Background Current treatment options for peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) in the relapsed/refractory setting are limited and demonstrate modest response rates with rare achievement of complete response (CR). Patients and methods This phase I/II study ( NCT03052933 ) investigated the safety and efficacy of copanlisib, a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-α/-δ inhibitor, in combination with gemcitabine in 28 patients with relapsed/refractory PTCL. Patients received escalating doses of intravenous copanlisib on days 1, 8, and 15, administered concomitantly with fixed-dose gemcitabine (1000 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8) in 28-day cycles. Results Dose-limiting toxicity was not observed in the dose-escalation phase and 60 mg copanlisib was selected for phase II evaluation. Twenty-five patients were enrolled in phase II of the study. Frequent grade ≥3 adverse events (AEs) included transient hyperglycemia (57%), neutropenia (45%), thrombocytopenia, (37%), and transient hypertension (19%). However, AEs were manageable, and none were fatal. The overall response rate was 72% with a CR rate of 32%. Median duration of response was 8.2 months, progression-free survival was 6.9 months, and median overall survival was not reached. Combination treatment produced a greater CR rate in patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma than those with PTCL-not otherwise specified (55.6% versus 15.4%, respectively, P = 0.074) and progression-free survival was significantly longer (13.0 versus 5.1 months, respectively, P = 0.024). In an exploratory gene mutation analysis of 24 tumor samples, TSC2 mutation was present in 25% of patients and occurred exclusively in responders. Conclusion The combination of copanlisib and gemcitabine is a safe and effective treatment option in relapsed/refractory PTCLs and represents an important new option for therapy in this rare group of patients.

Hepatic vein tumour thrombus (HVTT) is a major determinant of survival outcomes for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). An Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital (EHBH)-HVTT model was established to predict the prognosis of patients with HCC and HVTT after liver resection, in order to identify optimal candidates for liver resection.Patients with HCC and HVTT from 15 hospitals in China were included. The EHBH-HVTT model with contour plot was developed using a non-linear model in the training cohort, and subsequently validated in internal and external cohorts.Of 850 patients who met the inclusion criteria, there were 292 patients who had liver resection and 198 who did not in the training cohort, and 124 and 236 in the internal and external validation cohorts respectively. Contour plots for the EHBH-HVTT model were established to predict overall survival (OS) rates of patients visually, based on tumour diameter, number of tumours and portal vein tumour thrombus. This differentiated patients into low- and high-risk groups with distinct long-term prognoses in the liver resection cohort (median OS 34·7 versus 12·0 months; P 0·001), internal validation cohort (32·8 versus 10·4 months; P = 0·002) and external validation cohort (15·2 versus 6·5 months; P = 0·006). On subgroup analysis, the model showed the same efficacy in differentiating patients with HVTT in peripheral and major hepatic veins, the inferior vena cava, or in patients with coexisting portal vein tumour thrombus.The EHBH-HVTT model was accurate in predicting prognosis in patients with HCC and HVTT after liver resection. It identified optimal candidates for liver resection among patients with HCC and HVTT, including tumour thrombus in the inferior vena cava, or coexisting portal vein tumour thrombus.La trombosis tumoral de la vena hepática (hepatic vein tumour thrombus, HVTT) es un determinante importante de los resultados de supervivencia en pacientes con carcinoma hepatocelular (hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC). Se desarrolló el modelo llamado Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital (EHBH)-HVTT para predecir el pronóstico de los pacientes con HCC y HVTT después de la resección hepática (liver resection, LR), con el fin de identificar los candidatos óptimos para LR entre estos pacientes. MÉTODOS: Se incluyeron pacientes con HCC y HVTT de 15 hospitales en China. El modelo EHBH-HVTT con gráfico de contorno se desarrolló utilizando un modelo no lineal en la cohorte de entrenamiento, siendo posteriormente validado en cohortes internas y externas.De 850 pacientes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, hubo 292 pacientes en el grupo LR y 198 pacientes en el grupo no LR en la cohorte de entrenamiento, y 124 y 236 en las cohortes de validación interna y externa. Los gráficos de contorno del modelo EHBH-HVTT se establecieron para predecir visualmente las tasas de supervivencia global (overall survival, OS) de los pacientes, en función del diámetro del tumor, número de tumores y del trombo tumoral de la vena porta (portal vein tumour thrombus, PVTT). Esto diferenciaba a los pacientes en los grupos de alto y bajo riesgo, con distinto pronóstico a largo plazo en las 3 cohortes (34,7 versus 12,0 meses, 32,8 versus 10,4 meses y 15,2 versus 6,5 meses, P 0,001). En el análisis de subgrupos, el modelo mostró la misma eficacia en la diferenciación de pacientes con HVTT, con trombo tumoral en la vena cava inferior (inferior vena cava tumour thrombus, IVCTT) o en pacientes con PVTT coexistente. CONCLUSIÓN: El modelo EHBH-HVTT fue preciso para la predicción del pronóstico en pacientes con HCC y HVTT después de la LR. Identificó candidatos óptimos para LR en pacientes con HCC y HVTT, incluyendo IVCTT o PVTT coexistente.

