At the beginning of 2020, the whole world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely the corona virus which was suspected to be a new type of SARS COV-2. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, including plans to provide a Covid-19 vaccine, but the public's main concern is on the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine, and whether the vaccine will be considered halal. Therefore, according to the review above, the researcher wants to carry out community service related to the perception of the covid-19 vaccine in the Benteng Village in order to have access to accurate information about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. This community service method is counseling and assistance to partners. The results of the activity showed that the community was very enthusiastic about participating in the Covid-19 vaccine counseling according to an Islamic view which contained information about the vaccine program, safety, halalness and effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine and actively participated in discussions and Q&A with companions. In conclusion, the Covid-19 Vaccine health education can increase public knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine according to the Islamic view

Multidimensional crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic has been forcing the Indonesian Government to take a number of extraordinary policies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesia's National Government Internal Auditor (BPKP) also affected by these policies. BPKP had to make several adjustments and refocusing on its budget and activities. However, in regular budget performance evaluation at the end of 2020, there are indications that some performance indicators for the implementation of the 2020 budget at units level have decreased. Considering these condition, this study aims to determine whether there are differences in the value of budget performance at units level in BPKP by comparing four variables in measuring budget performance of implementation of the year before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test was used to test all variables measuring budget performance on the implementation aspect. The result showed that there were differences in the value of budget performance in BPKP of the year before and after the covid-19 pandemic. Futhermore, two variables which are budget absorption consistency and budget efficiency showing the differences and tendency to decrease. Meanwhile, the other two did not show any difference.

Latar Belakang: Riset Kesehatan Dasar Republik Indonesia tahun 2018 mendapatkan data bahwa masyarakat Indonesia 30,4% mengkonsumsi jamu tradisional baik dalam bentuk ramuan jadi maupun ramuan buatan sendiri . Pemerintah Indonesia mendorong pemakaian herbal karena bahan baku obat jadi masih diperoleh dari luar negeri ( Dani Pratama, 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kemungkinan adanya efek samping terhadap penggunaan obat herbal masyarakat kota Banjarmasin dengan metode Naranjo. Metode penelitian ini observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross secsional dengan pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklsusi yang ditetapkan peneliti wilayah Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Analisis data menggunakan Naranjo. Hasil penelitian dari data karakteristik umur yang dominan umur 31-50 tahun sebanyak 13 (42%), jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan 22 (71%), status pekerjaan mayoritas wiraswasta 19 (61 %), status pendidikan mayoritas SMA 15 (48 %), status pendapatan mayoritas diatas dua juta 10 (32 %). Masyarakat mayoritas menggunakan obat herbal 27 (87 %), sumber informasi obat herbal dari keluarga 20 (65 %), obat herbal mayoritas dari toko obat tradisional 11 ( 35 %), mayoritas obat herbal diseduh 11 (35%). Dari analisis kausalitas menggunakan algoritma Naranjo diketahui bahwa pasien yang menggunakan obat herbal pada kejadian efek samping sebanyak 6 subyek dengan kategori possible. Simpulan: Kejadian efek samping penggunaan obat herbal dengan kategori Possible. Kata Kunci: obat herbal, Naranjo, Possible

This article attempts to explain the forms of Indonesian cyber diplomacy related to the protection of the use of information technology. In this case, Indonesia as the fourth largest country in the world often gets cyber threats and attacks. This was then followed up with efforts to protect it domestically, but was constrained by threats from abroad.The research method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach using the theoretical framework of cyber diplomacy and the concept of information and communication technology. The case analysis will explain the causes and effects of holding Indonesian cyber diplomacy based on secondary data. The author finds that the Indonesian government does not only use a legal approach through the ITE Law, but also culture, technological renewal, and diplomacy towards various countries.

The case of Covid-19 affects the world of education. One of the consequences is that learning to be carried out online is decided by the Indonesian government. However, in learning, this strategy is burdensome for learners. The goal of this case study is to find out student opinions on online applications are used, what their challenges are, and what online learning expectations of students are. This research uses a questionnaire to find out student opinions using a Google form. Ninety-two students from various universities were the number of respondents. To get results, the questionnaires that have been collected are evaluated manually. The outcome of this study is that most of the software used by lecturers was unable to enhance the comprehension of the content being learned by students. During this pandemic, the hope of students in learning is to increase discussion time and time to complete assignments, not too many assignments, and the strategy of the university to have internet quota buying subsidies

