Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial district have their own advantages because they can share information, knowledge, and facilities in a communal way. However, the implementation of cleaner production in SMEs requires a process of innovation that is environmentally friendly. Open innovation enables organizations like SMEs to innovate better by adopting knowledge from outside of the organization. Cleaner production is a major factor to attain sustainability because it is part of the steps for sustainability process. Innovation is required in the adoption process of cleaner production to reach sustainability; not to mention it has a role in cleaner production activity. This research model consists of two second-order variables, i.e., open innovation climate, and open innovation. Based on hypothesis testing on modern SMEs, open innovation has a positive influence on cleaner production; and open innovation climate has a positive influence on open innovation modern SMEs; environmental dynamism and environmental competitiveness do not have a positive effect in moderating open innovation climate and open innovation. On the other hand, all hypotheses on traditional SMEs are confirmed to have a positive influence or/and positive effect; open innovation has a positive influence on cleaner production; open innovation climate also has a positive influence on open innovation; environmental dynamism and environmental competitiveness have positive effects in moderating open innovation climate and open innovation.

Background: The status of global pandemic that has been going on for more than one year has forced countries around the world to adopt new habitual adaptations, including Indonesia. The application of new norm adjustments is applied in all areas that intersect with the public, such as public transportation, places of worship, offices, supermarkets, inns and restaurants. Control of the spread of Covid-19 is carried out by the government with various efforts so its spread can be controlled but in reality on the ground it is increasingly rampant, controlling the spread of Covid-19 can be successful if the entire community participates in taking precautions for its spread. Aims: Research objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of SMKN I students in efforts to prevent Covid-19. Methods: The type of this research was processed using descriptive correlative method which described the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in efforts to prevent Covid-19. The population in this research were students that majoring in Pharmacy and Computer and Network Engineering Departments of SMKN 1 Garut, the sample was using total sampling technique as many as 160 respondents, the instrument in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square. Results: The result showed that the level of students' knowledge about the efforts to prevent Covid-19 was in the sufficient category (72%). Most of the students' attitude about the prevention of Covid-19 was in the sufficient category (74%). Most of the sufferers' behavior regarding the prevention of Covid-19 was in the good category (79%). Based on the result of statistical tests using Chi Square, the result showed that there was a relationship between students' knowledge and behavior in efforts to prevent Covid-19 (p value = 0.63) and there was a relationship between students' attitude and behavior in efforts to prevent Covid-19 (p value = 0.83). The conclusion was that there was a relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in efforts to prevent Covid-19.

Technological developments in the era of Globalization, are widely used in various fields, one of the developing technologies is the technology on the NodeMcu ESP8266. In the Soil moisture Detector System in Ornamental Plants Using the IoT-Based NodeMcu ESP8266, based on the problem factors that exist in a failure in plant growth, it is very influential in terms of technique and also improper plant watering procedures, can cause plant growth to be disrupted and also withered. To overcome this problem, the author designed a Moisture Condition Detector in Ornamental Plants Using an IoT-Based NodeMcu ESP8266. Where this system can run commands to automatically water plants from soil moisture while simultaneously watering manually with various desired conditions and the system can send notifications that users can receive via telegram. Through the Moisture Level Condition Detector system in this ornamental plant, it can increase the level of effectiveness, so the quality that the plants get will be better maintained.

Background: Stomach cancer is the fifth most common malignancy. In 2012, 952,000 cancers were diagnosed worldwide, which led to 723,000 deaths. Elderly men are the most frequently observed category of gastric cancer patients, mostly affecting the antrum. The objective of this study was to analyze the association of age with sex, tumor sites, types of surgical intervention, and diagnosed anatomical pathologies in cases of gastric cancer. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study analyzed the associations between age, sex, tumor sites, types of surgical intervention, and diagnosed anatomical pathologies among the total gastric cancer incidences during medical treatments from January 2016 to May 2019. The study samples were collected from the total gastric cancer respondents who met the inclusion criteria during medical treatments within the study period. Results: Gastric cancer was most frequently observed among females (56%) and those aged 50–70 years old (47%). Most respondents had advanced stages of gastric cancer at first enrollment at our institution. The most frequently found tumor site was the corpus (43%). The most frequently performed type of surgical intervention was jejunostomy feeding (26%), and the most frequently diagnosed anatomical pathology was adenocarcinoma with poorly differentiation (39%). Overall, age had statistically significant correlations with sex (p 50 years old), gastric cancer was more prevalent in women than men, and the gastric tumor tended to be more distal. Non-cardia gastric cancers were more prevalent than cardia gastric cancers.

Background The objective of this study was to identify the predictors of the conservative management outcomes in patients with lumbar herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP). Methods A prospective study was conducted between June 2010 and April 2012 in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Clinical and baseline neurologic examinations such as passive straight leg raising test (SLRT), cross SLRT, and patellar and Achilles reflexes were assessed prior to the conservative management. The patients were evaluated at 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th and 24th week following commencement of the conservative management. Results We recruited and followed 171 HNP patients of which 35.7% of them had good outcome. At univariate analysis, patients with more than 12 months duration of complaint, those with dominant radicular pain, severe pain intensity (visual analogue scale 7–10), positive SLRT, positive cross SLRT, and reduced motor power of knee extensors (muscle strength grade 1–4), were associated with poor outcome. Multivariate analysis suggested that patients with dominant radicular type of pain were likely to had poor outcome compared to those with dominant back pain (odd ratio (OR) 10.57 with 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.15–96.93). Patients with reduced motor power of knee extensors also had a higher chance to have poor outcome compared to those who were normal (OR: 10.57; 95% CI: 1.15–96.93). Conclusion Type of pain and the strength of lower extremities could be able to predict the failure of conservative management in patients with lumbar disc herniation. However, further studies with the bigger sample size are warrant to validate our results.

