To shore up its finances, shipping firm A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S plans to raise 9.2 billion Danish kroner through the sale of 5.7% of its total share capital, 250,340 B-shares. The shares closed at 36,900 kroner on Tuesday. Maersk reported a second-quarter loss of 3.67 billion kroner, compared with a profit of 11.59 billion kroner a year earlier.
