As one of the most serious geological hazards, landslides affect infrastructure construction. Thus, it is vital to prepare reliable landslide susceptibility evaluation maps to avoid landslide-prone areas in construction projects. More studies on landslide susceptibility using machine learning have emerged in recent years, but there is a need to study ways to draw up high-precision evaluation maps. In this article, a 60 km oil pipeline in China's Kunming was selected as the research area. The data of 141 landslide points in the research area were obtained through field work and data collection. Meanwhile, lithology, elevation, aspect, slope, stream power index, topographic wetness index, average annual rainfall from 2017 to 2021, distance to roads, and terrain roughness were selected as causal factors of landslide susceptibility in the research area. First, the information value method was used to quantify the impact of conditional factors on landslides. Genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and bat algorithm (BA) were then used for parameter tuning, and the support vector machine (SVM) was used to analyze landslide susceptibility in the research area. Finally, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to test the model performance after parameter tuning with GA, PSO, and BA. The results show that the area-under-the-curve (AUC) values obtained through SVM, GA-SVM, PSO-SVM, and BA-SVM are 81.1%, 86.2%, 89%, and 91.8%, respectively. An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ（NSGA-Ⅱ）for solving the large-scale optimization problem of trajectory planning in the strategic stage is designed. Under the framework of the classic NSGA-Ⅱ，an adaptive crossover operator and an adaptive mutation operator are used to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm and improve the quality of the solution，and an evaluation index to measure the pros and cons of the Pareto solution set is given. Considering the introduction of large-scale fourdimensional trajectories inevitably increases the complexity of the problem，this paper proposes an effective strategic conflict resolution model，which aims to minimize the number of potential conflicts and the cost of conflict resolution. Using 1 472 flights during peak hours of China’s air-route network for example verification，the proposed algorithm is compared with the classic NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm and MOEA/D. The experimental results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm has a better optimization effect，can effectively resolve the conflicts between aircraft and produce less trajectory amendment costs. Chinese traditional culture is a typical "moral culture," and traditional morality is the core and essence of culture. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of following the trend of rural construction has been particularly serious, and many villages have lost their original features. To solve the above problems, the genetic algorithm can be used to further explore the traditional culture of urbanization construction. A genetic algorithm is a natural evolutionary process that imitates natural selection and genetic operation in nature to obtain optimal solution, in which genetic operation mainly includes the processes of gene replication, crossover, and mutation. This paper studies the traditional culture of urbanization construction based on the genetic algorithm under the concept of environmental protection. Among the accuracy of urban construction land expansion, in 2018, the accuracy of ant colony algorithm, data mining algorithm, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is 58%, 51.8%, and 56.7%, respectively. The accuracy of this genetic algorithm is as high as 58.8%. It can be seen that the genetic algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy in the expansion of urban construction land. Therefore, in the process of large-scale urbanization based on the genetic algorithm, we should pay attention to not being separated from traditional culture, not letting farmers lose their regional culture, local culture, and grassroots culture, and protecting the cultural-ecological environment on which these cultures depend. An effective financial distress prediction model is essential, as financial distress of listed companies will cause big problems for listed company owners, shareholders, banks, and regulators. Due to the special circumstances of China, Chinese listed companies that received the 'special treatment' label are considered to be in financial distress in this paper. We construct a relatively new and complete financial distress data set of Chinese listed companies from 2014 to 2019. Their 14 financial indicators of year t - 2 are used to predict whether they will receive the ST label in year t. When building the prediction model, we first propose GA-MLP algorithm in which the Multi-Layer Perception (MLP) is optimized using Genetic Algorithm (GA) which could automatically determine the parameter values and the number of neurons in each hidden layer at the same time, and then a novel diversity-considered GA-MLP ensemble algorithm (DGAMLPE) is proposed to improve the performance. We objectively test the proposed algorithms on the constructed financial distress data set and five other datasets, and compare them with other 7 algorithms in terms of accuracy, F1-score, and AUC. In the current situation of university education in China, there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in college Chinese teaching in China, which seriously restrict the realization and implementation of college Chinese teaching objectives. The emergence and development of cloud computing technology can integrate different information media, and through the integration of traditional text, pictures, videos, and other resource media, it can be presented in a clearer and more vivid way. In this paper, a cloud computing resource scheduling model is