KUD Tunas Muda is one of the cooperatives active in using information technology to serve the needs of its members, especially related to oil palm activities. However, not all palm oil activities have been carried out through digitization. This paper aims to provide an overview of the readiness of the KUD located in Riau Province in digitizing smallholder oil palm plantations, which include activities in preparing inputs, cultivation, marketing, and receiving payments. This study also aims to analyze strategic priorities that cooperatives can carry out in digitizing smallholder palm oil. This study uses two methods in its analysis, namely descriptive analysis, and analytical hierarchy process. Based on the study, cooperative management is quite prominent in initiating and building digital systems in services for their members. This is because the KUD already has experience in digitalization, although the function is still limited. According to the analysis, the prioritized strategy is to increase the understanding of oil palm farmers, especially among members, in using digital technology and information to support the digitalization of oil palm plantations. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a very high complication rate and the third-highest cause of death in Indonesia. The management of DM cannot be separated from the action of drug therapy. It is necessary to have pharmaceutical care in handling drug related problems (DRPs) in order to achieve optimal drug effects on patients. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics and incidence of DRPs in type 2 DM patients at the Tuminting Public Health Centre, Manado. Sampling of 42 samples is conducted with a purposive sampling method using medical records and patient medical treatment history data for type 2 DM patients retrospectively from January to June 2019. The data is analyzed descriptively. The results obtained from the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in women were 53.10% and men 46.90%. Most patients with type 2 diabetes were at the age of >60 years, 66.67%. The highest co-morbidity were cardiovascular disorders 24,24%. The most widely used antihyperglycemic drug was metformin 72.50%. The most DRPs incidence occurred in May 2019 at 36.36%, with 59.05% was needing drugs was, 13.64% did not need drugs, 20.45% wrong drugs, 2.27% less dose and 4.55% over dose.

Dikrez Florist is sales of flower bouquets every year there is less increase and sales turnover has also decreased, because the marketing system is not optimal, because customers who order lots of flower bouquets are customers in the company area, while the wider community does not know the location or whereabouts of the company Then, if the customer wants to order a flower bouquet, he must come to the company. As well as processing sales data using simple notes using books. For this reason, it is necessary to make a website-based marketing and sales application of wreaths using the FIFO method so that the marketing system and sales of flower bouquets can be increased, and computerized processing of sales data. The research method used is SDLC with the waterfall model where the stages are analysis, design, coding and testing, and using the FIFO method in making flower bouquet sales reports. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a website-based marketing and sales application of flower arrangements using the FIFO method.

In the last decade, research interest in digital stereotomy has been renewed, with efficiency as a popular objective. However, along with a mainstream focus on full customization, comes a paradox of efficient design yet inefficient fabrication. Provoked by this situation, the potential of modular stereotomy is explored here. By utilizing a parametric design approach and rapid additive prototyping method, sequential experiments were executed to test seventy variations of units. As a result, a clear workflow and an optimized design were generated and used to form a modular stereotomy construction. Finally, efficiency was achieved from three standpoints: main material efficiency through complete modularity, supporting material efficiency through total elimination of shims and up to 91% reduction in falsework, and material use-value maximization through an easy assembly of form and a selection of up to six different constructional strategies to build arches with similar shape and volume.

Transportation is one of the primary needs of human beings that cannot be avoided, with the increasing vehicle can lead to a congested road situation which can lead to less safe road safety. An Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can be used to increase road safety. This system uses a Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) protocol for network access due to its low latency transmission time. Unfortunately, there is research shows that DSRC has a performance issue in a dense area or increased network load. This problem is mostly solved with a heterogeneous network DSRC-LTE but utilizes mobile phone networks that dynamically change can lead to inconsistent and unpredictable network performance. There is some research about ZigBee for ITS shows that it is decent enough for non-critical applications. Thus, the authors try to utilize Zigbee to create the DSRC-Zigbee heterogeneous network so that the network is independent for the ITS application. The proposed heterogeneous network is a fixed model due to its simple architecture. OMNeT++ and Simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) are used to evaluate the performance of the network in an urban area with various scenarios. The simulation result shows that the proposed heterogeneous network is capable to improve the messages dissemination rate by 15.78% and 1.22% in a certain scenario compared to the homogeneous network DSRC only.

Asbuton is a natural asphalt from mountains/rocks on Buton Island, Indonesia, with deposits of 677.247 million tons with an estimated bitumen content ranging from 15% to 35% or equivalent to 170 million tons of asphalt. The use of granular asbuton in an asphalt mixture requires modifier/rejuvenating material with low viscosity so that it can enter the asbuton granules more easily and can soften the asbuton bitumen and mobilize it evenly in the asphalt mixture. Coconut shell biobinder (BioCS) is a bio-oil fraction produced from fast pyrolysis of coconut shell, with the ability as a modifier/rejuvenator. The use of BioCS for granular asbuton on asphalt mixtures can be an alternative environmentally friendly road pavement technology. Before conducting tests on the asphalt mixture, it is necessary to test the characteristics of the asphalt binder, which is bioasbuton®, which is a binder from BioCS with asbuton bitumen at an optimum composition that can be used as an alternative binder for asphalt mixture. The tests include a chemical structure test using fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), a morphological and elemental content test with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive x-ray (EDX) analysis, a basic physical properties test with a basic rheological test, and a mechanistic physical properties test through dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) temperature sweep. As an asphalt binder base, the asphalt pen 60/70 was used which was then compared with bioasbuton® and asbuton bitumen. The test results show that the characteristics of bioasbuton® are better than asbuton bitumen and meet the specifications of pen 60/70. Based on the results of this study, prove that bioasbuton® as an alternative asphalt binder that has good potential, especially at high temperature performance.