The research is aimed at showing the character of Danny Maccabee, the main character of the film Just Go with It, as a pathological liar, the factors which have made him become a pathological liar and how his character influenced his life. The material for the analysis is the movie Just Go with It, directed by Denis Dugan. The writers applied qualitative approach,and employed relevant theories of psychology. They used the scripts of the movie as the data to be analyzed. Based on the research findings, Danny is a pathological liar since he has the characteristics of being a pathological liar. In addition, Danny Maccabee has such a character due to the factors which have made him become a pathological liar and that the effect of his character as being pathological liar has influenced his social relationship with other people and disturbed his inner peace in his life

Pemerintah berupaya untuk membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian khususnya di bidang Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Berdasarkan Undang- Undang No 20 Tahun 2008 (UU 20/2008) dikemukakan bahwa UMKM adalah sebuah perusahaan kecil yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh seseorang atau dimiliki oleh sekelompok kecil orang dengan jumlah dan kekayaan dan pendapatan tertentu. Peran UMKM sangat penting dalam perekonomian negara, karena sektor UMKM merupakan penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut Pemerintah berupaya semaksimal mungkin mencari berbagai macam cara agar UMKM dapat terus berjalan dengan baik dan stabil. Pemerintah menggandeng Perguruan Tinggi untuk turut serta berupaya membantu UMKM agar terus berkembang. Sebagai implementasi program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) dan Fakultas Teknik dan Ilmu Komputer (FTIK) UKRIDA berupaya merancang satu kegiatan yang bermanfaat bagi UMKM yakni melalui edukasi berupa pendampingan pengurusan izin usaha dan penyuluhan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi agar penjualan produk mereka menjadi lebih optimal. Selain dapat membantu mereka untuk menaikkan taraf hidup perekonomian keluarga, FEB dan FTIK UKRIDA juga telah berkontribusi mendukung salah satu program Pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Hal ini juga sebagai wujud nyata dalam mengimplementasikan salah satu kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan

Latar Belakang: Riset Kesehatan Dasar Republik Indonesia tahun 2018 mendapatkan data bahwa masyarakat Indonesia 30,4% mengkonsumsi jamu tradisional baik dalam bentuk ramuan jadi maupun ramuan buatan sendiri . Pemerintah Indonesia mendorong pemakaian herbal karena bahan baku obat jadi masih diperoleh dari luar negeri ( Dani Pratama, 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kemungkinan adanya efek samping terhadap penggunaan obat herbal masyarakat kota Banjarmasin dengan metode Naranjo. Metode penelitian ini observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross secsional dengan pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklsusi yang ditetapkan peneliti wilayah Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Analisis data menggunakan Naranjo. Hasil penelitian dari data karakteristik umur yang dominan umur 31-50 tahun sebanyak 13 (42%), jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan 22 (71%), status pekerjaan mayoritas wiraswasta 19 (61 %), status pendidikan mayoritas SMA 15 (48 %), status pendapatan mayoritas diatas dua juta 10 (32 %). Masyarakat mayoritas menggunakan obat herbal 27 (87 %), sumber informasi obat herbal dari keluarga 20 (65 %), obat herbal mayoritas dari toko obat tradisional 11 ( 35 %), mayoritas obat herbal diseduh 11 (35%). Dari analisis kausalitas menggunakan algoritma Naranjo diketahui bahwa pasien yang menggunakan obat herbal pada kejadian efek samping sebanyak 6 subyek dengan kategori possible. Simpulan: Kejadian efek samping penggunaan obat herbal dengan kategori Possible. Kata Kunci: obat herbal, Naranjo, Possible

