Identity and Access management (IAM) [1] plays an important role when it comes to background verification. It is a great way to know people you are working with, whether it is a professional front or some local business. Identity theft and secure document exchange are major issues with the current scenario and blockchain offers to be a great solution. The introduction of the public key, private key, transaction verification and foot printing will play a significant role in securing IAM. The idea is to store user documents and other critical information inside the block chain. All the verification is given based on the user's consensus to the particular request which will trigger further functionalities, responsible for secure data exchange. According to the property of blockchain, the chain will contain the history of each transaction that keeps track of every user-company activity that will prevent any action which is against the will of both parties. With the development of technology and IT services soon the cashless transactions came into limelight and digital money came into existence. Now virtual money which is crypto currency shook the economic system of the world. Crypto currency received its name because it uses encryption to verify transactions. This means advanced coding is involved in storing and transmitting crypto currency data between wallets and to public ledgers. The aim of encryption is to provide security and safety. Crypto currencies don't have a central issuing or regulating authority, instead using a decentralized system to record transactions and issue new units. Instead of being physical money carried around and exchanged in the real world, crypto currency payments exist purely as digital entries to an online database describing specific transactions. When you transfer crypto currency funds, the transactions are recorded in a public ledger. Crypto currency is stored in digital wallets. This study is aimed towards detailed study of crypto currency wallets in crypto currency. For the study the secondary data sources have been taken into consideration. The study finds that security factor in Crypto Currency wallets make it worthy to invest in it. The cryptographic keys increase the confidence to invest in crypto currency and keep the crypto in the wallets. Following the rise and fall of cryptocurrency fees in recent years, Bitcoin has increasingly become a source of finance. There might be a need for great projections on which to base financing decisions due to its incredibly unstable nature. While the current study used system mastery to anticipate Bitcoin charges with more accuracy, few studies have examined the practicality of applying alternative modelling approaches to samples with different fact systems and dimensional capacities. We first divide the Bitcoin charge into daily and highfrequency components in order to predict it at various frequencies by employing system mastering techniques. Logistic Regression and Linear Discriminant Analysis are two statistical techniques for Bitcoin. Daily charge prediction with high-dimensional capabilities performs better than more difficult system mastering techniques with a 66 percent accuracy rate. With the best statistical techniques and system mastery algorithms with accuracy rates of 66 percent and 65.3 percent, respectively, we outperform benchmark effects for daily charge prediction. Statistics are updated from ML, models including "Random Forest, XG Boost, Quadratic Discriminant Analysis, Support Vector Machine, and Long Short-term Memory for Bitcoin 5-minute C language charge prediction, and they achieve an accuracy of 67.2 percent". In this article forecasting of daily closing price series of Bitcoin, Ripple, Dash, Litecoin and Ethereum crypto currencies, using data on prices (open, low, high), market capital and volumes using prior days is focused. The value conduct of cryptographic forms of money remains to a great extent neglected, giving new chances to scientists and business analysts to feature the likenesses and contrasts with standard monetary costs. Hence the paper is focused on this area. he results are compared with various benchmarks. Predictions are done using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. A simple linear regression (SLR) model that uses only a single-variable sequence of closing prices for forecasting, and a multiple linear regression (MLR) model that uses a multivariate sequence of prices and quantities at the same time. The simple linear regression (SLR) model for univariate serial forecasting uses only closing prices. Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and relative Root Mean Square Error (relative RMSE) performance measures are considered. Crypto currencies, electronic currencies and block chain financial technologies (Fintech), have been debated issues whereby national governments are trying to put certain regulation upon them, especially citing security concerns. Crypto currencies can be used for money laundering, untraceable transactions of criminal and terrorist organizations and thus constitute genuine security risks. To many evangelists of these new technologies, governmental desires to impose regulations is viewed negatively. However, although usage of these technologies will likely continue to expand in the global economy, there is a desire to put them under regulation by most of the major nation states. It is necessary to understand the essence of currency as a tool of national sovereignty long before the age of the Westphalian concept of the modern state system. The desire to regulate Fintech derives from a concept of sovereign power that goes back to biblical times and far beyond the Westphalian notion of the sovereign and independent modern nation state. That notion of sovereignty rests on the power to mint money. Furthermore, the concept of such a sovereign power is observed in Ancient Rome, Medieval Europe as well as the early Islamic understanding of sovereign power. Thus it is essential to understand globally how the symbol of money has been a sovereignty symbol before starting any discussions on national or international levels of regulations. Crypto currency and virtual digital assets are introduced as means of value creation and value of storage which is free from governmental controls. This is controlled by block chain technology. There is no way that a single person controls instead where all the people come together to create a decentralized control where everybody's value is protected. The income tax aspects and the GST aspect that taxation before 1st April 2022 and after 1st April 2022 how the changes have come and what would be the future implications of taxations of crypto currencies are discussed. The blockchain is revolutionizing the current IT industry by increasing its integration with other prominent technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Big Data and Cloud Computing to name a few. It works as a distributed network with no central authority, where the data is continuously added in the form of blocks. The blocks are validated by the network itself, which makes it transparent and secure. It was first used as a ledger for the transactions of a crypto currency named bitcoin, but with time, innumerable industries have started to implement it. And because of its promising future, it would not take much time to spread in all the IT related areas globally. The blockchain technology is contemplated to be a technology that is still in its infancy and needs a thorough research so that it can be utilized to its full capacity. Blockchain technology is in the focus of many researchers and entrepreneurs. The crypto industry is gaining momentum around the world as evidenced by the growing number of users of the technology. Various software applications have been created worldwide deployed on a blockchain. There are also barriers to the widespread adoption of innovation, such as volatility in cryptocurrency prices and high network maintenance costs. The aim of the article is to acquaint the audience with blockchain technology, the main technical characteristics, the