1. 布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察.

- Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. METHODS:124 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from Feb. 2015 to Aug.2016 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table, with 62 cases in each.The control group were treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, while the observation group additionally received budesonide aerosol inhalation. The clinical effects, changes of clinical symptoms and signs, and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed and compred. RESULTS: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 95.16%( 59/62 ), and control group was 85.48%(53/62), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and hoarseness of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group; indicators of absolute neutrophil count and C-reactive protein in two groups improved significantly, and the observation group was better than that of control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ).During treatment, the incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 6.45%( 4/62 ), significantly lower than that of control group [ 16.13%( 10/62 ) ], with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS:The incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children are relatively high, the use of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with budesonide inhalation can significantly improve the symptoms with few adverse drug reactions.
