In this article, we offer an exhaustive analysis of academic work on psychological flexibility using bibliometric techniques. We identify emerging trends in a dataset of 3535 scholarly articles from the Web of Science database. We highlight key publications, map out the field's intellectual framework, and anticipate future research avenues through co-citation and co-word analytics. The co-citation assessment revealed five distinct clusters, while the co-word analysis showed three. Drought has emerged as a significant global concern in recent years, leading to a proliferation of research on sorghum, an important drought resistant crop. Consequently, conducting a bibliometric analysis of said publications has the potential to yield insights into current areas of interest and potential avenues for future research. The present study utilized the Web of Science database to gather literature published between the years 2000 and 2022. The search terms 'drought' AND 'sorghum' was employed to identify relevant publications and as a result, 1731 publications were obtained. The bibliometric analysis of the obtained articles was conducted using VOSviewer software (1.6.19). The keyword 'sorghum' was found to have the highest frequency, with a total link strength of 4238. This keyword exhibited a strong association with the terms 'drought' and 'drought tolerance'. The average number of citations for the 100 most-cited articles was 509.2. The journal Crop Science attained the top position with 60 published articles and secured the highest number of citations with a count of 2795. The academic works of Graeme L. Hammer, comprising 40 articles affiliated with the University of Queensland (UQ), have garnered a total of 3612 citations. Similarly, the same university has produced 112 articles that have been cited 5551 times, thereby establishing it as the most frequently cited organization, with Hammer receiving the highest citation count. UQ had a total of 41 collaborators, with a cumulative link strength of 115. The USA has the highest number of articles pertaining to drought and sorghum. The published literature has focused on abiotic stress tolerance, genetic analysis, and physiological traits, among others. It is anticipated that there will be a substantial rise in the quantity of worldwide publications pertaining to drought and sorghum. Background and Objective: Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine (CMPB) is a leading international journal that presents developments about computing methods and their application in biomedical research. The journal published its first issue in 1970. In 2020, the journal celebrates the 50th anniversary. Motivated by this event, this article presents a bibliometric analysis of the publications of the journal during this period (1970-2017)., Methods: The objective is to identify the leading trends occurring in the journal by analysing the most cited papers, keywords, authors, institutions and countries. For doing so, the study uses the Web of Science Core Collection database. Additionally, the work presents a graphical mapping of the bibliographic information by using the visualization of similarities (VOS) viewer software. This is done to analyze bibliographic coupling, co-citation and co-occurrence of keywords., Results: CMPB is identified as a leading and core journal for biomedical researchers. The journal is strongly connected to IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering and IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging. Paper from Wang, Jacques, Zheng (published in 1995) is its most cited document. The top author in this journal is James Geoffrey Chase and the top contributing institution is Uppsala U (Sweden). Most of the papers in CMPB are from the USA followed by the UK and Italy. China and Taiwan are the only Asian countries to appear in the top 10 publishing in CMPB. A keyword co-occurrences analysis revealed strong co-occurrences for classification, picture archiving and communication system (PACS), heart rate variability, survival analysis and simulation. Keywords analysis for the last decade revealed that machine learning for a variety of healthcare problems (including image processing and analysis) dominated other research fields in CMPB., Conclusions: It can be concluded that CMPB is a world-renowned publication outlet for biomedical researchers which has been growing in a number of publications since 1970. Objective: To provide an analysis of Web of Science (WoS) indexed literature related to stem cells therapy in spinal cord injury published between 1999 and 2018., Methods: Data were obtained from the WoS Core Collection on March 30, 2019. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted based on WoS. Co-citation analysis, collaboration analysis, and co-words analysis of keywords was conducted by using CiteSpace., Results: A total of 4188 references were obtained. The number of publications continually increased over the investigated period. Articles were the most frequently document type. Cell Transplantation (127) was the most productive journal. Experimental Neurology (2180) was the most frequently co-cited journal. H. Okano was the most productive and influential author, with 98 publications and 4860 cited counts. The most productive country and institution were the United States and University of Toronto, respectively. Researchers and institutions from Canada, the United States, Japan, and China were the core research forces. There was a broad and close cooperation worldwide. The Lu et al.'s (2012) article (co-citation counts, 177) was the most representative and symbolic reference. Transplantation, functional recovery, marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell treatment, and progenitor cells were the hot spots. Inflammation, glial scar, nerve regeneration, neurite outgrowth, and bone marrow stromal cell were research frontiers., Conclusions: Research on stem cells for spinal cord injury is a well-developed and promising research field. There is broad global scientific research cooperation. More cooperation among top authors, institutions, and countries is needed. Ammonia oxidation is the rate-limiting and central step in global biogeochemistry cycle of nitrogen. A bibliometric analysis based on 4314 articles extracted from Science Citation Index Expanded database was carried out to provide insights into publication performances and research trends of ammonia oxidation in the period 1991-2014. These articles were originated from a wide range of 602 journals and 95 Web of Science Categories, among which Applied and Environmental Microbiology and Environmental Sciences took the leading position, respectively. Furthermore, co-citation analysis conducted with help of CiteSpace software clearly illustrated that ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB), ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA), and anaerobic ammonia oxidation (anammox) were three dominant research themes. A total of 15 landmark works identified with the highest co-citation frequencies at every 8 years were extracted, which demonstrated that the establishments of culture-independent molecular biotechnologies as well as the discoveries of anammox and AOA played the most significant roles in promoting the evolution and development of ammonia oxidation research. Finally, word cluster analysis further suggested that microbial abundance and community of AOA and AOB was the most prominent hotspot, with soil and high-throughput sequencing as the most promising ecosystem and molecular biotechnology. In addition, application of anammox in nitrogen removal from wastewater has become another attractive research hotspot. This study provides a basis for better understanding the situations and prospective directions of the research field of ammonia oxidation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyse and compile the literature on various option pricing models (OPM) or methodologies. The report highlights the gaps in the existing literature review and builds recommendations for potential scholars interested in the subject area. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, the researchers used a systematic literature review procedure to collect data from Scopus. Bibliometric and structured network analyses were used to examine the bibliometric properties of 864 research documents. Findings: As per the findings of the study, publication in the field has been increasing at a rate of 6% on average. This study also includes a list of the most influential and productive researchers, frequently used keywords and primary publications in this subject area. In particular, Thematic map and Sankey's diagram for conceptual structure and for intellectual structure co-citation analysis and bibliographic coupling were used. Research limitations/implications: Based on the conclusion presented in this paper, there are several potential implications for research, practice and society. Practical implications: This study provides useful insights for future research in the area of OPM in financial derivatives. Researchers can focus on impactful authors, significant work and productive countries and identify potential collaborators. The study also highlights the commonly used OPMs and emerging themes like machine learning and deep neural network models, which can inform practitioners about new developments in the field and guide the development of new models to address existing limitations. Social implications: The accurate pricing of financial derivatives has significant implications for society, as it can impact the stability of financial markets and the wider economy. The findings of this study, which identify the most commonly used OPMs and emerging themes, can help improve the accuracy of pricing and risk management in the financial derivatives sector, which can ultimately benefit society as a whole. Originality/value: It is possibly the initial effort to consolidate the literature on calibration on option price by evaluating and analysing alternative OPM applied by researchers to guide future research in the right direction. BACKGROUND: Research on carbon nanomaterials in the biomedical field is booming, and related scientific research results are increasing year by year. However, visualization analysis of the annual number of publications, the research status of countries, institutions, authors, and research hotspots and trends in this field is relatively scarce. OBJECTIVE: To present the research status of carbon nanomaterials in biomedical field, reveal the main research subjects, explore the research hotspots and development trends, and provide a reference for the future development of this field. METHODS: The core data set of Web of Science was used as the literature source to search the relevant researches on carbon nanomaterials in the biomedical field from 2012 to 2023. The knowledge map was generated by using Citespace software with countries, institutions, authors, keywords, and co-citations as nodes and for visualization analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) A total of 2 932 papers were included in this study. In the medical field, carbon nanomaterials had a large number of papers and a fast growth rate. The United States has a large number of papers; China is an emerging force in this field, although the number of papers is the largest, but the level of research and influence need to be improved. The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the largest cooperative network institution, which mainly targets domestic institutions and lacks cooperation with well-known foreign institutions. (2) Keyword analysis displays that the green synthesis method and application of displaying carbon points have been the focus of research, followed by the new method of combining carbon nanomaterials with cancer phototherapy and immunotherapy, the key direction of future research. (3) The dynamic development trend of co-citations suggests that tissue engineering is a hot research topic of carbon nanomaterials in the field of biomedicine, mainly including the research of carbon nanomaterials for the repair and regeneration of heart and nerve tissue and as a bio-ink additive for 3D and 4D bioprinting. (4) In the future, with the development of the biomedical field in the direction of precision and treatment, researchers should speed up the creation of carbon-based systems formed by the combination of scientific and effective carbon nanomaterials with science and technology, new polymers or organic molecules, and new therapeutic methods, so as to give full play to the maximum effect of carbon nanomaterials. The Metaverse, a hypothetical virtual space where people interact with digital environments, has gained attention as a transformative concept in various industries like education, healthcare, and business. However, a comprehensive understanding of the Metaverse's research landscape and future prospects is essential to guide further exploration and decision-making in this dynamic field. On the basis of the preliminary analysis and the existing literature, the comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the Metaverse is anticipated to reveal a number of themes that span the vast spectrum of its applications. The objective of the analysis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state and future prospects of the Metaverse by analyzing past and present research trends and predicting future research directions. The research collected 928 journal articles from the Web of Science database using bibliometric methods. Through co-citation and co-word analysis, the study identifies the most influential publications, outlines the knowledge structure, and