The level of demand for electrical energy in Indonesia is currently getting higher and will continue with the increase in population so that it is required to conduct research in the field of renewable energy. To be able to support renewable energy research, a switching circuit is needed for the battery charging system. The switching circuit used is a converter bidirectional circuit controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller based on PI (Proportional-Integral) control. PI control functions to regulate the voltage so that it has a stable output voltage value. From the research results of the Konverter bidirectional circuit, using trial and error control constants Kp: 2,6 and Ki: 5,6, it was found that the battery charging time was obtained with an initial voltage of 22.9 Volt to 24 Volt battery without using PI control, which was 6 hours 57 minutes, whereas if using the PI control with Kp: 2,6 and Ki: 5,6 with the initial battery voltage of 22.9 Volt to 24 Volt, the battery charging becomes faster, which is 2 hours 45 minutes.

Food fraud is one of the risks in the supply chain globalization. A complex and long supply chain withdifferent locations, cultures, business ethics, policies and surveillance systems are the contributing factorsto food fraud. This study aims to identify food fraud vulnerability factors in milk powder producers. Itwas conducted in two companies which uses powder and liquid milk as the raw materials which istypical in Indonesian powdered milk industry. The study steps consist of respondents determination,data collection and analysis, formulating mitigation strategies. The respondents were company’s headof departments and a government officer of the National Agency for Drug and Food. Data collectionand analysis were carried out with the Safe Supply Affordable Food Everywhere (SSAFE) tool, whilemitigation strategies was formulated through Focus Group Discussion. The results show that vulnerabilityto food fraud rooted from the opportunity factor, namely the easiness and availability of technologyto commit fraud, motivational factor namely the level of corruption and regulatory differences thataffect prices, control measures factors due to lack of supervision, employee integrity tests and preventionguidelines. Internally improving control measures within the company and guideline prevention fromthe government were mitigation measures to be done.

Indonesia is the number one producer and exporter of palm oil globally. About 85% of palm oil is used for food applications. Consequently, issues related to food safety and nutrition have always been a major concern, both for producers and consumers of palm oil. In this respect, the palm oil industry must put serious effort to comply with food safety and quality standards, such as those of Codex standards, especially specified at Codex Standard for named vegetable oils (CXS 210-1999).

Biocellulose mask sheet is a new found pharmaceutical cosmetic design that widely commercial. Mostly due to it’s biodegradable properties, provide an eco-friendly waste. Combination of Aloe vera essence (AE) and Vit E to provide and determine it’s respective anti-acne properties in biocellulose mask form. Formulation of biocellulose mask with the help of Acetobacter xylinum bacteria varied with different formulae: F1 (Vitamin E 1%), F2 (E 2.5 %), F3 (AE 5%), F4 (AE 2.5%+Vit E 1%) and F5 (AE 5%+Vit E 1%) followed antimicrobials test with common acne bacteria by diffusion disk against Propionibacterium acne (PAC) ATCC 6919 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAA) ATCC 27853. Study revealed that each formulae design F1; F2; F3; F4; F5 tested against PAC diffusion disk resulted 7.86; 11.67; 10.13; 112.10; 10.33 mm respectively. As for PAA diffusion disk resulted 7.76; 11.63; 10.33; 11.67; 11.00 mm respectively. Biocellulose mask containing combination of AE 2.5% and Vit E (F4) would provide the best anti-acne activity amongst other formulae.

With the IoT based prototype electronic device control system, users can control electronic devices at home. Commands can be done in two ways, namely using voice or voice control with the Google Assistant application and using the interface buttons on the Blynk application. The prototype system can control electronic devices on and off and can control fan speed. The main component uses NodeMCU as a microcontroller that is equipped with a WiFi module so that it can be connected to the WiFi network needed to be connected to the internet. This system works when the user gives voice commands to control electronic devices via Google Assistant or the user can also control electronic devices by pressing a button on the Blynk application. Based on the results of testing the success of controlling using the voice control system has an average success of 100%, and testing the success of controlling using the Blynk system has an average of 100%. While the measurement of delay when controlling using voice control, each command has an average delay of 15.8797 - 17.9731 milliseconds, and while for testing using the interface button on the Blynk application, each command has an average delay of 15.8926-17. 5463 milliseconds.

Study of the stability of the open pit highwall slope at PIT 22 GN PT Kitadin Site Embalut, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province was carried out with the aim to know the rock characteristics, to calculate slope geometry stable safety factors, and to recognize the type of landslide using a bishop method. The results of the modeling consist of several heights and slopes, as well as angles that is formed. Section AA’ has a safety factor value of 1.387, section BB has a safety factor of 1.482, section BB' has a safety factor value of 1.390, section DD' has a safety factor value of 1.318, section EE has a safety factor value of 2,381, section FF' has a safety factor value of 2.426, section GG' has a safety factor value of 2.424, section HH 'has a safety factor value of 2.339.

