ApInAPDB (Apoptosis-Inducing Anticancer Peptides Database) consists of 818 apoptosis-inducing anticancer peptides which are manually collected from research articles. The database provides scholars with peptide related information such as function, binding target and affinity, IC50 and etc. In addition, GRAVY (grand average of hydropathy), net charge at pH 7, hydrophobicity and other physicochemical properties are calculated and presented. Another category of information are structural information includes 3D modeling, secondary structure prediction and descriptors for QSAR (quantitative structure–activity relationship) modeling. In order to facilitate the browsing process, three types of user-friendly searching tools are provided: top categories browser, simple search and advanced search. Overall ApInAPDB as the first database presenting apoptosis-inducing anticancer peptides can be useful in the field of peptide design and especially cancer therapy. Researchers can freely access the database at http://bioinf.modares.ac.ir/software/ApInAPDB/.

Nowadays despite conventional methods in colon cancer treatment, targeting vital molecular pathways and induction of various forms of cell death by safe probiotic components like exopolysaccharides (EPSs) are of great importance and are considered as potential therapeutic agents. This study aimed to investigate the inhibitory effect of the EPS of L. paracasei on different colon cancer cell lines (SW-480, HT-29, and HCT-116). For this purpose, several cellular and molecular experiments including MTS assay, DAPI staining, Annexin V/PI assay, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and some important ferroptosis-related assays were performed. Based on the findings, L. paracasei EPS can induce apoptosis confirmed by all apoptosis-related assays and could not act through ferroptosis pathways. L. paracasei EPS could hinder the Akt1, mTOR, and Jak-1 mRNAs, and induces apoptosis through down-regulation of the anti-apoptotic gene (Bcl-2), up-regulation of pro-apoptotic genes (BAX, caspase-3, 8). The exploited EPS of an indigenous probiotic strain with anticancer potential with low/insignificant cytotoxicity to normal cells is proposed for future applications in molecular-targeted therapy of colon cancer treatment. Furthermore, in vivo and clinical trials should be performed to evaluate the applicability of this component besides conventional methods to increase the survival rate of colon cancer patients.

Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer worldwide. Fruit and vegetables have some active compounds such as flavonoids and polyphenols that protect against malignancies through their antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, neuro, and hepatoprotective properties. Red beetroot (Beta vulgaris) contains red (betacyanins) and yellow (betaxanthins) pigments known as betalains. Betanin makes up 75-95% of the total betacyanins, possessed a wide range of favorable biological effects such as chemopreventive, anticarcinogenic, anti-tumorogenic, antiangiogenic, and proapoptotic effects. Methods: Red beetroot hydro-alcoholic extract and betanin were used to treat Caco-2 and HT-29 colorectal cancer cells, as well as KDR/293 normal epithelial cells. The half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was determined by prescreening MTT tests in the range of 20 to 140 µg/ml at 24 and 48 h. The cytotoxicity and apoptosis-inducing evaluations were performed via MTT assay, DAPI staining, and FACS-flow cytometry tests using determined times and doses. Moreover, the expression level of six important genes involving in the apoptosis pathway (Bcl-2, BAD, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, and Fas-R) were determined using the real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method.Results: The IC50 doses for HT-29 and Caco-2 cell lines were determined to be about 92 μg/mL, 107 μg/mL for beetroot hydro-alcoholic extract, and 64 μg/mL, 90 μg/mL for betanin at 48 h, respectively. Our findings showed that beetroot extract and betanin significantly inhibit the growth of HT-29 and Caco-2 cell lines, time and dose-dependently, without considerable adverse effects on KDR/293 normal cells. Moreover, DAPI staining and flow cytometry results revealed significant apoptosis symptoms in treated cancerous cell lines. The expression level of pro-apoptotic genes involved in intrinsic and extrinsic apoptosis pathways (BAD, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, and Fas-R) in treated HT-29 and Caco-2 cells was higher than untreated and normal cells, whereas the anti-apoptotic gene (Bcl-2) was downregulated. Conclusion: Beetroot hydro-alcoholic extract and betanin significantly inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis (intrinsic and extrinsic pathways) via modification of effective genes in both colorectal cancer cell lines with no significant cytotoxic effects on KDR/293 normal cells. The mechanism of the anticancer effects of red beetroot extract and betanin needs to be further studied.

