Heart disease is a very common high-incidence disease. Due to the wide variety of pathology of heart disease, how to improve the medical diagnosis of heart disease and carry out earlier intervention and treatment is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The paper adds the decision tree algorithm and its comparison and proposes an optimized classification algorithm Co-SVM. Based on the establishment of a heart disease diagnosis classifier based on data mining algorithms, it is aimed at exploring which of these four algorithms is more suitable for heart disease diagnosis problems and optimizing them. A brief description of the cause, influencing factors, and acquired data of heart disease can be seen from the accuracy and scientificity of the data, which further enhances the authenticity and reliability of the clinical diagnosis model of heart disease. At the same time, the ultrasound diagnosis technology of heart disease is introduced, and the important role of ultrasound diagnosis technology in the medical diagnosis of heart disease is discussed. This thesis uses the heart disease clinical data set to establish a heart disease diagnosis classifier based on the decision tree algorithm, neural network algorithm, support vector machine algorithm, and Co-SVM algorithm. Through experimental comparison and analysis, the optimal classification is selected according to the obtained results. The algorithm is Co-SVM algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed Co-SVM algorithm has a higher accuracy rate than the other three classic algorithms, and the effectiveness of the Co-SVM algorithm is verified by the evaluation results of multiple algorithms. By applying the Co-SVM algorithm in the medical diagnosis system, it is helpful to assist doctors in making more accurate and precise diagnosis of the condition.

Presently, colorectal cancer is the second most dangerous cancer; around 13% of people have been affected; and it requires an effective image analysis and earlier cancer prediction (IAECP) system for reducing the mortality rate. Here, the IAECP system uses MRI radio imaging for predicting colorectal cancer. During this process, high- and low-level features are required to examine cancer in an earlier stage. Due to the limitation of the conventional feature extraction process, both features are difficult to extract from cancer suffered locations. Hence, a deep learning system (DLS) is used to examine the entire bowel MRI image to identify the cancer-affected location, feature extraction, and feature training process. Furthermore, the DLS-based IAECP system helps improve the overall colorectal cancer identification accuracy for further process. The derived bowel features are trained by applying the residual convolution network, which minimizes the error between predicted and actual values. Finally, the test query images are compared with the trained image by applying the sum, which is more absolute to the cross-correlation template feature matching (SACC) algorithm. The experimental process is performed using 100,000 histological data sets, which is considered a publicly available data set. Moreover, the introduced method does not use generic features, whereas the deep learning features help improve the overall IAECP prediction rate (99.8%) ratio as predicted at lab-scale analysis.

The high prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) among reproductive-aged women has attracted more and more attention. As a common disorder that is likely to threaten women’s health physically and mentally, the detection of PCOS is a growing public health concern worldwide. In this paper, we proposed an automated deep learning algorithm for the auxiliary detection of PCOS, which explores the potential of scleral changes in PCOS detection. The algorithm was applied to the dataset that contains the full-eye images of 721 Chinese women, among which 388 are PCOS patients. Inputs of the proposed algorithm are scleral images segmented from full-eye images using an improved U-Net, and then a Resnet model was applied to extract deep features from scleral images. Finally, a multi-instance model was developed to achieve classification. Various performance indices such as AUC, classification accuracy, precision, recall, precision, and F1-score were adopted to assess the performance of our algorithm. Results show that our method achieves an average AUC of 0.979 and a classification accuracy of 0.929, which indicates the great potential of deep learning in the detection of PCOS.

To form a unified configuration and information management platform, FCCMS (financial center configuration management system) will integrate and sort information based on various configuration data and relationships as well as integrate processes and permissions. However, the most serious issue that data centers are currently facing is how to effectively manage these infrastructures. For various infrastructures, the data center currently uses a decentralized operation and maintenance management model. When an infrastructure fails due to inexperienced configuration management, this mode is not conducive to quickly locating and resolving the problem. A detection method of RFCO (random forest algorithm based on clustering optimization) is proposed, and an appropriate tree is selected from RF to integrate, so as to achieve the best effect. In this paper, the target matching algorithm based on FSL (few-shot learning) is deeply studied, and the target detection model is applied to the target matching and positioning task by using the ML method. The performance of the algorithm is tested by experiments on relevant datasets to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in various scenarios.

