Abstract

A red ear slider turtle was presented with swelling and oedema on eyelid, anorexia, dullness and poor growth. Turtle was being provided with commercial feed and clinical examination revealed conjunctivitis along with blepharitis and blepharoedema. Turtle was diagnosed with Hypovitaminosis A and supplemented with injectable and oral Vitamin A resulting in complete recovery within fifteen days. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