The Supreme Court Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Trial Protocols and Security in a Court Environment has created a lot of pros and cons from various perspectives. There are many regulations that allow it as a form of freedom of expression, some are related to human rights violations, fulfillment and protection. In this paper the author uses a qualitative research methodology with legal materials sourced from the Supreme Court Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Trial Protocols and Security in a Court Environment and other laws and regulations, and theories by experts from the literature related to this research. The results of the study state that the importance of implementing regulations regarding freedom of expression through digital media in Indonesia, and the application of Law No.39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and specifically regulating Information and Electronic Transactions through Law No.11 of 2008.Keywords: Restriction; The judge; Record

Menurut World Health Organisation (WHO), lansia adalah seseorang yang telah memasuki usia 60 tahun keatas. Berdasarkan data tercatat dari Radio Suara Surabaya mulai Januari 2017 sampai dengan Juli 2019, Radio Suara Surabaya telah menerima 618 laporan pendengar tentang orang hilang karena demensia atau pikun. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif agar tetap dapat mengawasi keberadaan lansia dengan memanfaatkan modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m dan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Selain itu pengawas dapat menggunakan aplikasi android untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi geofence. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan hasil dengan pengujian modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m diletakkan pada lokasi dan kondisi yang berbeda menghasilkan penerimaan sinyal informasi didapat dari 3-9 satelit informasi yang mengirimkan sinyal. Pengujian selisih jarak dilakukan pada 10 titik lokasi yang berbeda menghasilkan selisih jarak dari 1 m hingga 8 m. selain itu, terdapat pengujian delay pengiriman data yang dilakukan pada waktu yang berbeda dari pagi, siang, dan malam hari yang menghasilkan delay mulai dari 0.2 detik hingga 1 detik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi geofence menghasilkan aplikasi geofence dapat menerapkan geofence bagi lansia dengan penggambaran radius lingkaran sebesar 100 m berdasarkan titik pusat dari sebuah lokasi yang ditentukan. The research conducted was devised with the aim of determining the effect of Euphorbia prostrata hydroalcoholic leaf extract on paw swelling, joint destruction, and the formation of inflammation-producing cytokines in animal models of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Hydroalcoholic Euphorbia prostrata extract and a reference drug (indomethacin 3mg/kg), were both administered orally on a daily basis at varying doses; low (50 mg/kg), medium (100 mg/kg), and high (200 mg/kg) for a period of 21 days. Cilembu Sweet Potato that does not taste honey when eaten will reduce the delicacy because during the roasting process using an oven, there is no temperature control system that causes not toasted properly. Since reversing Cilembu yams is still done manually which can be endangering workers if exposed to a hot part of the oven. Because of this, the researcher will make it easier for users to work on the cilembu sweet potato roasting process more effectively than an oven control system is made. The implementation system is done by entering the temperature setpoint value and the timer via the remote displayed on the LCD, then the data is sent using a wireless module when the oven's half-timer time will rotate automatically by using the servo metal gear. The results are carried out by using a remote temperature control in the oven by entering the temperature setpoint value and the timer via the remote displayed on the LCD, then the data is sent using the wireless module when the furnace timer half time in the oven will rotate automatically using a metal servo gear. The system performance is designed to work within 2 hours with a weight of 1 kg of cilembu sweet potato using a temperature of 100.50 ° C.

The variables used were the quality of service, product or course of study, satisfaction and loyalty. Analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis). The results of the analysis stated that the quality of services and products or programs of study influence the satisfaction of students at the University August 17, 1945 Banyuwangi. And quality of services and products or programs of study influence the loyalty of students at the University August 17, 1945 Banyuwangi through intervening variable satisfaction.

Opinion Analysis is a research study needed to social media, since the content could become a trending topic and has a significant impact on social life. One of the social media that have a big contribution to cyberspace and information development is Twitter. In the Twitter application, users can insert images that represent emotions, facial expressions, or icons. Emoji is a graphic symbol in the form of an image to express a thing, with the Emoji, a text can be read and understood according to its meaning because the image represents it. Of the several things that have been mentioned then, the researchers conducted research on the classification of tweet content based on the use of Emojis. This study aims to determine the emotional uses of Twitter in one period. Every tweet on the Twitter timeline, which contains both text and Emojis, will be classified according to several categories. The algorithm used was Naïve Bayes. It calculated the probability of Emoji tweet to obtain the text classification with Emojis. The results of the classification of emotions are grouped with three categories, namely "angry," "joy," and "sad," it showed that the category "joy" had become the emotional trend of Twitter users where Emojis (x1f60a) dominate the most. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the algorithm used to reach 90% with a 70:30 holdout technique.

CO2 gas injection is one of the recommended enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods by injecting CO2 through reservoir pores after the residual saturation is reached, since CO2 dissolves easily in oil phase as confirmed by many other researchers in pertaining field studies. An integrated system is urgently required for assessing CO2-EOR study, covering multi-disciplinary aspects as follows: geology, geophysics, reservoir, production, process and economic. Hence, those systems must be reliable in suggesting final decision for feasibility of CO2-EOR operation program, applicable either for pilot scale or for full scale. This paper is proposing an integrated system evaluation, which has the following features: (1) estimate fraction of dissolved CO2, (2) estimate viscosity reduction, (3) estimate future oil productivity index resulted, (4) forecast incremental oil production, (5) estimate surface facilities equipment design, (6) evaluate economical aspects and (7) generate final decision for feasibility of CO2-EOR operation program. Finally, as the main objective of this program, those systems will present a picture of essential reason why we need to promote or reject CO2-EOR plan program, and also some recommendations will be presented in case the CO2-EOR plan does not perform as expected.