The project «Healthy claws - the foundation for the future» aims to establish a Swiss national claw health monitoring based on digital recordings by claw trimmers during claw trimming. To assess claw health on the participating farms, between-herd prevalence, within-herd prevalence and cow prevalence of all claw disorders based on the «ICAR Claw Health Atlas» were calculated during this study. Claw trimmers underwent an intensive training and examination in order to ensure data quality. To guarantee the representativity of the prevalences, only farm claw trimmings were considered, where ≥ 80 % of the cows in a herd were trimmed. The calculations were based on 7108 cows and 403 heifers from 238 farms, during the period from February 2020 to February 2021. At least one claw disorder was present in 99,2 % of the farms, with 49,6 % of the heifers and 77,7 % of the cows having at least one claw disorder. The high prevalence is seen as a result of all ICAR claw disorders being considered, whereas not all of them are painful and consequently not all of them cause lameness. The absence of lameness assessment limits the evaluation of existing herd problems. High between-herd and cow prevalences were observed for the following claw disorders: heel horn erosion (92,9 %/64,7 %), digital dermatitis (55,9 %/20,7 %), white line disease (81,5 %/17,7 %) and sole hemorrhage (66,4 %/11,6 %). Asymmetric claws, corkscrew claws, scissor claws, horn fissure, interdigital phlegmon, swelling of the coronet and/or bulb and toe necrosis had low prevalences. The proportion of cows treated with a hoof block (0,5 %) was comparatively small in regard of the cows suffering from ulcers (5,6 %) and white line abscesses (2,5 %). The median within-herd prevalence of digital dermatitis was 5,6 %, with a maximal within-herd prevalence of 87,5 %. Despite the contagious nature of digital dermatitis, no increase of between-herd and cow prevalence has been observed in the past ten years throughout Switzerland. Based on this data, the Swiss claw health situation can be monitored, compared over time and improved in the future.Im Projekt «Gesunde Klauen – das Fundament für die Zukunft» wird ein schweizweites Klauengesundheitsmonitoring auf Basis der digitalen Dokumentation der Klauenpflege durch Klauenpfleger umgesetzt. Um die Klauengesundheit der teilnehmenden Betriebe zu evaluieren, wurden in der vorliegenden Studie inter-Herden-, in­- tra-Herden- und Kuhprävalenzen aller Klauenveränderungen gemäss «ICAR Atlas der Klauengesundheit» berechnet. Für die Gewährleistung der Datenerhebungsqualität erfolgte eine intensive Ausbildung und Prüfung der Klauenpfleger. Um die Repräsentativität der Prävalenzen sicherzustellen, wurden nur Betriebsklauenpflegen berücksichtigt, bei denen ≥ 80 % der Kühe einer Herde gepflegt wurden. Die Berechnungen erfolgten anhand von 7108 Kühen und 403 Rindern in 238 Betrieben, über einen Zeitraum von Februar 2020 bis Februar 2021. Bei 99,2 % der Betriebe war mindestens eine Klauenveränderung vorhanden, wobei 49,6 % der Rinder und 77,7 % der Kühe eine Klauenveränderung aufwiesen. Die hohe Prävalenz ergibt sich aus der Berücksichtigung aller ICAR Klauenveränderungen, von welchen nicht alle schmerzhaft sind und folglich nicht alle Lahmheiten verursachen. Durch das Fehlen einer Lahmheitserhebung ist die Evaluierung von vorliegenden Bestandesproblemen eingeschränkt. Hohe inter-Herden- sowie Kuhprävalenzen zeigten sich für die Erkrankungen Ballenhornfäule (92,9 %/64,7 %), Dermatitis digitalis (55,9 %/20,7 %), Weisse-Linie-Erkrankung (81,5 %/17,7 %) und für Sohlenblutungen (66,4 %/11,6 %). Niedrige Prävalenzen wurden für Ungleiche Klauen, Rollklauen, Scherenklauen, Hornkluft/-spalt, sowie Zwischenklauenphlegmone, Schwellung des Kronsaums und/oder des Ballens und Sohlenspitzennekrose verzeichnet. Verhältnismässig gering war der Anteil mit Klotz behandelter Kühe (0,5 %) im Verhältnis zu Kühen mit Klauengeschwüren (5,6 %) und Weisse-Linie-Abszessen (2,5 %). Der Median der intra-Herdenprävalenz von Dermatitis digitalis lag bei 5,6 %, die maximale intra-Herdenprävalenz bei 87,5 %. Trotz der Kontagiösität von Dermatitis digitalis wurde in den letzten zehn Jahren schweizweit keine Steigerung der inter-Herden- und Kuhprävalenz beobachtet. Auf Basis dieser Daten kann die Schweizer Klauengesundheitssituation überwacht, über die Jahre verglichen und künftig verbessert werden.Le projet « Des onglons sains-de bon pied vers l’avenir » vise à établir une surveillance nationale suisse de la santé des onglons basée sur des enregistrements numériques effectués par des ongleurs pendant le parage des onglons. Pour évaluer la santé des onglons dans les exploitations participantes, la prévalence entre les troupeaux, la prévalence au sein du troupeau et la prévalence chez les vaches de tous les troubles des onglons sur la base de l’ « ICAR Claw Health Atlas » ont été calculées au cours de cette étude. Les ongleurs ont subi une formation et un examen intensifs afin de garantir la qualité des données. Afin de garantir la représentativité des prévalences, seuls ont été considérés les parages d’exploitations où ≥ 80% des vaches du troupeau ont été parées. Les calculs ont été basés sur 7108 vaches et 403 génisses de 238 élevages, au cours de la période de février 2020 à février 2021. Au moins une lésion des onglons était présente dans 99,2 % des élevages, avec 49,6 % des génisses et 77,7 % des vaches présentant au moins une lésion. La prévalence élevée est considérée comme le résultat de toutes les lésions selon ICAR, alors que toutes ne sont pas douloureuses et par conséquent ne provoquent pas toute de boiterie. L’absence d’évaluation de la boiterie limite l’évaluation des problèmes de troupeau existants. Des prévalences élevées entre les troupeaux et les vaches ont été observées pour les lésions des onglons suivantes : érosion de la corne du talon (92,9%/64,7%), dermatite digitale (55,9%/20,7%), maladie de la ligne blanche (81,5 %/17,7%) et hémorragie de la sole (66,4%/11,6%). Les onglons asymétriques, les onglons en tire-bouchon, les onglons en ciseaux, la fissure de la corne, le phlegmon interdigital, le gonflement de la couronne et/ou la nécrose de la pince avaient de faibles prévalences. La proportion de vaches traitées avec un sabot (0,5 %) était comparativement faible par rapport aux vaches souffrant d’ulcères (5,6%) et d’abcès de la ligne blanche (2,5%). La prévalence médiane intra-troupeau de dermatite digitale était de 5,6%, avec une prévalence intra-troupeau maximale de 87,5%. Malgré le caractère contagieux de la dermatite digitale, aucune augmentation de la prévalence entre troupeaux et vaches n’a été observée au cours des dix dernières années dans toute la Suisse. Sur la base de ces données, la situation sanitaire des onglons en Suisse peut être surveillée, comparée dans le temps et améliorée à l’avenir.Nel progetto «Zoccoli sani – un’ottima base per il futuro», si vuole implementare un monitoraggio della salute degli zoccoli in tutta la Svizzera basato sulla documentazione digitale della cura degli zoccoli da parte dei tagliatori degli zoccoli. Al fine di valutare la salute degli zoccoli delle aziende partecipanti, nel presente studio sono state calcolate le prevalenze tra le mandrie, all’interno delle mandrie e delle vacche di tutti i cambiamenti degli zoccoli secondo l’”Atlante ICAR delle lesioni podali del bovino”. Per garantire la qualità della raccolta dei dati, si è svolta un’intensa attività di formazione e di valutazione dei tagliatori di zoccoli. Per garantire la rappresentatività delle prevalenze, sono stati presi in considerazione per lo studio, solo i tagliatori per le aziende, che si sono occupati del ≥ 80% delle vacche di una mandria. I calcoli sono stati effettuati utilizzando 7108 mucche e 403 bovini provenienti da 238 aziende, in un periodo che si situa tra febbraio 2020 e febbraio 2021. Nel 99,2% delle aziende è stata individuata almeno una lesione agli zoccoli di cui il 49,6% dei bovini e il 77,7% delle mucche avevano una lesione agli zoccoli. L’alta prevalenza risulta dalla considerazione di tutte le lesioni dello zoccolo secondo ICAR, di cui non tutte sono dolorose e quindi non causano zoppia. La mancanza di un’indagine sulla zoppia limita la valutazione dei problemi esistenti nella mandria. Sono state riscontrate alte prevalenze tra mandrie e vacche per l’erosione del corno dei talloni (92,9%/64,7%), la dermatite digitale (55,9%/20,7%), la malattia della fessura della linea bianca (81,5%/17,7%) e il sanguinamento della punta (66,4%/11,6%). Basse prevalenze sono state registrate per gli unghioni irregolari, gli unghioni a cavatappi, gli unghioni a forbice, la fessura orizzontale del corno, la fessura verticale del corno, così come il flemmone interdigitale, la tumefazione della corona e/o del bulbo e la necrosi della punta. La percentuale di mucche trattate con blocco dello zoccolo (0,5%) è stata relativamente bassa rispetto agli animali affetti da ulcere degli unghioni (5,6%) e ascessi della linea bianca (2,5%). La prevalenza mediana intra-allevamento della dermatite digitale era del 5,6% e la massima prevalenza intra-allevamento era dell’ 87,5%. Nonostante la natura contagiosa della dermatite digitale, negli ultimi dieci anni in Svizzera non è stato osservato alcun aumento della prevalenza tra le mandrie e tra le vacche. Sulla base di questi dati, la situazione della salute degli zoccoli in Svizzera può essere monitorata, confrontata negli anni e migliorata in futuro.