The tourism industry is one industry that will not run out and will continue to grow. The Indonesian government realizes that the tourism industry is one of the industries that contributes to national development. The existence of tourism as an industry also brings negative impacts. In recent decades a concept of tourism planning and management that was born due to anxiety about the negative impact of the tourism industry. The last few years the issue of sustainable tourism has increased amid the negative impacts felt almost in most tourist attractions, especially cultural heritage-based attractions. Through the concept of sustainable tourism, cultural heritage is not just a tool for simple business practices that only attracts tourists who come to visit and then earn foreign exchange, but rather how this cultural heritage can contribute to environmental quality (saujana culture); public welfare; national and regional economy; increasing scientific insight; and the preservation of cultural heritage itself. This study aims to analyze individual and organizational innovation in small businesses and their impact on the environment. The focus of the analysis is also expanded on how to engineer the innovations that exist in small businesses through consumer behavior so that the engineering carried out is effective in protecting the environment. The role of the government is used as a regulator in a country. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, then continued with a document study on the Indonesian government's environmental regulations. The research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in a sizeable Indonesian city, namely Bandung City. The study results show that small businesses' individual and organizational innovation play a role in determining environmental conditions. To improve Indonesian tourism, The Indonesian Government have launched the New Bali program where Lake Toba with the support of Samosir Island be prioritized to become New Bali. However, there have been some issues that happen, the problem is about the Human Resource problem where the behaviour of people in Samosir Island show that they are still not ready to change into New Bali. There are some factors that influence readiness for change, where one of them is self-efficacy. To find out the truth of whether or not there is a relationship between the two variables, based on data from 383 people of Samosir Island and using descriptive quantitative methods, this study aims to see if there is a relationship and how much contribution between self-efficacy to readiness for change in people of Samosir Island. The data obtained using the scale will be tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation through the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22 to test the hypothesis that the results of the study showed that hypothesis is accepted it means that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and readiness for change

The development of Indonesia's cocoa beans before the export duty policy shows that almost 90 per cent of cocoa beans exports were exported from total production, therefore makes Indonesia as known as one of the biggest cocoa beans exporters in the world. Cocoa exports to destination countries cause the domestic stock of raw materials for cocoa beans Domestic stock has decreased. Afterwards, the Indonesian government implemented a cocoa bean export duty policy. This research aimed to analyze the effect of export duties policy for the competitiveness and exports of Indonesian cocoa products to export destination countries. Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method is used to measure competitiveness, while Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS) is used to analyze the long-term effect of export duties on cocoa beans on competitiveness and exports of cocoa products. Based on the analysis result, all cocoa products have competitiveness, Indonesian cocoa butter has the highest competitiveness in export destination countries. Export duties policy has a long-term effect on competitiveness and exports of cocoa paste and powder, but have no long-term effect on competitiveness and exports of cocoa butter. Therefore, the overall increase in competitiveness and export of cocoa products is due to the implementation of the cocoa bean export duty policy.

BACKGROUND: The World Health Organization announced the COVID-19 outbreak as a global pandemic on March 11, 2020. Despite the fact that orthopedists are not considered front-line staff in the fight against the pandemic, the pandemic has had an enormous impact on orthopedics daily practice. A few studies have looked at the pandemic effect on the orthopedics field, but none have looked at the impact of a 1-year pandemic, especially in Indonesia. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This cross-sectional multi-center study was conducted at seven tertiary referral hospitals in Indonesia. Through hospital medical records, data were collected for a year, starting from the month the Indonesian government announced the first case of COVID-19 (March 2020–February 2021) and compared to data from the year before COVID-19 as a control (March 2019–February 2020). In addition, the researchers analyzed the number of patients in the emergency room (ER), outpatient clinic, inpatient, and operating room. RESULTS: Overall, the number of orthopedic patients in the ER declined by 44% from 11.053 to 6.139 patients during the 1st year of the pandemic, with 28 patients reported as getting COVID-19. The outpatient clinic decreased by 34%, from 10.9780 to 72.200 patients, with two confirmed cases. Furthermore, the inpatient unit decreased from 15.365 to 9.526 patients, a 38% decrease, with the highest recorded case confirmed at 78 patients. The last, with 73 confirmed, showed a 27% reduction in OR from 12.954 to 9.431 patients. CONCLUSION: In this study, analysis on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the field of orthopedics in seven tertiary referral hospitals in Indonesia shows a significant decrease almost in all units. Atas permasalahan tersebut, salah satu bentuk inovasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia khususnya di perdagangan saham adalah melakukan merger bank BUMN Syariah. Proses merger ketiga bank syariah (BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Mandiri Syariah) menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesa (BSI) dengan kode BRIS di Bursa Efek Indonesia telah memberikan sentiment positif, literasi dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dalam berinvestasi di bursa efek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu proses merger ini memberikan sentiment positif diberbagai aspek dalam perdagangan saham di bursa efek. Mulai dari aktivitas perdagangan saham dan porsi kepemilikan investor yang didominasi oleh local investor.

