Объектом исследования является ООО «Максидом». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ текущей стратегии развития, деятельности компании, внутренней и внешней среды для принятия решения о Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ее совершенствованию. На основе анализа DIY рынка был выделен ТОП компаний дано отрасли. Для анализа существующей системы ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ была подготовлена статистика компании ООО «Максидом». Проведен анализ финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности, SWOT-анализ и PEST-анализ.