established for the realization of the platform for the development and utilization of university Chinese cloud computing curriculum resources. The multi-QoS (Quality of Service) objective constraint problem is transformed into a single objective constraint solving problem. The improved GA (genetic algorithm) is used to solve the single objective constraint problem, and the square of the objective function is used as a fitness function, and a better resource allocation strategy is obtained. Experimental results show that the allocation time of the algorithm proposed in this paper is greatly reduced, and the QoS guarantee ability of cloud computing service providers is effectively improved. Taxi-out time is the main performance index to evaluate the operational efficiency of major airports. Scientifically and accurately predicting the taxi-out time of departure flights is very important to improve the operational efficiency and coordination decision-making ability of airport. Firstly, the quantifiable influence factors of taxi-out time and their correlation is analyzed, including the number of departure flights, the number of arrival flights, the number of flights pushed back in the same period, the taxi-out time by half-hour in average, the taxi distance, and the number of turns, etc. And then a prediction model of departure flights' taxi-out time based on BP is constructed. Because the traditional BP neural network is sensitive to the initial weight and threshold and has poor accuracy and stability, the taxi-out time prediction model of BP neural network optimized by intelligent algorithm is proposed. Genetic algorithm (GA) and sparrow search algorithm (SSA) are used to obtain the optimal weight and threshold of BP neural network, which is verified by the actual operation data of a major airport in central and southern China for two weeks. The results show that ① the taxi-out time is strongly correlated with the airport surface traffic flow, moderately correlated with the average taxi-out time, and weakly correlated with the taxi distance and the number of turns. ② The predicted outcome of the 4-element combination prediction model which considers strong correlation and medium correlation factors is the best. After adding weak correlation factors, the prediction accuracy is reduced. ③ By obtaining the local optimal weight and threshold of neural network, intelligent optimization algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of departure flights' taxi-out time prediction results. ④ The prediction result of BP neural network optimized based on GA is 1.79% higher than that of MAPE before optimization, MAE is reduced by 7.4 s, and RMSE is reduced by 6.93 s. The prediction result of BP neural network optimized based on SSA is 3.05% higher than that of MAPE before optimization, MAE is reduced by 16.55 s, and RMSE is reduced by 14.31 s. With the development of neural network technology and the rapid growth of China's tourism economic income at this stage, the research on the comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources has gradually emerged. Based on this, this paper studies the neural network comprehensive evaluation model based on multispecies evolutionary genetic algorithm and designs the neural network analysis system of influencing factors of tourism resources based on multispecies evolutionary genetic algorithm. The collection and acquisition of data information are realized from the aspects of resource income status, tourism development investment, and sustainability evaluation in the tourism area. The multispecies evolutionary genetic algorithm is used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The algorithm can realize the complex analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the core influencing factors of neural network. Accurate analysis and evaluation were carried out according to the different characteristics of tourism resources and the current situation of tourism income. The results show that the neural network comprehensive evaluation model based on multispecies evolutionary genetic algorithm has the advantages of high practicability, good sorting effect of variable ratio, and good data integration. This study aims to realize the joint deployment of multiple agricultural machinery stations, particularly for the real-time job orders. A mathematical model with a fuzzy time window was also established to minimize the total scheduling time and the number of dispatching agricultural machinery. Some factors were comprehensively considered, such as farmers' satisfaction, the cooperation of multiple agricultural machinery stations, the number of orders, the area of farmland, and the location coordinates. An improved genetic method (GA) with excellent parent genes was designed to fulfill the task of multi machine station responding to the demand of multi farmland. At the same time, the agricultural machinery was allocated in the shortest time to implement the operation requirements of each farmland, according to the shortest path. A case study was carried out to verify the model and the visual interface, including three stations of agricultural machinery and 35 operation orders of farmland in a certain area around Wuhan, Hubei Province of China. The results showed that an excellent searching and stable convergence were achieved in the scheduling system of agricultural machinery. Specifically, the reduction rate of the total scheduling distance was 9.89%, and the reduction rate of the number of agricultural machinery was 15.38%, when the fuzzy membership degree was 0.8. An optimal number of real-time orders accepted by a single farm station was not more than 20, according to the actual situation of the agricultural machinery quantity in each station. Furthermore, the improved GA presented a better performance than the hybrid genetic in general, indicating the less calculation time of the deployment, the more reasonable allocation of