Multiple myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide. Despite the growing number of available therapeutic options and advances in the treatment since the 2000s, relapse of multiple myeloma is inevitable. Currently, the main therapeutic agents for multiple myeloma treatment include proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs, monoclonal antibodies and others. Patients who relapse or are refractory to the above-mentioned treatments have poor prognosis. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a cell-surface receptor which is expressed on the membrane of multiple myeloma cells, but absent on naive and memory B cells, making it an ideal target for multiple myeloma treatment. Belantamab mafodotin (GSK-2857916) is a first-in-class BCMA antibody-drug conjugate with an overall response rate of 32% in the phase II clinical trial DREAMM-2, which is a phase II study designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of belantamab mafodotin in relapsed/refractory patients with multiple myeloma. In August 2020, based on the results of this pivotal DREAMM-2 study, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved belantamab mafodotin as a monotherapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Thereafter, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) also approved this indication. Although belantamab mafodotin has demonstrated single-agent activity in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, further studies to evaluate its efficacy and its combinational use with other drugs are necessary and ongoing.

Background The use of imatinib combined with chemotherapy has demonstrated improved outcome in adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-positive ALL). However, a substantial proportion of patients continue to die as a result of disease progression. Patients and methods We assessed the minimal residual disease (MRD)-based effect and long-term outcome of first-line incorporation of dasatinib (100 mg once daily) into chemotherapy alternatively for adults with Ph-positive ALL. The primary end point was the major molecular response (MMR) rate by the end of the second dasatinib cycle. Patients with a donor proceeded to allogeneic stem cell transplantation (SCT) as early as possible. MRD monitoring was centrally evaluated by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (4.5-log sensitivity) using bone marrow samples. Results Fifty-one patients (median age, 46 years) were enrolled and treated with this strategy. After the first dasatinib cycle, 50 patients (98.0%) achieved complete remission (CR). By the end of the second dasatinib cycle, 46 (93.9%) of 49 assessable patients had persistent CR, and 38 (77.6%) had MMR (32.7%) or undetectable MRD (44.9%). On the basis of the MRD kinetics by this time point, the numbers of early-stable, late, and poor molecular responders were 23 (46.9%), 15 (30.7%), and 11 (22.4%), respectively. Thirty-nine patients (76.5%) underwent allogeneic SCT in CR1. After a median follow-up of 54 months, the 4-year cumulative incidence of relapse and disease-free survival (DFS) rate for all patients were 30.0% and 52.0%, respectively, and the corresponding outcomes among those receiving allogeneic SCT in CR1 were 20.5% and 64.1%, respectively. Poor molecular responders had a higher risk of relapse and DFS than those of early-stable molecular responders. Conclusion This dasatinib-based protocol was effective for achieving a good quality molecular response and durable DFS in adults with Ph-positive ALL. Background This nationwide population-based study sought to investigate the risk of spine and hip fracture in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Methods Using the 2007–2016 data from the Korean national health insurance claims database, we calculated incidence rate and incidence rate ratios (IRR) of spine and hip fracture in patients with IBD (n = 18,228; 64.1% male, 65.9% ulcerative colitis [UC]) compared with age- and sex- frequency matched subjects in 1:10 ratio (n = 186,871). A Cox regression model was used to evaluate risk of spine and hip fracture. Results The incidence rate and IRR of spine and hip fracture in IBD were 2.88/1000 person-years and 1.21 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.11–1.31) during the median follow-up of 4.5 years. The risk for spine and hip fracture was significantly higher in UC (IRR 1.39, 95% CI, 1.25- 1.54), whereas it was not significantly higher in Crohn’s disease (IRR 0.85, 95% CI, 0.67- 1.06) than matched controls. In UC, the IRR of spine fracture was 1.41 (95% CI, 1.24–1.58) and the IRR of hip fracture was 1.40 (95% CI, 1.11–1.71). In multivariable analysis using the Cox regression model, the risk of spine and hip fracture increased with age (p trend < 0.001), in female patients (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 1.94; 95% CI, 1.50–2.51) and in patients with comorbidities including osteoporosis (aHR 2.86; 95% CI, 2.10–3.89), stroke (aHR 2.74; 95% CI, 1.78–4.21) hypertension (aHR 1.82; 95% CI, 1.38–2.41), diabetes mellitus (aHR 1.67; 95% CI, 1.25–2.24) and dyslipidaemia (aHR 1.36; 95% CI, 1.05–1.78). Conclusion In a population-based study from Korea, we found that the risk for spine and hip fracture increased in patients with IBD, especially in UC patients. Also, this risk increased in patients who are older, female, or have comorbidities.