The paper in hand seeks to evaluate the tumor-suppressive and apoptotic effects of L. paracasei X12 in 1, 2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH)-induced rat colon carcinogenesis. The rats were divided into three groups (n = 8-12 per group); L. paracasei X12 was administrated to these animals for forty weeks. The findings of this study indicated that L. paracasei X12 administration prevented severe weight loss in DMH-treated rats. It was also determined that L. paracasei X12 administration could prevent the neoplasia incidence, cell proliferation and it also could suppress the tumors’ growth. Additionally, a significant improvement was observed in apoptosis indexes and cell proliferation in probiotic-treated rats. In conclusion, this study provides insights into the therapeutic potential of L. paracasei X12 with emphasis on the issue that modulation of apoptosis pathway could leave beneficial effects in the prevention and suppression of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, further studies are in support to clarify the mechanisms involved in the tumor-suppressive effect of probiotics.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the oral cavity. Probiotics have often been considered as effective anti-tumoral candidates. This study aimed to investigate the role of Pichia fermentans YSH secretion metabolites on the induction of apoptosis in SCC. Cytotoxicity, apoptotic effects, and visualization DNA damage were evaluated by MTT, flow cytometry, and DAPI staining assays, respectively. Real-time PCR was employed for evaluation of the mechanism of cellular apoptosis. P. fermentans YSH secretions (IC(50)) showed cellular cytotoxicity in human tongue squamous carcinoma (HSC4, RRID:CVCL_1289) cells (85% apoptosis) similar to the cytotoxicity of cisplatin whereas only 21% apoptosis was observed in human epithelial normal (KDR, RRID:CVCL_9V14) cells. The prophylactic efficacy of reference yeast, which regarded as a reference, was not comparable to P. fermentans YSH illustrating strain-dependent properties of bioactivities on oral disease control and prevention. According to our result, the main cytotoxicity is related to apoptosis mechanisms induced by apoptosis genes inducing BAX and CASP. However, follow-up researches should be performed to recognize the compounds to be utilized as effective anticancer therapeutics.

There is a common agreement on the important role of the gastrointestinal microbiota in the etiology of cancer. Benign probiotic yeast strains are able to ameliorate intestinal microbiota and regulate the host metabolism, physiology, and immune system through anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and anticancer effects. We hypothesized that Pichia kudriavzevii AS-12 secretion metabolites possess anticancer activity on human colorectal cancer cells (HT-29, Caco-2) via inhibiting growth and inducing apoptosis. This study aimed to assess the anticancer effect of P. kudriavzevii AS-12 secretion metabolites and the underlying mechanisms. The cytotoxicity evaluations were performed via 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay; 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole staining; and FACS-flow cytometry tests. Also, the effects of P. kudriavzevii AS-12 secretion metabolites on the expression level of 6 important genes (BAD, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9 and Fas-R) involved in the extrinsic and intrinsic apoptosis pathways were studied by real-time polymerase chain reaction method. P. kudriavzevii AS-12 secretion metabolites showed significant (P < .0001) cytotoxic effects on HT-29 cells (57.5%) and Caco-2 (32.5%) compared to KDR/293 normal cells (25%). Moreover, the cytotoxic effects of examined yeast supernatant on HT-29 cells were comparable with 5-fluorouracil, as a positive control (57.5% versus 62.2% respectively). Flow cytometric results showed that the induction of apoptosis is the main mechanism of the anticancer effects. Also, according to the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction results, the expression level of proapoptotic genes (BAD, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, and Fas-R) in treated HT-29 and Caco-2 cells was higher than untreated and normal cells, whereas the antiapoptotic gene (Bcl-2) was downregulated. P. kudriavzevii AS-12 secretion metabolites exert its anticancer effects by inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing intrinsic and extrinsic apoptosis in colon cancer cells.

