The interdisciplinary approach is recognized as the gold standard for organizing medical care for patients with oncological pathology. It is declared at the normative level in Ukraine, but the forms and methods of work, channels and methods of communication of specialists are not detailed. This requires further research, in particular, when providing surgical care to patients with thyroid pathology. The purpose of the study was to investigate the state of activity organization of multidisciplinary teams in the provision of surgical care to patients with thyroid pathology and to propose approaches for its improvement. Materials and methods: accounting forms No. 003 for 2019 (1208 units), constituent and administrative documents for the institution, department regulations, job descriptions, clinical pathway of patients (15 units in total). The base of research was communal non-profit enterprise "Kiev City Clinical Endocrinological Center". The methods, which were used, are systematic approach, medical and statistical, medical and geographical methods, content analysis, graphic. Results and discussion. Patients of the Department of Endocrine Surgery were from almost all regions of Ukraine. 3.5% of patients were referred by a general practitioner, 55.7% - by an endocrinologist, 40.1% - independently applied. Malignant neoplasm of the thyroid gland was detected in 33.9% of patients, non-toxic multinodular goiter – in 25.2%, benign neoplasm – in 16.3%. In 448 (37.1%) patients, 687 concomitant diseases and complications were identified. Their structure consisted of diseases of the heart and circulatory system – 40.0%, eye diseases – 3.1%, diseases of the nervous system – 2.0%. In order to meet the needs of patients, instrumental and laboratory studies, consultative examinations, consultations and surgical interventions were carried out. The low level of communication between inpatient doctors and outpatient doctors has been shown. This was the reason for the excessive length of stay in bed – 12.6 ± 2.7 days. There is a separate participation of specialist doctors in accompanying patients in the hospital. It was proposed to formalize the official status and develop a typical provision for a multidisciplinary team of specialists; joint discussion, debate, data exchange within the team and with outpatient doctors; afford access to corporate information for the team and coordinate the work of authorized employees. Conclusion. Improving the efficiency of multidisciplinary teams is possible by strengthening collaboration within the team and communication with outpatient doctors

Globalization processes accelerate the pace of scientific and technological progress and innovation and require investment in innovation to enhance the efficiency of the national economy of our state and some of its branches, inter–industry complexes and sub–complexes at the level of developed countries. The article examines the current state of investment in agriculture of Ukraine. The main criteria to encourage capital investment taking into account regional peculiarities capital investment in agriculture. The necessity of attracting external sources of investment in the future to enhance investment processes in agriculture. Thus, the study of the current situation of investment activity of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and structural analysis of sources of investment in agriculture, to determine that the trend of improving investment for 2010–2014., Changed deterioration in 2015 and complication of financing conditions from their own field investment. So one of the essential ways to increase the competitiveness of the industry is an effective investment policy aimed at attracting large–scale foreign investment sources, especially through financial investment. Addressing these and other issues will significantly increase investment flows and rational use of funds in the industry.

Purpose. The purpose of the paper is: (1) the definition of perspectives development of Ukrainian railway tourism on the narrow gauge lines of Zakarpattia; 2) technical condition analysis of Borzhava narrow gauge railway for the project to restore the effective functioning of mountain railways track, width 750 mm in the Carpathian region, with the possibility of their accession to the distributed travel network; 3) the study of the modern state and tendencies of development of tourist industry of Ukraine and the passenger economy of national railways; 4) clarification of the role and place of the railway tourism in the transportation system. Methodology . The expert group has carried out field inspections and field investigations of facilities track facilities and passenger infrastructure, rolling stock and ancillary industries involved in the functioning narrow-gauge railway. It was estimated the overall technical condition of the railway track and engineering structures section of narrow-gauge Railways in the Carpathian region. Findings . In the framework of on-site examinations of the expert group found that the objects of tracks, passenger and freight infrastructure, rolling stock and ancillary industries involved in the operation of narrow-gauge Railways are in poor condition and require significant updates and major repairs. But the routes of passenger trains remain fit for participation in the project of development of railway tourism of Ukraine Originality . For the first time the state of the narrow-gauge railway for further implementation of the project on the development of rail tourism in Ukraine was realized. The analysis of foreign experience of organization of railway tourism has been carried out. The modern state and tendencies of development of tourist industry of Ukraine was studied, the factors of competitiveness of rail transport for providing tourist transport in Ukraine were identified and systematized. Practical value . The recovery and effective functioning of mountain railways with a width of 750 mm in the Carpathian region will give an impetus to the tourism development, engineering, construction and energy. At the same time, these actions will allow us to finally implement a scientifically-based effective flood control measures that will protect the population from natural environmental disasters.

