Abstract

This presentation aims to educate attendees regarding the importance of involving parents and other family members in the treatment of transitional-age youth (TAY) presenting with mental illnesses and developmental challenges. Family involvement in the treatment of TAY with mental health concerns has been demonstrated to improve treatment outcomes.