Permasalahan yang akan diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran seorang agen asuransi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terhadapa asuransi takaful. Dalam penelitian ini juga berusaha menjawab bagaimana sikap perilaku nasabah terhadap eksistensi asuaransi syariah. Kedua bagaimana kerja keras seorang agen asuransi syariah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Model penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil daripada penelitian ini, agen memiliki peran dalam mengakses informasi, menjaga image asuransi syariah, memberikan solusi dan konsultasi terhadap nasabah yang prospektif. Virtualization technology has been applied to universities with computer study programs to support practicum in Network Management courses. Each user gets a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with container technology. VPS system that is prepared manually requires a long time, especially when the number of users is increasing. The activity repeats every semester so it becomes ineffective and inefficient. Application of automation using Ansible can help to manage VPS objects in the Promox Virtual Environment (PVE) Cluster dynamically. Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) was used as a method in this study. The design of the VPS management automation system created supports the grouping of container, user and permission resource management for users. The design is implemented in Ansible Playbook. The test results show the average time of making VPS objects per student with an automation system 2 (two) times faster, that is 26.25 seconds compared to the old system which takes 2 minutes 15 seconds. Besides that, the Playbook that was created succeeded in automating the start and stop containers per group of students based on the practicum schedule dynamically so as to maintain the availability of services from the PVE Cluster.

Robotic technology that is developing rapidly triggers robotics developers to improve their abilities, especially in the field of robot control and monitoring. Today, robots are indeed present in human life in various forms. One type of robot that is often developed by robotics developers is the Industrial Mini Manual Robot. An industrial mini manual robot is a transporter robot that is equipped with a gripper and is controlled manually by the user through a joystick controller both wired and wireless. The manual robot with cable joystick control is very inefficient in its use so research on wireless joysticks is carried out. However, the current wireless joystick still uses the single-channel method, thereby eliminating multitasking capabilities such as those of the wired joystick robot. In this research, the design of multichannel transceivers for control and monitoring so that the robot has the ability to multitasking and the movement of the robot is not disturbed by wires. Multichannel transceivers use different frequency channels to transmit data. The command data and monitoring data can be transmitted simultaneously. This multi-channel transceiver has an average pairing time of 23.59 ms, a range of 116 meters in each channel and large power consumption of 59 mA.

The system to be researched is a wireless intelligent power switch. The system will be created using 2 types of resources and each load will be linked to a switch to determine the power distribution. The power distribution decision making involves an artificial intelligence-based on backpropagation neural network. The results of the comparison between the outcomes of Matlab simulation and the anticipated target showed excellent outcomes after testing the system, with accurate 94.3% and delay transmission 5 – 10 second.

In 2016-2017, foodborne outbreaks in Indonesia were mostly due to foods from households and street food vendors, indicating that people do not understand and apply food safety practices properly. In 2015, the government of Indonesia initiated a community-based food safety empowerment program to increase food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior of selected communities. Knowledge, attitude, and behavior are variables which can appropriately be analyzed by multivariate analysis. This study aimed to determine the characteristics and relationships of food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior in the intervened communities using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The study used purposive method to establish the respondents and developed a questionnaire to collect the responses. A total of 254 respondents were obtained from 9 urban areas in DKI Jakarta Province. Analysis using PLS-SEM concluded one statement for knowledge, three statements for attitude, and six statements for behavior as the statement characteristics for food safety. Results of this study suggest that knowledge affects food safety attitude and behavior significantly, but attitude does not influence behavior significantly. These results indicated the need to improve food safety knowledge in order to improve food safety attitude and behavior of the communities. However, it is important to realize that the transformation of attitude into behavior requires other factors such as environmental support and ease of the application of the principle of food safety.

Asthma is a common chronic inflammatory disease associated with intermittent airflow obstruction caused by airway inflammation, mucus overproduction, and bronchial hyperresponsiveness. Despite current treatment and management options, a large number of patients with asthma still have poorly controlled disease and are susceptible to acute exacerbations, usually caused by a respiratory virus infection. As a result, there remains a need for novel therapies to achieve better control and prevent/treat exacerbations. Nanoparticles (NPs), including extracellular vesicles (EV) and their synthetic counterparts, have been developed for drug delivery in respiratory diseases. In the case of asthma, where airway epithelium dysfunction, including dysregulated differentiation of epithelial cells, impaired barrier, and immune response, is a driver of disease, targeting airway epithelial cells with NPs may offer opportunities to repair or reverse these dysfunctions with therapeutic interventions. EVs possess multiple advantages for airway epithelial targeting, such as their natural intrinsic cell-targeting properties and low immunogenicity. Synthetic NPs can be coated with muco-inert polymers to overcome biological barriers such as mucus and the phagocytic response of immune cells. Targeting ligands could be also added to enhance targeting specificity to epithelial cells. The review presents current understanding and advances in NP-mediated drug delivery to airway epithelium for asthma therapy. Future perspectives in this therapeutic strategy will also be discussed, including the development of novel formulations and physiologically relevant preclinical models.