It is time for Islamic religious education learning in high school to become a pillar of the development of student diversity in the midst of globalization with various dynamics of development and advancement of information technology and the current era of super information. The phenomenon of teachers is still not able to manage learning well, namely in the aspects of preparation, implementation, and assessment. In addition, the development of PAI learning outside the classroom. Therefore, this study tries to reveal good practice combined with theory through a qualitative research approach with analytical descriptive methods. The results of the study show that for learning achievement, PAI teachers have designed learning preparations by formulating goals in a measurable manner, mapping Basic Competence (KD) materials in a balanced way in each semester with the development of Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA) appropriately; conduct analysis and selection of appropriate approaches, strategies, designs, models, methods, learning media; PAI teachers play an active role in teacher organizations; utilization and maximization of facilities and infrastructure, including the PAI laboratory; utilization of sources, media, and learning tools including UKBM for SKS schools; carry out evaluations and assessments in a process and term manner; and provide feedback and follow-up through remedial and or enrichment; and lastly, the development of PAI learning can be done outside the classroom through school culture programs and religious extracurricular activities Rohani Islam (Rohis) under the name DKM Nurul Khomsah.

Purpose: The aim of the article is to develop and propose a modernised Agile Development tool of the Stage Gate Model, i.e., the NaxGen Stage Gate System model, for use in start-up projects. The aim of the article is also to show how start-up activities should be modified at all stages of the process and what role system gates could play in order to incubate start-ups more effectively, but above all, so that start-ups can achieve benefits of using Stage Gate. Design/Methodology/Approach: A review of the literature on the subject, both local and international, made it possible to identify the causes of failure of start-ups on the market. The research results were analysed using the methods of descriptive statistics. The methodology proposed by the authors was developed on the basis of a 3-year research project monitoring the activities of start-ups located on Start-up Platforms in Poland. Findings: The key reasons for the failure of start-ups concern marketing aspects and leadership, for example, misidentification of consumer needs, poor pricing policy, inappropriate product features, or the fact that the product is unintuitive and difficult to use, poor promotion. These conclusions are very surprising as the knowledge and information on marketing have been accessible for decades. There is currently no work methodology dedicated to start-ups from the idea to commercialisation. Practical Implications: The proposed solution has significant practical implications. The NexGen Stage Gate system is a universal model. Due to the inclusion of Agile methodologies, Scrum, it has become even more useful for working on start-up projects. The authors’ scheme of research methods contributes to eliminating the biggest problems of start-ups, as well as to reducing the risk of investors investing in start-ups. Originality/value: The measure of the originality of the proposed solution is the Model Stage Gate System for start-up incubation. As part of the adopted methodology, lists of studies, analyses and suggestions were developed that should be implemented at individual stages and precisely verified by Gatekeepers.

Summary Gastrointestinal lymphomas are uncommon in dogs and little is known about their distinct subtypes or proliferation rate. The aim of this study was to stratify 33 canine gastrointestinal lymphoma samples according to the latest World Health Organization classification and to determine the Ki67 proliferation index by manual counting, digital image analysis and visual estimation. The Ki67 index was then correlated with subtype, immunophenotype, mitotic index, grade and tumour location. The mitotic index correlated positively with the Ki67 index. A significantly higher number of Ki67-positive cells was found in enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma type I and in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma compared with enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma type II. There was also a significant difference in Ki67 immunolabelled cells between grade 1 and grade 2 lymphomas. Moderate agreement was found between the Ki67 index as obtained by manual counting and visual estimation, but there was strong agreement between manual counting and digital image analysis. The user-friendly digital imaging system used in this study could have potential for future determination of the Ki67 index in lymphoid neoplasms.

This study point is to know the influence of macroeconomic factors inclusive of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and company performance consisting of ROA, DER, EPS on Sharia stock prices on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2013-2019 period. The research methodology used is descriptive-quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study uses secondary data derived from data from Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The object of this research is companies that are included in ISSI with a total sample of 108 companies that have met the sample selection criteria, namely the purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing is done by using a path diagram. The results of this study indicate that macroeconomic factors including inflation, exchange rates, interest rates partially have no influence on Sharia stock prices. Company performance factors such as ROA and EPS have a positive impact on Sharia stock prices, while DER has no influence.

Shallots are strategic horticultural crops whose availability is of concern to the government. The availability of shallots depends on production and the success of production is influenced by the use of inputs, including the use of pesticides. Pesticides are poisonous products if they are used not in accordance with the instructions. Therefore, this paper aims to see a portrait of the use of pesticides and the treatment of farmers in shallot cultivation in Cirebon Regency. The survey was held in the first week of September 2020 in 4 sub-districts of shallot producer centers. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interview method using a questionnaire to 22 farmers, which are spread in Gebang, Pabedilan, Losari, and Babakan Districts. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The analysis shows that: (i) pesticides are always used by respondents in every phase of cultivation activities. As a result, the cost of purchasing pesticides is many and varied, even reaching 25% of the total cost of farming; (ii) determining the selection of pesticides is more on one's own experience or seeing the success of other farmers. So there is no need to read the instructions for use on the label and use more than the recommended dose; and (iii) there is still a lack of knowledge on how to use pesticides correctly. Among them are not using personal protective equipment when spraying and blowing directly if the tool is clogged. In order to maintain farmers' health, not damage the environment and buy pesticides according to their needs, it is suggested that the SL-IPM Program needs to be implemented again.

