gene expression in pancreatic β-cells as well as increases insulin sensitivity of adipocytes, myocytes and hepatocytes through the secretion of undercarboxylated osteocalcin (unOCN). The aim. To analyze the relation between rs1800247 SNP and T2DM occurrence depending on the arterial hypertension (AH) presence, as well as association between rs1800247 and systolic, diastolic, pulse, mean blood pressure among patients with T2DM. Materials and methods. This study included 153 patients with diagnosed T2DM and 311 individuals without any carbohydrate metabolism disorders. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR-RFLP) was used for BGLAP rs1800247-genotyping. Logistic regression with interaction term “genotype × AH” was used to estimate the association between BGLAP rs1800247-genotypes and T2DM development in dominant, recessive, over-dominant and additive models of inheritance. Linear regression was performed to examine the influence of minor C-allele on the arterial blood pressure. Lipid profile characteristics of T2DM patients were stratified by rs1800247-genotype using ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test. All calculations were performed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software (SPSS, version 22.0, Chicago, IL, USA). A value of P ˂ 0.05 was considered as significant. Results. No association was found between rs1800247 single nucleotide polymorphism and T2DM development neither in AH patients, nor in subjects without AH (Paint b > 0.05). There was no impact of rs1800247 genotypes on systolic, diastolic, pulse and mean blood pressure among patients with T2DM (P > 0.05). It was showed that T2DM non-hypertensive CC-carriers had significantly lower levels of total cholesterol (P = 0.012) and LDL cholesterol (P = 0.04), but higher concentration of HDL cholesterol (P = 0.015) compared to the TT-genotype. Conclusions. It was showed that CC-carriers had more favorable parameters of lipid metabolism among T2DM non-hypertensive Ukrainians. However, there was no association between rs1800247 SNP and T2DM development as well as blood pressure parameters.

Objective Generalized tonic‐clonic (GTC) seizures are the most common type of generalized seizure and more common in children than adults. This phase 3 study evaluated the efficacy and safety of pregabalin for GTC seizures in adults and children with epilepsy. Methods This randomized, double‐blind, multicenter study evaluated pregabalin (5 mg/kg/day or 10 mg/kg/day) vs placebo as adjunctive therapy for 10 weeks (following a 2‐week dose escalation), in pediatric and adult patients (aged 5‐65 years) with GTC seizures. Primary endpoint was change in log‐transformed 28‐day seizure rate during active treatment. Secondary endpoints included responder rates, defined as proportion of patients with ≥50% reduction in 28‐day GTC seizure rate from baseline. Safety was monitored throughout. Results Of 219 patients, 75, 72, and 72 were randomized to adjunctive pregabalin 5 mg/kg/day, 10 mg/kg/day, and placebo, respectively. Fifteen, 11, and 6 patients discontinued from the 5 mg/kg/day, 10 mg/kg/day, and placebo arms, respectively, most commonly due to adverse events (AEs; 10.7%, 6.9%, and 5.6%, respectively). A nonsignificant change in log‐transformed mean 28‐day seizure rate was seen with pregabalin 10 mg/kg/day vs placebo (least‐squares [LS] mean difference –0.01 [95% confidence interval (CI) –0.19 to 0.16]; P = .8889) and with pregabalin 5 mg/kg/day vs placebo (LS mean difference 0.02 [CI –0.15 to 0.19]; P = .8121). Similar observations were noted for adults and children. No significant differences were seen for secondary endpoints with pregabalin vs placebo, including responder rate. The most common AEs (≥10%) were dizziness, headache, and somnolence. Most were of mild/moderate intensity. Seven patients had serious AEs, with one death in the placebo arm (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy). Significance Adjunctive pregabalin treatment did not change GTC seizure rate in adults or children. The safety profile of pregabalin was similar to that known; treatment was well tolerated with few discontinuations due to AEs.