A geometric approach to revealing the characteristic signs of photoresponse from semiconductor sensor materials is presented. It is shown by the example of zinc chalcogenides that natural decomposition of the transient photoresponse into geometrically ordered components is performed upon transforming their transient photoresponse into first-order and second-order signatures. Universal differential-geometric parameters and other indices, which are also applicable for other characteristics of semiconductor sensor materials, are applied for the system analysis of ordering the dynamic structure of the photoresponse.

Purpose . Clarification of safety criteria of the wheels derailment from the rails using either the lateral or the directing force. Methodology . Technique is connected with the analysis of safety criteria expressions of the wheels derailment from the rails, which use the lateral or the directing force in the position of limit equilibrium of the system, as well as with the analysis of expressions for the coefficient of stability from the wheels derailment from the rails when using the specified criteria. Findings . It is shown that the safety criteria of derailment, representing either the ratio of the lateral force to vertical one or the directing force ratio to the vertical one, which operate in the contact point of the climbing wheel flange with the rail head, are equivalent. As for the stability coefficient of derailment, it is shown that near to the safety limit their use yields almost the same results. Originality . The concept of the safety criteria, using the lateral or directing forces is specified and their equivalence is shown. Practical value . Obtained results allow one to use one of these two safety criteria expressions instead of two expressions cited in the normative literature, which gives the number of advantages for the processing of testing results. And the recommendations on the use of criteria, in which the ratio of lateral or directing forces to the vertical force acting in the contact point of the climbing wheel flange with the rail head were given.

Signals of system functioning of different nature are presented in the parameter space (state-velocity-acceleration) as a trajectory of dynamic events. Such signals geometrization allows to reveal the hidden spatio-temporal correlation in dynamics of systems functioning. It is shown that the nature of relationship between the dynamic parameters of signal determines the natural cycle of sensor functioning. Its restructuring displays the inherited features of systems functioning in signature package. The universal differential-geometry parameters and new integrative indexes of system functioning are used to analyze the signatures of biological and physical signals.

An approach for preparing MoS2 films in mild conditions is described, which is based on producing the suspensions of nanocrystalline MoS2 particles in organic solvent via exfoliation of MoS2 crystals, followed by the deposition of these suspensions onto substrate. According to X-Ray diffraction data, acetonitrile suspensions yield highly oriented films with the basal planes of MoS2 crystallites being mainly oriented in the plane parallel to the substrate. Atomic force microscopy examination revealed changes in the film surface topography under variation of the film thickness, which varied in the range of 0.03–2.2 μm. The optical absorption spectra of the obtained MoS2 films were found to resemble those of thin natural MoS2 single crystals. Dark conductivity of the films with the thickness of d = 0.12–2.2 μm was determined to be ~ 10− 3 S∙cm− 1 at 300 K. Experimental data on the conductivity in the temperature range of 10–300 K were fitted to Mott function for 3D variable-range hopping. The synthesized MoS2 films were found to be photosensitive in the range of 300–800 nm. They provided the value of reduced photocurrent density of about 7∙10− 4 (A∙cm)/(WV) under photoexcitation at 575 nm.

