BACKGROUND Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CART) therapy has benefited many refractory lymphoma patients, but some patients experience poor effects. Previous studies have shown that programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) inhibitors can improve and prolong the therapeutic effect of CAR-T cell treatment. CASE SUMMARY A 61-year-old male presented with 15-d history of diarrhea and lower-limb edema. A large mass was detected in the pelvis, and pathology indicated non-Hodgkin diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. After three cycles of the R-CHOP chemotherapeutic regimen, the patient showed three subcutaneous nodules under the left armpit and both sides of the cervical spine. Pathological examination of the nodules indicated DLBCL again. The patient was diagnosed with relapsed and refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. We recommended CAR-T cell treatment. Before treatment, the patient’s T cell function and expression of immune detection points were tested. Expression of PD-1 was obviously increased (52.7%) on cluster of differentiation (CD)3+ T cells. The PD-1 inhibitor (3 mg/kg) was infused prior to lymphodepleting chemotherapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide. CAR-CD19 T cells of 3 × 106/kg and CAR-CD22 T cells 1 × 106/kg were infused, respectively. The therapeutic effect was significant, and the deoxyribonucleic acid copy numbers of CAR-CD19 T cells and CAR-CD22 T cells were stable. Presently, the patient has been disease-free for more than 12 mo. CONCLUSION This case suggests that the combination of PD-1 inhibitors and CAR-T cells improved therapeutic efficacy in B-cell lymphoma.

Owing to early diagnosis and rapid development of treatments for cancers, the five-year survival rate of all cancer types has markedly improved worldwide. Over time, however, there has been an increase in the number of cancer patients who develop coronary artery disease (CAD) due to different causes. First, many risk factors are shared between cancer and CAD. Second, inflammation and oxidative stress are common underlying pathogeneses in both disorders. Lastly, cancer therapy can result in endothelial injury, coronary artery spasm, and coagulation, thereby increasing the risk of CAD. As more cancer patients are being diagnosed with CAD, specialized cardiac care should be established to minimize the cardiovascular mortality of cancer survivors. Objective: This study aims to explore the role of aniline-actin binding protein (ANLN) in the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and its role in immune infiltration, and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: In this study, we applied bioinformatics methods to analyze the expression pattern and prognostic value of ANLN in LUAD ,and confirmed its independent prognostic value through Cox analysis. TIMER was used to evaluate the correlation between ANLN and tumor infiltrating immunity. LinkedOmics was used to study the co-expressed genes and functional networks related to ANLN.The TIMER database was used to analyze the correlation between ANLN co-expressed genes and tumor infiltrating immune cells. Results: ANLN is highly expressed in most cancers. In the TCGA-LUAD cohort, ANLN was highly expressed in LUAD. ANLN was significantly related to the grade , T stage and N stage of patients with LUAD. It was verified in multiple independent queues. The high expression and highly mutation of ANLN predicts poor survival .Multivariate COX analysis showed that ANLN was an independent risk factor for survival . GSEA analysis shows that ANLN regulates cell cycle, and other pathways. The expression of ANLN was significantly correlated with the level of B cell infiltration.Conclusions: ANLN is closely related to the prognosis of patients with LUAD and tumor immune cell infiltration suggesting that ANLN is a key factor regulating the recruitment of immune cells to LUAD and may play an important role in immune.

Clinical trials of chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting CD19 have produced impressive results in hematological malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). However, a notable number of patients with DLBCL fail to achieve remission after CD19 CAR T-cell therapy and may therefore require a dual targeted CAR T-cell therapy. A 31-year-old man with refractory DLBCL was assessed in the present case report. The patient was treated with sequential infusion of single CD19 CAR T cells followed by dual CD19/CD22-targeted CAR T cells. The outcome was that the patient achieved partial remission after the first single CD19 CAR T-cell infusion and complete remission after the dual CD19/CD22-targeted CAR T-cell infusion. Grade 1 cytokine release syndrome (CRS) was observed after the single CD19 CAR T-cell infusion, while grade 3 CRS and hemophagocytic syndrome were observed after the dual targeted CAR T-cell infusion, but these adverse effects alleviated after the treatments. To the best of our knowledge, the present case report is the first to describe the successful application of dual CD19/CD22-targeted CAR T-cell therapy for the treatment of refractory DLBCL. The report suggests that dual CD19/CD22-targeted CAR T-cell therapy may represent a promising option for the treatment of refractory DLBCL; however, caution should be taken due to potential CRS development.

Structure parameters and process parameters influence on mechanical efficiency is analyzed, simultaneously, structure parameters and process parameters influence on volumetric efficiency is also analyzed. the maximum mechanical efficiency and optimal spiral angle are acquired. Total transmission efficiency model is established. Transmission efficiency experimental test is carried out, experiment test efficiency is basically in accordance with calculated efficiency.