Weeds not only reduce crop yields and alter the functioning of ecosystems but also serve as alternate hosts for pests and plant pathogens or harbor vectors and vector-borne diseases. The role of weeds as reservoirs of viral pathogens and their impact on viral epidemiology and ecology is investigated in many parts of the world. The number of reports on viruses identified in weeds and new viruses discovered in cultivated and uncultivated plants is increasing globally. The most sensitive techniques used in screening and identification of viruses are nucleic acid-based detection methods. The metagenomic strategies are new approaches for analyzing viral populations in environmental samples through nucleic acid sequencing, which will make it possible to fill the gap in our knowledge of viruses in noncultivated plants. This review presents data on weeds as reservoirs of plant viruses and on current methods for studying pathogens.

The paper discusses the environmental impact assessment of key pollutants generated by vessels during maritime transport operations. For the purposes of this study, a vessel is considered as a system that can be broken down into main subsystems and system components. Maritime shipping is a relatively environmentally-friendly means of moving large cargo over long distances. It is the only mode of transport that can successfully take over cargo from hinterland traffic. Mobility improvements have forced people to use more complex energy sources, which has contributed to the development and upgrading of transport infrastructure. From the economic perspective, maritime transport is currently an optimal transport mode. The fast development of this sector, observed especially on the Far Eastern market, entails the elevated risk of polluting the marine environment as a result of ongoing operations as well as accidents. The objective of this paper is to analyse and evaluate the environmental hazards that may arise from the operation of ERRVs (Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels).

This paper investigates the local strength of reinforced-concrete slabs in a pontoon of the composite floating dock under uniform hydrostatic load. A refined approach was applied to calculate the reinforced-concrete slabs considering the difference in the mechanical characteristics of concrete exposed to stretching and compression. The length of the zone of fixation that impacts concrete compression and stretching has been determined, which is 0.22 lengths of the short side of the rectangular slab. To this end, preliminary calculations of stresses in slabs made from a non-composite homogeneous material were performed, at different sizes of thickness and ratios of the slabs’ side lengths. A finite-element model of the reinforced concrete slab was built, with its reinforcing elements in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The model accounts for differences in the mechanical characteristics, which are set separately for the compressed and stretched regions of concrete. The stressed-strained state of rectangular reinforced concrete slabs has been estimated for the case of complete immersion of the pontoon in quiet water under the influence of uniform hydrostatic pressure, without taking into consideration possible dynamic loads. When simulating the bottom slabs, the length of the larger side of the supporting contour was taken equal to the distance between the longitudinal walls, based on the structural size of the dock. The length of the short side varied multiple to the longitudinal quad, making it possible to acquire data for a wide range of side length ratios, from 3.3 to 1, most characteristic of ship structures. The compressed and stretched areas of concrete were simulated separately, with the mechanical characteristics of strength and rigidity corresponding to the materials used in the construction of floating docks. The charts of maximum stresses in concrete and slab reinforcement depending on the length of the short side of the supporting contour have been built. This has made it possible to determine the optimum width of the slab, which is equal to 3m for the considered structure under predefined loading. The applied approach makes it possible to optimize the size of such structures in terms of weight and material consumption