The Covid-19 pandemic has destroyed many SMEs throughout Indonesia, even in Sleman. This study aims to test the product innovation model on start-up SMEs in Sleman in overcoming the challenges of digital transformation. The technology analyzed in this study is digital technology in start-up SMEs for product marketing and creating new innovative products. The population in this study were all start-up SMEs in Sleman. Sampling using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 75 respondents. This study uses a respondent survey approach. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was conducted to create a cluster map of the distribution of start-ups and technology clusters used by start-ups in Sleman. Quantitative analysis is used to test the product innovation model at start-ups in Sleman.

Background: Stunting is caused in part by feeding behavior in infants and young children. Knowledge is the most important factor in shaping one's attitude and behavior, particularly when it comes to infants and young children feeding. This study aims to find out how the mothers’ knowledge of infant and child feeding could be increased through booklets in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Method: This study is a quasi-experimental non-randomized study with pre and post-test only control design. Study was conducted in Jayabakti Village, Banggai Regency. Sample consisted of 40 mothers of children under five collected with purposive sampling method from October to December 2020. At the local Integrated Health Service Post, booklets were distributed once a month as part of the study intervention. Over the duration of the three-month study period, booklets were distributed three times. The used booklets were the modified version of the WHO-developed Infant and Young Child Feeding Counseling: An Integrated Course. The mean difference was used to compare the results of the pre- and post-tests on knowledge of infant and young child feeding. The hypothesis test was applied with a 95% confidence level of 0.05. Result: The respondents with ages ranging between 15 and 20 were 42.5%. Mothers graduated from senior high schools were 45%. Mothers that had three children were 55.0%. Family income was 586,000 rupiahs in average. After the booklets distribution for three months, there was an increase in the mothers’ knowledge regarding infant and young child feeding. The older the mother's age, the better her knowledge (p=0,015). Factors of children's age and mother's education did not have a significant effect. Conclusion: Mothers knowledge regarding infant and young child feeding at Banggai Regency Central of Sulawesi is generally good. After using the booklets, their knowledge has increased. With time, the mother's knowledge expands. Formal education has no significant effect on infants and young children nutrition knowledge

Background: Work fatigue plays a large role in all industries in terms of performance, work safety, and work productivity. Oil and gas is an industry with a high level of occupational safety and health risks. Research of work-related fatigue is needed to detect critical risk factors early in order to prevent the adverse effect of work-related fatigue. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the prevalence of work fatigue in oil refinery workers at one of the oil refinery companies in Indonesia, and analyze the factors that influence it. Design and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 224 oil refinery workers. Questionnaire and work-related fatigue scales were used to assess demographic characteristics and work-related fatigue. A medical examination was applied to assess the health status of workers based on blood pressure, body temperature, and respiratory rate. The sound level meter and heat stress meter was used to measure noise and work climate. Cramer’s V correlation was applied to identify correlations between work-related fatigue and other parameters. Results: Work-related fatigue of 100% was found among workers, with categorized as low, medium, high, and very high in 9.38, 53.57, 30.35, and 6.7% of the workers, respectively. Work-related fatigue was significantly correlated with working period (p=0.028), health status (respiratory rate) (p=0.018), noise exposure (p=0.000) and work climate/heat stress (p=0.001). Conclusion: The companies should improve the health status of workers, reduce workload for aging workers, control noise, and control heat exposure in the workplace.

This research is quantitive study to determine the influence of work-life balance on employee satisfaction of the millennial employee’s generation in Jakarta. This study utilizing a populace of a representatives who worked at Startup company in Jakarta. The sample size that was taken was 100 respondents, with non-probability purposive sampling with multivariate regressive method type. Data assortment was done by conveying out by distributing online questionnaires. Data analysis technique for testing using tools named smartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) WIPL (Work Interference with Personal Life); (2) PLIW (Personal Life Interference with Work); (3) WLE (Work Life Enhancement; (4) PLE (Personal Life Enhancement) has an effect on employee satisfaction. Through this research, it is hoped that startup companies can take advantage of work-life balance policies to increase job satisfaction. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance (keseimbangan kehidupan kerja) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Pengukuran sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden, menggunakan metode non-probability purposive sampling dengan jenis regresi multivariate. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama smartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) WIPL (Work Interferance with Personal Life); (2) PLIW (Personal Life Interferance with Work); (3) WLE (Work Life Enhancement); (4) PLE (Personal Life Enhancement) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan agar perusahaan startup dapat memanfaatkan kebijakan work-life balance untuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Supplemental Digital Content is available in the text., OBJECTIVES: We performed a comprehensive health assessment in mechanically ventilated coronavirus disease 2019 survivors to assess the impact of respiratory and skeletal muscle injury sustained during ICU stay on physical performance at 3 months following hospital discharge. DESIGN: Preregistered prospective observational cohort study. SETTING: University hospital ICU. PATIENTS: All mechanically ventilated coronavirus disease 2019 patients admitted to our ICU during the first European pandemic wave. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: At 3 months after hospital discharge, 46 survivors underwent a comprehensive physical assessment (6-min walking distance, Medical Research Council sum score and handgrip strength), a full pulmonary function test, and a chest CT scan which was used to analyze skeletal muscle architecture. In addition, patient-reported outcomes measures were collected. Physical performance assessed by 6-minute walking distance was below 80% of predicted in 48% of patients. Patients with impaired physical performance had more muscle weakness (Medical Research Council sum score 53 [51–56] vs 59 [56–60]; p < 0.001), lower lung diffusing capacity (54% [44–66%] vs 68% of predicted [61–72% of predicted]; p = 0.002), and higher intermuscular adipose tissue area (p = 0.037). Reduced lung diffusing capacity and increased intermuscular adipose tissue were independently associated with physical performance. CONCLUSIONS: Physical disability is common at 3 months in severe coronavirus disease 2019 survivors. Lung diffusing capacity and intermuscular adipose tissue assessed on CT were independently associated with walking distance, suggesting a key role for pulmonary function and muscle quality in functional disability.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty, the effect of price policy on consumer loyalty, the influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of price policy on consumer satisfaction, the influence of product quality on consumer loyalty through the variable customer satisfaction, and knowing the effect of price policy on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction variables. This research was conducted at Pt. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Bekasi branch involving 98 consumers of the company. Data analysis used path analysis with partial least square (PLS) model with t-test. Based on data analysis, it is found that product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The analysis in this path is the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty. Price policy has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The analysis in this path is the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant effect on satisfaction. This study aims to find out the types of the code switching occur in the tweets posted by the Indonesian K-Pop Fans on Twitter. As the phenomenon of code switching in social media is very common nowadays, it makes the writer interested in doing this research. The fifteen data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. In analyzing data, the writer uses the theory proposed by Poplack (1980). The result of this study shows that from fifteen tweets only two types of code switching were found namely inter-sentential switching and intra-sentential switching.