This study aims to measure the prevalence of reproductive health services accessibility based on the perception of Indonesian migrant female workers in Malaysia and its influencing factors. A cross-sectional study was conducted among the 593 respondents using a semi-guided questionnaire. Participation for this study came from Kuala Lumpur (230 respondents), Johor Bahru (181 respondents) and Penang (182 respondents). The mean age was 26.8 (SD 6.7) years. Their origin area in Indonesia was from Central Java, North Sumatra, and East Java. The prevalence of easy access to reproductive health services was 66.9%. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that marital status (aOR=0.389, 95% CI:0.201, p=0.751), good reproductive health knowledge (aOR=1.123,95%CI:1.071,1.177), depression (aOR=0.934, 95%CI:0.884, p=0.986) were the predictors for the good perceptions of reproductive health services accessibility in Peninsular Malaysia. This study depicted that two-third of Indonesian migrant women have an excellent perception of reproductive health services access in Malaysia. Obstacles identified for poor access to the facility were related to time, immigration permit status, and awareness of the assistance needed. Strategies to enhance the accessibility of reproductive health services require collaboration from Indonesian government representatives and non-governmental organisations in Malaysia to help advocate reproductive health services for all, including the Indonesian women workers.

Aims: This study aims to determine the Indonesian Government's mitigation efforts in dealing with climate change, especially in the marine and fisheries sector. Study Design: Literature study model. Place and Duration of Study: Yogyakarta, Indonesia; 2020-2021. Methodology: This study method utilized a qualitative approach with a literature study model. Sixty scientific national and international journals, online mass media, and legislations were collected. Data sources were used to explain the mitigation policy analysis of climate change in the marine and fisheries sector. The study stages started from article searching, theme classification, literature mapping based on discussions of various scientific journals, books, and online mass media with different orientations, data analysis, interpretation, and data presentation. Results: The results of the study reveal that the impact of climate change on the marine and fisheries sector is very significant so that the Indonesian government establishes various policies, undertakes mitigation efforts to strengthen its identity as a maritime country, eradicates illegal, unreported, unregulated (IUU) fishing, imposes a moratorium on ex-foreign ships, accelerates the growth of national economy, enhance food sovereignty and promote the development of maritime and marine economies. However, there are still problems in implementing policies, so it is necessary to improve the management system for climate change countermeasures in the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia. Conclusion: Mitigation strategies in the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia that can be implemented include applying sustainable aquaculture management practices suitable for carrying capacity and developing an integrated cultivation system. Various climate change mitigation policies in the marine and fisheries sector of the Government of Indonesia are commendable given many recognized successes, but there are still many problems with policy implementation. Ineffective application of policies is due to the government's focus on tackling climate change based on forestry and energy sectors, weak application of laws, and other problems. There is still a need for improvement in the management system for climate change countermeasures in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector.

This study seeks to solve the problems in the development of electric vehicles in Indonesia and focuses on incentive policies with related theories compared with other countries. As an effort to realize an environmentally friendly industry, electric vehicles have become a global trend for states to develop, including in Indonesia. Electric vehicles as new discourse in Indonesia needs great support from the Government. In 2022, Indonesia itself targets the first production of domestic electric cars. In 2025, electric cars in Indonesia are targeted to reach 20% of the market. In this case, the Indonesian Government has sought to provide incentives for accelerating the development of electric vehicles through President Regulation Number 55 of 2019 regarding the Acceleration of the Battery Electric Vehicle Program for Road Transportation. However, this policy has not yet become a trigger mechanism for the public to switch to electric vehicles. The determinant factor for this adversity would be; there is a lack of incentives offered by the Government that can be obtained by the consumers. The participants understood the use of e-commerce to support the birth of new entrepreneurs who later could strengthen the finances and economy for home-based businesses. The method used to achieve this goal is by conducting lectures and practices using available platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Google Business. The results obtained from the activity are understanding the basic techniques for carrying out technology-based entrepreneurial activities. In this era of globalization, foreign investment no longer needs to be seen as a threat. On the other hand, foreign investment can be considered as a driving force for national development, including for Indonesia as a developing country, including the construction of Industrial Parks. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive method, where this study describes events that occur and is intended to describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering. Technological innovations in the world of aviation are unmanned aircraft that have begun to be used for various civilian to military purposes. Observing the increasingly massive use and utilization of unmanned aircraft, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Transportation has issued a Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 180 of the Year concerning Control of Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Airspace Served by Indonesia and renewed by Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 47 Year 2016 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 180 of 2015 concerning Control of Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Airspace Served by Indonesia. Apart from having a positive impact on civilian and military activities, unmanned aircraft also have a negative impact because they are used for crimes ranging from reconnaissance, drug delivery to theoreticalism. In the Permenhub which regulates unmanned aircraft there is only administrative sanction, therefore there must be a strengthening of the regulation of unmanned aircraft which contains criminal sanctions through the Law.