This paper analyzes Indonesia's economic diplomacy in overcoming trade barriers to Indonesian palm oil commodities carried out by the European Union. Until now, the Indonesian Crude Palm Oil (CPO) industry has experienced tremendous pressure from the European Union (EU) as one of the main export destinations for Indonesian CPO. In order to secure Indonesia's national interests, instead of taking a cooperative approach, the Indonesian government has responded to the EU's discriminatory attitude towards palm oil commodities with a series of assertive economic diplomacy approaches. This assertive economic diplomacy approach is understood by this paper as a form of the “Power-Play End” strategy articulated by Indonesia to secure its national interests in mainland Europe. The main question in this paper is how can Indonesia use this strategy in overcoming trade barriers imposed by the EU on palm oil commodities? Using the concept of Economic Diplomacy which emphasizes three elements, namely the use of political influence and relations, the use of economic assets, the consolidation of the political climate and the international environment - this paper will examine Indonesia's economic diplomacy in related issues. In the crisis and post-crisis periods, in conditions of uncertainty and risk of new socio-economic normal, the problem of finding opportunities for economic growth and directions of strategic development of transport enterprises, in particular road transport, is especially relevant. The aim of the study is to provide an empirical, analytical and conceptual basis for the development strategy of road transport companies taking into account the modal features of freight transport in the European Union, as well as informing the scientific community and the public about quantitative and qualitative parameters of the European transport market, patterns of change in macroeconomic indicators. Achieving this goal requires an analysis of the general parameters of the EU freight market compared to similar indicators of the transport system of Ukraine. The study proposed and used a methodological approach that involves the use of relative and specific indicators (market share, network density, average transport distance), includes grouping (if necessary, two-iteration) of countries depending on the value of indicators and focuses on their comparison in Ukraine and EU countries. According to the results of benchmarking, a number of prognostic conclusions and substantiated assumptions about the prospects of further development of the freight market of Ukraine, which, taking into account the global socio-economic context, outline general trends and detail the directions of internal and external transformations of road transport enterprises. The proposed approach can become more meaningful through a combination of macroeconomic scenarios. Substantiation of probable scenarios and determination of directions of necessary changes will allow motor transport enterprises to realize economic potential more effectively, to make optimal use of competitive advantages, to increase cost, to become more flexible and at the same time more resilient in the conditions of new crises and risks.

Резюме. Зростання термінів тимчасової непрацездатності та показників первинної інвалідності унаслідок хронічних хвороб, зокрема поєднаних, наносить значні економічні збитки і посилює соціальну значущість наукових досліджень, спрямованих на удосконалення медико-психологічного моніторингу, ранньої діагностики, індивідуалізацію лікування і ризикометричних підходів; непересічно значимим це є і для учасників бойових дій – комбатантів. Мета дослідження – вивчити частоту та характер непсихотичних розладів психічної сфери серед комбатантів, стратифікованих за рівнем кардіоваскулярного ризику (КВР). Матеріали і методи. Первинною інформаційною базою для виконання дослідження стали результати комплексного клініко-анамнестичного обстеження 450 комбатантів, які попередньо були стратифіковані за рівнем кардіоваскулярного ризику, визначеним за методикою «SCORE». Результати. Частота реакцій психічної дезадаптації (РПД) у різних ризикометричних групах пацієнтів коливалась у межах від (37,8±4,4) % до (68,3±4,6) % та достовірно (р≤0,05) була вищою серед пацієнтів із реалізованим КВР, ніж в групах з різним його рівнем; при цьому достовірних відмінностей у частоті РПД залежно від рівня КВР не виявлено, що свідчить про відносно однаковий рівень психічної дезадаптації на донозологічному етапі реалізації КВР. Частота соматогенного астенічного симптомокомплексу (САСК) була найвищою серед пацієнтів із реалізованим КВР (становить (20,2±3,9) % та достовірно (р≤0,05) рідше діагностували САСК у ризикометричних групах пацієнтів з різним рівнем КВР. Виявлено, що достовірно меншою була частота САСК серед осіб із високим рівнем КВР (мінімальний КВР – (16,8±3,3) %, високий КВР – (8,8±2,8) %, р≤0,05. Таким чином, реалізація КВР і, відповідно, діагностування ССЗ є значимим фактором зростання частоти САСК серед таких пацієнтів. Гострі невротичні розлади (ГНР) з найбільш високою (р≤0,05) частотою діагностовано серед пацієнтів із високим КВР (становить (22,5±4,1) %), їх частота в п’ять разів вища ніж в інших ризикометричних групах осіб із КВР (коливається від 4,8 до 5,0 %) та втричі вища, ніж серед хворих на ССЗ (становить (7,7±2,6) %). Тобто гострі невротичні розлади маніфестують високий КВР, тоді як при нозологічному оформленні високого КВР (при діагностуванні ССЗ) частота ГНР достовірно зменшується. Частота невротичних розладів із затяжним перебігом виявлена достовірно (р≤0,05) вищою серед пацієнтів ризикометричних груп КВР (коливалась у межах від (10,4±2,7) % до (24,4±3,9) %), ніж серед хворих на ССЗ (становила (1,9±1,3) %), тоді як серед пацієнтів ризикометричних груп КВР вона була найменшою при низькому КВР та однаково більш високою при середньому та високому КВР (р≤0,05). Висновки. Визначені частота та характер непсихотичних порушень психічної сфери у комбатантів з різним рівнем КВР та доведено наявність найбільш високої частоти РПД в структурі цих порушень. Доведено, що частота САСК є найбільшою серед пацієнтів з реалізованим КВР та перевищує відповідний показник групи пацієнтів з високим КВР.