Background: Mummy (Iranian pure shilajit) is a remedy with possessing anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticancer activities. This study aimed to examine mummy effects on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and invasiveness of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer (BC) cell lines with underlying its mechanism. Materials and Methods: The dose-dependent inhibitory effect of the mummy on cell proliferation in vitro was determined using the MTT assay. Flow cytometry and 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride staining were respectively used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of cellular apoptosis, and gene expression analysis was conducted using real-time PCR. Results: MDA-MB-231 showed more sensitivity than the MCF-7 cell line to the anticancer activity of mummy, while mummy did not exhibit significant cell cytotoxicity against human normal cells (MCF-10A). The gene expression profile demonstrated a significant decrease in TGF-β1, TGF-βR1, TWIST1, NOTCH1, CTNNB1, SRC along with an increase in E-cadherin mRNA levels in mummy treated cells compared to the untreated control group (P≤0.05). Conclusion: Mummy triggers inhibition of EMT and metastasis in breast cancer cells mainly through the downregulation of TGFβ1 activity, and more studies required to find its specific anticancer activity with details. This study aimed to evaluate the anti-carcinogenic and potential therapeutic effects of probiotic L. paracasei during colon carcinogenesis at the in-vivo model. 60 eight-week-old male Wistar rats were divided into five groups. The effects of L. paracasei B-14 (5 × 1010 CFU/kg/day for 7 consecutive weeks) on colorectal cancer (CRC) induced rats were studied in male Wistar rats treated with 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (30 mg/kg) for 12 weeks. The tumor incidence, number, size, and histopathological investigations, apoptosis occurrence, and cell proliferation were assessed in all groups (treated and control groups) after the end of treatment. Treatment of cancerous rats with L. paracasei decreased the symptoms of CRC like diarrhea, rectal bleeding, hair loss, and wasting. A combination of L. paracasei and 5-FU caused a significant decrease in tumor size and number and increase in total apoptotic cells (51.4%) compared to untreated control (2.1%) and DMH (5.9%) groups. Treatment with L. paracasei showed fewer dysplastic changes in the crypts, low grades of dysplasia and less proliferative and metastatic activity into deeper layers in comparison with DMH-only treated group. The lowest AgNOR counts were observed in combined L. paracasei and 5-FU treated group. Anti-apoptotic and apoptosis-inducing genes were downregulated and upregulated respectively in L. paracasei treated rats. The results of the present study suggest that L. paracasei possesses therapeutic potential for decreasing the progression of colorectal cancer and enhance the anti-tumor effects of 5-FU.

Purpose: Exposure to diazinon can trigger acute and chronic toxicity and significantly induces DNA damage and proapoptotic effects in different human cells. Due to the significance of probiotic bacteria antitoxin effect, this study aimed to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus casei on diazinon (DZN) cytotoxicity in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) in vitro. Methods: The cytotoxicity assessments were performed by MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) test, DAPI (4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) staining and flow cytometric methodologies. Results: Cytotoxic assessments through flow cytometry/ DAPI staining demonstrated that apoptosis is the main cytotoxic mechanism of diazinon in HUVEC cells and L. casei could decrease the diazinon cytotoxic effects on toxicants. Conclusion: the screen of total bacterial secreted metabolites can be considered as a wealthy source to find the new active compounds to introduce as reducing agricultural remained pesticide cytotoxicity effects on the human food chain.