A periapical cyst is a lesion often found in dental practice. It is an odontogenic cyst of inflammatory origin with an epithelial wall originating from the epithelial rests of Malassez found in the periodontal ligament. Its high prevalence compared to other types of the odontogenic cyst and the absence of recent study of its distribution and frequency based on age, gender, tooth element, position, condition of the involved tooth, and its treatment render the need for further study. A retrospective descriptive study was done using the secondary data found in the patient's medical record. The study showed some patients with periapical cysts were at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department in the 2018-2019 period. The frequency and distribution of periapical cyst are primarily found in the third decade of life (39.1%). It found more in female patients (69.6%), more often involved maxillary lateral incisive (33.3%), mostly found at the apical of involved teeth (77.8%), involved teeth condition were more often pulp necrosis (63.0%), and endodontic treatment was the more chosen treatment (22.2%).

Selecting photographs for teaching photo criticism can be a difficult task. This research aims to construct the taxonomy of photo categories for teaching purposes and teaching guidelines. This research used a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with 125 participants made up of 39 male and 86 female, 94 Malays, 12 Chinese, 16 Indians and 3 Ibans. All participants exposed to five different photographs: advertising photographs, journalistic photographs, landscapes, and two fine arts photographs. We used three questions as research instruments for 125 participants to judge each photo: What do you see? What does it mean? How do you know? Also, we used Barrett's criticism models to teach, make a rubric, and evaluate the photographs and our research instruments. From our photo teaching experience, combined with this research, students usually started from low taxonomies. They followed through to high taxonomies, or in a sequence from advertising photographs, journalistic photographs, and landscapes (fine art) to modernist photographs and postmodernist photographs (fine art). They did not have difficulty interpreting elements, design principles, and photo techniques, but they did construct it challenging to analyze the context of postmodern photographs, especially gender issues. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan soal selidik dan temu bual separa berstruktur dengan 125 peserta terdiri daripada 39 lelaki dan 86 perempuan, 94 orang Melayu, 12 orang Cina, 16 orang India dan 3 orang Iban. Semua peserta terdedah kepada lima gambar yang berbeza: foto iklan, foto jurnalistik, pemandangan, dan dua gambar seni rupa. Kami menggunakan tiga soalan sebagai instrumen kajian untuk 125 peserta menilai setiap foto: Apa yang anda lihat? Apakah maksudnya? Bagaimana anda tahu? Kami juga menggunakan model kritikan Barrett untuk mengajar, membuat rubrik, dan menilai gambar dan instrumen kajian kami. Dari pengalaman mengajar foto kami, digabungkan dengan penyelidikan ini, pelajar biasanya bermula dari taksonomi standard. Mereka mengikuti hingga taksonomi tinggi, atau dalam urutan dari foto iklan, foto jurnalistik, dan pemandangan (seni rupa) hingga foto modernis dan foto pascamoden (seni rupa). Mereka tidak mengalami kesukaran untuk menafsirkan elemen, prinsip reka bentuk, dan teknik foto, tetapi mereka membuatnya sukar untuk menganalisis konteks foto pascamoden, terutama masalah gender.

Many countries are trying to achieve Universal Health Coverage. Indonesia wanted to do this by implementing National Health Insurance in 2014. The purpose of this study is to explore the demand for health services based on visits to service providers, for both outpatient and inpatient care. This study used secondary data from wave five of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS). The sample used in this study comprised 34,177 individuals who were aged >15 years old. In this study, the demand for health services was measured based on whether respondents had visited a healthcare facility and their number of visits to healthcare facilities. Data was analysed using bivariate analysis with chi-square and multivariate analysis using the negative binomial regression model and probit model. The proportion of respondents visiting healthcare facilities for outpatient care was 16%, while for inpatient visits it was 5%. Both models produced almost the same effect in indicating the probability of individuals visiting a healthcare facility and their number of visits. Age, gender, marital status, education level, economic level, having health insurance, region, health status, chronic disease, and the number of diseases were statistically significant (P < 0.001) in influencing outpatient service demand. Age, gender, marital status, education level, economic level, having health insurance, regional status, health status, and the number of diseases were statistically significant (P < 0.001) in influencing inpatient service demand. Individual characteristics, demographics, and health status were independent factors associated with demand for healthcare services. The government should consider these factors in expanding health service demand in Indonesia.