The potential of human capital of the rural population of Ukraine has been assessed by calculating the livelihood fund as a product of the population size and life expectancy. It is found that the creation of gross value added in agriculture is three times higher per unit of labor among the branches of the country's economy. This leads to the farmers' wages underestimating and their low standard of living. The solving of the correlation-regression model confirms that the greatest impact on the creation of gross value added in agriculture is made by wages. Agroholdings apply innovative approaches to human capital development for high productivity, even creating their own universities; other enterprises develop human capital in accordance with organizational, economic and legal factors. The necessity of systematic selection of approaches to the development of human capital at different levels of management (the state, economic entities and individuals) is justified.

Melanin is a biological organic polymer and has semiconductor properties. The structure of organic semiconductors, including melanin, determines the mechanism of their conductivity, electrical, and catalytic properties. Research the properties of melanin, which are synthesized on the basis of innovative technologies developed by Sunoil-Agro, confirms the innovating prospects for using melanin with goal to modify electrodes of Li-ion batteries. Results of investigation and developed the method modification the cathode materials of Li-ion batteries are presented in this article. The goal is to increasing the energy and power characteristics of LiMn2O4-based cathodes as a result of their modification with melanin.

The use of multi-label biochemical panels is justified by the fact that different markers reflect the severity of various pathological processes (disorders of carbohydrate and fat metabolism), which in their interaction are indicators of decompensation of a single pathology – diabetes in particular. The aim of the work was to study the differences in biochemical parameters in healthy and patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) depending on the level of albumin in the urine. 78 men and 62 women aged 22-26 years, patients with diabetes mellitus type 1, who were hospitalized in the therapeutic department в № 1 and № 2 of Vinnytsia Regional Highly Specialized Endocrinology Center and 8 practically healthy men and 13 practically healthy women of the same age were examined. The level of microalbuminuria was determined in all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after a meal were determined by enzymatic, amperometric analysis on a biochemical analyzer Biosen C_Line, manufactured by EKF Diagnostic (Germany). The average value of blood glucose was calculated mathematically. To determine glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), we used the method of high performance liquid chromatography on a D 10 analyzer, manufactured by Bio-Rad (USA). The International Normal Ratio (INR) was determined using a set of reagents to determine the prothrombin time, prothrombin ratio and international sensitivity index, which is specified in the passport to the set (manufacturer of PC-K-TEST "Granum"). Total cholesterol and triglycerides were determined by colorimetric photometric method (using enzymes) on a biochemical analyzer using standard kits from Olympus AU480 (USA). Statistical processing of the results was performed in the license package "Statistica 5.5", using non-parametric evaluation methods. