The article discusses the cytomegalovirus (CMV) reactivation in patients with low-grade B-cell lymphoma treated with bendamustine. Noted is the detection of pp65 antigen in peripheral blood leukocytes, and a univariate analysis of the characteristics of CMV reactivation patients to estimate the risk factors. Findings showed no significant difference in number of prior regimens, disease stage, or number of times of rituximab treatments between CMV-negative and CMV-positive patients.