Provision of teaching materials in term of module can be an alternative to meet the learning needs of science. The study aimed at describing science module constructed based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) equipped with valid and effective biotechnology games for learning science in junior high school. This Research and Development (R&D) was developed using the 4D model (Thiagarajan). This research was conducted at MTsN (State of Islamic Secondary School) 2 Jember, involved 30 IX graders. The design used was one group pretest-posttest design as the test of effectiveness. This study used STEAM-based science module equipped with biotechnology games, test, and validation sheets as research instruments. The validation results by experts were converted into categories. The effectivity test data was analyzed using N-gain and paired samples t-test. The average of validation results of material, media, and users was 87.17 (very valid). The effectivity test results showed the increase of students’ cognitive learning outcome [N-gain value = 0.72 (high category), t(29) = 9.030, p < 0.05]. Therefore, the module developed is valid and effective in improving the learning of biotechnology science which means that the use of this module is recommended to be implemented in biotechnology learning process.

Coffee constitutes a plant product high in economic value. Extremely abundant throughout Indonesia, different varieties can be found in each region. Coffee leaves represent a by-product of coffee production which are disposed of without being subjected to further processing. One advantage of coffee leaf waste is that it can be made into coffee leaf tea, to prevent various diseases. The caffeine and tannin content can be optimized by temperature and brewing time. Research on coffee leaf tea remains limited, with little study of Liberica coffee leaf tea. This investigation was to determine the optimal brewing time and temperature of Robusta (Coffea canephora) and Liberica (Coffea liberica) coffee leaf tea. This research used the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) method with Central Composite Design (CCD). Data analysis using RSM method was conducted incorporating two factors. The first factor was the brewing temperature with a minimum value of 91 °C and a maximum value of 99 °C. The second factor was brewing time with minimum and maximum values of three and seven minutes respectively. Identifying the optimal treatment was based on two factors, caffeine and tannin content. Optimized processes were applied to conduct organoleptic tests on 110 untrained panelists using the Rate-All-That-Apply (RATA) method to highlight the majority attributes experienced by the panelists. The optimal brewing temperature and duration for robusta coffee leaf tea were 93.43 °C and 4.80 minutes which produced caffeine and tannin levels of 74.90 mg.100mL-1 and 293.01 µg.g-1 respectively. In contrast, in the case of Liberica coffee leaf tea, the optimal brewing conditions comprised a temperature of 91.65 °C and duration of 4.84 minutes which produced caffeine and tannin levels of 72.52 mg.100mL-1 and 415.87 µg.g-1. Results of sensory analysis showed that the majority produced five significant characteristics, namely: sweet flavor, fire flavor, sweet taste, bitter taste and astringent mouthfeel.

Indigenous microorganisms effectively accelerate the decomposition of agricultural waste and agricultural waste that has been decomposed properly can be an organic fertilizer containing macro and microelements. The aim of the study was to determine the potential of indigenous cellulolytic fungi in the palm oil stems after replanting. The research was conducted at the Cikabayan Experimental Field Bogor Agricultural University, Dramaga, West Java. The experiment was conducted in October 2018 until January 2019, using a randomized complete block design consisting of four decomposition methods treatment: control, added with decomposer, chopping, and chopping+decomposer. The results showed that four isolates and isolate A were chosen to calculate the number of fungi at a dilution rate of 10-6 because they had the largest diameter. The identification results of isolate A were Trichoderma harzianum fungi and it was concluded that Trichoderma sp. in the palm oil stem after replanting, it has the potential as an indigenous cellulolytic fungus of oil palm trunks. The chopping+decomposer treatment can accelerate the weathering of the oil palm stem with a significant influence between the treatments that have met the requirements of compost maturity as specified in SNI 19-7030-2004 with ratio C/N 16.11 at 3 months after treatment. Keamanan merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dalam Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang telah dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang. Pemanfaatan TI dapat memperlancar operasional sehingga meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Namun di sisi lain apabila tidak dijaga keamanannya maka akan berdampak pada ketersediaan layanan. Setiap institusi atau lembaga harus memiliki pencegahan terhadap keterbukaan akses dari pihak yang tidak berhak. Peran pertahanan sistem pada umumnya terletak pada administrator sebagai pengelola jaringan yang memiliki akses penuh terhadap infrastruktur jaringan yang dibangunnya. Terdapat berbagai metode yang dihasilkan oleh beberapa peneliti yang telah menerapkan pengamanan terkait layanan pada server Internet salah satunya adalah Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). Sistem IPS yang diterapkan oleh peneliti terdahulu belum terintegrasi dengan telegram sehingga administrator system yang sedang berada di luar instansi atau perusahaan tidak dapat mengetahui ketika server mengalami serangan. Selain itu pemblokiran terhadap serangan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan IPTables sehingga memerlukan campur tangan administrator system. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka mendorong peneliti mengembangkan system IPS yang diintegrasikan dengan Telegram dan IPTables sehingga administrator system dapat memperoleh notifikasi ketika terjadi serangan kapan pun dan dimana pun. Selain itu system dapat secara otomatis melakukan pemblokiran serangan. Pada tahap analysis dilakukan pengumpulan data dan analisa data. Pada tahap desain dilakukan rancangan jaringan ujicoba, pengalamatan IP, perancangan alur kerja system dan kebutuhan perangkat keras dan lunak. Pada tahap simulation prototyping memuat tentang instalasi konfigurasi pada masing-masing perangkat, ujicoba dan analisa hasil ujicoba. Terdapat 5 skenario uji coba yang dilakukan meliputi Ftp Attack, Telnet Attack, Bruteforce Form Login menggunakan Hydra Attack, Remote File Incusion (RFI) Attack serta Http Bruteforce menggunakan Hydra Attack. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan IPS berbasis Snort yang diintegrasikan dengan telegram serta IPTables maka server dapat mendeteksi serangan yang masuk. ABSTRACT Security is one very important part in Information Technology (IT) which has been utilized in various fields. Utilization of IT can facilitate operations so as to improve service quality. But on the other hand if it is not maintained its security will have an impact on the availability of services. Every institution or institution must have a prevention against open access from unauthorized parties. The role of the defense system in general lies with the administrator as a network manager who has full access to the network infrastructure that he built. There are various methods produced by several researchers who have implemented security-related services on an Internet server, one of which is the Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). The IPS system implemented by previous researchers has not been integrated with telegrams so that system administrators who are outside the agency or company cannot find out when the server has an attack. Besides blocking attacks is still done manually using IPTables so that it requires the intervention of a system administrator. Based on these problems, it encourages researchers to develop IPS systems that are integrated with Telegram and IPTables so that system administrators can get notifications when an attack occurs anytime and anywhere. In addition the system can automatically block attacks. In the analysis phase, data collection and data analysis are carried out. At the design stage, a trial network design, IP addressing, system workflow design and hardware and software requirements are carried out. At the simulation stage prototyping includes the configuration installation on each device, testing and analyzing the results of trials. There are 5 test scenarios conducted including Ftp Attack, Telnet Attack, Bruteforce Form Login using Hydra Attack, Remote File Incusion (RFI) Attack and Http Bruteforce using Hydra Attack. The conclusion of this study is the application of Snort-based IPS integrated with telegram and IPTables, the server can detect incoming attacks.

