The article presents a study on the dielectric and electromagnetic interference shielding properties of the polyaniline doped with dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA). Calculation of dielectric constant and shielding effectiveness due to absorption is presented. The characteristics of the polymer were obtained using ultraviolet-visible and thermal gravimetric analysis. The study concludes that the microwave absorption properties of polyaniline doped with DBSA are the function of dopant concentration in the polyaniline matrix.

The article discusses a study which investigated the electromagnetic interference shielding behavior of polyaniline/graphite composites prepared via in situ emulsion pathway using different weight ratios of aniline to graphite. The study characterized these composites for their thermal, electrical and spectral attributes. A systemic change in morphology from globular to flaky with increasing amounts of graphite was indicated in the scanning electron micrographs.

The article focuses on the synthesis and characterization of aniline and substituted anilines-based copolymers with the use of dodecylbenzene as a dopant. The authors evaluated the behavior of the copolymers when exposed to subsitituents like 2-methyl, 2-ethyl and 2-isopropyl groups and their composition was later determined through the use of 1H-NMR spectroscopy. They discovered that the copolymer composition determines the corrosion efficiency of the copolymers and it increases with every increase in 2-alkyl aniline amount.

The article discusses research done on the synthesis of conducting ferromagnetic complex of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) and aniline (An) consisting of nanocrystalline barium ferrite particles. The study procedure included electrochemical oxidative polymerization and emulsion polymerization. The results indicated that high-saturation magnetization is possessed by the conducting ferromagnetic complex.