In this paper, we propose a cooperative strategy-based self-organization mechanism to reconstruct the network. The mechanism includes a comprehensive evaluation algorithm and structure adjustment mechanism. The self-organization mechanism can be carried out simultaneously with the parameter optimization process. By calculating the similarity and independent contribution of normative neurons, the effectiveness of fuzzy rules can be jointly evaluated, and effective structural changes can be realized. Moreover, this mechanism should not set the threshold in advance in practical application. In order to optimize the parameters of SC-IR2FNN, we developed a parameter optimization mechanism based on an interaction strategy. The parameter optimization mechanism based on a joint strategy, namely multilayer optimization engine, can split SC-IR2FNN parameters into nonlinear and linear parameters for joint optimization. The nonlinear parameters are optimized by an advanced two-level algorithm, and the linear parameters are updated with the minimum biological multiplication. Two parameter optimization algorithms optimize nonlinear and linear parameters, reduce the computational complexity of SC-IR2FNN, and improve the learning rate. Using the principal component factor analysis method, seven representative common factors are selected to replace the original variables, which include the profitability factor of the financing enterprise, the solvency factor of the financing enterprise, the profitability factor of the core enterprise, the operation guarantee factor, and the growth ability of the financing enterprise. Factors, supply chain online degree factors, financing enterprise quality, and cooperation factors, can well measure the credit risk of online supply chains. The logistic model shows that the profitability factor of the financing company, the debt repayment factor of the financing company, and the profitability of the core company are three factors that have a significant impact on the credit risk of online supply chain finance. Based on the improved credit calculation model, we developed an online clue risk calculation. This method is based on site conditions and can evaluate credit risk. From the test results, the improved credit scoring system is the result of facing speculative and circular credit fraud and implies that the traders of risk commentators are in a leading position in each electronic device. The results show that risk analysis is effective in any case.

This research was to explore the application value of three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) based on artificial intelligent algorithm in analyzing the characteristics of skin lesions in children with psoriasis. In this study, 15 children with psoriasis were selected as the observation group, and 15 children with other skin diseases were selected as the control group. The CT images were optimized, and the feature selection was carried out based on artificial intelligent algorithm. Firstly, the results were compared with the results of simple skin three-dimensional CT to determine the effectiveness. Then, the two groups of three-dimensional skin CT image features of skin psoriasis-like hyperplasia, Munro microabscess, dermal papillary vascular dilation, and squamous epithelium based on intelligent algorithms were compared. After comparison, the detection rate of psoriasis-like hyperplasia, Munro microabscess, dermal papillary vascular dilation, and squamous epithelium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference and statistical significance ( P < 0.05 ). In addition, the sensitivity of psoriasis-like hyperplasia, Munro microabscess, dermal papilla vascular dilatation, and squamous epithelium in children with psoriasis was 80.0%, 86.7%, 80.0%, and 93.3%, respectively. The specificity of psoriasis-like hyperplasia, Munro microabscess, dermal papilla vascular dilatation, and squamous epithelium in children with psoriasis was 86.7%, 93.3%, 60.0%, and 73.3%, respectively. The results showed that Munro microabscess and psoriasis-like hyperplasia had high sensitivity and specificity in all diagnostic items, which could be used as important features of skin lesion sites in the diagnosis of psoriasis in children. The research provides a basis for the clinical diagnosis of psoriasis in children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

The stoichiometry of protein complexes is precisely regulated in cells and is fundamental to protein function. Singe-molecule fluorescence imaging based photobleaching event counting is a new approach for protein stoichiometry determination under physiological conditions. Due to the interference of the high noise level and photoblinking events, accurately extracting real bleaching steps from single-molecule fluorescence traces is still a challenging task. Here, we develop a novel method of using convolutional and long-short-term memory deep learning neural network (CLDNN) for photobleaching event counting. We design the convolutional layers to accurately extract features of steplike photobleaching drops and long-short-term memory (LSTM) recurrent layers to distinguish between photobleaching and photoblinking events. Compared with traditional algorithms, CLDNN shows higher accuracy with at least 2 orders of magnitude improvement of efficiency, and it does not require user-specified parameters. We have verified our CLDNN method using experimental data from imaging of single dye-labeled molecules in vitro and epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) on cells. Our CLDNN method is expected to provide a new strategy to stoichiometry study and time series analysis in chemistry.

