"Pursuant to KSA 75-6701, the most recent estimates of State General Fund (SGF) receipts for FY 2017, FY 2018 and FY 2019 have been adjusted to reflect the fiscal impact of legislation involving receipts to the SGF enacted during the 2017 Legislative Session subsequent to the Consensus Revenue Estimate made on April 20, 2017 (see Table 1). Additional tables (Tables 2-4) show changes by source and incorporate those changes into the overall estimates for each fiscal year. Estimated receipts for the three fiscal years combined were increased by just over $1.992 billion. FY 2017 receipts were decreased by $22.750 million relative to the April estimate. Pursuant to KSA 75-6701, the most recent estimates of State General Fund (SGF) receipts for FY 2015, FY 2016 and FY 2017 have been adjusted. These adjustments reflect the fiscal impact of legislation involving receipts to the SGF enacted during the 2015 Legislative Session subsequent to the Consensus Revenue Estimate made on April 20, 2015. The attached tables show changes by source and incorporate those changes into the overall estimates for each fiscal year. Estimated receipts for the three fiscal years combined were increased by $1.335 billion. FY 2015 receipts were increased by $18.650 million relative to the April estimate. FY 2016 receipts were increased by $611.813 million; FY 2017 receipts were increased by $704.365 million. to KSA 75-6701, the Kansas Legislative Research Department has adjusted the most recent estimates of State General Fund (SGF) receipts for FY 2012 and FY 2013. These adjustments reflect the fiscal impact of legislation involving receipts to the SGF enacted during the 2012 Legislative Session subsequent to the Consensus Revenue Estimate made on April 13, 2012. The attached tables show changes by source and incorporate those changes into the overall FY 2012 and FY 2013 estimates. FY 2012 receipts were increased by $29.800 million relative to the April estimate, while FY 2013 receipts were decreased by $239.880 million.

Substitute for Senate Bill No. 433, as recommended by the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, contains FY 2013 funding for most state agencies, FY 2012 and FY 2013 capital improvement expenditures, selected FY 2012 and FY 2013 supplemental expenditures for a number of state agencies, and selected claims against the state. The capital improvement funding included in this bill was originally included in 2012 Senate Bill No. 449. FY 2012 (Current Year) Adjustments Based on actions of the 2011 Legislature, it was estimated by the Research Department that FY 2012 expenditures from all funds would total $13.913 billion. The Governor's Budget Report revises the all funds FY 2012 budget to $14.746 billion, an increase of $832.5 million above the earlier estimate.