Since the introduction of nanocarriers, the delivery of chemotherapeutic agents for treatment of patients with cancer has been possible with better effectiveness. The latest findings are also support that further enhancement in therapeutic effectiveness of these nanocarriers can be attained, if surface decoration with proper targeting agents is considered. This study aimed at treating a variety of 4T1 murine breast cancer cell line, mainly demonstrating high folate and TRAIL receptor expression of cancerous cells. The therapeutic efficacy of paclitaxel loaded Cremophore EL (Taxol®), paclitaxel loaded waterborne polyurethane nanomicelles (PTX-PU) and paclitaxel loaded waterborne polyurethane nanomicelles conjugated with folate (PTX-PU-FA) and TRAIL (PTX-PU-TRAIL) on treating 4T1 cell was also compared. The findings that worth noting are: PTX-PU outperformed Taxol® in a Balb/C mouse model, furthermore, tumor growth was adequately curbed by folate and TRAIL-decorated nanomicelles rather than the unconjugated formulation. Tumors of mice treated with PTX-PU-FA and PTX-PU-TRAIL shrank substantially compared to those treated with Taxol®, PTX-PU and PTX-PU-TRAIL (average 573 mm3 versus 2640, 846, 717 mm3 respectively), 45 days subsequent to tumor inoculation. The microscopic study of hematoxylin-eosin stained tumors tissue and apoptotic cell fraction substantiated that the most successful therapeutic effects have been observed for the mice treated with PTX-PU-FA (about 90% in PTX-PU-FA versus 75%, 60%, 15% in PTX-PU-TRAIL, PTX-PU, and Taxol® group respectively). Using folate-targeted nanocarriers to treat cancers characterized by a high level of folate ligand expression is well substantiated by the findings of this study.

This study aimed to find candidate strains of Lactobacillus isolated from sheep dairy products (yogurt and ewe colostrum) with probiotic and anticancer activity. A total of 100 samples were randomly collected from yogurt and colostrum and 125 lactic acid bacteria were isolated. Of these, 17 Lactobacillus strains belonging to five species (L. delbrueckii, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, and L. casei) were identified. L. plantarum 17C and 13C, which isolated from colostrums, demonstrated remarkable results such as resistant to low pH and high concentrations of bile salts, susceptible to some antibiotics and good antimicrobial activity that candidate them as potential probiotics. Seven strains (1C, 5C, 12C, 13C, 17C, 7M, and 40M), the most resistant to simulated digestion, were further investigated to evaluate their capability to adhere to human intestinal Caco-2 cells. L. plantarum 17C was the most adherent strain. The bioactivity assessment of L. plantarum 17C showed anticancer effects via the induction of apoptosis on HT-29 human cancer cells and negligible side effects on one human epithelial normal cell line (FHs 74). The metabolites produced by this strain can be used as alternative pharmaceutical compounds with promising therapeutic indices because they are not cytotoxic to normal mammalian cells.

Overexpression of renin angiotensin system (RAS) components and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB) has a key role in various cancers. Blockade of RAS and NF-kB pathway has been suggested to reduce cancer cell proliferation. This study aimed to investigate the role of angiotensin II and NF-kB pathway in liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (HepG2) proliferation by using azilsartan (as a novel Ag II antagonist) and Bay 11-7082 (as NF-kB inhibitor). HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of azilsartan and Bay 11-7082. Cytotoxicity was determined after 24, 48, and 72?h by MTT assay. Reactive oxygen spices (ROS) generation and cytochrome c release were measured following azilsartan and Bay11- 7082 treatment. Apoptosis was analyzed qualitatively by DAPI staining and quantitatively through flow cytometry methodologies and Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA and protein levels were assessed by real time PCR and ELISA methods, respectively. The cytotoxic effects of different concentration of azilsartan and Bay11- 7082 on HepG2 cells were observed as a reduction in cell viability, increased ROS formation, cytochrome c release and apoptosis induction. These effects were found to correlate with a shift in Bax level and a downward trend in the expression of Bcl-2. These findings suggest that azilsartan and Bay11- 7082 in combination or alone have strong potential as an agent for prevention or treatment of liver cancer after further studies.

