In this paper, a dual anode electron gun for Ka-band Space TWT has been simulated using MTSS code and measured using the beam analyzer. In order to determine the differences between simulation and measurement, dependence of the beam current, beam waist radius and throw on various BFE negative bias have been analyzed. Measurement results compared with the simulation are presented.
