Abstract

The article focuses on the integration of an automated Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) process to deter effectively property loss or accountability on the U.S. Army in 2008. The author suggests making use of participants' Army Knowledge Online (AKO) email addresses to communicate with each other in an automated FLIPL process. He settles that a web-based FLIPL processing system would enable the Army to centralize legal reviews of FLIPLs.
