The rise of China with two flagship programs of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Made in China 2025 (MIC) shows China's solemnity in developing their country to compete with the world's hegemon, the United States. The trade war between the United States and China has become a byword in recent years. These show that The United States is taking into account China's power in the international world. This research focused on China's high technology imported from the United States, which had started to decline since the trade war. This was due to the imposition of additional tariffs on some technology goods. China is looking for substitutions to meet its country's technological needs. Israel, which has advanced technology, is one of its main targets. Export data from the two countries shows that the two countries have an increasingly intimate and cooperative relationship since 2017. However, the results of this study indicate that the data occurred not because of the result of the trade war between the United States and China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
