- Abstract
This article brings a study related to Teacher Training. It brings reflections resulting from a technical visit by Unesp professors, Campi de Assis and Marília, Cergy-Pontoise University and École Superieure du Professorat et de l'Éducation (ÉSPÉ), France, with financial support from PROGRAD and PROPG / Unesp. It was possible to know the formative process of teachers of France in order to think about the formation of our teachers, with main focus at the moment in which they carry out their internships. The major challenge lies in the articulation of theory and practice, which commonly causes astonishment to the trainees when they arrive at the school environment and need to create a reflection for the performance, that is, to look at the terrain of the school based on the knowledge accumulated in the formation. With a comparative study, it is possible to think about Teacher Training in Brazil and the possibilities of involvement with the school space. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of the research was to reveal how the conceptions of Early Childhood Education teachers are about the importance of ethics and morals in two countries with educational, cultural, social and political differences. Moral development is a continuous, interactive and dynamic process that begins when the child is born and lasts for a lifetime, presenting different characteristics in each period of the development of the life cycle. This development depends, above all, on the individual's interaction with the environment and the moral experiences provided by the different social devices. The methodological systematization was established through data collection and, for that, we used it. the observation of the school environment of 04 schools, of which 02 are Cuban and 02 are Brazilian. We interviewed 10 teachers, 5 Cubans and 5 Brazilians, all working in early childhood education. In this sense, we made a historical presentation of Cuban Education to highlight some differences in relation to the current Brazilian Educational Program. The interventional actions were presented considering the differences between the two countries following a comparative line for the understanding of the teachers' perceptions during the interviews. We characterize as important, through the data in the research, some proposals for the improvement in the quality of the formation of the teachers and significant actions for the pedagogical practice of them in relation to the moral values in the Early Childhood Education. We conclude that, there are many distances between the conceptions of the teachers of cuba with the teachers of Brazil, the practice emphasized by the Cuban teachers, as being an important bridge for the quality in Education is the most highlighted as being a failure in Brazilian Education. This article addresses sexual diversity in relation to education and its implications for teacher training in Brazil. The constitution of sexual diversity as an educational theme is linked to the struggle against homophobia, preceded by other foci of attention, such as masturbation, STDs, AIDS, and teenage pregnancy. The perception of them as social problems justified the mandate that schools participate in the administration of sexuality. Such relationships between sexuality, sexual diversity and educational practices demarcate boundaries and possibilities for professional training, a space in which these themes are inserted less frequently than in basic education.