Resume. 1) L'application de la radioscopie permet de constater avec facilite la presence du reflexe de fermeture, produit par I'introduction d'huile dans le duodenum et de mesurer sa duree. 2) En determinant la duree du reflexe de fermeture nous pouvons mesurer l'ktat fonctionel du pancreas et du foie. 3) La duree prolongee du reflexe de fermeture dans les cas d'achylie est particulieement significative, parcequ'elle indique l'abaissement considerable de la fonction du pancreas. 4) L'exploration radioscopique du reflexe de fermeture demontre la presence d'un sphincter duodeni, immediatement au dessous de l'ampoule de duodenum. 5) Apres l'introduction d'huile dans le duodenum, grâce; a la presence du sphincter au-dessous de l'ampoule, la masse opaque ne remplit que l'ampoule duodenale pour un temps prolonge et n'avance pas, malgre la palpation energique. Cela permet d'etudier le tableau morphologique de l'ampoule en details et pendant une periode de temps considerable.

The present article considers models of four-lined gyrostabilized platforms (GSP) and alternative positions of the measuring elements that make it possible to create inertial reference systems on gyrostabilized platforms and construct relationships between the coordinate systems of the platform. The models also make it possible to calculate the angular relocation of a rocket in inertial space with the use of readings of the turning angle sensors of the GSP gimbals.

On the base of photo- and thermostable polyimides (PI) and carbazolyl-containing polymers (CzCP) possessing predominantly p-photoconductivity and doped with perylenediimide derivative (PDID) as an acceptor with n-conductivity, the efficient bipolar polymer nanocomposites are developed. The efficient bipolar transport is obtained for microsegregated triple composites (PI-CzCP-PDID and others) in which there are p- and n-microregions with efficient charge photogeneration (quantum yield up to 0.6) at the extended microphase interface and high photoelectrical sensitivity (up to 400 m2/J) in the UV and visible ranges. The photovoltaic effect is investigated for sandwich cells with (Al, ITO) electrodes. The best parameters are found for triple composite films (0.7–1 μm thickness).

We analyze the stressed state of pipeline T-joints in which the connecting pipe makes an angle of 90° or 45° with the main pipe under the action of torques and bending moments causing the out-of-plane torsion and bending of the T-joint. The influence of the angle of orientation of the connecting pipe on the behavior of the stress tensor is studied for various loading modes. For all investigated loading modes, we determine the stress concentration factors according to the Maxell-More theory of specific distortion strain energy.