In this paper, we use numerical methods, reveal that the temperature distribution regularity of the concrete box girder, find the direct cause of the temperature gradient, and explain the reason about internal cracks of box girder.

What the paper describes is to develop the performance calculation program and it will be used in the practical unit through analyzing the thermal process in the power plant, which is on the basis of the operation performance of the power plant equipment and the analysis of the calculation method in accordance with the first law of thermodynamics. We can be analyzed through calculating and quantifying the performance of the whole boiler, the turbine, the thermodynamic system and the power plant in detail. The operation quality and the intact degree of unit equipment can be evaluated by the operation personnel according to performance data. Finally, it is going to save energy reduce consumption, and realize the goal of improving level of the unit operation.

For the prediction of yarn quality, this paper presents method to predict the quality of the spinning by a support vector machine. The input parameters to support vector machines including density of coarse yarn, roving twist factor, yarn linear density, yarn twist factor , the output variable is the CV values of spinning, breaking strength, establishment prediction model of CV values, breaking strength SVM. The results showed that: 11 groups of training samples randomly selected from 13 groups samples, two groups as predict sample, forecast errors are below 5% with high accuracy. This research provides a new approach for the spinning process design and quality control.

A new kind of 3-d.o.f. vibration platform is introduced, which may be used in active vibration control, presion manufacturing, and other precision positioning fields. The platform is mainly comprised of four parts: the top board of the platform, flexure hinges, amplification mechanisms and gaint magnetostrictive actuators (GMAs). Among them, finite element analysis is taken on flexure hinges; the constitutive model of GMA is described. Eventually, the dynamic model of the system is established. According to the model, a simulation system based on SIMULINK is carried out. The simulation results verify the model, and may serve for the active control analysis of the platform system.

Giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) has advantages over other actuator made of intelligent materials in aspects like quick response, large output force, and high precision. But the lack of displacement, relatively big size and heavy weight block its popularization. In this paper, a new mini linear motor based on three GMAs is designed. It is the second generation motor derived from the improvement of the first generation linear motor that is realized in our previous work. To compensate the structural defects and to improve the traveling performance of the previous one, we redesign the motor in the structure, especially the frame as a whole by considering not only the basic supporting and connecting role but also the displacement amplifying function in it. The paper presents the process of the structural design of the mini linear motor, the establishment of the motor’s system dynamic model and the traveling simulation under SIMULINK. Use of links to enhance page ranking has been widely studied. The underlying assumption is that links convey recommendations. Although this technique has been used successfully in global web search, it produces poor results for website search, because the majority of the links in a website are used to organize information and convey no recommendations. By distinguishing these two kinds of links, respectively for recommendation and information organization, this paper describes a path-based method for web page ranking. We define the Hierarchical Navigation Path (HNP) as a new resource for improving web search. HNP is composed of multi-step navigation information in visitors' website browsing. It provides indications of the content of the destination page. We first classify the links inside a website. Then, the links for web page organization are exploited to construct the HNPs for each page. Finally, the PathRank algorithm is described for web page retrieval. The experiments show that our approach results in significant improvements over existing solutions.

In response to the problem for non-washable and poor taking comfortable characterizations of smart electronic fabrics at present, two different organizational structures of fabric sensors with plain weave and double weave are designed. The basic principle of design of fabric sensor is: the core-spun yarn made of metal wire is used as core wire, the structural unit with capacitor function is built by interweaving warp with weft, and the induction of fabric to external pressure is reflected by testing changes in capacitance of fabric. The models of equivalent electronic circuits of two fabric sensors with plain weave and double weave are analyzed, and the relationships between area and capacitance characteristics of fabric sensor are discussed. The results show that: the larger the fabric area, the greater the capacitance, and the capacitance of 36cm2fabric is maximum with 100Hz test frequency; under the condition of the same area and test frequency, the capacitance of plain weave fabric is greater than that of double-layer fabric under no pressure, but the increasing rate of capacitance of double-layer fabric is larger than that of plain weave fabric under the same pressure.

The high resolution and wide measurement range are important for the displacement measurement based on the grating moiré fringe at present. 50lines/mm coarse grating scale is chosen often in order to carry out the wide range. Therefore, the realization of the high resolution is a difficult problem for coarse grating scale. The paper proposes a new nanometer subdivision method with CCD based on the disadvantages of previous moiré fringe collection method. CCD replaces the traditional photoelectric triode and converts moiré fringe to the pixels signal output, which can improve the moiré fringe quality of grating scale. The pixel is the basis unit of CCD; the pixel number decides directly the measurement resolution and precision. The paper chooses the liner array CCD TCD1501C that has 5000 pixel units and 7μm pixel unit，which ensures the nanometer resolution. The output signals of CCD are processed by amplifier, filter, 12 bit analog-digital converter and sent to the core processor of FPGA. The FPGA consisted of all digital system including CCD driver, subdivision, identification direction, displacement calculation, display and key control functions. The paper gave the principle of nanometer subdivision, block diagram of FPGA module and simulation waveforms.