Background Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a distinct subtype of B-cell lymphoma and comprises approximately 5-10% of all lymphomas. However, in Korea, MCL accounts for just 2% of B-cell lymphomas. In addition to the paucity of the disease, due to lack of feasibility of novel agents for this disease, clinical outcomes of the novel agents have yet to be defined in Korea. Methods We performed a retrospective study of MCL patients treated with ibrutinib in Korea. The primary endpoint of the analysis was progression free survival (PFS) out of ibrutinib treatment. Results Between 2013 to 2019, a total of 75 cases were eligible for analysis. Median age at diagnosis was 69 (range, 40 – 90) and 61 patients (81%) were male. Most patients had an advanced disease at diagnosis (II 10, III 10, IV 55). The received induction regimens were as follows, R-CHOP (N = 48); R-HyperCVAD/MA (N = 10); R-bendamustine (N = 5); VR-CAP (N = 3); others (N = 9) At time of ibrutinib treatment, median age was 71 (range, 41-92), and the median number of prior treatments was 1 (range, 1 – 6). Eleven patients (15%) had received salvage autologous stem cell transplantation. Complete and partial responses were achieved in 31 (41%) and 22 patients (29%), respectively. At a median follow-up duration of 30.5 months (95% CI 25.9 – 35.1), the estimated median PFS was 18.6 months (95% CI 11.0 – 26.2). Those who were classified as low- or intermediated-risk MIPI score at the time of ibrutinib start (24.4 vs. 9.9 months, p = 0.031) demonstrated superior PFS, and patients with tumor size Conclusions The response rate as well as the PFS data of the current study is similar to those of the Western reports. The current study provided additional evidence to support the use of ibrutinib in relapsed or refractory MCL, especially as the early salvage treatment. As a powertrain for hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), the automatic transmission (AT) is not only convenient for the driver but also reduces hybridization costs because the existing production line is used to produce the AT. However, it has low fuel economy due to the torque converter. To overcome this disadvantage, this paper studies HEVs equipped an AT without a torque converter. In this case, additional torque control is needed to prevent the driving quality from deteriorating. This paper suggests three different torque control methods and develops a simulator for an HEV that can simulate the dynamic behaviors of the HEV when the engine clutch is engaged. The HEV drive train is modeled with AMESim, and a controller model is developed with MATLAB/Simulink. A co-simulation environment is established. By using the developed HEV simulator, simulations are conducted to analyze the dynamic behaviors of the HEV according to the control methods.

