The article presents a case study of a 29-year-old woman who presented for treatment of axillary accessory breast. She had a left breast axillary tail lump increasing slowly in size over 3 years; the mass was surgicall excised, on cutting however multiple cysts oozing serous-brownish fluid were seen. The patient was diagnosed with apocrine cystadenoma of the axillary tail of the breast; complete excision cured the patient.
