This article examines the morphological characteristics of apple varieties in northeastern Algeria, specifically focusing on the leaves, fruits, and terminal shoots of three apple varieties: Golden Delicious, Royal Gala, and Starkrimson. The study reveals limited morphological diversity among the investigated apple cultivars, with some descriptors showing insignificant differences between cultivar types. The findings emphasize the distinct physiological and morphological characteristics of each variety and highlight the need for further exploration and conservation efforts. Another document provides information on the application rate of sheep manure and urea for soil salinity levels, as well as the physical and chemical analysis of soil in an orchard. It also discusses the growth habit and length of annual shoots for different apple tree varieties, as well as the flowering characteristics and fruit characteristics such as weight, length, width, shape, color, and ripening period. The document is valuable for understanding the cultivation and quality of apple trees in the studied orchard. Lastly, a document discusses the characterization of new apple cultivars and their implications for sustainable development and consumption. The study found significant variation in vegetative growth, fruit weight, and color among the three cultivated apple tree varieties examined. The authors suggest further research and evaluation to fully understand the genetic diversity and potential uses of these cultivars, emphasizing the importance of rigorous protocols for measurement and observation. The document includes a list of references for further reading on apple diversity and characterization. [Extracted from the article]
