The article discusses a study which examined correlations between levels and structure of molecules in plasma and urine and the presence and progression of Fabry's disease. The study involved 21 patients with Fabry's disease. Results showed an increase in plasma glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in patients and higher GAG levels in patients respect to controls.