forecasts future developments. The study identified four distinct clusters for co-citations analysis and five distinct clusters for co-word analysis. Despite the growing importance of the Metaverse in various aspects of human life, more scholarly efforts are required to provide a comprehensive overview of its research landscape. This article provides illuminating insight into the expanding field of Metaverse research and its applications to human life. Purpose: This study aims to synthesize extant literature on the concept of reverse knowledge transfer (RKT) built up over the past two decades with the help of bibliometric analyssis and also to suggest promising new areas for research in this field. Design/methodology/approach: The study adopts a literature review methodology combined with bibliometric and network analysis based on 117 papers identified from the Scopus database. In particular, this study has tried to identify and capture themes not previously fully captured or evaluated by other reviews on this topic. Findings: The authors have identified research themes and research gaps in the area of RKT. Overall, the review shows the main outlets that have published papers on RKT and the theoretical background this research is built on. This study exhibits core themes in this area that have persisted and grown consistently such as the subsidiary's role in RKT. In addition, the review highlights less researched themes such as role of boundary spanning in RKT, which open exciting avenues for new research opportunities. Research limitations/implications: This study finds that RKT research has experienced remarkable growth from a complete viewpoint in recent years. There was a surge in publications in the area from 2008 onwards, and many of its influential papers seemed to have been published between 2013 and 2018. Prominent themes in this body of research have been identified and potential for future studies has been explored. Emotional labor is about employees in the service sector involving their emotions while performing the service job as required. Emotions are also used for commercial purposes. The study analyzes data on emotional labor through bibliometric and science mapping methods. For the analyses, data between 1982 and 2024 are scanned in the Web of Science (WoS) database, and data for 2,925 documents are accessed. After loading the data, the VOSviewer program is utilized to analyze it for bibliometric and science mapping purposes. Subsequently, the investigation unveiles the foremost authors, countries, journals, institutions, and keywords in emotional labor research. This is followed by analyzing their co-authorship, co-citation, bibliographic coupling, and keyword co-occurrence models. As a result, in emotional labor research, it is found that Alicia A. Grandey is the most productive and most cited author, the USA is the most productive country, Frontiers in Psychology is the most productive journal, and the most frequently encountered keywords are burnout, surface acting, job satisfaction, deep acting, and emotional exhaustion, respectively. The analysis findings reveal a collaborative nexus among authors, countries, and institutions, offering visual network maps and comprehensive insights into emotional labor's present status and trends within the scientific literature. Because of their significance, research on memorable tourism experiences (MTEs) has rapidly increased in the last decade. However, few comprehensive studies have traced knowledge creation and dissemination in this important research area. To address this gap, 104 articles focused on MTEs from eight tourism journals were analyzed. This study applied multiple approaches, including a trend analysis of prevailing research themes and keywords, bibliometric analysis, and content analysis, generating suggestions for future research. Among the meaningful results, this study identified three research streams: the experience economy, the nomological network analysis of MTEs, and remembered experience analysis. Additional findings from a content analysis, and nine future research agendas were produced. The superiority of BWM over other weighting methods for obtaining the weight values of the attributes is that it achieves high-confidence results with a reasonable number of pairwise comparisons. Although the best-worst method (BWM) is a well-known multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method that has been successfully utilized in almost all scientific areas to solve challenging real-life problems, no research has comprehensively examined the state-of-the-art in this regard. The present study depicts a detailed overview of publications concerned with BWM during the period 2015–2022. Based on the information obtained from the Scopus database, this work presents a big picture of current research on BWM. In other words, this paper analyzes the existing literature about BWM and identifies thematic contexts, application areas, emerging trends, and remaining research gaps to shed light on future research agendas aligning with those gaps. Further, the most recent BWM research is analyzed in the top ten scientific areas, from engineering to materials science. “Engineering”, “computer science”, and “business, management, and accounting” are the hottest fields of BWM research. China is the most active country regarding “engineering” and “computer science”, whereas India is the leader in “business, management, and accounting”. The study also reveals that there are still many research gaps in BWM research. Purpose: This study provides a bibliometric analysis of bank efficiency and competition over the past years (from 1993 to 2022) to (1) discover the past and current state of knowledge on bank competition and efficiency, (2) identify leading and authoritative journals and scholars who made significant contributions to the distribution of knowledge and impact, (3) identify nations that made a significant contribution and impact to the literature and (4) identify the structure of collaboration that exists between scholars in the areas of bank competition and efficiency and key thematic areas. Design/methodology/approach: A total number of 868 documents made up of articles, reviews, book chapters, book and conference papers from the Scopus database were gathered. This study used a bibliometric analytic approach. Findings: The number of documents on bank competitiveness and efficiency has increased significantly, as have their total publications, citations and national output. Additionally, the most esteemed and prestigious academic journals of eminent academics who have had a significant impact on the dissemination of knowledge on bank efficiency and competition literature champion papers on banking efficiency and competition. In terms of citation performance and collaborative efforts, the United States tops the developed