Therefore, this research seeks to analyze the governments and develop public relations human resources ability in dealing with the disinfodemic phenomenon.

This study aims to determine how Indonesia's resistance strategy in oil palm discrimination by the European Union. Researchers use the perspective of liberalism and idealism, and the basic assumptions are peace and war avoidance. During the Covid-19 pandemic, XL Axiata company wants to conduct analysis for XL Axiata in the next year, whether the traffic of XL Axiata users has increased or decreased and how many devices need to be upgraded or safe. In conducting this analysis, it is necessary to perform fast data processing, data processing using the Data Mining method with Linear Regression techniques. The data to be processed will be obtained from the XL Axiata company, namely XL Axiata traffic data. By processing data using Linear Regression results in future predictions, the West Jakarta Municipality has increased per week by an average of 0.12%, the East Jakarta Municipality has decreased per week by an average of 0.27%, the Central Jakarta Municipality experiences the decline per week by an average of 2.31%, the South Jakarta Municipality experienced an increase per week by an average of 1.17%, and in the North Jakarta Municipality it decreased per week by an average of 0.12%.

This condition occurs throughout the country, including on the island of Bali as a world tourist destination. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bali's economic dependence on the tourism industry was felt. Coupled with policies that continue to change along with scientific developments related to COVID-19 and efforts to deal with it, the tourism industry inevitably has to 'adapt' more quickly. This article attempts to describe government policies that have had an impact on the travel industry, especially in Bali. The government policy that is being studied is the policy published in the first and second quarters of 2020. The data collection method is carried out only by literature review. The discussion is presented in a descriptive-qualitative nature, and is critically reviewed on the phenomena depicted from secondary data and documentations of pre-existing research on the same topic. The results found that the Indonesian government's policy is absolute to be used as a reference for the travel industry sector to clean up and adapt to developments in handling COVID-19 even though the related policies always change from time to time with dynamism.

This paper finds and explains the side of the discussion of religion in government regulation no. 111/2014. The results show that there is no vacancy in the discussion of religion in this regulation. One of the functions of guidance and counseling services is understanding, which is to help counselees have a better understanding of themselves and their environment (education, work, culture, and religious norms). In its application, guidance and counseling services in educational units as a whole are packaged into four service components, one of which is the basic service component, where the main objective is an effort to help counselees have awareness (understanding) of themselves and their environment (education, work, social culture, and religion). While the concept of communication guidance and counseling services that religion is a fixed(intended)and services that are not fixed (unintended), which subsequently gave birth to concepts counseling humanism.

The mutation of the Covid-19 virus in various countries has made the Indonesian Government issue various public policies related to the entry and exit of foreigners both from and to Indonesian territory. The Directorate General of Immigration as the authorized agency in the service of visas and stay permits, issued several public policies during the pandemic, especially related to the entry ban of foreigners. Including when the Covid-19 case in India increased significantly, a policy was imposed to prohibit the entry of foreigners from India. Public Relations of the Directorate General of Immigration is also involved not only in policy making, where aspirations from the public are accommodated and then conveyed to policy makers, but also in disseminating established policies in the form of information that is easily understood by the public.