Цель. Целью выполненных исследований являлось построение модели обобщенного логистического отображения и оценка возможностей ее использования для формирования математического описания, а также проведение оперативных прогнозов параметров сложных динамических процессов, описываемых временными рядами. Методика. Результаты исследований получены на основе математического и имитационного моделирования нелинейных систем с использованием инструментария хаотической динамики. Результаты. Предложена модель обобщенного логистического отображения, которая применяется для интерпретации характеристик динамических процессов. Рассмотрены некоторые примеры представления процессов на основе обобщенного логистического отображения при вариациях величин параметров модели. Предложены процедуры моделирования и интерпретации данных об исследуемых процессах, представленных временными рядами, а также оперативного прогнозирования их параметров, использующие модели обобщенного логистического отображения. Научная новизна. В статье предложены усовершенствованная математическую модель и обобщенное логистическое отображение, предназначенные для исследования нелинейных дискретных динамических процессов. Практическая значимость. Проведенные с использованием обобщенного логистического отображения исследования процессов железнодорожного транспорта, в частности по оценке параметров вагонопотоков, свидетельствуют о значительных возможностях его применения на практике для решения задач анализа, моделирования и прогнозирования сложных нелинейных дискретных динамических процессов. Предложенная модель может использоваться при учете условий неопределенности, нерегулярности, проявления хаотической природы технических, экономических и других процессов, в том числе, железнодорожного транспорта., Purpose. The aim of the research is to build a model of the generalzed logistic mapping and assessment of the possibilities of its use for the formation of the mathematical description, as well as operational forecasts of parameters of complex dynamic processes described by the time series. Methodology. The research results are obtained on the basis of mathematical modeling and simulation of nonlinear systems using the tools of chaotic dynamics. Findings. A model of the generalized logistic mapping, which is used to interpret the characteristics of dynamic processes was proposed. We consider some examples of representations of processes based on enhanced logistic mapping varying the values of model parameters. The procedures of modeling and interpretation of the data on the investigated processes, represented by the time series, as well as the operational forecasting of parameters using the generalized model of logistic mapping were proposed. Originality. The paper proposes an improved mathematical model, generalized logistic mapping, designed for the study of nonlinear discrete dynamic processes. Practical value. The carried out research using the generalized logistic mapping of railway transport processes, in particular, according to assessment of the parameters of traffic volumes, indicate the great potential of its application in practice for solving problems of analysis, modeling and forecasting complex nonlinear discrete dynamical processes. The proposed model can be used, taking into account the conditions of uncertainty, irregularity, the manifestations of the chaotic nature of the technical, economic and other processes, including the railway ones., Мета. Метою виконаних досліджень була побудова моделі узагальненого логістичного відображення та оцінка можливостей її використання для формування математичного опису, а також проведення оперативних прогнозів параметрів складних динамічних процесів, описуваних часовими рядами. Методика. Результати досліджень отримані на основі математичного та імітаційного моделювання нелінійних систем із використанням інструментарію хаотичної динаміки. Результати. Запропоновано модель узагальненого логістичного відображення, яка застосовується для інтерпретації характеристик динамічних процесів. Розглянуто деякі приклади представлення процесів на основі узагальненого логістичного відображення при варіаціях величин параметрів моделі. Запропоновано процедури моделювання та інтерпретації даних про досліджувані процеси, представлені часовими рядами, а також оперативного прогнозування їх параметрів, що використовують моделі узагальненого логістичного відображення. Наукова новизна. У статті запропоновано вдосконалену математичну модель та узагальнене логістичне відображення, призначені для дослідження нелінійних дискретних динамічних процесів. Практична значимість. Проведені з використанням узагальненого логістичного відображення дослідження процесів залізничного транспорту, зокрема за оцінкою параметрів вагонопотоків, свідчать про значні можливості його застосування на практиці для вирішення завдань аналізу, моделювання та прогнозування складних нелінійних дискретних динамічних процесів. Запропонована модель може використовуватися при обліку умов невизначеності, нерегулярності, прояву хаотичної природи технічних, економічних та інших процесів, у тому числі, залізничного транспорту.

Energetic particle observations made by the Irish SLED instrument on the Phobos 2 spacecraft in 1989 have revealed the presence, within the overall energy range 3.2 MeV, of variously located energetic particle populations in the close Marian environment. The signatures of characteristic boundaries have also been recorded for the first time in energetic particles in the distant Martian magnetotail. The new SLED-II instrument on the Mars-94 Mission is designed to study in detail, with 4π measurement capability, these and other energetic particle phenomena at Mars, while operating, over an extended period, at low altitudes above the planet.

It was demonstrated that plots of the imaginary part vs. the real part of the complex dielectric constant ɛ*(λ) in relation to a wavelength for Cd1−xZnxTe crystals grown from the melt show a series of special features that were not observed in the plots for other II-VI compounds. These features were found to be related to a variety of growth defects and to the considerable influence of electric and elastic-stress fields produced by these defects on the dielectric properties of the crystals.

It is shown that acoustic treatment of piezoelectric zinc selenide crystals by exciting strong natural elastic vibrations can specifically alter their photoelectric and other properties. Irreversible changes in the stressed-strained state of the crystals under this treatment are responsible for characteristic features in the spectral dependences of the permittivity e′(λ) and the dielectric loss coefficient e′’(λ). These dependences plotted in the form of e*(λ) diagrams on the complex plane and also the spectrum of natural elastic vibrations can be used to monitor the treatment process.