countries, led by China, which is also the most productive. Additionally, single-country publications predominate in the literature, with China ranking first among the top five countries with corresponding authors. While the Lerner index, H-statistic, concentration index and market power were used to measure bank competitive behaviour, the data envelopment analysis approach predominates efficiency estimation techniques that are linked to cost, profit or revenue, scale, technical and productivity indexes. The Journal of Special Educational Technology (JOSET) has been a leading journal in the domain of technology application in special education since 1978 (Journal Searches, 2023; Resurchify, 2022; SCI Journal, 2023; Scopus, 2022). In this bibliometric study, we examined JOSET's growth, publication trends, contributions, and international collaborations using descriptive, intellectual, conceptual, and social structure analyses. Documents (i.e., articles, editorials, errata, letters, and notes) published in JOSET from 1996 to 2021 were retrieved from the Scopus database and analysed using Biblioshiny embedded in R studio. Co-citation and co-word analyses identified five and two clusters, respectively. The analysis of the collaboration structure in JOSET reveals a positive relationship among authors, with over 75% of publications resulting from collaboration. The results further suggest that the journal continues to keep pace with global trends and contemporary issues, which can enhance its impact and readership and drive the growth of its annual publication number. This article presents a bibliometric analysis of venture teams in technology-based firms (TBFs). The study aims to identify the success and failure factors of TBFs and analyze the changes in the intellectual structure of this field. The analysis is based on data collected from the Web of Science and SCOPUS databases from 1987 to 2020. The results show a growing publication trend since 2009, with the highest production of articles between 2014 and 2019. The United States is the most influential country in this field, followed by China and Italy. The research also identifies the most influential sources in this area. Since the emergence of digital media in the 1990s, a new realm of interaction between the visual arts and religion has been forged and evolved. The spread of visual media technologies has significantly influenced the study of religious visual art worldwide after the 1990s. Despite this, the field of religious visual art during the digital era is still relatively uncharted, with a notable absence of comprehensive theoretical frameworks. To address this gap, the present paper employs bibliometric methods, conducting a thorough review and analysis of 2544 pieces of international academic literature in the domain of religion and visual arts post-1990s. The analytical framework is structured into three primary sections, each dedicated to answering key questions: (1) what constitutes the inherent relationship in the study of religion and visual art?, (2) what disciplinary context do these interplays occur within?, and (3) in which domains and regions does this interplay predominantly unfold? The outcomes of this rigorous analysis offer valuable insights into interdisciplinary influences and evolving research trends within the realm of religious visual art. These findings stand to benefit art researchers and practitioners, providing a comprehensive overview of potential avenues for the exploration of visual arts with religious themes. It has been twenty years since the first special issue on Environmental Entrepreneurship (EE) was published in 1998. Since then, the number of papers on this subject has increased unceasingly. Such a high rate of publications calls for a more quantitative approach to synthesize and evaluate the literature. Therefore, this paper aims to assess the research on EE through a bibliometric study of 267 journal articles published between 1992 and 2019. Data was collected from the Web of Science (WoS) database and analyzed using performance indicators and science mapping. The paper portrays the development of EE research over time; identifies the most influential articles, journals, and countries; and unveils the intellectual structure of the field. These results can be used to enhance the understanding of EE and support further research in this area. This research is based on bibliometric analysis to find out if Hate Speech in Spain and Latin America has consolidated as a mature research field in recent years (2021 and 2022). Through the consultation of the Web of Science (WoS) database and by searching specific terms, we obtained a universe of 153 articles that allowed us to address our objective. The results revealed that the analysis of hate speech in Spain and LATAM is mature, characterized by consistent publication trends and influential authors while productive researchers tend to be highly cited. Conceptual trends include Hate Speech, social media, Twitter, and Freedom of Expression. Purpose: A flexible manufacturing system (FMS) helps improve the system's performance, thus increasing its overall competitiveness. FMS is an essential component of Industry 4.0 (I4.0), which has revolutionized the way firms manufacture their products. This study aims to investigate the diverse focus of the research being published over the years and the direction of scholarly work in applying FMSs in business and management. Design/methodology/approach: A total of 1,096 bibliometric data were extracted from the Scopus database from the years 2001 to 2021. A systematic review and bibliometric analysis were performed on the data and related articles for performance measurement and scientific mapping on the FMS themes. Findings: Based on co-keyword, the study reveals four major themes in the FMS field: mathematical models and quantitative techniques, scheduling and optimization techniques, cellular manufacturing and decision-making in FMSs. Based on bibliometric coupling on 2018–2021 bibliometric data, four themes emerged for future research: scheduling problems in FMS, manufacturing cell formation problem, interplay of FMS with other latest technologies and I4.0 and FMS. Background and purpose: In recent years, synaptic plasticity disorders have been identified as one of the key pathogenic factors and the early pathological characteristics of Alzheimer's disease (AD). In this study, we tried to use bibliometric analysis to gain a systematic understanding about synaptic plasticity in Alzheimer's disease. Methods: We extracted relevant publications from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) on August 29th, 2022. Then, we used CiteSpace, VOSviewer and other online bibliometric platforms1 to further analyze the obtained data. Results: A total of 2,348 published articles and reviews about synaptic plasticity