This study aims to measure the performance of a mixture of Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course (AC-WC) with addition of crumb rubber using a dry process, where crumb rubber as an aggregate replacement of fraction no. 50 with mixture variations of 0%, 25%, and 50%. The method used in this research is the experimental method in the laboratory. Primary data collection is done through testing of aggregates, asphalt, crumb rubber, and mixtures. Hot mix design used Marshall test to obtain Optimum Bitumen Content (OBC). Laboratory test in OBC conditions obtain consist of Resilient Modulus test used Dynamic Testing System (DTS) at 25°C, 35°C, and 45°C and rut depth test used Hamburg Wheel Tracking (HWT) at temperatures 45°C and 60°C. The results of addition of crumb rubber content to the mixture can increase the value of OBC and reduce the value of Marshall stability, the percentage of 50% crumb rubber obtained highest OBC and the lowest Marshall stability. The crumb rubber content in the mixture lowers the value of Modulus Resilient, AC-WC with 0% crumb rubber has the highest value. At a temperature of 60°C, 25% crumb rubber content in the mixture reduces the rut depth value. Based on the Marshall stability, Resilient Modulus, and rut depth values, then the crumb rubber content to replace aggregate fraction no. 50 in the AC-WC gives the highest value is 25% in laboratory test. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja campuran laston lapis aus (AC-WC) yang dimodifikasi dengan serbuk ban bekas (crumb rubber) menggunakan proses kering, dimana crumb rubber sebagai subtitusi agregat fraksi no. 50 dengan variasi campuran 0%, 25%, dan 50%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen di laboratorium. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui pengujian terhadap agregat, aspal, crumb rubber, dan campuran. Perencanaan campuran beraspal panas menggunakan metode Marshall untuk mendapatkan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO). Pengujian laboratorium pada kondisi KAO yang didapat terdiri atas pengujian Modulus Resilien dengan menggunakan alat Dynamic Testing System (DTS) pada temperatur 25°C, 35°C, dan 45°C serta pengujian rut depth dengan menggunakan alat Hamburg Wheel Tracking (HWT) pada temperatur 45°C dan 60°C. Dari hasil pengujian penambahan crumb rubber pada campuran dapat meningkatkan nilai KAO dan menurunkan nilai stabilitas Marshall, dimana pada persentase 50% crumb rubber didapat KAO tertinggi dan stabilitas Marshall terendah. Penambahan crumb rubber dalam campuran menurunkan nilai Modulus Resilien, dimana campuran AC-WC dengan 0% crumb rubber memiliki nilai yang paling tinggi. Selain itu, pada temperatur 60°C penambahan 25% crumb rubber dalam campuran memperkecil nilai rut depth. Berdasarkan nilai stabilitas Marshall, Modulus Resilien, dan rut depth tersebut maka kadar crumb rubber untuk pengganti agregat fraksi no. 50 yang memberikan nilai terbaik pada campuran AC-WC adalah 25% sesuai dengan pengujian di laboratorium.

The estuary of the Seletreng river is located in the Banyuglugur area of the Situbondo Regency and is directly adjacent to the shrimp pond area. The estuary of this river is widely used by local residents to look for fish, crabs. The existence of shrimp ponds near the mouth of this river has made many changes to the surrounding ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to determine the diversity index of macrozoobenthos and to determine the uniformity of macrozoobenthos. This research was conducted in February-March 2019, located in the waters of the mouth of the Seletreng Banyuglugur river, Situbondo district. Uses 5 stations with 3 repetitions. The diversity index value at the five stations, namely at station 1 is at a value of 0.66 which is categorized as low, at station 2 it is 0.36, at station 3 is 0.53, at station 4 is 0.65, at station 5 is 0, 25 wherefrom all stations the diversity index value is less than 1 and categorized as low diversity. The uniformity index value at the five stations, namely at station 1 is at a value of 0.37, at station 2 is 0.18, at station 3 is 0.24, at station 4 is 0.40, at station 5 is 0.12 wherefrom all stations diversity index value less than 1 and categorized on uniformity depressed.