We present the first in situ observations and a description of the large-scale behaviour of comet Halley's plasma environment. The PLASMAG-1 experiment, carried aboard the spacecraft Vega 1 and Vega 2, had the following aims: (1) to study the change of plasma parameters and distributions as a function of distance from the nucleus; (2) to investigate the existence and structure of the cometary bow shock; (3) to determine the change in chemical composition of the heavily mass-loaded plasma as the spacecraft approached the comet; and (4) to measure the neutral gas distribution along the spacecraft trajectory. We observe a discontinuity (the ‘cometopause’) between the solar-wind-controlled cometosheath and heavy-ion mantle and the magnetized cometary plasma region. From the measured neutral gas density distribution we estimate a total gas production rate of 1.3×1030 molecules s−1.

The authors study the problems of: the optimum relationship between the proportions of measurement facilities and simulation (forecasting) ones; reliability in estimating (observing) the state of a region, and thus the optimality for the monitoring point location; and monitoring soil, water, and the atmosphere and the relationship between these major environmental components. A figure shows the conceptual model for a regional computerized radiation-environment monitoring system in a zone near a group of nuclear power plants. Intelligent terminal suites are described which collect information on reactor working conditions and engineering monitoring data, as well as data on the flow rates, temperatures, activities, and spectral compositions of gas-aerosol discharges. They also collect metereological data from sensors within the power station area and information on the external dosimetry. The new system will provide improved environmental monitoring and provide an economic effect by substantially reducing manual operations in collecting, storing, and displaying the data.

The physical principles underlying the focused-image holography are considered. An analysis is given of the processes involved in holographic recording of focused images and of their reconstruction by illumination of a hologram with light of different spectral compositions, including white light. The problem of the depth of a scene, which is reconstructed satisfactorily by white light illumination, is discussed. The special features of the recording of focused-image holograms are considered in the case when the reference wave is complex. The quality of the reconstructed image is independent of the dimensions and shape of the reference source and the reasons for this are discussed. Conditions are given for the observation of reconstructed images using reference and reconstructing waves of different forms and spectral compositions. The principles and new applications of holographic focused-image interferometry are considered.

The Sixth All-Union School on the Physical Basis of Holography was held in Erevan on February 11–17, 1974. A brief report is given of the lectures presented and some comments are made about the history and purpose of this school.

The method of holographic subtraction of images is describing. It make it possible to obtain high energy characteristics.

The paper presents the results of the study on the influence of a high substrate bias voltage from 300 up to 1300 V on the titanium nitride coating deposition under nitrogen pressure of 2 Pa. The deposition rate, phase and chemical composition, adhesion and mechanical properties of coatings, macroparticle number and size distribution were investigated.

An analysis is made of reference-beam-free holographic systems from the point of view of the required mechanical stability. It is shown that the stability requirements are easier to satisfy for these systems than for conventional holographic systems.

An analysis is made of the limitations of the depth of a scene which is reconstructed satisfactorily by focused-image holograms. The limitations are due to the dispersion of nonmonochromatic radiation and the finite size of the reference source. The depth of a scene reproduced by white light without visible blurring can be increased by viewing the image at angles corresponding to the extreme edges of the visible spectrum. A review is made of the factors limiting the depth of an image reconstructed with a hologram recorded using an extended reference source. The dependence of the depth of a satisfactorily reconstructed scene on the angular dimensions of the reference source is established. Attention is drawn to the special features observed in a reconstructed scene when a focused-image hologram is rotated.

It is shown that focused-image holographic interferograms can be recorded without the usual isolation from mechanical vibrations. The method involves the use of a reference beam produced by a local reflector.

A theoretical explanation is given of why an increase in the number of modes in laser radiation alters (reduces) the diffraction efficiency of focused holograms obtained by diffuse scattering of the reference beam. It is shown that the visibility of interference fringes obtained in recording of these holograms is governed by the degree of the temporal coherence of the radiation so that it is possible to derive the theoretical dependence of the diffraction efficiency on the number of longitudinal modes and this dependence is in good agreement with the experimental results.

An investigation was made of the influence of the ratio of the intensities of the object and reference beams and of the duration of exposure on the nonlinear distortions in Fresnel and focused-image holograms. It was found that such distortions in focused-image holograms were independent of the ratio of the intensities and of the exposure time in a wide range of both of these quantities.