in AD from 2002 to 2022 were identified. During the past two decades, the overall trends of the numbers and citations of manuscripts were on the rise. The United States was the leading country with the largest number of publications which showed its crucial role in this field. The collaboration network analysis showed that the United States and China had the most frequent collaboration. In addition, Harvard University was the institution with the greatest number of publications and cited times. Among all authors, Selkoe DJ was the most influential author with the greatest cited times. The journal of Alzheimer's disease published the maximum number of documents in the field of synaptic plasticity in AD within 20 years. Furthermore, the results of keywords burst detection showed that the hot topics have shifted from the synaptic transmission, precursor protein and plaque formation to neuroinflammation, microglia and alpha synuclein. Conclusion: This study analyzed 2,348 publications with 82,025 references covering the topic of synaptic plasticity in AD and presented the research trends. This study combines qualitative and quantitative approaches with bibliometric analysis to address a vacuum in financial literature. Co-citation, co-occurrence, and bibliographic coupling analysis techniques are used to make inferences about the structure of FE research in finance from January 2007 to December 2022. The study used 347 filtered research articles from the Scopus database and processed through VOS-Viewer and Biblioshiny through "R" to justify study objectives. The relevance of authors, journals, and organizations in a contemporary topic study is recognized using bibliometrics analysis. The study topic analysis revealed that modern portfolio theory acknowledges the importance of FE's revolutionary products, such as FinTech and InsurTech, as recent advances in risk management techniques. Future research could take a multi-dimensional approach based on the current theme. New research themes emerged from the study, i.e., Financial Engineering and emerging financial markets and risk management, investment and financial crisis, FinTech, and InsurTech innovation, and Option pricing. This study analyses the thematic and conceptual structure of the Spanish scientific production published in Emerging Sources Citation Index (Web of Science) journals. In this way, the aim is to identify the closest links between concepts and terms based on the co-occurrence of keywords used by the authors of the papers analysed, and also to point out the theoretical foundations that exist in the discipline through the co-citation relationships of articles in the bibliography of the documents in the sample. Finally, these results were compared with those obtained from the analysis of Spanish scientific production in Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI). To achieve these objectives, a network analysis of the co-occurrence of keywords and co-citation of references in articles published in Communication journals between 2015 and 2021 in ESCI (N = 3,559) and SSCI (N = 1,738) with at least one author linked to a Spanish institution was carried out. The results point to similar structural cohesion values and to a thematic and methodological similarity between both sets observed. There is a marked tendency towards quantitative studies on new technologies. While in SSCI there is an almost absolute dominance of Journalism studies, in ESCI there is a greater diversity of other disciplines such as Audiovisual Communication or Advertising. Objectives: The pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has led to the rapid publication of numerous radiology articles, primarily focused on disease diagnosis. The objective of this study is to analyze the intellectual structure of radiology research on COVID-19 using a citation and co-citation analysis. Methods: We identified all documents about COVID-19 published in radiology journals included in the Web of Science in the period 2020–2021, conducting a citation analysis. Then we identified all bibliographic references that were cited by these documents, generating a co-citation matrix that was used to perform a co-citation network. Results: Of the 3418 documents indexed in WoS, 857 were initially "Early Access," 2223 had citations, 393 had more than 20 citations, and 83 had more than 100 citations. The USA had the highest number of publications (32.62%) and China had the highest rate of funded studies (45.38%). The three authors with the most publications were affiliated with Italian institutions, while the five most cited authors were Chinese. A total of 647 publications were co-cited at least 12 times and were published in 206 different journals, with 49% of the documents found in radiology journals. The institutions with the greatest presence among these co-cited articles were Chinese and American. Conclusion: This co-citation analysis is the first to focus exclusively on radiology articles on COVID-19. Our study confirms the existence of interrelated thematic clusters with different specific weights. This paper investigates how thematic and co-citation analysis provides information about apparel attributes in ecommerce. Versions 1.6.16 and 64.0.4 of the VOS viewer and R Studio are employed to analyze the data. The proposed strategy incorporates a visual component to demonstrate the conceptual development of the research field. Firstly, motor patterns, niche patterns, emerging or declining patterns, and basic pattern themes of EAA study using a strategic map. Secondly, it allows us to assess and illustrate the thematic evolution of a study field from 2001 to 2021. Identifying the different themes is accomplished by using co-word analysis over time. Lastly, it also analyses the co-citation networks of authors for documents. In science mapping, co-citation analysis assumes that works cited together are connected thematically. The analysis is also employed to reveal a study field's intellectual structure. The e-commerce apparel attribute data are grouped into three clusters using these co-citation networks. This study examines the literature and identifies emerging topics and future research directions. Another aspect of this study that reveals the intellectual underpinnings of the research is co-citation analysis or network analysis of research publications. Additionally, this study offers insights into managing apparel e-commerce websites. Future researchers can benefit from co-citation analysis, thematic analysis, and the evolution of themes. This study examines leadership research in higher education from 2008 to 2022. A total of 268 important publications were systematically retrieved and bibliometrically analyzed from the Scopus database. The present study employed Bibliometrix to analyse leadership research trends. To represent the general pattern and structure of leadership research in higher education, the final analysis incorporates bibliometric indicators, e.g., annual scientific production, most prolific journal, most prolific author, country and institutions, most influential articles, co-citation, and author's keywords. This bibliometric investigation revealed that the US, Australia, and the UK produce the most relevant publications. It is also observed that there is still a severe manque of leadership research in higher education, and there is no appreciable growth in this field from 2008 to 2022. To give more in-depth information about the trend topics and important fields of leadership research in higher education, co-citation, and the author's keyword analysis are also employed. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) has been used in the treatment of urolithiasis for more than 20 years. However, bibliometric analysis of the global use of PNL for urolithiasis is rare. We retrieved the literatures on PNL and urolithiasis from Web of science core collection database. VOSviewer was used to analyze keywords, citations, publications, co-authorship, themes, and trend topics. A total of 3103 articles were analyzed, most of which were original ones. The most common keywords were “percutaneous nephrology” and “urolithiasis”, both of which were closely related to “ureteroscopy”. Journal of Urology and Zeng Guohua from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were the most published journal and author in this field. The most productive country was the United States, and its closest partners were Canada, China, and Italy. The five hot topics were the specific application methods and means, risk factors of urolithiasis, the development of treatment technology of urolithiasis, the characteristics, composition, and properties of stones, and the evaluation of curative effect. This study aimed to provide a new perspective for PNL treatment of urolithiasis and provided valuable information for urologic researchers to understand their research hotspots, cooperative institutions, and research frontiers. This paper throws light on the bibliometric review of the impact of coal mining in India over the past 50 years, emphasizing environmental, especially water-related impacts. The data were refined from the Web of Science database and analyzed in a bibliometric map visualization software tool, VOSviewer, to grasp the research focus, status quo and analyze the trend and direction of the work being carried out in this area. The methodology was covered in three phases: search and document selection, software and data extraction, and analysis of results and trends. The study results indicated that (i) the publication has increased in the past two decades (2001–2021) with a steep increase in the period from 2010 to 2021 with 74.68% article types documents and a mere 7.74% review documents. (ii) In India, the significant contribution is made by the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad with Department of Science and Technology as a primary funding agency. (iii) The bibliometric map of co-occurrence of author keywords showed that keywords relating to the "pollution" (connected to air, water) from "Jharia coalfield" have highest occurrences in the relevant published works of literature and topics like "reclamation," "mine spoil," and application of approaches like "remote sensing and GIS" have lower linkage strengths in general. (iv) The result of the co-citation network study has marked the most significant authors and the highly cited sources of the database revealing Ghose M.K. and Singh A.K. as among the most cited authors with citations more than 150 in the field of our interest. (v) The trend of publication in the research area of Water Resources showed a significant increase after 2015. The keyword occurrence map reveals that water quality studies have been extensively studied, but quantifications of the coal mining-induced changes in water regimes at river basin scales are absent. The purpose of this study is to investigate preeclampsia. It used the visualization tools of CiteSpace, VOSviewer, Gunnmap, Bibliometrix®, and Carrot2 to analyze 3,754 preeclampsia studies from 1985 to 2020 in Obstetrics and Gynecology areas. Carrot2 was used to explain each cluster in extra detail. The results found that there is an increasing trend in many publications related to preeclampsia from 1985 to 2020. The number of studies on preeclampsia has increased significantly in the last century. Analysis of the keywords found a strong relationship with preeclampsia concepts and keywords classified into five categories. Co-citation analysiswas also performed which was classified into six categories. Reading the article offers important to support not only to grind the context of preeclampsia challenges but also to design a new trend in this field. The number of studies on preeclampsia has substantially improved over the decades ago. The findings of documents published from 1985 to 2020 showed three stages in research on this subject: 1985 to 1997 (a seeding stage), 1997-2005 (rapid growth stage), and 2005 onwards (development stage). More than half of the people on Earth get their calories, proteins, and minerals from rice grains. Staple increases in the quantity and quality of rice grains are key to ending hunger and malnutrition. Rice production, however, is vulnerable to climate change, and the climate on Earth is becoming more fluctuating with the atmospheric change induced by human activities. As a result, the impacts of climate change on rice grain (ICCRG) have sparked widespread concern. In order to reveal the development and the trend in the study on the ICCRG, a bibliometric analysis was conducted. The results showed that both the model simulations and the field experiment-based observations, as reflected by APSIM (the Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator) and free-air carbon dioxide (CO2) enrichment, are of concern to researchers worldwide, especially in China, India, the United States, and Japan. Different types of warming include short-term, nighttime, soil and water, and canopy, and their interactions with other climate factors, such as CO2, or agronomic factors, such as nitrogen level, are also of concern to researchers. Spatiotemporal variations in changing weather and regional adaptations from developed and developing countries are challenging the evaluation of ICCRG from an economic perspective. In order to improve the efficacy of breeding adaptable cultivars and developing agronomic management, interdisciplinary studies integrating molecular biology, plant physiology, agronomy, food chemistry, ecology, and socioeconomics are needed. Adding more scope and breadth to the reviews on leadership literature, this paper aims at developing a bibliometric study on 1059 articles that covered transactional and