Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old male patient with anterior myocardial infarction. The patient received dual antiplatelets following percutaneous coronary intervention. He was found to have decreased ejection fraction, apical thrombus in the left ventricle and giant biatrial thrombi after transthoracic echocardiography. Antithrombin concentrates were initiated to the patient following the diagnosis.
