Successful treatment of follicular mucinosis with low-dose UVA1 phototherapy A case of follicular mucinosis (FM) after herpes zoster infection (VZV), which can be considered an epithelial reaction pattern defined by follicular mucin accumulation due to different triggers, is presented.