Wakatobi is a tourist destination that has potentials for remarkable natural beauty. The Indonesian government is also aggressively promoting Wakatobi through the making of the video Wonderful Indonesia: A Visual Journey. However, the tourist visiting rate in Wakatobi is still not very high. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the promotional video on brand image and interest in visiting Wakatobi. This study involved 151 people as samples and the results showed that promotional videos are able to have a positive and significant influence on brand image and tourist visiting interest. Likewise, the brand image is able to provide a positive and significant influence on tourist visiting interest

Indonesian citizens must have the ability to access appropriate health care and facilities. Rural regions, on the other hand, suffer from a lack of resources and infrastructure owing to a variety of reasons. This village's health situation is clearly not in compliance with the existing health regulations. As a result, scholars are involved in examining federal efforts linked to health legislation to enhance health care and infrastructure in remote communities. This paper employs the secondary data approach as well as literature analysis. According to the findings, certain regions do not have enough health care and infrastructure. The government has made efforts to develop these health services and facilities so far; nevertheless, these efforts are insufficient, and further effort is needed so that all rural communities will benefit from the outcomes.

Indonesia has policies and strategies for the management of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel that arises from the use of nuclear research and development facilities, including three research reactors, and the use of radioisotopes in medicine and industries. The Indonesian government has provided extensive facilities such as an independent regulatory organization (BAPETEN) and a centralized radioactive waste management organization (CRWT-BATAN). Further, the presence of regulations and several international conventions guarantee the protection of the public from all risks due to handling radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel. However, the sustainability of radioactive waste management in the future faces various challenges, such as disposal issues related to not only to site selection but also financing of radioactive waste management. Likewise, the problem of transportation persists; as an archipelago country, Indonesia still struggles to manage the infrastructure required for the transport of radioactive materials. The waste from the production of the radioisotopes, especially from the production of 99Mo, requires special attention because BATAN has never handled it. Indonesia should also resolve the management of NORM from various activities. In Indonesia, the definition of radioactive waste does not include NORM. Therefore, the management of this waste needs revision and improvement on the regulations, infrastructure, and technology.

The Nawacita program, which is contained in National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), must be supported and realized by local governments, both Provinces and Cities / Regencies, since Nawacita is a national agenda for a more advanced, just and prosperous Indonesia. All policies issued by the Central Government must be supported by the Regional Government in implementing its vision and mission, must be able to go hand in hand with the Nawacita program to achieve national goals. The appropriate method used for this research is descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Cianjur Regency is a regency in West Java province and not too far from Jakarta as the capital and centre of Indonesian government. To implement the Nawacita program in Cianjur Regency, local governments are obliged to optimize the performance of institutions, all government processes are intended to serve all interested parties and good governance should bridge different interests for the development and achievement of national goals.

Intakes of excess Na and insufficient K are two major contributors of heart diseases and stroke development. However, no precise study has previously been carried out on Na and K intakes among Indonesian adults. The present study aimed to estimate the Na and K intakes using two consecutive 24-h urine collections. Participants were community-dwelling adults aged between 20 and 96 years, randomly selected from a pool of resident registration numbers. Of the 506 participants, 479 (240 men and 239 women) completed urine collections. The mean Na excretion was 102·8 and 100·6 mmol/d, while the mean K excretion was 25·0 and 23·4 mmol/d for men and women, respectively. Na and K excretions were higher in participants with a higher BMI. A higher K excretion was associated only with younger age. More than 80 % of the participants consumed more than 5 g/d of salt (the upper limit recommended by the Indonesian government), whereas none of them consumed more than 3510 mg/d of K (the lower limit). The high Na and low K intakes, especially high Na among participants with high BMI, should be considered when future intervention programmes are planned in this country.

The Indonesian government has tried to develop tourism based on the potential and ability of people to manage tourism activities. This strategy is realized through the development of a tourism village, one of which is the Lombok Kulon Tourism Village in Bondowoso Regency. This study aims to determine the institutional capacity in developing Lombok Kulon Tourism Village. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that at the organizational level, the POKDARWIS "Lombok Kulon" has shown functional capacity in aspects of external partnerships, aspects of tourism potential development, and aspects of promotion of tourism villages. While in the aspects of leadership and coordination, it shows a lack of capacity. While at the individual level, individuals have a functional capacity in pioneering the development of tourism potential. However, individuals have a lack of capacity in understanding and applying the village tourism concept.

Poverty and climate change mitigation are connected to each other, so one of the policies adopted by the Indonesian government is managing forests with social forestry schemes. Where social forestry aims at prospering the poor and preserve forests. A balance between the two is needed because it is not only part of forest land, but it also considers justice for the community to get prosperous rights and realize ecological justice. The dynamics of social forestry in Indonesia are characterized by policies and regulations, but in various regions, people have succeeded in increasing their welfare while making forests sustainable. It was concluded that social forestry builds ecological strategic values that guarantee the sustainability of forest functions managed by the community. It can succeed if policies and regulations in Indonesia provide legal certainty over the rights to community-managed forest land. Keywords: Social forest, welfare, justice.

