Enterprises are known to be important subjects of accounting, which is the main link in the economy of any individual society, respectively, as a means of management. Through enterprises, tangible and intangible goods are created, various works are performed, services are provided and they are delivered to consumers. Increasing the number of enterprises, merging them, enlarging them, developing joint activities is one of the important factors in increasing the country's GDP, employment and income, improving living standards and welfare. This article reveals the basic rules of accounting and financial reporting in the context of reorganization of enterprises on the basis of existing laws and regulations, including national standards. The essence, features and procedures of reorganization of the main branches of the economy of the republic, respectively, the main subjects of accounting are revealed. The article also outlines the general requirements for accounting and financial reporting in the context of reorganization of enterprises.

The fundamental scientific problem of the development of the mathematical foundations of engineering for industrial enterprises and the development of mathematical methods of production management, as well as the creation of intelligent systems for coordinated management of the life cycles of products and production in the network of enterprises are discussed. This paper presents a unique development in the field of digitalization of a modern industrial enterprise – the software and analytical platform FORGE from Honeywell company, which allows you to visualize consolidated data from all enterprise information and automation systems that cover or are associated with a particular business process of this enterprise in a single portal window. At the same time, the FORGE platform is not just a software shell for visualizing data obtained by integrating a set of different interfaces, but is a full-fledged computing and analytical platform that works with large amounts of data and is built according to the concept of the industrial Internet of things.

This article describes the implementation in a virtual cloud IT-infrastructure of an algorithm developed by a group of scientists to optimize the consumption of methyldiethanolamine solution (MDEA), which is widely used in the technological processes of natural gas purification at gas processing plants. The algorithm assumes implementing a mathematical model of a process unit deployed in the cloud and adjusting the operation mode of the unit based on the results of interaction between the digital twin and the production facility itself in real time mode.

The pollutants of mine waters during the coal extraction in Kyrgyzstan are mineral salts and suspended particles. All mine waters during the coal extraction are discharged without treatment. The solution of the issue of the protection of water bodies from pollution with mineral salts, as well as the increase in the use of mine waters for technical and agricultural water supply consists in their desalination. The fundamental methods of desalination of saline mine water include the thermal method, membranous method, ion exchange method, and hydrotechnical method.

Polymers production are complex non-linear processes which require specific multi-direction approach in process control methodology to achieve maximization of required polymer’s yield and real economic result. Herein there is an algorithm and method of processing the experimental data obtained by a circular seismic sounding method that makes it possible to increase accuracy in determining an anisotropy coefficient of the ground mechanical properties. The coefficient value is mutually related to the deformation processes at the initial stages of landslide formation. There are results of data processing of the field seismic studies of the adjacent ground at the Angrenskiy coal mine that allow establishing boundaries for the potentially landslide-prone zones, as well as a numerical criterion to predict rock stability under the given conditions.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of a set of interventions related to on-farm/in situ conservation and use of fruit species (cultivated and wild) on farmers’ livelihoods and species diversity in Central Asia. Specifically, a difference-in-differences propensity score matching is used to evaluate the outcome of a development research program in Uzbekistan between 2005 and 2010. Species crop diversity maintained by farmers before and after the project increased as a result of the interventions, showing the efficacy of the interventions promoted by the projects in terms of conservation. Furthermore, innovations provided by the program increased both household propensity of marketing and self-consumption of target fruit. However, the program’s interventions did not seem to impact significantly any of the indicators related to household livelihoods. The short time elapsed between the end of the project and the impact assessment may be too brief to capture any observable impact on livelihoods.