Oil losses is a problem that often arises in oil and gas industries either in onshore or offshore area. There is a loss discrepancy between total quantities from shippers and measurement in the storage tanks; the total sending volume is lower than the measured volume in the mixing tank in a gathering station; this is known as oil losses. When this occurs, an agreement to determine a fair share of the losses must be made. There are two categories of oil losses, they are individual and group losses. Individual loss occurs when oil from one shipper has not been mixed yet with other oils. This includes emulsion and evaporative losses. Group loss occurs during mixing oils in the same storage tank or pipeline. Furthermore, by knowing the causes of oil losses, a way to minimize oil losses can be determined.

This study aims to determine the development of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) biology education pre-service teachers using research-based biotechnology book equipped with a virtual laboratory. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Program-University of Jember, which involved 32 pre-service teachers who took the biotechnology course. This research applied Reflective, Recursive, Design, and Development (R2D2) design model and paired sample t-test to figure out differences between before and after using the developed product. The validation process involved six experts of content, media development, and user. The results of the book and virtual laboratory validation showed an average value of 86.17%, which is classified as a very valid category. The pre-service teacher response revealed an excellent value of 80.58%. Subsequently, a biotechnology book and virtual laboratory were used to test the TPACK competencies level of biology pre-service teachers. The paired sample t-test results showed 0,000 values, which means there were significant differences before and after the use of the research-based book and virtual laboratory developed. Mobile forensics is needed to analyze digital evidence on social media applications installed on Android smartphones. Indonesia through the National Standardization Agency (BSN) also issued standards related to digital forensics. Standards which are derived from ISO / IEC regulate Security Techniques - Guidelines for the Identification, Collection, Acquisition and Preservation of Digital Evidence. This standardization is known as SNI ISO / IEC 27037: 2014. Exploration of ethnopedagogical values of the Osing tribe is essential to uncover the values of biological characters because the Osing tribe 3closely related to the application of biological science, for example, in utilizing plants for traditional ceremonial activities or as medicinal plants. This study aims to explore the character values contained in the folk song of the Osing Banyuwangi tribe, related to the formation of attitudes or characters needed in studying biology. The study was conducted using a survey method using structured interview techniques, semi-structured interviews, and in-depth interviews of 15 informants selected using Purposive Sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis consists of 3 stages: data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. The results of the study mentioned that the ethno-pedagogical values are found in “Tetak-tetak” and “Nggolek Ilmu” folk song of Fatrah-Abal. These two songs express explicit and implicit values of biological characters. The tetak-tetak and nggolek ilmu folk song became a community media in instilling the attitude or character values needed in studying biology at pre-school age. These values ​​will be further developed in learning biology in schools, which are carried out in an integrated manner in affective aspect.

Sharia Edugame is an information technology-based educational media with islamic content. Sharia Edugame is expected to be a learning media that supports early childhood education. Edugame has 7 indicators, namely overall value, usability, accuracy, appropriateness, relevance, objectives and feed back. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing sharia edugame on educator literacy performance. The object chosen in this study was the TK Islam Hidayatullah Semarang. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a total of 21 educators. The data in this study were obtained by questionnaire method which was filled independently. The analysis used in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove and give the conclusion that the implementation of sharia edugame has a positive and significant effect on performance literacy. Household waste is becoming a common problem in our society. The consumptive lifestyle that is not supported by a good awareness of waste management resulting in increased waste volume. It will give a bad impact on the environment. This community service activity was aimed to provide solutions to waste problems in Gedongarum Village. The programs arranged were: waste sorting through socialization and training activity of 4R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace), and manufacturing of waste sorting facilities. The results of the evaluation showed that the awareness of the community to the importance of waste sorting and processing increased by 58.7% and the knowledge on waste management, increased by 76.05%. The effectiveness of the program's success amounted to 71.7%, while 86,9% of the respondents support the activities to be sustainable.

The manual process for checking the billing file causes the length of the payment process due to the large number of billing files that have to be processed and not connected between one part and another so that to conduct a complete data check must ask directly the relevant part. Because of this, the author tries to make the bill payment system of suppliers at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This payment system analysis is made to solve the problems that exist in this company in order to achieve an effective and efficient system in carrying out activities in the company. This paper discusses about the oil losses due to emulsion, flash, and mixing oil phenomena that frequently happened in the oil and gas companies. The goals of this work are to calculate the emulsion and vapor correction volumes, shrinkage correction volume of the mixture of two or more crude oils with different densities, and to compare between the common proportional method that usually utilized in petroleum industries and the new proposed stratified method for determining of sharing oil losses. The mixing of crude oils from 7 shippers in Krisna field would be used as a case study, and the equation of API 12.3 was chosen to calculate a shrinkage correction volume. Oils from shippers S1, S2, and S3 were first mixed together in TANK-1 of the 1st station; the mixed oil of TANK-1 was then transported to the next station and stored in the TANK-2 and mixed with other oils from shippers S4 and S5; and finally, the mixed oil of TANK-2 was transported to the final station and stored in the TANK-3 and mixed with other oils from shippers S6 and S7. The proportional method gave almost the same shrinkage correction factor (SCF) for all shippers about 0.20%, while stratified method resulted SCF in between 0.05 and 0.31%. Based on our analysis, more often oil mixes with others its volume would be more decreased. The stratified method is therefore recommended to determine sharing oil losses since it gives a fair result.