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria with healthy men or women, patients found higher values: fasting glucose (in men – by 29.1 %, 30.9 % and 42.0 %; in women – by 29.7 %, 33.2 % and 46.0 %); glucose 2 hours after exercise (for men – by 27.4 %, 30.8 % and 36.1 %; for women – by 30.4 %, 32.4 % and 40.2 %); the average value of glucose (for men – by 26.2 %, 30.8 % and 39.3 %; for women – by 28.7 %, 34.0 % and 43.1 %); glycated hemoglobin (47.8 %, 48.8 % and 45.8 % for men; 27.2 %, 50.2 % and 54.4 % for women). Also, in patients with T1D men and proteinuria and women with normoalbuminuria and proteinuria compared with healthy men or women found higher cholesterol values (17.8 % in men and 7.6 % and 26.0 % in women); and in patients with T1D men with proteinuria compared to healthy men – 31.3 % higher triglyceride levels. When comparing the level of biochemical parameters between patients with T1D in men or women with proteinuria, higher values were found: fasting glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 22.2 % and with women with normoalbuminuria by 30.3 % and microalbuminuria by 23.7 %; the average value of glucose compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 20.8 % and microalbuminuria by 14.0 %; glycated hemoglobin compared to women with normoalbuminuria by 15.9 %; compared with men with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.8 % and 20.3 %, or with women with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria – by 24.9 % and 28.0 %; triglycerides compared with men with normoalbuminuria by 23.0 %. When comparing the sex differences in the level of biochemical parameters between healthy or between patients with T1D and normo-, microalbuminuria and proteinuria in men and women, only higher values of glycated hemoglobin by 14.1 % in women with proteinuria and total cholesterol by 8.3 % in women with normoalbuminuria were found. Thus, between healthy and patients with T1D and different levels of albuminuria there are differences in biochemical parameters, and they are greater the higher the level of albumin in the urine.

The specificity of economic professions requires the acquisition of skills in the work with large data sets, qualitative evaluation of statistics, predicting a large number of economic phenomena, so the economist of the future should be not only a specialist in the main subject area, but also a specialist in Big Data and Data Mining. The study outlines the underlying background for essential changes. The article analyzes relevant educational and professional programs, blocks of disciplines, providing qualitative assimilation of new information by students and acquisition of those abilities and skills that are needed by the modern specialist in the field of economy and will form student as a serious competitor in the labor market. It has been conducted the analysis of modern international commercial on-line courses, specifying the topics and aspects necessary for the future economics graduates. The logical scheme of Data Science specialties introduction which follows the relevant cycle of the existing disciplines of general and professional training is proposed. Mastering the knowledge of qualitative data analysis and tools for optimal work with them should be one of the main tasks of the methodological system of education and research at the faculties of economics. Modern educational technologies and scientific facilities of universities should help to expand the understanding and perception of the economist, marketologist, and manager profession, because the digital advertising, SMM, social networks, online applications, project management, State in a Smartphone, and other rapid transformations encourage to train not classic specialists, but universals who will be able to adapt quickly to the needs of the future.

Opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome (OMS) or Kinsbourne encephalopathy is a unique, rare neurological disease that causes difficulties in diagnosis, examination and treatment tactics. This article presents some organizational clinical, psychological and rehabilitation issues. The aim of the study was to develop treatment tactics and means of preventing the recurrent development of neurological, behavioral and cognitive impairment in this pathology. Results. Diagnosis of the disease was carried out based on a detailed study of anamnestic, molecular genetic, scintigraphic, neuroimaging, ultrasound, lymphocytic and neurological (opsoclonus, myoclonus, ataxia, behavioral and sleep disorders) signs. The severity of a child condition was determined using the Pranzatelli M. and Matthay K. scales. The clinical picture was represented by specific involuntary, arrhythmic, chaotic, multidirectional saccadic eye movements with horizontal, vertical, torsional components, behavioral changes, sleep disturbances, motor coordination dysfunction, the presence of myoclonic seizures, myoclonic jerks in the limbs and trunk, cerebellar ataxia and tremor. Slight cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytic pleocytosis was noted in the child, as it was described in the literature. Due to the fact that Kinsbourne encephalopathy has a paraneoplastic etiology in most cases, the child underwent brain MRI and CT as well as laboratory and instrumental examinations of the internal organs. The neuroimaging examination of the child’s brain indicated no focal density changes. To rule out neuroblastoma, the child underwent ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity organs and retroperitoneal space, a blood test for tumor markers, and measurements of catecholamine levels. To rule out parainfection and autoimmune processes, serum antibodies to various viruses were studied. Diagnosis of OMS was based on the analysis of the clinical picture, medical history and screening tests for oncopathology which was ruled out after a cytological study. The prolonged multiple use of a combination of glucocorticoid, immunosuppressive and immunoglobulin therapy has been the essence of successful treatment. Currently, relative improvements in the emotional-volitional sphere can be reported - age-appropriate intelligence and vocabulary skills, pulls himself up to stand and walks without support. Ocular opsoclonus rarely occurs – more often in jitteriness. Conclusions. The rare occurrence and anatomical and biological characteristics of this disease emphasize the importance of search for new specific methods of diagnosis and treatment to implement timely measures aimed at slowing the disease progression.

Using the methods of comparing, generalizing the results of the analysis of scientific principles the attempt to distinguish some procedural and substantive characteristics of personal meaning in the expressions of preschoolers was made in order to determine the integration perspectives for optimizing the personal development of a child, that became the purpose of the article. The scientific and categorical analysis of the understanding the concept of personal meaning and the factors influencing its formation has been made. The interconnection and interdependence of personal meaning in the speech activity of preschool children is shown. According to the results of the study, it is pointed out that individual personality traits are manifested in the speech expression as a product of speech activity in the following characteristics: 1) proper linguistic (linguistic, speech and semantic); 2) psychological (motivational, cognitive, emotional, productive and resultative). From the point of view of modern psycholinguistics, the peculiarities of the personal meaning in the preschoolers’ expressions are considered as a multidimensional process, in which the structures of individual experience, characterized by the subjective content, are determinative. It is stated that the utterance is a kind of speech and it refers to stories with the sequence of events. It is noted that a child of preschool age acquires personality-based meaning by cognizing or experiencing various information, life situations, set of circumstances of social interpersonal interaction. On the basis of the theoretical analysis it is proved that actualization of the personality-based meaning in the utterances of preschool children is conditioned by: a) interaction; b) dialogic speech; c) intentional organization of expression and its implication. On the basis of them it is possible to determine the conditions of formation of personal meanings in preschool childhood and the specificity of their expression by preschoolers in speech stories. The expediency of using an interactive approach in interpreting preschool students’ oral stories in situations of everyday life in interpersonal speech communication is proved. It is concluded that manifestations of personality-based meaning in children utterances are the major marker of interpersonal speech communication, which is considered as a semantic interaction of its subjects. It provides the presence of such speech abilities as speaking and listening, the functional unit of which is the utterance related with lexical-semantic meanings of the word.

Adrenaline damage to the myocardium is an important element in the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction in humans. Despite the use of modern methods of treatment of myocardial infarction, the issue of cardioprotection of reperfusion myocardial damage remains open. Promising in this direction is the use of quinazolone derivatives, which have already shown cardioprotective properties in other models of myocardial infarction. The aim of the study was to establish morphological changes in the conditions of adrenaline myocardiodystrophy (AMD) against the background of the introduction of the compound PC-66 and amiodarone in rats. The study was performed on 100 nonlinear rats of both sexes weighing 165-220 g, divided into four groups of 25 animals each: 1 – intact rats; 2 – rats with a model of adrenaline myocardial infarction without treatment (control); 3 – rats with AMD treated with amiodarone (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneally); 4 – rats with AMD treated with compound PC-66 (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneally). It was found that control rats under conditions of cardiotoxic dose of adrenaline in the left ventricular myocardium for up to 8 days of the experiment does not fully restore the myocardial structure, dystrophic and necrobiotic changes were found in both cardiomyocytes and walls of vessels of a blood microcirculatory channel of a myocardium. Course intraperitoneal administration to rats of the compound PC-66 in the conditions of adrenaline myocardial infarction as well as amiodarone, contributes to the attenuation of signs of dystrophic and destructive processes. The degree of protective effect on the myocardium under conditions of cardiotoxic dose of adrenaline compound PC-66 was not lower to the reference drug – amiodarone. Thus, it is morphologically confirmed that in adrenaline myocardial infarction the compound PC-66, similar to the action of amiodarone, has a cardioprotective effect.