The present study aimed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) regulated by transcription factors (TFs) in glioblastoma, by conducting a bioinformatics analysis. The results of the present study may provide potential therapeutic targets that are involved in the development of glioblastoma. The GSE4290 raw data set was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, and consisted of 23 non‑tumor samples and 77 glioblastoma (grade 4) tumor samples. Robust Multichip Averaging was used to identify DEGs between the glioblastoma and non‑tumor samples. Functional enrichment analysis of the DEGs was also performed. Based on the TRANSFAC® database, TFs associated with the glioblastoma gene expression profile were used to construct a regulatory network. Furthermore, trimmed subnets were identified according to calculated Z‑scores. A total of 676 DEGs were identified, of which 190 were upregulated and 496 were downregulated. Gene Ontology analysis demonstrated that the majority of these DEGs were functionally enriched in synaptic transmission, regulation of vesicle‑mediated transport and ion‑gated channel activity. In addition, the enriched Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway included neuroactive ligand‑receptor interaction, calcium signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway and cell cycle. Based on the TRANSFAC® database, transcriptional regulatory networks with 2,246 nodes and 4,515 regulatory pairs were constructed. According to the Z‑scores, the following candidate TFs were identified: TP53, SP1, JUN, STAT3 and SPI1; alongside their downstream DEGs. TP53 was the only differentially expressed TF. These candidate TFs and their downstream DEGs may have important roles in the progression of glioblastoma, and could be potential biomarkers for clinical treatment.

Neurofilaments are long flexible cytoplasmic protein polymers that are transported rapidly but intermittently along the axonal processes of nerve cells. Current methods for studying this movement involve manual tracking of fluorescently tagged neurofilament polymers in videos acquired by time-lapse fluorescence microscopy. Here, we describe an automated tracking method that uses particle filtering to implement a recursive Bayesian estimation of the filament location in successive frames of video sequences. To increase the efficiency of this approach, we take advantage of the fact that neurofilament movement is confined within the boundaries of the axon. We use piecewise cubic spline interpolation to model the path of the axon and then we use this model to limit both the orientation and location of the neurofilament in the particle tracking algorithm. Based on these two spatial constraints, we develop a prior dynamic state model that generates significantly fewer particles than generic particle filtering, and we select an adequate observation model to produce a robust tracking method. We demonstrate the efficacy and efficiency of our method by performing tracking experiments on real time-lapse image sequences of neurofilament movement, and we show that the method performs well compared to manual tracking by an experienced user. This spatially constrained particle filtering approach should also be applicable to the movement of other axonally transported cargoes.

The anterior pituitary is the most important endocrine organ modulating animal postnatal growth, mainly by controlling growth hormone (GH) gene transcription, synthesis, and secretion. As an ideal model for animal postnatal growth studies, the Bama minipig is characterized as having a lower growth performance and fewer individual differences compared with larger pig breeds. In this study, anterior pituitaries from Bama minipig and Landrace pig were used for miRNA and mRNA expression profile analysis using miRNA microarrays and mRNA-seq. Consequently, a total of 222 miRNAs and 12,909 transcripts were detected, and both miRNAs and mRNAs in the two breeds showed high correlation (r > 0.97). Additionally, 41 differentially expressed miRNAs and 2,254 transcripts were identified. Pathways analysis indicated that 32 pathways significantly differed in the two breeds. Importantly, two GH-regulation-signalling pathways, cAMP and inositol 1, 4, 5-triphosphate (IP3), and multiple GH-secretion-related transcripts were significantly down-regulated in Bama minipigs. Moreover, TargetScan and RNAHybrid algorithms were used for predicting differentially expressed miRNAs (DE miRNAs) and differentially expressed mRNAs (DE mRNAs) interaction. By examining their fold-changes, interestingly, most DE miRNA-DE mRNA target pairs (63.68-71.33%) presented negatively correlated expression pattern. A possible network among miRNAs, mRNAs, and GH-regulation pathways was also proposed. Among them, two miRNA-mRNA interactions (Y-47 targets FSHB; ssc-miR-133a-3p targets GNAI3) were validated by dual-luciferase assay. These data will be helpful in understanding the possible molecular mechanisms involved in animal postnatal growth.

Based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG), an online monitoring system for the etching process of optical fiber in a hydrofluoric (HF) acid solution has been designed. The variation curves of the wavelength shifts of FBGs with etching time at three different temperatures have been obtained and analyzed theoretically. The results show that the etching process of optical fiber in HF acid solution can be understood by the variation of the wavelength shift of FBG with etching time. Finally, required tapered fiber tips can be made by controlling the etching velocity and the pulling velocity of optical fiber from the etching solution.