tasks, and the reduced scheduling distance. The multi-site and multi-machine cooperative instant repose scheduling was also considered the joint deployment agricultural machinery and fuzzy time window in the modeling. There was a higher accuracy of the scheduling operation on agricultural machinery, and the fully considered satisfaction of farmers, even though the complexity of model increased, compared with the scheduling operation at a single agricultural machinery station. In the scheduling algorithm, the crossover and mutation operators were improved to reduce the risk of the operation data falling into the local optimal solution with the less running time. Consequently, the scheme can be widely expected to completely deal with agricultural machinery scheduling under complex backgrounds, fully meeting the cooperative operation of multiple agricultural machinery stations for the real-time operation needs of farmers. The problem of the optimal three-level location allocation of transfer center, processing factory and distribution center for supply chain network under uncertain transportation cost and customer demand are studied. We establish a two-stage fuzzy 0-1 mixed integer optimization model, by considering the uncertainty of the supply chain. Given the complexity of the model, this paper proposes a modified hybrid second order particle swarm optimization algorithm (MHSO-PSO) to solve the resulting model, yielding the optimal location and maximal expected return of supply chain simultaneously. A case study of clothing supply chain in Shanghai of China is then presented to investigate the specific influence of uncertainties on the transfer center, clothing factory and distribution center three-level location. Moreover, we compare the MHSO-PSO with hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm, to validate the proposed algorithm based on the computational time and the convergence rate. In recent years, the rapid development of fresh food e-commerce in China has brought about more development opportunities for the cold chain logistics industry but has also presented new challenges. With the development of cloud computing and big data technology, it is increasingly important to study the application of big data and cloud computing technology in cold chain logistics. The purpose of this paper is to study the intelligent algorithm of cold chain logistics distribution optimization based on big data cloud computing analysis. Based on the constituent elements of the cold chain distribution problem and using cloud computing technology to obtain real-time traffic information in the transportation system through a unified access interface, this article analyses the distribution time and cost of refrigerated vehicles, thereby establishing a cold chain distribution vehicle path optimization model. By analysing the parallel programming mode of cloud computing, the parallel design and analysis of a coarse-grained genetic algorithm are used to solve the simulation model of the established optimization model. The experimental results show that the method of optimizing cold chain logistics vehicle routing using cloud computing is effective. When comparing 1, 2, 4, and 8 processors, the execution times are 19.89, 14.52, 8.12, and 6.41, respectively. It can be seen that the more processors there are, the shorter the calculation time. To achieve efficient dispatching of agricultural machinery in China during the farming season and ensure the successful completion of farming operations, the precise scheduling of Beidou agricultural machinery was designed based on the combination of genetic algorithm and WiFi clustering algorithm. In the designed scheme，the soil moisture data was firstly collected according to the internet of things technology to predict in advance whether the field needed agricultural machinery. By Beidou satellite navigation， the job field and the agricultural machinery were located to obtain the position information, and the GIS technology was used to calculate the trajectory. Through the genetic algorithm， the iterative deduction of agricultural machinery and farmland in a region was simulated to screen out the optimal agricultural machinery scheduling. According to the schedule ， the farmer's operation needs were accurately and quickly solved. Under the no-signal environment, the agricultural machinery was positioned by the WiFi clustering algorithm to master the situation of agricultural machinery.The results show that the scheme is simple, easy to use, efficient, convenient and adaptable. It can help the local agricultural machinery stations to accurately dispatch agricultural machinery and improve the informationization and modernization level of Chinese agriculture to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization. This paper aims to optimize a desirable fare structure for the public transit service along a bus-subway corridor with the consideration of those factors related to equity in trip, including travel distance and comfort level. The travel distance factor is represented by the distance-based fare strategy, which is an existing differential strategy. The comfort level one is considered in the area-based fare strategy which is a new differential strategy defined in this paper. Both factors are referred to by the combined fare strategy which is composed of distance-based and area-based fare strategies. The flat fare strategy is applied to determine a reference level of social welfare and obtain the general passenger flow along transit lines, which is used to divide areas or zones along the corridor. This problem is formulated as a bi-level program, of which the upper level maximizes the social welfare and the lower level capturing traveler choice behavior is a variable-demand stochastic user equilibrium assignment model. A genetic algorithm is applied to solve the bi-level program while the method of successive averages is adopted to solve the lower-level