Background: The Indonesian government has targeted exclusive breastfeeding 80%, but exclusive breastfeeding is not widely done, although the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding are very many, especially for babies and mothers, but in fact many mothers do not give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies, and in the field many mothers stop giving Breast milk in her baby before the age of 2 years. The process of early breastfeeding does not always run smoothly, sometimes mothers and babies experience various obstacles that hinder or complicate the process of breastfeeding, especially if this is the first experience for primigravida mothers who are still young and have a low level of knowledge about breastfeeding that hinders the practice of breastfeeding, and usually her child is not yet 2 years old ASI has been discontinued (Dewanetal., 2002; Yanikkeremetal., 2009). The purpose of this community service is to educate pregnant and post-partum mothers how to properly care for breast and breastfeeding techniques in an effort to increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage. Methods: This community service method is carried out by means of counseling in delivering material then followed by demonstrations and Q&A sessions. Results: The results of this dedication appear to be still many pregnant women and postpartum mothers who do not know the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, how to care for the breast and how to breastfeed the right baby techniques, after health promotion and demonstration it appears that pregnant women and postpartum mothers are serious in understanding every step demonstrated. . Conclusion: Based on the results of the service, it is hoped that this activity can increase the coverage of breastfeeding mothers so that they can provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies.

Batik was first listed as an Intangible Cultural Humanity Heritage by UNESCO on October 2, 2009. As the home country for batik, Indonesia has committed to preserve and increase its popularity in the global market. These efforts are carried out through various strategies and policies to encourage the internationalization of batik, especially during the 2015-2019 period where there has been a significant decline in batik exports. This study aims to describe the strategy and government policy in encouraging the internationalization of batik in the global market. Using the Hybrid model proposed by Lei Li & Li/Tevfik Dalgic as one of the models of internationalization carried out by Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This model explains the stages of internationalization which include Planning, Execution, and Antecedent Phase. Based on this research, between 2015-2019, the Indonesian government has implemented various strategies and policies domestically and internationally to support batik SMEs, expand its non-traditional markets, and hold provisions on importing TPT batik and batik motifs to protect the industry. Yet, these strategies and policies were not very successfully implemented. The government efforts were still decentralized, so the strategic steps taken by various institutions and related stakeholders were not in sync. In addition, the shift in the antecedent phase to involve SMEs in every implementation of the internationalization program was also minimal.

The spread of Covid-19 since April 2020 has had a high number of cases and / or number of deaths and this can spread to various regions and countries. So that the Indonesian government issued a large-scale social restriction regulation. This will have an impact on sectoral aspects in Indonesia. Therefore this study was made with the aim of knowing the effect of Covid-19 on the sectoral stock index trend and how it affects them. The data used are monthly data on sectoral stock index prices (11 sectors) from January 2010 to March 2020 (before covid-19) and April to October 2020 (ongoing covid-19). Based on a comparison between the regression coefficients before and the onset of Covid-19, it can be seen that the sectors not affected by Covid-19 are basic industry, consumer industry, development, finance, manufacturing, other industries, property and trade. The absence of covid-19 influence on the sector is evidenced by the existence of a slice between the regression coefficients between before and during covid-19. The agriculture, infrastructure and mining sectors were affected by Covid-19. The infrastructure sector has experienced a trend change from rising to being stagnant. Meanwhile, the agricultural and mining sectors experienced a trend change from down to up.

Introduction:The violation of the Flight Information Region (FIR) over Indonesian airspace is one of the strategic issues related to the sovereignty of Indonesia.Methods:It requires a strategy for the alignment of the Indonesian FIR. One of the difficulties associated with the alignment process is managing the FIR, which is completely determined by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) owing to safety reasons.Results and Discussion:It is necessary to examine the preparedness and strategy of the Indonesian government to convince the ICAO and the international community that Indonesia is capable of controlling, managing, and securing Indonesian FIR airspace.Conclusion:This study proposes a roadmap for this FIR alignment strategy in an effort to maintain the integrity and sovereignty of the Indonesian region.