Background and purpose: Animal experiments indicate that the cerebral thrombin is associated with secondary brain damage after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This study was aimed to investigate the concentrations of thrombin-antithrombin complex (TAT) in hematoma fluid and plasma of the patients with ICH after surgery and analyze the correlation between TAT complex levels and severity of ICH. Methods: Sixty patients with ICH were enrolled. Craniotomy for removal of intracranial blood clot was performed within 24 h after ICH. Hematoma fluid and plasma were collected on postoperative days 1, 2, and 4. The plasma obtained from healthy subjects and cerebrospinal fluid from patients without cerebrovascular diseases served as controls, respectively. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the concentrations of TAT complex in the patients and controls. Acute GVHD (aGVHD) is an important risk factor for predicting the incidence or severity of chronic GVHD (cGVHD). Transplant outcome can be influenced by the onset time of aGVHD in patients who have received allogeneic PBSC transplants (PBSCTs). The medical records of 134 patients who survived more than 3 months after myeloablative allogeneic PBSCT were retrospectively reviewed. In all, 38 patients (28.4%) developed grade II-IV aGVHD before day +28 (early aGVHD) and 25 patients (18.7%) after day +28 (late aGVHD). The 5-year cumulative incidence of cGVHD was 78.9% in the early-aGVHD group and 56.6% in the late-aGVHD group (P=0.034). The 5-year OS was 51.0% for the early-aGVHD and 80.8% for the late-aGVHD group (P=0.406). Infection was the primary cause of death for the early-aGVHD group (51.4 vs 16.7%, P=0.017), whereas relapse of the primary disease was higher among the patients with late aGVHD, although this was statistically insignificant (58.3 vs 25.7%, P=0.309). In a multivariate analysis, early aGVHD was identified as a risk factor for developing cGVHD (hazard ratio (HR) 2.278, P=0.004). The development of aGVHD early after allogeneic PBSCT increased the risk of cGVHD and infection-related death rate when compared with the late onset of aGVHD.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder characterized by hamartomatous polyps in the small bowel and mucocutaneous pigmentation. Patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome often present as surgical emergencies with complications of the polyps, such as intussusception, bowel obstruction, and bleeding. Recently an increased risk of malignancies has also been reported. This study was initiated to determine the clinical features of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome in Korean patients, with special attention to the development of malignancies. Thirty patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome were investigated; their median age was 23.5 years, and symptoms appeared at a median age of 12.5 years. Family history was positive in one-half of cases, and mucocutaneous pigmentation was observed in almost all patients (93%). The jejunoileum was the most frequent site of the polyps, and there were generally 10-100 polyps. Multiple laparotomies were performed in a substantial portion of the patients, due mainly to polyp-induced bowel obstruction, and the surgical interventions were begun at a relatively young age (average 21.4 years). Four cases of small-bowel cancer and one case of breast cancer were detected in probands, at a relatively young age (mean 36 years). Cancers of the small bowel, stomach, colon, breast and cervix were diagnosed in the first relatives of the probands. Close follow-up from an early age should thus be performed in patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome as they are at high risk of surgical emergency and development of malignancy.

The IV International Symposium on the Desulfurization of Metal was held September 22–25, 1997, in Istanbul and Eregli (Turkey). The symposium, based at the Eregli Metallurgical Plant, has become a tradition and is quite popular in Europe. The meeting was organized by its founders — the German-American “Almamet-Remacor” together with the Erdemir Metallurgical Plant. Technical assistance was provided by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The seminar was attended by more than 200 representatives of 40 metallurgical plants from 17 nations in Europe, America, and Asia.