transformational leadership styles research and are published in the Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus platforms from 2004 to 2019. This bibliometric review implies providing a map of this field using VOSViewer visualisation of co-citation, co-occurrence and co-authorship, and descriptive analysis to show the quality of the publications. The aim of this review is to determine the evolution of research, where this topic raises a greater interest, among which academics, countries and journals, the most relevant affiliations and their collaborations and to identify the research with greater impact, developing several citation analyses. This study draws conclusions and up-to-date insights to provide readers with a preview on the development of transactional and transformational leadership research, along with those who contributed the most to this development and advice for future research. Information and communication technologies play a critical role in tourism, providing benefits such as improvement in tourism experiences, co-creation of value, and promotion of the marketing of relationships and phygital experiences, where online and offline environments are combined. In recent years, tourism planning and management through smart destinations has aroused great academic interest by including the dimensions of governance, sustainability, accessibility, innovation, and technology. This work aims to analyse and to visualize the scientific production associated with technology in the context of smart destinations. For this, evaluative and relational bibliometric analysis techniques were applied to the bibliographic data of 395 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science up to September 2021. The results indicate that there is considerable growth and that a number of authors, countries, and leading institutions contribute significantly to scientific knowledge. In addition, using two bibliometric software tools, VOSviewer and SciMAT, a co-citation network of authors was built to describe their intellectual structure, and a keyword co-occurrence analysis was performed to identify the main thematic areas. The motor themes that drive the research are the conceptualization of tourist destinations, innovation, and data, while experience is a crosscutting theme. Additionally, some limitations and applications of the research are discussed, as well as the practical implications for destination management.

Climate change is undeniably one of the long-term challenges confronting humanity across the globe. Various nations have taken initiatives that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the environment as well as accelerate financial flows to clean and sustainable projects. The paper provides an overview of green finance after the Paris Agreement by adopting a bibliometric analysis of the selected literature. The study reviewed the literature from the Web of Science database between 2015 and 2022. Data cleaning, formatting, and analysis was performed using VOSviewer and R-studio. Our study indicates increased scholarly interest on the issue of green financing. Most scientific research has been published in climate policy and sustainability journals but lacks mainstream interest in economic and finance journals. Based on our results, it is recommended that further studies on green financing be carried out from the economic and financial perspective using quantitative approaches to supplement the existing literature and provide a wider view to policy makers and regulators. Working together across disciplinary boundaries is considered to be the gold standard for conducting meaningful research tackling complex problems. As this is the nature of many issues concerning water, one would assume interdisciplinarity as being a widespread trait of water research. To review this assumption, we chose to conduct an analysis of research output considering issues of stormwater management and heavy precipitation, as reflected in the meta-information for more than 300,000 documents supplied by Elsevier's Scopus literature database. For this purpose, we applied a bibliometric measure based on Jaccard similarity determining the level of interdisciplinary cooperation between different fields of research on the topic above. Contrary to interdisciplinarity being depicted as highly desirable, it turns out to be a relatively marginal phenomenon, only growing slowly over the last 50 years. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: This study aims to illustrate an overarching picture of the knowledge base on change management, including contributing authors, institutions and countries. The study also aims to elicit the intellectual structure of the knowledge base using science mapping. Design/methodology/approach: The authors engaged 1,457 published documents, generated from a SCOPUS search, to analyse research conducted in the area of change management. Bibliometric indicators such as authors, institutions and countries were used in the analysis. Additionally, science mapping analyses such as keyword co-occurrence and co-citation were also performed using VOSviewer. Findings: The findings indicated that scholarly work in the field of change management is on the rise. Furthermore, while the contribution from different regions of the world was observed, the most impactful scholarly works came from the West and Asia. Finally, it was found that research on change management could be classified into four schools of thought; engineering and information and communication technology (ICT) industry, organisational aspects of change, leadership aspects of change and human aspects of change. Originality/value: This study contributes to the knowledge base on change management by creating an intellectual landscape of the existing research. The results demonstrated that the existing literature on the topic forms four broad clusters of knowledge and that the ICT industry is the current epicentre of research in this area. These findings could benefit researchers, as well as practitioners in streamlining their actions towards the most relevant and critical areas on the topic of change management. An in-depth understanding of multisensory customer experiences could inform and transform service experiences across the touchpoints of customer journeys. Sensory research in service and marketing disciplines mostly refers to individual senses in isolation. However, relevant insights could be gleaned from other disciplines to explore the multisensory nature of customer experiences. Noting the fragmented state of research surrounding such topics, the current article presents a systematic, objective overview of the content and theoretical foundations underlying the notion of multisensory customer experiences. Seeking a holistic understanding and research agenda for service research, the authors adopt