This research comes from primary and secondary data sources in the form of interviews and documentation related to mobile banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of the performance and competitiveness of sharia cooperatives on the growth of SMEs in Lampung Province which is seen from the indicators of the remaining business results of sharia cooperatives and the volume of business of sharia cooperatives in Lampung Province. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the type of library research (Library Research). The type of data used is secondary data, namely data on the development of the remaining business results and business volume of sharia cooperatives sourced from the official website of the Lampung Province Cooperatives and UMKM and the growth of SMEs sourced from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province using the saturated sampling method as Sampling techniques and data analysis methods include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test and determination test (R2). The results of the analysis obtained that the Performance and Competitiveness of Syari'ah Cooperatives had a significant effect simultaneously on the growth of MSMEs in Lampung Province is 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables or factors outside of this study.Keywords : Performance, Competitiveness, Sharia Cooperatives, UMKM, Lampung Province

There are conflicts between husband and wife that are closed, and some are open, but the ends remain the same, many of which end in divorce. Therefore we need a concept that can be used as a guide to control, reduce, and or at least minimize the possibility of conflicts that can grow and or even those that have already emerged. The government has formulated this concept as an effort to create a prosperous family that is peaceful and happy. To minimize the possibility of domestic conflict, the ministry of religion initiated a program for the Sakinah family movement. The program was then followed up by education and training institutions (education and training) by training the supervisors of the Sakinah family movement from various sub-districts in Indonesia. The main target of the exercise is to disseminate multiple government programs. This paper uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique takes data from various digital literacy sources, while the data analysis technique uses deductive techniques. This paper was written to describe the concept of the sakinah family according to the government, in this case, the ministry of religion. The general conclusion of this study shows that the idea of the sakinah family is a happy family that interacts with a pattern of mutual need, love, and affection, standing on legal marriage, with the ability to carry out its obligations and rights, accompanied by adherence to religious teachings and state law. This concept is the knowledge that must be understood in depth, accompanied by a strong will to practice it and a maximum ability to implement it.

From the early 1920s to the late 20th century, there were at least 25 financial crises globally. In 2018, the Global Islamic Finance Report reported that Indonesia has tremendous potential to develop Islamic finance. Some of the Islamic financial products that can be developed in Indonesia are bonds and sukuk. Bonds are a product of the capital market. In its development, bonds have undergone relatively rapid innovation, which provides room for issuing Islamic bonds known as sukuk. This paper discusses the difference between sukuk and bonds. This paper aims to look at the differences between sukuk and bonds and the opportunities for issuance, application, and development of sukuk in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research that is literature. As for obtaining comprehensive results, this study uses two approaches consisting of a socio-historical approach and content analysis. The analysis results show that sukuk are in principle the same as bonds, with the main differences, among others, in the use of the concept of return and profit-sharing as a substitute for interest. This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental performance on Corporate Financial Performance (CSP) with Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) as an intervening variable. With the number of research samples as many as 60 samples who were determined by the purposive sampling method. Tests were carried out using the path analysis test. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance affects CFP, environmental performance affects CSRD, CSRD affects CFP, and environmental performance affects CFP without going through the CSRD.

This research aims to analyze the correlation of corporate growth, asset structure, business risk and free cash flow with debt policy. This research was conducted on SOEs companies Go Public registered in IDX period 2015 - 2019. This research sample used purposive sampling method. This research method uses causal research design. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual report. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the company's growth is negatively correlated with debt policy. Asset structure is negatively correlated with debt policy. Business risk is negatively correlated with debt policy. Free cash flow is not significantly correlated with debt policy. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the company's growth, asset structure, business risk, and free cash flow are simultaneously positively correlated with debt policy.

The establishment of the Bankruptcy Law aims to overcome the difficulties of the business world in terms of debt and receivables in continuing their activities. However, in practice the PKPU and Bankruptcy institutions are used as a means of resolving ordinary civil disputes, this is due to Article 225 paragraph (3) and (5) in conjunction with Article 222 paragraph (1) and (2). The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio legis for debtors in relation to the ratio legis Article 225 paragraph (3) and paragraph (5) associated with the purpose of establishing Bankruptcy and Suspension Of Debt Payment Obligations (UUK-PKPU). This research is normative legal research with a statute approach, the case approach, historical approach, comparative approach, and the conceptual approach. The legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The analysis technique uses legal logic, legal interpretation teleologically, hermeneutics, grammatically, and systematically. The results of the study indicate that the ratio legis regarding PKPU as regulated in Article 225 paragraph (3) and paragraph (5) has a vague norm when it comes to the purpose of establishing UUK-PKPU, that PKPU is a means for debtors so that debtors can restructure their debts. So that no rights are given to debtors who are not present at the PKPU session resulting in no legal protection for the debtor to defend himself by conveying the reasons for the debtor's absence.

Starting from the barter system or the exchange of goods sold from house to house by traders, thus forming a way of transacting based on interests. In making an exchange the traders voluntarily accept the imbalance provided by the buyer. Changes in the sales system, affect the way of trading carried out by traditional traders, assigning value to each item sold and changing the location of the seller has an influence on the traders. However, the character of traditional traders is not lost even though some things from their sales practices have changed. The value given to an item does not only seek material benefits for traders but includes non-material values. Jual Kase-Kase means to give excess voluntarily. The purpose of this research is to reveal the meaning of selling price in the practice of selling cases from the perspective of traditional traders. An ethnomethodological approach is used to understand the meaning of the selling price of the practice of Jual Kase-Kase carried out by traditional traders. In this study, the value of goods sold by traditional traders is influenced by Banggai culture which is inherent in the character of traditional traders, where the value of goods is not only formed from material values but is formed from social and spiritual values. Where the social value is seen in the relationship created between fellow sellers or between sellers and buyers. The spiritual value that is present in the determination of the selling price is seen in the sincerity, honesty, and inner feeling of the perpetrator which finally appears in the price given.

The Sirnaresmi indigenous people are one of the communities that still maintain their traditional culture to this day. In carrying out the rules and customs in the community, Sirnaresmi Village has its own institutional structure. There are several stakeholder institutions that support landslide risk reduction in Sirnaresmi Village. This study aims to determine the socio-cultural life and disaster risk management of the customary community in Sirnaresmi Village, West Java. The result showed that efforts to reduce the risk of landslides in Sirnaresmi Village have been carried out. However, the capacity in Sirnaresmi Village is still insufficient to reduce the risk of landslides. Some possible solutions are disaster risk reduction efforts by community organizing in disaster management through the formation of Disaster Management Community Groups (KMPB) and increasing public knowledge in reducing disaster risk together with experts from the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sukabumi Regency. The other practical implications were also suggested such as by nurturing local traditions to help reduce disaster risk and involving local leadership roles in disaster risk reduction efforts.