most used cryptocurrencies and the degree of their acceptance by consumers and industries that use decentralized applications. The term block chain has been referred as the disruptive innovation in computing. The interest in blockchain technology has been growing since the idea developed in 2008. However, healthcare is one of the major applications in blockchain which has lots of concern over the data security. To make critical information secure the use of blockchain technology came up. Accordingly, more researchers along with the solution of blockchain technology in healthcare data defend the data from tampering and leakage. In this paper, we have done the simulation of processing time assessment of blockchain technology with various secure hash algorithms. The purpose of this article is to introduce the application of the blockchain technology to a specific business process in procurement and to provide an updated concept. The blockchain technology is a very promising technology and facilitates a variety of applications for digitalization in business processes. Many appliances are already in use and benefits in terms of effectiveness and efficiency can be stated. The transfer to procurement will be made on a conceptual basis. The scientific approach is analytical and theoretical, answering the research question about the applicability of the blockchain technology in business operations, exemplarily analyzed for the procurement management process. The application of this digital technology in the context of the procurement activities is described. In order to do this, a generally admitted procurement process is introduced as a basis for scientific discussion. In summary, three major applications of the blockchain were identified and their impact on the procurement department is depicted. The major issues are smart contracts, tracking of the supply chain as well as crypto currency. Specific advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. A change in social relations ensuing from the onset and rapid development of information technologies drives the need for a prompt and adequate response on the part of law. At the same time, today’s legal framework for regulation and protection of social relations is not fully able to adequately ensure appropriate changes resulting from the expansion of IT. The purpose of this article is to make an initial analysis of whether the national legal system is ready for changes in social relations occurring as a result of rapid IT development, and also to make a prognostic identification of the main areas of social life which should be well-prepared for the development and implementation of new legal mechanisms. The regulatory legal framework of the IT sector in Ukraine is currently at the initial level allowing nothing more than attempting to catch up with well-developed legal orders rather than playing the leading role. Currently there is even not a hint of establishment of a uniform, conceptually new, systematic and comprehensive legal mechanism which would comprehensively allow ensuring the dynamics of social relations resulting from rapid development of the IT sector. Neither legal scholars nor legislators are ready to formulate the legal policies in this area, determine the limits and terms of comprehensive legal regulation of the use of up-to-date innovative approaches, methodologies and technologies, in particular, Blockchain, the Internet of things, cloud infrastructure, Mobile ID, sharing economy, promote large dataset processing methods (Big Data), define the legal nature of crypto currency, mining process, smart contracts, tokens, ICO, etc. IT development, as well as further integration of the Internet into social life, are unavoidable and do not depend on the intentions of the State. The main question will be whether law will be ready to propose, in connection with these changes, a modern, systematic and adequate approach with a view to ensuring appropriate regulation of this sector to make it useful for the benefit of society in general and an individual in particular. Today, formulation of legal policies with a focus on the processes of human and social relations digitalization seems a promising trend. Blockchain as a technology is rapidly developing, finding more and more new entry points into everyday life. This is one of the elements of the technical Revolution 4.0, and it is used in the field of supply, maintenance of various types of registers, access to software products, combating DDOS attacks, distributed storage, fundraising for projects, IoT, etc. Nowadays, there are many blockchainplatforms in the world. They have one technological root but different applications. There are many prerequisites to the fact that in the future the number of new decentralized applications will increase. Therefore, it is important to develop a methodology for determining the optimal blockchainbased platform to solve a specific problem. As an example, consider the worldfamous platforms Ethereum, Nem, and Stellar. Each of them allows to develop decentralized applications, issue tokens, and execute transactions. At the same time, the key features of these blockchainbased platforms are not similar to one another. These very features will be considered in the article. Purpose. Identify the key parameters that characterize the blockchainbased platforms. This will provide an opportunity to present a complex blockchain technology in the form of a simple and understandable architecture. Based on these parameters and using the expertise of the article's authors, we will be able to develop a methodology to be used to solve the problems of choosing the optimal blockchainbased platform for solving the problem of developing smart contracts and issuing tokens. Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency, which works peer-to-peer without a centralized repository and is accepted as a form of payment all around the world. The "public ledger", which registers transactions, is known as the block chain. A conventional ledger records bills and notes which are used by an organization, but in the case of Bitcoin these are simply data "entries" in the Blockchain sequence. Business Intelligence (BI), according to Investpedia, refers to the procedural and technical infrastructure that collect, store and analyses the data produced by a field of activities or by an individual company. BI is meant to take in all the data being generated by a business and present easy to digest performance measures and trends that will inform management decisions. The paper shows the BI steps and procedures that will help a Bitcoin user, owner or broker make the best decision possible in order to maximize their profits and financial security. • Assessing the visibility benefits of blockchain via comparative empirical experiments. • Blockchain solutions outperform conventional ones at high information granularities. • Blockchain and smart contracts enhanced the completeness and accuracy of information. • At the lowest granularity, blockchain provided no benefits over state of practice. • blockchain solution more robust than conventional one in maintaining visibility. This work assesses the impact of blockchain and smart contracts on the visibility of construction supply chain and in the context of payments (intersection of cash and product flows). It uses comparative empirical experiments (Charrette Test Method) to draw comparisons between the visibility of state-of-practice and blockchain-enabled payment systems in a commercial construction project. Comparisons were drawn across four levels of granularity. The findings are threefold: 1) blockchain improved information completeness and information accuracy compared with the digital state-of-practice solution; 2) the improvements were significantly more pronounced for information queries that had higher product, trade, and temporal granularity; and 3) blockchain-enabled solution was robust when faced with more granular information queries, while the conventional solution experienced 50% and 66.7% decline respectively in completeness and accuracy of information.