The article reviews technical solutions in dock construction that are aimed at providing the parameters necessary for the manufacture of reinforced concrete pontoon of a composite dock. It is revealed that these solutions do not account for the workflow parameters; moreover, changing these parameters does not influence fund concentration. A model has been developed for the workflow of manufacturing of a flat section of a dock pontoon. It enables mastering control actions that reduce the probability of the risk manifestation in the manufacture of the dock body. The model can be applied to evaluate the reduction of inefficient resource usage by managing the workflow risks and decreasing the standard resource consumption through improvement of manufacture organization. Developing the mathematical model has been preceded by formalization of the requirements that establish the manufacture program of the enterprise while minimizing resource consumption in the form of a system of equations. A study of dock construction has been performed that helped identify six major types of resources the usage of which affects formation of fund concentration for the manufactured flat sections of dock pontoons. They are metal, concrete, water, electricity, personnel, and time. The article presents a comprehensive evaluation of the fund concentration of the workflow through total loss functionality, provided that its minimum value corresponds to the minimum fund concentration of the workflow. The structure of the proposed model has been developed using the Integration Definition for Function Modeling methodology. Verification of the model has been performed through comparing the modeling results at the values of the resulting parameters that correspond to the actual values of present-day dock construction. The developed model has been used to study the influence of various organizational and technical measures on the fund concentration of the workflow. The control actions affecting resource consumption over the workflow have also been evaluated.

The technique of obtaining a hyperboloidal gear engagement with linear contact between a cylindrical involute wheel and a hyperboloid producing worm is considered. The resulting cutting tool greatly simplifies the manufacturing technology of hyperboloid worms and hyperboloid gears along with improved accuracy and roughness of the machined teeth and lower manufacturing costs.

The article defined notion of “accounting policy”, its contest, purpose and practical implementation. Described main levels of accounting policy formation, their instruments that contribute and support the idea of harmonizing the accounting and financial reporting system in accordance with national and international regulations (standards). Proved the relevance and importance of research of accounting policy formation at the modern stage of development, in conditions where integrity of the accounting system and continuity of the accounting process are the basis for management strategic decisions making. Determined the peculiarities of formation of accounting policy for government sector entities at the modern stage of accounting system modernization. Considered the method of organization of creation the accounting policy of government sector entities through the system of stage-by-stage actions. Identified the content and elements of accounting policy, main target of which – ensuring the organization of comprehensive accounting process. Introduced number of risks which appear directly under the conditions of adaptation of public sector entities to the modern requirements of the accounting system, which has impact to the quality of accounting process and to the level of implementation of planned actions. Proved importance of accounting policy formation for government sector entities.