How best to manage advanced esophageal cancer remains unresolved, especially in palliative care. Here, in a pilot study, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of concurrent chemoradiotherapy with S-1 and cisplatin in advanced esophageal cancer. Patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus received S-1 and cisplatin at doses of 70 mg/m(2)/day for 14 days and 70 mg/m(2) on day 1, respectively, every 3 weeks. Concurrently, radiotherapy was started at a dose of 200 cGy/day, up to a total of 5400 cGy. After concurrent chemoradiotherapy, additive chemotherapy was repeated up to six cycles. Thirty patients were enrolled in this study; of the 27 in whom efficacy could be evaluated, an objective response rate was seen in 20 (74.1%), including five (18.5%) complete pathologic responses in primary lesions. Improvement of dysphagia was seen in 21 (76%) patients. In patients with stage II or III esophageal cancer, the median progression-free survival and overall survival were 10.6 +/- 0.6 months (95% CI: 9.4-11.8) and 23.0 +/- 5.1 months (95% CI: 13.0-32.9), respectively. In patients with stage IV esophageal cancer, the median progression-free survival and overall survival were 5.4 +/- 1.6 months (95% CI: 2.2-8.6) and 11.6 +/- 1.6 months (95% CI: 8.4-14.8), respectively. The main hematological toxicity was neutropenia, but no neutropenic fever was observed. The major non-hematological toxicities were asthenia and vomiting, mostly of grades 1 and 2. Thus, concurrent chemoradiotherapy with S-1 and cisplatin may be a promising nonsurgical treatment in advanced esophageal cancer.

The current study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of a combination of intravenous busulfan, cyclophosphamide and etoposide (i.v. Bu/Cy/E) as a conditioning regimen prior to autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Sixty-four patients with relapsed/refractory (n=36) or high-risk (n=28) lymphoma were enrolled. The high-dose chemotherapy consisted of i.v. Bu (0.8 mg kg(-1) i.v. q 6 h from day -7 to day -5), Cy (50 mg kg(-1) i.v. on day -3 and day -2) and E (400 mg m(-2) i.v. on day -5 and day -4). The median age was 43 (range 18-65) years, and 39 patients were male. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (40.6%) was the most common histological subtype. All evaluable patients achieved an engraftment of neutrophils (median, day 12) and platelets (median, day 13). Hepatic veno-occlusive disease was observed in four patients (three mild, one moderate grade), and two patients (3.1%) died from treatment-related complications. At a median follow-up of 16.4 months, 15 patients (23.4%) exhibited a relapse or progression, while 13 patients (20.3%) had died of disease. The estimated 3-year overall and progression-free survival for all patients was 72.1 and 70.1%, respectively. In conclusion, the conditioning regimen of i.v. Bu/Cy/E was well tolerated and seemed to be effective in patients with aggressive NHL.

e112 clonal aberrations by conventional cytogenetic analysis. Depending on the cIg-FISH probe, negative or positive conversion was present in 6.5% to 35.3% of the patients. Most patients (75.0%) showed clonal change during disease progression. Cytogenetic abnormalities of chromosome 1 and 13 and del(6)(q25) were the most frequently identified numerical or structural changes. Conclusion: Clonal changes were frequently detected by karyotyping or cIg-FISH with progression of MM. Clonal gains or losses were present in individual patients supporting the coexistence of the sequential clonal evolution and the clonal tide model for pathogenesis of MM. Complex process occurs in the progression of disease, requiring thorough evaluation of karyotypes and cIg-FISH for study of MM oncogenesis.

The Maximin algorithm, proposed by Torrieri and Bakhru, adaptively updates the weights of an antenna array to provide simultaneous interference suppression and beamforming in a frequency hopping (FH) communication system. The Maximin algorithm is named such because the desired signal is enhanced and the interference is suppressed simultaneously. And the Maximin shows good performance under a broadband tone interference environment, but poor performance under frequency offset and friendly interference, i.e., a data-modulated interference environment. This paper analytically derives how the frequency offset affects on the Maximin algorithm and verifies the analytical results with simulation results. In addition, this paper proposes to use the recently published MOSTLE algorithm because the MOSTLE is robust against frequency offset and friendly interference.

