Introduction: The patient is a 52-year-old male with massive retropharyngeal thyroid goiter causing compressive symptoms and a complex airway. This intraoperative video demonstrates simultaneous Glidescope exposure with flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy utilizing the Seldinger technique to intubate. Materials and Methods: This is a single patient case presentation using pre and postoperative flexible fiberoptic nasopharyngoscopy and intraoperative Glidescope video. Results: Management of the complex airway with resolution of compressive symptoms after total thyroidectomy was effective. Conclusions: Simultaneous use of Glidescope for exposure with flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy utilizing the Seldinger technique is a viable option for managing complex airways caused by massive retropharyngeal goiters.