model. A series of numerical experiments are carried out to illustrate the performance of the models and solution methods. Numerical results indicate that all three differential fare strategies play a better role in enhancing the social welfare than the flat fare strategy and that the fare structure under the combined fare strategy generates the highest social welfare and the largest resulting passenger demand, which implies that the more equity factors a differential fare strategy involves the more desirable fare structure the strategy has. Drifting snow, the flow of dispersed snow particles near ground level under the action of wind, is a major form of snow damage. When drifting snow occurs on railways, highways, and other transportation lines, it seriously affects their operational safety and results in drifting snow disasters. Drifting snow disasters frequently occur in the high latitudes of northwest China. At present, most scholars are committed to studying the prevention and control measures of drifting snow, but the prerequisite for prevention is to effectively evaluate the susceptibility of drifting snow along railways and highways to identify areas with a high risk of occurrence. Taking the Xinjiang Afukuzhun Railway as an example, this study uses a geographic information system (GIS) combined with on-site monitoring and surveys to establish a drifting snow susceptibility evaluation index system. The drifting snow susceptibility index (DSSI) is calculated through the weight of an evidence (WOE) model, and a genetic algorithm backpropagation (GA-BP) algorithm is used to obtain optimised evaluation index weights to improve the accuracy of model evaluation. The results show that the accuracies of the WOE model, WOE backpropagation (WOE-BP) model, and weight of evidence genetic algorithm backpropagation (WOE-GA-BP) model are 0.747, 0.748, and 0.785, respectively, indicating that the method can be effectively applied to evaluate drifting snow susceptibility. A hierarchical optimization method is presented for an assessment of the potential maximum energy output of the Three Gorges Project and Gezhouba cascade hydropower stations in China. The optimization incorporates a detailed description of daily load dispatching among different types of hydropower units. The optimization method is divided into three levels to render feasible the computation of the global optimization problem. In levels 1 and 2, a genetic algorithm is applied to optimize discharge and water head distribution between the upstream and downstream reservoirs. Level 1 selects the water levels at the beginning of each month in a year. Level 2 selects the water levels at the beginning of each day in a month. Level 3 solves a linear programming problem for allocation of water among the heterogeneous types of hydropower generation. Hydrological data of the years 2004 and 2005 are used to perform an optimized power generation process within the operating rules. The maximal annual energy production could be approximately 61 and 87 MWh higher than the actual recorded energy production in 2004 and 2005, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article presents a study which aims to propose an algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the problem on block erection scheduling in shipbuilding in China. The problem is defined as the identical parallel machine-scheduling problem with precedence constraints and machine eligibility (PCME) restrictions. It proposes a GA to find optimal solution and defines a percentage of the reduced makespan to evaluate the performance of the algorithm. Results of the study reveal lesser values of makespan against the random heuristic algorithm for the real instances.

The present study develops a projection pursuit dynamic cluster (PPDC) model by combining dynamic cluster with projection pursuit to solve the problem of regional partition of water resources in China. The procedures of the PPDC model are described as follows. Firstly, a multi-factor cluster problem can be converted into a single-factor projected characteristic value) cluster problem according to linear projection. Secondly, a new projection index on the basis of dynamic cluster rule is set up in the PPDC model, which successfully avoids the problem of parameter calibration and makes objective cluster results. Thirdly, genetic algorithm (GA) is applied to optimize projection direction of the PPDC model. Finally, the developed PPDC model is used in a case study of regional partition of water resources in China to evaluate its application. The cluster results of the PPDC model agree well with the actual regional partition of water resources in China, indicating that the PPDC model is a powerful tool in multi-factor cluster analyses and could be a new method for regional partition of water resources. Runoff simulation and prediction in watersheds is an important and essential step in water management systems, safety yield computations, environmental disposal, design of flood control structures, and so on. In this study, the runoff records of Linshan Watershed, Sichuan Province, PRC, during 1984–1993 are presented and used as samples for predictions. The time-delay neural network (TDNN) model combined with a genetic algorithm is proposed and used to predict the nonlinear relationship and to analyze the characteristics of runoff time series in the Linshan Watershed area. Based on analyzing the whole runoff process—for example, the average, maximum, and standard deviation—during said period, the equal length for training and testing is defined. The optimum TDNN structure of August 20, 2001 has been obtained by gradually increasing the time delay to avoid the limitations of the TDNN model. Comparisons between training and testing show that the forecasting model of the runoff level using TDNN combined with genetic algorithms is generally satisfactory and effective, with slight underpredictions at some points.
