Abstract

The article describes a case of disseminated B cell lymphoma causing splenomegaly in a three-year-old female Sundevall's jird. The pet jird was presented with a history of mild lethargy and depression, two days before sudden death. The result of microscopic examination showed sheets of neoplastic lymphocytes aggressively infiltrating into or around all examined tissues except the brain.
