This paper presents our proposal for usage of DLNA services on DTV platforms as well as their implementation aspects on an Android based DTV platform. With the constant increase of processing power on embedded systems, integration of additional, more demanding services, such as DLNA, is possible without degradation of performance of the basic DTV functionalities.