Among the lactic acid bacteria, Enterococcus strains can be utilized as probiotic and preservative agents. Enterococcus strains from traditional Iranian dairy products were isolated, identified by sequencing 16s rDNA gene, and biologically characterized in this study. Primary assessments, including low pH and high bile salt tolerance tests and experiments on antagonistic activity against pathogens and antibiotic susceptibility, verified the probiotic property of strains. The secreted metabolites from the strains and Taxol, as an anti-cancer drug, were analyzed through MTT assay to investigate their cytotoxicity in different cancer (MCF-7, HeLa, HT29, and AGS) and normal human (HUVEC) cell lines. Results revealed the anticancer characteristics of the secreted metabolites of E. durans 39C against all cancer cell lines, similar to Taxol. The metabolites did not exhibit cell toxicity in the normal cell line. Fluorescent microscopy and flow cytometry confirmed that apoptosis is the main cytotoxic mechanism of E. durans 39C secretion metabolites.

Lactobacillus acidophilus is categorized as a probiotic strain because of its beneficial effects in human health and prevention of disease transmission. This study is aimed to characterize the probiotic potential of L. acidophilus 36YL originally isolated from the vagina of healthy and fertile Iranian women. The L. acidophilus 36YL strain was identified using 16S rDNA gene sequencing and characterized by biochemical methodologies, such as antibiotics susceptibility, antimicrobial activity, and acid and bile resistance. The bioactivity of the secretion of this strain on four human cancer cell lines (AGS, HeLa, MCF-7, and HT-29) and one normal cell line (HUVEC) was evaluated by cytotoxicity assay and apoptosis analysis. This newly isolated strain was found to exhibit notable probiotic properties, such as admirable antibiotic susceptibility, good antimicrobial activity, and favorable resistance to acid and bile salt. The results of bioactivity assessment demonstrated acceptable anticancer effects on the four tested cancer cell lines and negligible side effects on the assayed normal cell line. Our findings revealed that the anticancer effect of L. acidophilus 36YL strain secretions depends on the induction of apoptosis in cancer cells. L. acidophilus 36YL strain is considered as a nutraceutical alternative or a topical medication with a potential therapeutic index because of the absence of cytotoxicity to normal cells, but effective toxicity to cancer cell lines.

Based on Akt1 and Jak1 key roles in apoptosis and proliferation of many cancers, the aim of this study was to find a new gene therapy strategy by silencing of these main anti-apoptotic genes for HNSCC treatment. Cancerous HN5 and normal HUVEC cell lines were treated with Akt1 and Jak1 siRNAs alone or with each other combined with/without cisplatin. The MTS, flow cytometry, 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole staining, real-time PCR and ELISA methods were utilized in this study. The highest percentage of apoptosis was observed in the treatment of Jak1 siRNA/cisplatin group in cancerous HN5 cells (96.5%) where this treatment showed 12.84% apoptosis in normal HUVEC cell line. Cell viability reduced significantly to 64.57% after treatment with Akt1 siRNA in HN5 treated group. Knocking down Akt1 and Jak1 genes using siRNAs could increase levels of apoptosis and reduce proliferation rate in HNSCC indicating the powerful effects of these genes siRNAs with or without chemotherapeutic agents in HNSCC treatment. In conclusion, the combination of siRNA-mediated gene-silencing strategy can be considered as a valuable and safe approach for sensitizing cancer cells to chemotherapeutic agents thus proposed further studies regarding this issue to approve some siRNA based therapeutics for using in clinic.

Objective: Targeted-drug-delivery based lipid nanoparticles has emerged as a new and effective approach in cancer chemotherapy. Here, we investigated the ability of folate-modified nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) to enhance letrozol (LTZ) efficacy in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Methods: New formulations were evaluated regarding to particle size and scanning electron microscope (SEM) features. Anti-proliferative effects of LTZ loaded nanoparticles were examined by MTT assay. To understand molecular mechanisms of apoptosis and cell cycle progression, flow cytometric assays were applied. Results: Optimum size of nanoparticles was obtained in mean average of 98 ± 7 nm with a poly dispersity index (PDI) of 0.165. The IC50 value was achieved for LTZ was 2.2 ± 0.2 µM. Enterococcus lactis IW5 was obtained from human gut and the potential probiotic characteristics of this organism were then evaluated. Results showed that this strain was highly resistant to low pH and high bile salt and adhered strongly to Caco-2 human epithelial colorectal cell lines. The supernatant of E. lactis IW5 strongly inhibited the growth of several pathogenic bacteria and decreased the viability of different cancer cells, such as HeLa, MCF-7, AGS, HT-29, and Caco-2. Conversely, E. lactis IW5 did not inhibit the viability of normal FHs-74 cells. This strain did not generate toxic enzymes, including β-glucosidase, β-glucuronidase, and N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase and was highly susceptible to ampicillin, gentamycin, penicillin, vancomycin, clindamycin, sulfamethoxazol, and chloramphenicol but resistant to erythromycin and tetracyclin. This study provided evidence for the effect of E. lactis IW5 on cancer cells. Therefore, E. lactis IW5, as a bioactive therapeutics, should be subjected to other relevant tests to verify the therapeutic suitability of this strain for clinical applications.