This systematic literature review paper explores the importance of embedding accounting teachers' professional identity concept in the Indonesian education system particularly in teacher education. The Indonesian government is still struggling to enhance teacher professionalism; thus, many training pieces have been developed to overcome teachers' low quality. However, the teacher's competency in Indonesia is still behind the other countries implied in the PISA score, indicating a missing link in teacher education. The professional identity has attracted scholars in various fields to define the meaning of professional identity and develop it in an individual. The particular definition of accounting teacher professional identity is still not studied. Therefore, exploring previous studies in professional identity to identify teacher professional identity is needed. In the accounting teacher context, the paper proposes to combine two professional identity formations from teacher and accountant. By reviewing both fields, the concept of accounting professional identity and the development is drawn. This paper will discuss accounting teachers' identity that may be a new solution for the teacher education program, especially in accounting. In short, developing professional identity in accounting teachers needs to be done in three stages (pre-service, beginner, and experienced teachers). Every step has unique identities, but all phases need community involvement to ensure professional identity is formatted.

Management of higher education becomes a business-like service industry which focuses on its service users. Indonesian government shifts the orientation of higher education management to service users-oriented. Therefore, student satisfaction becomes an essential aspect of higher education management. This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality on student satisfaction. The results show that the aspects of service quality simultaneously influence on student satisfaction. Partially, variables of service quality that have a significant influence on student satisfaction are access, program learning, and reputation. Therefore, Faculty of Medicine could increase student satisfaction by focusing on improving those three aspects that affect student satisfaction.

This article aims to analyze the state’s responsibility over forest and land fires causing transboundary haze pollution according to the Asean Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. A normative legal method is applied to help answer the problems of transboundary pollution which has been an international concern. The impact of haze pollution resulted from forest and land fires has triggered protests against Indonesian government and urged the sate’s liability as long as the impact of the haze pollution is concerned. Forest and land fires which caused transboundary haze pollution has infilcted losses and damage not only in Indonesia but also in other neighbouring countries, such as Malaysia and Singapore. State responsibility is a fundamental principle in international law applied when a country has violated boundaries, either directly or indirectly, which is harmful to other countries. In international environmental law, tansboudary air pollution caused by forest and land fires is contrary to the principles of international environmental law resulting in a state responsibility responsibility or liability. While responsibility refers to a legally regulated responsibility and the concept of international law, the liability refers to the indemnification of the other party’s loss. As a result of forest and land fires causing transboundary haze pollution, ASEAN member countries have agreed to form an AATHP (ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution) agreement aiming at preventing and mitigating transboundary haze pollution

Introduction: COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. This is a new virus and a previously unknown disease before the outbreak in Wuhan, China in December 2019. A coronavirus is a group of viruses that can cause disease in animals or humans. The speed of the epidemic depends on two things, namely how many people are infected in a single case and how long it takes between people to spread the infection. Until now, 209 countries have been affected by COVID-19. The Indonesian government has made efforts to cut the spread of the COVID-19 virus with several steps, namely urging the public not to come or hold events that can gather many people. Aim of study: Based on this background, this study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between perceptions of health workers and adherence to the appeal for wearing masks, social distancing, and washing hands in the GBPT area of dr. Soetomo to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Method: The number of respondents in this study were 50 people who work as doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and transporters and were calculated using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires and observation checklist sheets, using the Chi-Square statistical test using the SPSS program. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between perceptions of health workers and adherence. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a need to wear masks in the GBPT area of Dr. Soetomo to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak to health workers, especially those who work as nurses.

Indonesia's infrastructure development has become the government's top priority. This is continuous with the efforts of economic growth that has continued to be driven for five years. One year of change of government recorded, Indonesia's Economic Growth grew about 4.73% in September 2015. The development of infrastructure that continues to be driven must be supported by a strong legal standing to accelerate development. At present there is a new regulation regarding the law on procurement of government goods and services, namely Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 concerning Procurement of Government Goods and Services, but seeing the urgency and needs in the field, the existence of Presidential Regulation number 16 of 2018 needs to be replaced with the type of regulation more than just a Presidential Regulation. The substitution could have been changed, which was originally a Presidential Regulation into a Law on the procurement of Government Goods and Services. Legal Strengthening the procurement of Government Goods and Services will be a strong foundation to accelerate development which is one of the priorities of the Indonesian government.

