Abstract

Information about several papers discussed at the IMPAKT Breast Cancer Conference in Brussels, Belgium from May 5-8, 2010 is presented. Topics include the efficacy of neratinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, in treating epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer, the antitumour activity of neratinib, and the effectiveness of the combination of neratinib and paclitaxel in treating breast cancer. The conference featured more than 700 delegates from 62 countries.