The use of interference narrowing of Stark resonances for three-dimensional mapping of electric fields to an unprecedented level of precision is described. A method for calibration of electric fields to an accuracy currently limited only by theory is proposed. Measurements that were repeatable and reliable to a precision of 10 p.p.m. have been obtained. The accuracy of the method is limited by atomic constants rather than by the measurements of spacers and voltages and it is at least 100 times better than the conventional standard for field calibration. >

The preliminary performance of an optically pumped cesium beam frequency standard is reported. The stability is 1.2*10/sup -11// square root tau , comparable to the stability of commercial conventional cesium beam frequency standards. The bias-saturated-absorption lock technique is used to lock the probing laser and the pumping laser to the cesium D/sub 2/ line. This phase II study evaluated the efficacy and safety of combination chemotherapy with paclitaxel, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in advanced gastric cancer. Patients with histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma were eligible for the study. Paclitaxel (175 mg/m(2)) and cisplatin (75 mg/m(2)) were given as a 1-hr intravenous infusion on day 1, followed by 5-FU (750 mg/m(2)) as a 24-hr continuous infusion for 5 days. This cycle was repeated every 3 weeks. Forty-five eligible patients (median age, 56 yr) were treated in this way. Of the 41 patients in whom efficacy was evaluable, an objective response rate (ORR) was seen in 51.2% (95% CI, 0.35-0.67), a complete response in two, and a partial response in 19 patients. The median progression free survival was 6.9 months (95% CI, 5.86-7.94 months), and the median overall survival was 12.7 months (95% CI, 9.9-15.5). The main hematological toxicity was neutropenia and greater than grade 3 neutropenia was observed in twelve patients (54%). Febrile neutropenia developed in three patients (6.8%). The major non-hematological toxicities were asthenia and peripheral neuropathy, but most of patients showed grade 1 or 2. In conclusion, combination chemotherapy with paclitaxel, cisplatin, and 5-FU is a promising regimen, and was well tolerated in patients with advanced gastric cancer.

Primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of bone (PLB) is rare, and generally presents as a single extensive and destructive bone lesion. Histopathologically, most cases present as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and T-cell lymphoma is rare. By contrast, multiple myeloma is a disease defined as the neoplastic proliferation of a single clone of plasma cells producing a monoclonal immunoglobulin. We report a case of multiple myeloma that developed during treatment of PLB in a type of T-cell. A 48-yr-old man was diagnosed as T-cell PLB, stage IE, 18 months ago. The patient received the chemoradiotherapy and salvage chemotherapy for PLB. However, the lymphoma progressed with generalized bone pain, and laboratory findings showed bicytopenia and acute renal failure. On bone marrow biopsy, the patient was diagnosed as having multiple myeloma newly developed with primary T-cell lymphoma of bone. In spite of chemotherapy, the patient died of renal failure.

The diagnosis of incracranial tuberculoma in immune-compromised hosts is often difficult because conventional magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of tuberculoma reveals various findings and neurologic symptoms are not typical. Here, we report a case of a 54-yr old man with multiple intracranial tuberculoma who was treated for acute myeloid leukemia. He complained of right-side paresthesia after the third consolidation chemotherapy without leukemic relapse and fever. MR imaging of the brain showed multiple ring-enhanced lesions in the cerebrum, cerebellar hemisphere, and pons. The lesions appeared to mimic a metastatic tumor or abscess. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis showed no abnormal cells, but the level of adenosine deaminase was elevated (28.8 IU/L, normal 0-8). Stereotactic brain biopsy was performed, but only reactive gliosis was observed. To confirm diagnosis, an open brain biopsy was performed. The histopathology demonstrated chronic granulomatous inflammation with caseous necrosis. Tuberculous-polymerase chain reaction of the biopsy showed a positive result. He was treated with anti-tuberculosis medication and a high dose of steroid. Paresthesia improved, and follow-up brain MR imaging showed the decreased size and numbers of ring-enhanced lesions and improvement of perilesional edema 1 month after treatment. Here, we report on an interesting case of intracranial tuberculoma in acute myeloid leukemia.
