The 16th Creative Forum for Library Management and Service was held at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library from October 18th to 20th, 2023. The theme of the forum was "Technology, Talent, and Innovation: The Development of University Libraries in the Context of Transformative Education". Over 300 representatives from nearly 130 institutions and units across the country attended the forum. The forum included keynote speeches, the voice of youth, sharing of excellent papers. poster dis- plays, and visits to practice venues. Experts conducted in-depth discussions on information resource data services, library intelligent services, the application of artificial intelligence, the development of interdisciplinary information services, and the construction of future learning centers.