Public information disclosure is an important aspect of realizing a good governance system. The Indonesian government, through the Law on Public Information Disclosure, continues to strive so that all public agencies can provide easy access to information. This study uses a qualitative approach with data sources derived from documentation studies, news sites, and websites. The results of this study indicate that there is a fairly positive trend in which the North Luwu Regency Government has managed to obtain the highest score for three (3) consecutive years, namely 2017, 2018, and 2019 for information disclosure with the predicate Towards Informative. This achievement is influenced by the performance of the government which continues to make various efforts, namely, socialization and training, replication of innovations, utilization of website-based networks, and the availability of Command Center facilities. This achievement is also considered to affect maximum results in the future to obtain the title of Informative in the aspect of public information disclosure

The Indonesian government has promoted reservoir (embung) development programs throughout Indonesia. This program is primarily designed at supporting agricultural irrigation, especially in the dry season. However, in its implementation, there are often many obstacles both in technical and management, causing the main purpose of the reservoir construction cannot be achieved optimally. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the condition of the reservoir located in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, in terms of physical, institutional, and management constraints. The study was conducted through a direct survey of 9 reservoirs and interviews with managers and residents around the reservoir. The results showed that two reservoirs have small damage in the reservoir building, three reservoirs do not yet have managers, and three reservoirs have not functioned following the purpose of reservoirs development. The obstacle often found in managing reservoirs is the unclear structure for the management of the reservoir, and the existing management is not effectively working. Therefore, the regulation of using reservoir water is not available. It is necessary to have a management organization involving the community and village government where the reservoir is located and also community beneficiaries of agricultural irrigation to guarantee its function and sustainability.

Safeguard measures is a trade remedies policies regulated by World Trade Organization (WTO) to recover loss (injury) suffered by domestic industries as a result of liberalization in international trade, as an instrument to protect and increase competitiveness of domestic industries which are still at infant industry stage. In Indonssia, the steel industry sector is designated as a national priority so that its growth must be maintained. Meanwhile, the import surge phenomenon of flat-rolled products from iron or non-alloy steel has threatened the existence of domestic steel industries which produce similar commodities. The Indonesian government responded by setting the Safeguard Measures policy, with the hope that the industry would make structural adjustments during the imposition period so that its competitiveness could be increased. This study uses monthly import data from January 2012 to December 2018 to determine whether the Safeguard Measures has been effective as a protection instrument. To measure competitiveness, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method and Trade Specialization Index (TSI) were used. The results of this study show that the policy reduced the import of the same and similar steel products which meant it is effective as an instrument of protection. In addition, there has been an increase in competitiveness even though Indonesia is still a net importer.

Industry 4.0 is the main challenge in business environment resulted from disruption technology. It has been affected many sectors in development country including SME in Indonesia. This paper provides a literature review on big data and block chain implementation opportunity to increase trading performance for indonesian SME sector in industry 4.0 era. A systematic literature review (SLR) was implemented to review the literature analysis, provide gap and recommendation to future research and managerial implementation on Indonesian SME. We found a system development on Big Data and how Indonesian government implements the system is the main challenge in this research area.

The Indonesian government is trying to equalize development including the energy sector. The government launched the use of alternative energy starting in 2008 with a blueprint for searching and utilizing new renewable energy sources in Indonesia through biofuels, one of the alternative energy developed is bioethanol. The research objective is the optimization of the SHF method bioethanol production process from palm fruit fiber waste. The experimental design uses central composite design with variable H2SO4 concentration and fermentation time. The first stage in the study was by saccharifying the palm oil fiber waste by the hydrolysis method using H2SO4 (concentrations of 1 M, 2 M, and 3 M). Then the next stage is fermentation process (fermentation time is 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days and 5 days). Sugar content analysis was carried out in the fermen solution and analysis of bioethanol levels in each running experiment. Then the optimization is done with the response surface method (RSM). Based on the research, the optimum condition of the bioethanol production process is H2SO4 concentration of 2.76 M with a fermentation time of 4.64 days which will produce bioethanol levels of 28.6027 g/L.

In 2015, the Indonesian Government initiated 'Smart Use of Medications Movement' ('GeMa CerMat') which included cadre training to promote responsible self-medication. Evaluation of a pilot training conducted across Indonesia suggested the need to improve those training modules. This study aimed to assess cadre' knowledge gained following training with newly developed general or specific training modules. Five types of modules were developed and used to train cadres at five Community Health Centres (CHCs) in Surabaya, Indonesia: 1) Sidosermo CHC (general-drugs module), 2) Tenggilis CHC (common cold drugs module), 3) Gunung Anyar CHC (analgesic drugs module), 4) Kalirungkut CHC (anti-diarrhoeal drugs module), and 5) Jagir CHC (indigestion drugs module). Cadres' knowledge improvements were evaluated using pre-/post-test scores and the difference scores depending on the module being tested. Multifactorial ANOVA explored the effects of the type of module on difference scores. A total of 279 cadres across five CHCs were involved in the training, giving response rates from 65% to 93%. There was an increase in the post-test scores after the training with all modules. However, significant differences were reported only for the specific-drugs module groups (all p