The purpose of this study is to explain the legal protection for debitors through bankruptcy concept based on Law no. 37 of 2004 Concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (UUK-PKPU). This research is a normative legal research with a statute approach, the case approach, historical approach, comparative approach, and the conseptual approach. The legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The analysis technique uses legal logic, legal interpretation teleologically, hermeneutics, grammatically, and systematically. The results of the study indicate that in UUK-PKPU only debtors who are insolvent can be declared bankrupt or apply for a PKPU. Bankruptcy applications can be submitted by the debtor himself or by the creditor. According to the legal principle, the applicant who submits the argument must prove the argument, then the applicant who proves the insolvency is the applicant. Essentially, bankruptcy in its application must be carried out fairly in the sense of paying attention to the interests of debtors and creditors in a balanced way. The idea of balance encourages an acknowledgment of the equality of the position of the individual with the community in common life.

Purpose: Cognitive biases and factors affecting decision making in critical care can potentially lead to life threatening errors. We aimed to examine the existing evidence on the influence of cognitive biases and factors on decision making in critical care. Materials and methods: We conducted a scoping review by searching MEDLINE for articles from 2004 to November 2020. We included studies conducted in physicians that described cognitive biases or factors associated with decision making. During the study process we decided on the method to summarize the evidence, and based on the obtained studies a descriptive summary of findings was the best fit. Results: Thirty heterogenous studies were included. Four main biases or factors were observed, e.g. cognitive biases, personal factors, environmental factors, and patient factors. Six (20%) studies reported biases associated with decision making comprising omission-, status quo-, implicit-, explicit-, outcome-, and overconfidence bias. Nineteen (63%) studies described personal factors, twenty-two (73%) studies described environmental factors, and sixteen (53%) studies described patient factors. Conclusions: The current evidence on cognitive biases and factors is heterogenous, but shows they influence clinical decision. Future studies should investigate the prevalence of cognitive biases and factors in clinical practice and their impact on clinical outcomes. (c) 2021 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Inc. The study used quarterly data for the period 2009-2019, a multiple regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method. The results revealed that capital, financing and third party funds are factors that determine the liquidity of Sharia banking. Sharia banking profitability is influenced by capital and inflation. The role of Sharia banking on economic growth occurs through financing activities, large capital and utilization of Sharia monetary policy instruments. Efforts to control liquidity at optimal levels can be done by taking into account the capital factors held by Sharia banking. Efforts to achieve maximum value of profitability can be implemented by benefiting price stability in the macroeconomic. Efforts to boost economic growth are carried out by utilizing rising prices and limiting the profit value of Sharia monetary policy instruments. Moreover, Sharia banking is able to increase the share of financing channeled.

Introduction: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS Cov-2) has made a huge impact on global health service including in orthopaedic surgical service. Knee surgery (including arthroscopy) is one of the emerging surgical services in Indonesia. As the pandemic goes on, some of the patients prefer to postpone or cancel the surgery planning. We tried to evaluate the epidemiology of knee arthroscopy procedure during Covid-19 pandemic at our institution. Material and methods: Retrospective data collection was performed on all patients who received knee arthroscopy procedure at Prof dr. R. Soeharso Orthopaedic Hospital, Surakarta, Indonesia during the year 2020. The study evaluated the demographic data, the indication of surgery, and trends of the number of surgeries according to period time. This study also compared the data of knee arthroscopy procedures performed during the corresponding period before the pandemic in Indonesia (January to December 2019). Results: There was a total of 88 knee arthroscopy surgery performed during the period January to December 2020. There was a decrease in the number of knee arthroscopy during April and May 2020. The decreasing number of surgeries also occurred in November 2020 which was later followed by the increasing number of surgeries in December 2020. Among all patient received knee arthroscopy during 2020, none have post-operative complication or infection due to SARS Cov-2. Conclusion: There was some difference in the epidemiology of knee arthroscopy during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to the non-pandemic era. Comprehensive preoperative screening is needed before resume elective surgical service.

The customer behavior in shopping were changing the demand disruptions when the COVID-19 pandemic attacked the countries. Retail industries are one of business sectors which were directly impacted the availability of item products. The purpose of this study is to understand the level of demand disruptions of COVID-19 pandemic using Bayesian Network (BN). BN method is powerful method to assess and decide the uncertainly of demand and risk. Based on relevant literature and interviews, the hierarchy of BN were developed and stock out data to represent the product of availability in 5 case study were collected in case study. Finally, the analysis to understand the level of demand disruptions each item products, product family and categories have been performed. This paper provides a new evidence by changing of shopping behavior when the COVID-19 pandemic attached in Indonesia and presents the BN application could be used to handle risk assessment based on stock out data systematically and comprehensively.

Objective: To develop and validate Clinical Diversity In Meta-analyses (CDIM), a new tool for assessing clinical diversity between trials in meta-analyses of interventions. Study design and setting: The development of CDIM was based on consensus work informed by empirical literature and expertise. We drafted the CDIM tool, refined it, and validated CDIM for interrater scale reliability and agreement in three groups. Results: CDIM measures clinical diversity on a scale that includes four domains with 11 items overall: setting (time of conduct/country development status/units type); population (age, sex, patient inclusion criteria/baseline disease severity, comorbidities); interventions (intervention intensity/strength/duration of intervention, timing, control intervention, cointerventions); and outcome (definition of outcome, timing of outcome assessment). The CDIM is completed in two steps: first two authors independently assess clinical diversity in the four domains. Second, after agreeing upon scores of individual items a consensus score is achieved. Interrater scale reliability and agreement ranged from moderate to almost perfect depending on the type of raters. Conclusion: CDIM is the first tool developed for assessing clinical diversity in meta-analyses of interventions. We found CDIM to be a reliable tool for assessing clinical diversity among trials in meta-analysis. (c) 2021 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