A numerical analysis model is proposed and simulated to evaluate the impact of nonlinear distortion on frequency division multiplexing (FDM) signals in radio over fiber (RoF) systems with multiple tones. Due to the multi-channels for FDM signals, the analysis on nonlinear distortion is quite different from the existing model for two-tone measurements, and the inter-modulation distortion (IMD) products is determined by channel numbers, input signal power and conventional two-tone spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Based on a series of deducing and calculating, we obtain the important parameter dynamic range, which is beneficial for optimization of the link performance in multi-channels FDM-RoF systems.

Radio-over-fiber (RoF) utilizing microwave photonic signal processing techniques is a powerful solution for the future super-broadband wireless access. In this paper, we review our recent works on photonic processing techniques of microwave signals for RoF applications and experimental demonstration of RoF transmissions. Our works specifically focus on impulse-response ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) pulse generation for UWB-over-fiber systems, photonic vector modulation, novel analog modulation format, multi-service RoF system design and experimental demonstrations.

Daphne retusa Hemsl. belongs to the genus Daphne, a member of Thymelaeaceae family. The barks and stems of Daphne retusa are used as a folkloric medicine 'Zhu Shi Ma' in Western China because of its effects of detumescence and acesodyne. In this paper, we investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the 75% ethanol extract of the stems and barks of Daphne retusa and different fractions partitioned with petroleum ether, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, respectively. The anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated using xylene-induced ear oedema in mice and carrageenan-induced paw oedema in rats, while the acetic acid-induced writhing test and hot-plate test as models for evaluating the centrally and peripherally analgesic activity. With the Stochastic Minus method to get the vibration signal of bridge structure based on seismic excitation. Meanwhile, in order to verify the validity of the method, we make a computer simulation to a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. And we point out that the method is suitable to monitor the bridge structures based on environmental vibration.

This letter describes the correction of the existing Spectral Correlation Function (SCF) expression of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals. The influence of modulated sequences to the cyclostationarity of SCF is introduced, which means the cyclic frequencies of SCF are related to both the symbol period and the modulated sequences period. Theoretical analysis is also validated by simulation results.

From lateral perspective, this paper analyzes the relationship between evolution of urban land structure and industrial structure transformation, through proportion change index and Granger method. The empirical study shows three points. First of all, Chengdu land structure change shows that city feature is not perfect, living environment and ecological environment construction needs to be strengthened. Moreover, the industrial structure optimization of Chengdu continues and the tertiary industry gradually occupied a dominant position. Ultimately, in short-term, urban land change drived industry structure transformation, then industry structure transformation feeded back urban land structure change; the synchronization action between urban land structure evolution and industrial structure change has not appeared, and the reciprocal causation of them will come true under the long-time adjusting.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts of local government land leasing revenue on house price. Econometric analysis was employed. The results show that: (1) there was a positive correlation between local government land leasing revenue and house price, namely local government land leasing revenue has positive effects on house price; (2) impacts of local government land leasing revenue on house price have regional differences and time differences; (3) regional differences are mainly reflected in the differences of regional economic development level, time differences are mainly reflected in the differences of government policies at different stages. It is concluded that: local government land leasing revenue plays a very important role in the process of housing prices. In order to stabilize housing prices, it is not enough to reduce the local government land leasing revenue, and it is necessary to make comprehensive use of various control policies.

On the basis of some theories, this paper empirically analyzes on factors that influence the agricultural innovative ability in Sichuan Province by selecting six indices. They are the number of technological person, the financial input of agricultural science and technology, the level of local economic development, the agricultural policy, the number of technologic leaders, and the number of agricultural research institutions. Then I propose some relevant comments. The results indicate that the agricultural policy and the number of technologic leaders strongly influence promoting the innovative capability of agriculture. However, the financial input of agricultural science and technology, the level of local economic development, and the number of agricultural research institutions weakly impact on enhancing the agricultural innovative ability.

It is known that enlarged vestibular aqueduct syndrome is closely related to the SLC26A4 mutation. Up to date, more than 200 of SLC26A4 mutations have been described, and novel mutations are being continually identified in different countries and ethnic groups. In this study, two novel variations were identified in a Chinese family associated with enlarged vestibular aqueduct. The two novel substitutions, c.232T>C and c.2006A>T, were detected in exon 3 and exon 17 of the pendrin encoding gene, respectively. The T/C transversion at 232 nucleotide caused p.Y78H mutation while the A/T transversion at 2006 nucleotide caused p.D669V mutation.

