Bu çalışmada, meyvecilik işletmelerinde maliyetlerin Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları (TMS 41) çerçevesinde hesaplanması ve uygulamaları konusu incelenmiştir. Meyvecilik işletmelerinde üretim maliyetlerinin TMS 41 çerçevesinde hesaplanması ve mali tablolara aktarılması konuları incelenerek uygulamaya katkı amaçlanmıştır.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; zirai faaliyetler, zirai faaliyetlerin özellikleri, zirai işletmeler, türleri ve özellikleri incelenerek, zirai işletmelerde muhasebe hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde; zirai faaliyetlerin kayıtlanması, ölçülmesi ve mali tablolara aktarılması ile ilgili olarak; TMS 41, Türk Vergi Mevzuatındaki Düzenlemeler ve SPK'nın Muhasebe Standartları Hakkındaki Tebliği (Kısım 31) incelenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde; öncelikle meyvecilik işletmelerinde muhasebenin gereği ve önemi üzerinde durulmuş daha sonra ise, TMS 41 ve ulusal düzenlemeler açısından meyve bahçelerindeki varlıkların değerlemesi ve amortisman konuları ele alınmıştır.Dördüncü ve son bölümde; bir uygulama örneği oluşturularak, ikinci ve üçüncü bölümde yapılan açıklamalar doğrultusunda meyvecilik işletmelerinde ağaç ve meyve maliyetleri hem TMS 41, hem de yasal düzenlemeler çerçevesinde hesaplanmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda, meyvecilik işletmelerindeki faaliyetlerin mali tablolara aktarılmasında, TMS 41 ile SPK Tebliğ'in birbiriyle örtüştüğü, ancak bu düzenlemelerin Türk Vergi Mevzuatı'ndaki hükümlerden farklı yaklaşımları benimsediği görülmüştür. Düzenlemeler arasındaki farklılıklar, ağaç varlıkları ile meyvelerin farklı değerler üzerinden kayıtlanmasına yol açmakta ve bu farklılık mali tablolardaki dönen ve duran varlık değerleri ile gelir tablosundaki kar veya zarar tutarlarının değişmesine yol açmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra, mevcut Tekdüzen Hesap Planı (THP)'nın meyvecilik işletmelerindeki faaliyetleri mali tablolara yansıtmakta yetersiz kaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. In this study, application and calculation of fruit operation costs were investigated in the framework of Turkey Accounting Standards (TAS 41). The issues of production costs of fruit operation in the framework of TAS 41 and transfer to the financial statements are examined and aimed contribution to the application.In the first chapter, agricultural activities, agricultural activities properties, agricultural businesses, types and properties are examined, given general knowledge about accounting in the agricultural business.In the second chapter, an agricultural record of activities, measurement and transfer in relation to the financial statements; TAS 41, the Turkish Tax Legislation and the Regulations on the Rights of the CMB Communiqué on Accounting Standards (Section 31) has been examined.In the third chapter, firstly the importance and need of accounting in fruit business has been focused on. And then, according to TAS 41 and national regulations, amortization and the valuation of assets in the orchards are discussed.In the fourth and final chapter, with creating an application example, in line with the description of second and third sections the cost of fruit and fruit trees are calculated according to both TAS 41 and legal regulations.In conclusion, while transferring fruit business activities to the financial statements, TAS 41 and CMB the Communiqué were overlap, but in these arrangements the Turkish Tax Legislation in the provision of the different approaches adopted were found. The differences between the arrangements cause to record the presence of fruit trees and fruits on different values and these differences lead to the records from current and fixed assets in the financial statements and income statements for the amount of the profit or loss leads to change. Besides this, it is achieved that the current Uniform Chart of Accounts fails to reflect the orchard business activities to the financial statements. 91