Entrepreneurial success is determined by the competencies of an entrepreneur and will directly affect the success of business performance. This study aims to examine empirically the influence of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance. Entrepreneurship competency is measured by 15 indicators (Ability to control risk, autonomy, Search for and analyze information, Communication, Dynamic, Build social networks, Change management, Initiatives, Innovation, Integrity, Leadership, Results-oriented, Negotiation, Problem solving and Responsibility ) While Business Performance is measured by 5 indicators (profit growth, sales growth, capital growth, efficiency and customer growth). The sample in this study was MSMEs in the city of Tarakan using a sample probability area sample method based on the sub -district area. The data analysis technique uses the PLS-SEM method with the WarpPls 6.0 application. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial competence has a positive impact on business performance. This study supports the RBV theory which states that a company's competitive advantage is generated from its unique resources.

Antibiotics are not only used for humans, but also often used for cattle and livestock which are then been consumed by humans. This over prescribed and missed used of antibiotic is a major factor in antibiotic resistance. Antibiotic resistance is a condition where bacteria are unable to be treated with antibiotics. In fact, the use of antibiotics is the first response in curing infectious diseases (by bacteria) and preventing infectious diseases spreading. With antibiotic resistance, preventing infectious diseases by bacteria became harder. This community service activity came up with a slogan "Antibiotic Resistence Awareness Movement" was carried out in Surabaya 10 Public High Schools and Surabaya 17 Public High Schools with 60 students per school using several methods, namely: (a) giving lecture material using LCD projectors ) the implementation of poster making competitions, and (c) poster presentations that have been made that are accompanied by question and answer, and (d) evaluation activities in the form of written tests covering pre-test and post-test. Concerning the results of posters results, poster presentations and improving the results of this posttest can be concluded as a result of an increase in understanding and or knowledge of students of SMA 10 and SMA 17 Surabaya

This paper investigates the energy performance of an office building with a ventilated composite Trombe wall for winter heating application. The heating potential of composite Trombe wall for an office building was estimated using the dynamic thermal load calculation software, THERB for HAM. We designed a new composite Trombe wall which is oriented on the south side of the office building, and designed pipe with the fan that can control thermo-circulation, located in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan. The office building satisfies the Japan thermal regulation. The central concrete core of the wall is covered with a layer of dark paint, to improve absorptivity of the wall. In addition, to control air flow from the ventilated air layer to the indoor, the ventilation rates of the fan were controlled at 40 m3/h. The effects of those fans that is turned on and off at different time were also investigated. The temperature of the air layer of composite Trombe wall and the room is simulated. The investigation showed that the composite Trombe wall with optimized ventilation can reduce annual energy cost up to 3.7% compared to the composite Trombe wall without air supply.

الملخص: أهداف البحث: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير أخذ المستخلص مايرميليون فورميكاريوس (ليث عفرين) عن طريق الفم على أنسجة الكبد والكلى في الفئران المصابة بالسكري الناجم عن الستربتوزوتوزين. طرق البحث: تم تحضير ٢٤ فأرا عن طريق حقنهم بجرعة واحدة من الستربتوزوتوزين داخل الصفاق وتم تقسيمهم إلى ست مجموعات. مجموعة المراقبة السلبية، ومجموعة المراقبة الإيجابية التي عولجت بغليبينكلاميد. تلقت أربع مجموعات علاجية مستخلص مايرميليون فورميكاريوس (ليث عفرين) بجرعة ٢.٥، و٥، و٧.٥، و١٠ مجم/كجم من وزن الجسم، على التوالي. ثم استخدمت مقاطع رقيقة دائمة لدراسة أنسجة الكبد والكلى للفئران. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن الجرعة الأنسب لخفض مستويات الجلوكوز في الدم بعد يومين من العلاج كانت ١٠ مجم/ كجم من وزن الجسم لمستخلص مايرميليون فورميكاريوس (ليث عفرين). أظهر الفحص النسيجي للكبد والكلى أن مستخلص ليث عفرين ١٠ مجم/كجم من وزن الجسم و٥ مجم/كجم من وزن الجسم ينتج تأثيرات إصلاحية أكثر على الأنسجة التالفة. الاستنتاجات: مستخلص مايرميليون فورميكاريوس (ليث عفرين) كانت له القدرة على خفض مستوى السكر في الدم كما كانت له أيضا القدرة على إصلاح تلف الأعضاء الناجم عن ارتفاع السكر في الدم. Abstract: Objectives: In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of oral administration of Myrmeleon formicarius (antlion) extract on liver and kidney histology in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. Methods: Twenty-four mice received a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and were then divided into six groups. Untreated diabetic mice served as the negative control group, and glibenclamide-treated mice served as the positive control group. Mice in the other four groups, namely T1, T2, T3, and T4 groups, received M. formicarius (antlion) extract at 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 mg/kg, respectively. Permanent thin sections were used to examine liver and kidney histology. Results: The most appropriate antihyperglycaemic dosage of the M. formicarius extract was 10 mg/kg for 2 days. Histological examination of the liver and kidneys showed that the antlion extract at 10 and 5 mg/kg exhibited significant tissue-repair effects.