In order to achieve the ability of primary frequency regulation better, the boiler-turbine coordinated control system for the large capacity unit has become an important research in thermal control field, using the mechanism mathematical model for reference, utilizing the method of pressure node, the dynamic simulation mathematic model of the coordinated control system for supercritical units is given, analyzing and computing the important parameters of the model, including the heat storage coefficient of the evaporating node and the superheating node. Lastly the model is simulated with MATLAB software, through the studies of the simulation curves, demonstrating the validity of the dynamic simulation mathematic model.

Coal-fired boiler combustion system is a complex multi-input and multi-output plant with strong nonlinear and large time-delay. Currently the research of optimizing the combustion process is monitor oriented instead of decision oriented. So it lacks the interaction and decision making with the user. To improve the performance of combustion process, the key point is to decide the optimization values for the main controllable parameters. This paper proposed a fuzzy data mining algorithm to decide the optimization values from the history data sets. In order to soften the partition boundary of the domain, the fuzzy sets theory was introduced into the association mining process. This method can translate quantitative association rules problem (QARP) into Boolean association rules problem (BARP). Finally some results of instance analysis based on the practical parameters of 300 MW power plant unit are given to prove that the fuzzy mining method has good accuracy and interpretability. The effective results are achieved by guiding actual operating based on the optimizing values gotten from the fuzzy data mining process.

Coal-fired boiler combustion system is a complex multiinput and multioutput plant with strong nonlinear and large time-delay. What's more, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model. Because the oxygen content signal has large time-delay and air leak exists, traditional combustion control method that uses oxygen meter to decide air flow is inefficient. Aiming at common problems in the boiler combustion process and based on heat balance principle, this paper adopts the variable oxygen content correction project which sets optimal excess air ratio according to current combustion thermal efficiency and dynamic self-optimizing control which can self-search optimal combustion state. The air/fuel ratio can be adjusted on-line to maintain the optimal combustion condition. Local experiment proves that adopting dynamic self-optimizing control to search optimal air/fuel ratio in combustion process can improve boiler's thermal efficiency and achieve the goal of optimal combustion.

This paper proposes a cerebellar model articulation control (CMAC) used in reheated-steam system. CMAC is thought as a kind of association memory neural network It can be used to approach any nonlinear junction, dynamical modeling, etc. In this paper neural network was used online to identify the controlled plant and the weights of the adaptive PID controller are adjusted timely based-on the identification of the plant. So the controller has the adaptability and the system can be controlled effectively. The self-adaptive algorithm of the whole control system is proposed This approach is also applied to the reheated temperature plant with long time-delay, large inertia and time-variation in power plant. The simulation experiment demonstrates that the controller performs very well when disturb happens or plant parameter varies. It is of strong robustness and adaptive abilities and can be easily accomplished online.

The decentralized and loosely coupled virtual enterprise's appearance prompts a new form of project realization, i.e., the distributed and collaborated project realization, which challenges the research and application of the traditional project management. The imprecise data for scheduling and potential interest conflicts between the individual member enterprises and the whole project cause the difficulties and complexities of the global level scheduling in virtual enterprise. In this work, based on the fuzzy specification of the corresponding information, we present an approach, through the coordination between the manager and the partners, to obtain the global predictive scheduling integrating the member enterprise selection and its sub-scheduling by which the time performance is optimized. Also the strategies of the resources allocation in the member enterprises are given.

This paper uses the farmer household’s model to structure the analytical framework of concurrent business cultivated land use behavior and its efficiency and then uses group comparison analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze the diversity of cultivated land use behavior and efficiency, among different types of concurrent business farmer which is based on the promise of separation not established and investigation data of farmer household. The results demonstrate that the concurrent business types have a significant influence on utilization patterns and farmer household’s behavioral options, different types of farmers’ investment, management and land scale have a big difference. Generally speaking, capital and labor input of concurrent business farmer household are high than that of specialized farmer, concurrent business farmer household Class ? are higher than that of Class ?; and different utilization patterns lead to the difference of cultivated land use efficiency. Moreover, technical efficiency of specialized farmer household is higher than that of concurrent business farmer household Class ? based on the separation was not established, and both of them are higher than that of concurrent business farmer household Class ?. That illustrates land use efficiency of farmer household will reduce as the level of concurrent business increase.

Gastric adenomyoma (AM) is a rare benign tumor characterized by gland-like structures embedded within a smooth muscle stroma. We report a case of a 68-year-old man with gastric AM admitted to our hospital for melana. Endoscopic examination revealed a gastric mass of about 4 cm in diameter, located in the antrum. Histologic examination of the excised specimen showed irregularly arranged glands and interlacing smooth muscle bundles surrounding the glandular elements. Although gastric AM is rare, it should be considered in differential diagnosis of extramucosal gastric tumor.
