The article presents the case history of a 46-year-old woman presented with a history of intermittent right upper quadrant abdominal pain who developed cystic lymphangiomas, which are created from incomplete formation of embryologic connections. It also presents another case history a four-year-old male presented with abdominal distension and emesis.

Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old healthy pregnant woman who was admitted due to abdominal pain. The patient was diagnosed with an acute abdomen during pregnancy and underwent nonobstetric surgical procedure. The patient had an open appendectomy to remove the ruptured appendicitis in the abdomen. It also cites the risk of hysiologic pyeloureteral dilation in pregnant women.