Numerous bacteria in and on its external parts protect the human body from harmful threats. This study aimed to investigate the potential beneficial effects of the vaginal ecosystem microbiota. A type of bacteria was isolated from vaginal secretions of adolescent and young adult women, cultured on an appropriate specific culture medium, and then molecularly identified through 16S rDNA gene sequencing. Results of 16S rDNA sequencing revealed that the isolate belongs to the Lactobacillus plantarum species. The isolated strain exhibited probiotic properties such as low pH and high bile salt concentration tolerance, antibiotic susceptibility and antimicrobial activity against some pathogenic bacteria. The anticancer effects of the strain on human cancer cell lines (cervical, HeLa; gastric, AGS; colon, HT-29; breast, MCF-7) and on a human normal cell line (human umbilical vein endothelial cells [HUVEC]) were investigated. Toxic side effects were assessed by studying apoptosis in the treated cells. The strain exhibited desirable probiotic properties and remarkable anticancer activity against the tested human cancer cell lines (P ≤ 0.05) with no significant cytotoxic effects on HUVEC normal cells (P ≤ 0.05). Overall, the isolated strain showed favorable potential as a bioactive therapeutic agent. Therefore, this strain should be subjected to the other required tests to prove its suitability for clinical therapeutic application.

Background Efficient delivery of anticancer chemotherapies such as paclitaxel (PTX) can improve treatment strategy in a variety of tumors such as breast and ovarian cancers. Accordingly, researches on polymeric nanomicelles continue to find suitable delivery systems. However, due to biocompatibility concerns, a few micellar nanoformulations have exquisitely been translated into clinical uses. Here, we report the synthesis of novel water-soluble nanomicelles using bioactive polyurethane (PU) polymer and efficient delivery of PTX in the human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Results The amphiphilic polyurethane was prepared through formation of urethane bounds between hydroxyl groups in poly (tetramethylene ether) glycol (PTMEG) and dimethylol propionic acid with isocyanate groups in toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The free isocyanate groups were blocked with phenol, while the free carboxyl groups of dimethylol propionic acid were reacted with triethylamine to attain ionic centers in the polymer backbone. These hydrophobic PTMEG blocks displayed self-assembly forming polymeric nanomicelles in water. The PTX loaded PU nanomicelles showed suitable physical stability, negative zeta potential charge (-43) and high loading efficiency (80%) with low level of critical micelle concentration (CMC). In vitro drug release profile showed a faster rate of drug liberation at pH 5.4 as compared to that of pH 7.4, implying involvement of a pH-sensitive mechanism for drug release from the nanomicelles. The kinetic of release exquisitely obeyed the Higuchi model, confirming involvement of diffusion and somewhat erosion at pH 5.4. These nanomicelles significantly inhibited the growth and proliferation of the human breast cancer MCF-7 cells, leading them to apoptosis. The real time RT-PCR analysis confirmed the activation of apoptosis as result of liberation of cytochrome c in the cells treated with the PTX loaded PU nanomicelles. The comet assay analysis showed somewhat DNA fragmentation in the treated cells. Conclusions Based upon these findings, we propose that the bioactive waterborne polyurethane nanomicelles can be used as an effective nanocarrier for delivery of anticancer chemotherapies such as paclitaxel.