Objective The aim was to determine the main differences in the external structure of the body and the of central hemodynamics parameters in of high-level sports skills volleyball players of the juvenile age with the role of libero, hitters and setters. Patients and methods Materials and methods: 116 volleyball players of high level athletic skill of the youth age from 16 to 20 years old. The control group included 140 practically healthy girls who were not engaged in sports of the corresponding age. Anthropometric investigation was performed according to Bunak's V.V. and Martirosov's E.G. method, rheographic - according to the method of Ronkin M.A. and Ivanov L.B. The reliability of the difference between independent quantitative values was determined using Mann-Whitney U-test. Results Results: It was established that volleyball players have significantly higher total, longitudinal, circumferential dimensions of the body, width of distal epiphyses, transverse diameters of the chest and pelvis in comparison with girls, who are not involved in sport. According to the most parameters of the body external structure the hitters are predominate than setters and libero. In hitters and setters, most anthropo-somatotypological parameters are larger than in nonathletes. The stroke and minute volumes, the impact index, the volume velocity of the blood and the capacity of the left ventricle in volleyball players are significantly higher. Specific peripheral resistance is significantly lower than that of girls who are not involved in sports. Between the volleyball players of different positions in the value of the central hemodynamics parameters, there were no significant differences, except for the impact index, which is significantly higher in libero than in the hitters. Conclusion Conclusions: The external structure of the body, anthropometric parameters and indicators of central hemodynamics depend of volleyball player's position and have some peculiarities.

In order to assess the effectiveness of antihypertensive therapy in comorbidity of hypertension and obesity, depending on physical activity of patients, a study was performed in 200 persons, They were prescribed with a diet therapy as non−drug treatment and an increased physical activity was recommended. The patients received a combination of an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and a calcium antagonist. Primary blood pressure levels of the patients were evaluated 3 months after initiation of treatment: only 102 among 200 had reached the target levels in dual antihypertensive therapy, and the rest required an additional antihypertensive medication. As a result of the study, it has been found that physical activity positively affected the dynamics of cardiovascular remodeling, anthropometric and biochemical data as part of a comprehensive 6−month treatment of hypertensive patients with obesity (including dual antihypertensive therapy). With the similar drug treatment the patients with sufficient physical activity differed from those with low physical activity by the significantly lower body mass index, better dynamics of cardiovascular remodeling, higher levels of antiatherogenic lipoprotein, high inflammatory disease, and less pronounced adipokine imbalance. All the surveys have been done on the basis of the current global and domestic social situation analysis, as well as on available scientific work on the diagnosis and prevention of inter-ethnic conflicts among students. The contradictions between migration processes intensification and the reluctance of Ukrainian society as for the effective social integration of migrants and expats are characterized in the article. The contradictions between the avant-garde social role of students as a generator of new social standards and a significant number of inter-ethnic conflicts crimes of violence among students are also presented in the article. The monitoring of the problem of inter-ethnic conflicts among students as a community that must be perceived to uphold the progressive social values has been done. The problem contemporary students’ value perception of inter-ethnic harmony and their evaluation of the social surrounding in the inter-ethnic context; the level of multicultural competence of students of higher educational institutions as a factor in the prevention of inter-ethnic conflicts in the investigated environment are investigated in this article from the standpoint of the competence paradigm of socio-cultural activity. Based on the research data presented in the article, the thesis that the problem of inter-ethnic conflicts in the student environment is urgent, although it falls below the national average (40% and 44%, respectively) is confirmed. The defining thesis of author's research is the interpretation of multicultural competence as a component of social competence – a comprehensive personal quality based on tolerance, manifested in the ability to carry out effective dialogic interaction with representatives of the different culture or other ethnic background, and consists of value-motivational, cognitive and activity-behavioral blocks. The study was carried out in accordance with a set of characterized criteria and indicators of students’ multicultural competence formation in the context of inter-ethnic conflicts prevention. The results of the research revealed the leading reasons for the insufficient multicultural competence formation among respondents. They are: lack of inter - ethnic interaction practice; respondents' vague perceptions of the essence and social functions of multicultural competence; lack of a holistic state approach to the prevention of inter-ethnic conflicts; insufficient development of forms and experience on inter-ethnic conflicts prevention. The outlook for optimizing the problem of insufficient level of multicultural competence of university students in Ukraine are formulated at three levels: legislative, research and methodological.
