Industrial equipment especially water pumps required a high accuracy and safety control system, to reduce the dangers of the working process and the cost of maintenance. This paper presents the implementation of a water pump system that uses an automatic controlling system. Intelligence controller based on Fuzzy logic control (FLC) depending on an intelligent valve control circuit according to water level. The controller had been investigated experimentally by a microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560 under various operating conditions utilizing the laboratory pumping rig based on the delay time. Operation tests have been performed during the day from 11:00:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM. FLC was used to check the accuracy and stability of the flow rate using MATLAB program simulation. The variable ball valve sensor control was used to control the pumping process and the ultrasonic level sensor to detect the water level in the tank. Valve control depends on opening percentage considering the flow rate and pressure parameters. The simulation results using FLC shows the high accuracy and stability of the water management and can be adequate for any kind of liquids. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