both text mining and co-citation analyses overlaying findings from the cross-disciplinary foundation to uncover relevant theoretical, conceptual, and methodological developments. The resulting research agenda encourages scholars to employ diverse theories and methods to investigate multisensory stimuli, their integration, and perception, as well as the link between multisensory customer experiences and emotions. As the supply of commodities forms essential lifelines for modern society, commodity price fluctuations can significantly impact the operation and sustainable development of macroeconomics, production activities, and people's security and well-being. The commodity trading market also plays a pivotal role in the competition of the international industrial chain and the sustainable development of the industry. The method of bibliometrics was used in this study to trace the development of research on commodity prices, and statistical and co-citation analyses were conducted on selected literature samples. It was found that the research hotspots in this field are concentrated on four aspects: factors influencing commodity prices, the impact of price fluctuations on the macroeconomy, forecasts of commodity prices, and the financialization of commodities. A current commodity price research network centered on oil prices has formed. Future directions in this field, which developed out of oil shock research 40 years ago, can further investigate the impact of factors and the responses that can be made to emergencies on commodity prices, as well as continuing to develop better methods of commodity price forecasting. This paper aims to present a bibliometric analysis of the literature on an entrepreneurial intention that considers different topics to enhance starting a business. Using the Core collection of the Web of Science, 1,549 papers are found from 1900 to December 2020 to be analyzed. The analysis is focused on documents, authors, journals, countries, and keywords to detect areas and trends in this field of study. Likewise, bibliographic couplings, co-citation, and co-occurrences are analyzed. Findings show that the field has started to grow since 2010; the most influential authors and universities are in Spain and Taiwan, such as the case of Liñan, Liang, Ip, and Moriano. This work aims to present an overview of the factors, attributes or behaviour of entrepreneurial leadership research with a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. 1,594 articles, dated from 2000 to December 2020, were taken from the main Web of Science database collection and analysed with a bibliometric study using performance analysis and scientific mapping methods. To evaluate the importance, quality and impact of publications, indicators like productivity, citations or h-index were used to obtain an analysis of trends and advances on the most relevant publications, authors, journals and countries. Research was complemented by scientific mapping obtained through co-citations, bibliographic couplings, co-occurrences and co-authorships. The results show that the trend of publications has considerably increased since 2015, and the highest productivity was recorded in 2020. The USA and England are two of the most influential publishing countries, although the network analysis reveals cooperation with different countries. The most productive journal is Sustainability and the most influential is the Journal of Business Venturing. This systematic mapping of the field helps to illustrate the research evolution over time, identifies areas of current interest for use in theoretical and empirical frameworks, and provides a solid roadmap for future research. The rapid growth in the production and application of plastic globally has resulted in plastic pollution with a negative impact on the environment, especially the marine ecosystem. One main disadvantage in the majority of polymers is disposal after a useful life span. Non-degradable polymers create severe difficulty in plastic waste management that might end up in landfills or wash into the ocean. The biodegradation of plastic waste is one solution to this critical problem of pollution. Hence, there is a need to consider the advancement of research in this subject area, in pursuit of a way out of plastic pollution. Thus, this study was designed to map the biodegradation of plastic-related research from 2000 to 2021. Statistical information on the topic was recovered from the Web of Science Core Collection and analysed using the bibliometrix package in RStudio statistical software, while data visualisation was conducted via VOSviewer. Our evaluation indicated that the amount of research on the biodegradation of plastic increased over the last decade, and the annual growth rate of publication trends was 11.84%. The study revealed that 1131 authors wrote the 290 analysed documents, with a collaboration index of 4.04. Cooper DG (n = 11) was the most relevant author, McGill University (n = 21) was the most active university, and the Journal of Polymers and the Environment (n = 19) the leading journal. Neck pain and low back pain are major challenges in public health, and intervertebral disc (IVD) biomechanics is an important multidisciplinary field. To date, no bibliometric literature review of the relevant literature has been performed, so we explored the emerging trends, landmark studies, and major contributors to IVD biomechanics research. We searched the Web of Science core collection (1900– 2022) using keywords mainly composed of "biomechanics" and "intervertebral disc" to conduct a bibliometric analysis of original papers and their references, focusing on citations, authors, journals, and countries/regions. A co-citation analysis and clustering of the references were also completed. A total of 3189 records met the inclusion criteria. In the co-citation network, cluster #0, labeled as "annulus fibrosus tissue engineering", and cluster #1, labeled as "micromechanical environment", were the biggest clusters. References by MacLean et al and Holzapfel et al were positioned exactly between them and had high betweenness centrality. There existed a research topic evolution between mechanobiology and mechanical repair strategies of IVDs, and the latter had been identified as an emerging trend in IVD biomechanics. Numerous landmark studies had contributed to several fields, including mechanical testing of normal and pathological IVDs, mechanical evaluation of new repair strategies and development of finite element model. Adams MA was the author most cited by IVD biomechanics papers. Spine, the European Spine Journal, and the Journal of Biomechanics were the three journals where the most original articles and their references have been published. The United States has contributed most to the literature (n = 1277 papers); however, the research output of China is increasing.
